Every once in a while I get in the mood for tacos. So I go to Taco Bell. Food is always hot and served fresh. Usually not a long line. Greeted with smiles. Always ask for sauces. Always put napkins in the bag. I enjoy.

Haven't been to our Taco Bell in a while. Decided to go with a buddy and upon entering saw the renovated interior. Wasn't to busy when we got there. The place was clean and the cashier was very nice and polite. Food came out quick.

Finally awesome service! So many fast food places suck, but not this one! The staff was friendly funny and fast, but not only that but wait... Accurate order! OMG never? I've always had to check the bag but these guys got it spot on! Tell the bell, yes I will!!.

I bombarded this taco bell yesterday evening because I love Taco Bell and my family wanted to throw me a Taco Bell birthday. So I came in and ordered over $100 worth of specific food! Not only with my anxiety of a large order was a greeted with such kindness and care that they will get the order done but they talked and celebrated with me that it was my birthday and gave me some extra items! These workers knocked it all out of the park! They got my entire order right, they had fun and told me when I visit again they will have Taco Bell memorabilia for me! It was amazing! The woman manager that handled my order and all the workers deserve such a kuddos! Yall made my birthday! Thank you for making the food I love with care but also engaging in my special day! Move over McDonald’s, Taco Bell handles the birthdays now!

Chicken chipotle bowl is amazing. I'm addicted. I was extremely impressed by the staff. You could tell they were short-handed but they were really handling business and doing it very well. They deserve a praise and a raise.

after driving for 4 and 1/2 hours to get to Kerrville, to say that I was hungry would be an understatement. As I sat in the lounge with my buddies at the quality inn, I could feel my stomach growling. After doing a quick Google of available restaurants at that hour, I saw Taco Bell at the top spot. "Should I?" I asked myself. "It's been over a decade since you've eaten The Bell." I said trying to dissuade myself from going. But the siren's call was too strong. A full day of work and a 4.5 hour drive had left me exhausted. No will to fight the cravings. Like a dope fiend leaving his home at 4am to get a fix, I ventured to Taco Bell and placed my order. 3 soft tacos with no lettuce. An order ordained by God Himself. It was amazing, and I did not violently defecate myself the following day. Bless you, Taco Bell.

Drove through, in a pinch it's fantastic and you can get a great "Mexican food fix" without having to dine out. A real plus is the consistency from location to location

Big turn around with the new folks running it. Guys had a great attitude, food came out quick. Really happy about this, lord knows we don't have a lot of options after 10 in this town so it's nice to be able to grab some food, get it quick and be met with a good attitude Extra props to Darren and Jonah, you guys are doing a great job, with great attitudes!

Went thru the drive thru , they didn't mark which burrito had extra cheese, which I was charged for also I just wanted a small cheese quesadilla and was charged $4 and some change and it had I think chicken in it, I also 2 times asked for 8 to 10 mild hot sauce packets and extra napkins !! I got NO napkins, NO , NONE, MILD SAUCES Im handicap so when I wanted to drive back thru to get requested items or fix my order line was to long to drive back thru... Workers seem like they didn't care...

Open seating not many booths but much better furniture, more tables. Low more neutral greys and wood material. They have screens to order from now if its real busy inside, so that's nice. Adequately staffed it seems as orders were very timely. Nice person behind counter.

It was a Saturday evening, around 10 pm, and I was craving some Taco Bell. I used the mobile app to place my order. I drove to the location (I had never been to this location before), and waited in the drive-thru line to announce my arrival. I could barely hear the speaker when the employee asked me to place my order. I said I had a mobile order. Most places will repeat my order to me, but this employee did not. I drove up the window and waited. The employee greeted me and told me to move my car ahead and park behind another vehicle (also waiting for their order). The employee was rather unpleasant in her demeanor. I moved up and parked. I receive my order about 10 minutes later. When I got to my hotel room, I checked the order and it was made correctly, but I did not receive any napkins or a fork/spoon. (I ordered the cheesy fiesta potatoes and a fork or spoon is needed to eat them). I was highly annoyed by this, so minus one star. I do not live in the same town so I don't know what the odds are that I would go back.

Bizarre event there. I witnessed what looked like an employee in a black older Chrysler 300 going around the building several times...we counted 12 times before we pulled off. She would pull up to the speaker....sit for approximately 5 seconds. Pull around slowly to the window. Sit there for about 10 seconds and then slowly pull around again. She would do this even if there were customers. We had noticed it since she was behind us at our order. We had pulled over just across from the window to eat our food. We weren't sure if it was some form of harassments and considered calling the cops. Since the window operator wouldn't open the window to her. Really strange behavior for a 2:30pm visit.

The store needed food cleaned off some of their new tables and chairs, but overall I like how they remodeled since I was last there. Food was good, and as cheap as fast food normally is. The cashier didn't know how to remove tomatoes from my taco while taking my order, but nothing that a little more hands-on training from management couldn't fix.

Went in today and ordered a steak and cheese quesadilla When I ordered there was some miscommunication and they thought I ordered a cheese quesadilla. I didn't mind waiting a few more minutes. I understand they are very busy during the lunch hours. I also asked for hot sauce mild. I waited about 15 minutes and a young lady that was taking out orders hands me the bag and leaves. Incheck the bag and there are no sauces. I park go inside and the same young lady greets me and I tell her I need sauce. She rudely says they are right behind you and leaves. The curious thing would be is apologize to customer and say things in a different manner. This employee needs training on that. However there was a young man who was taking window orders in the begining and was very kind and courteous come to find out his name was Elijah I'll give him.5 stars on his customer service. Also when I went back inside after the girl rudely told me abou to get sauces I was going to order something else. I waited 10 minutes at register and no one greeted me. I called taco bell and spoke with a lady named Michelle very kind lady. She told me they don't have not very many employees and no one at the front register. She said if I need anything again she will take care of me. Five stars on her customer service.

They have staffing problems for sure! The female store manager can be a little rough ive heard her yelling at her employees a couple of times while i was picking up an order. Granted they might deserve it a little but customers dont wanna hear that. They are never busy maybe its because of this and the employees are kinda unprofessional to say it nicely

Well first of all I went through the drive-thru are the two tacos and a burrito remind you this is fast food basic tacos nothing to ride home about I waited about 20 to 25 minutes I thought of driving off but then I remember already paid so I had to wait that was my experience but don't take my word for it everyone's trip is different maybe I went on a bad night I don't know but overall the food was good not worked the weight

Very rough service. I tried to order a tea with half sweet and half unsweetened because I don't like the tea too sweet. The lady replied "we only have sweet or unsweet". I said "just fill the cup half way with unsweetened and then finish it off with sweet." She replied "no we don't do that". Lol

My mobile app order was made incorrectly and my hot sauce and avocado sauce was missing. Ordered beefy loaded nachos and paid for tomatoes to be added and ordered hot sauce paks and one avocado pak, which was 20 cents. Tomatoes 45 cents extra. Order on app went thru correctly. When I got my order I noticed after I drove away that my sauces were missing and no tomatoes on nachos. I drove back in drive thru and had a problem with manager telling me nachos don't come with tomatoes. She never re looked at order to see I did order and pay extra for tomatoes. Told her since I had to come back to drive thru my order was cold and I wanted a fresh order. She had gave me a little cup of tomatoes so I could pour them over my cold nachos before doing a remake. I then asked manager for a spoon with my new order. Nachos are very messy and need a utensil to eat them with. She said " we don't have spoons" I asked her for a spork, she said "we don't have those either" I asked her for a fork, she said " we have those" don't know why she got an attitude with me. I was polite about the remake. Well I won't go back to that location. I did submit a feedback to the restaurant.

I went through the drive thru and I got a Nacho bell’s grande, beef soft taco and nacho fries. The meat on nachos smelled bad so I called and asked for a manager to let them know and she automatically laughed and said her meat was not bad and that the meat is made fresh daily but I’ve ordered before and the nachos do not smell this way, so I asked for her name and at first she did not want to give her name but then said Loraine she asked “What is it that you want me to do?” I said refund or something and she said she couldn’t give me a refund but she would talk to her general manager and took my number . I don’t think I’m hearing back.

During my experience at this particular taco belle etablishment, I went through the 5 stages of grief in a matter of 20 minutes. The ordering experience was okay, however, when the food arrived is when the atrocious experience began. Upon receiving my 9 crunchy tacos, for my family and I, I was shocked to find that my drinks were forgotten and there was no employee in sight so the error could be corrected. After a brief wait of 5 minutes, an employee finally appeared, and promptly fulfilled out drink request after checking to see if we were trying to get free drinks and my family and I were able to sit down after receiving the drinks. Once we had unwrapped our tacos, anticipating a delicious meal, we were sorely dissapointed to find that out tacos were underwhelming to say the least. The tacos had not more than 5 shreds of cheese MAXIMUM on each taco and very little meat, however the taste of the meat was still characteristic of Taco Bell and satisfied expectations. However, the underdressed tacos were throughly dissapointing as was the customer service, and I will never be stepping foot inside this disgrace to respectable Taco Bell establishments ever again.

Poor customer service. I was refused a bag for an order I was picking up for door dash. The order was two box meals. I asked nicely three times to have a bag to carry the order in. Was told by the manager they do not hand out bags for boxed meals. ??? WHY NOT. Her attitude was horrible, it was just a bag! Bad customer service on her end!! An employee did try to hand me a bag and, she, the manager told him no, lol. Thanks to that employee for trying, sorry you got yelled at.

Ordered two chips and cheese sides and got this. For $2.99 a piece this is a ridiculous amount of cheese to put in a cup. My 9 year old still had over half a bag of chips left when the cheese ran out 😑. Come on now.

On 3/9 approx 6pm: After being ignored for over 10 minutes someone finally came to take my order. Gave me a slight attitude when I asked for something to be customized. Guess they hate natv amerkns, those who customize, or those who have allergies. After eating my food started to feel bad, i barely made it to the jack in the box before puking my guts up. When i was able to stick my hand down my throat to pull out what was stuck in it making me gag,. It was a wad of hair. Since the cashier doesn't prepare the food, obviously multiple employees are complicit and have complete utter disregard for food safety. The entire shift needs to learn a lesson by having to find a new job.

It was just gross! I waited in the drive through for a long time. Then the cheesy roll up I ordered was cold and flavorless. I tried the soft taco supreme which was also a bad order. Suffice it to say the bean and cheese burrito went straight in the trash with the others before I even tried taking a bite. Waste of time and money. I remember the days when taco bell was good and now...🤢

The worst customer service I’ve have ever experienced. There was a simple mistake on my order, and when I went to tell the cashier, Laura M. She became irritated and rude, claiming that they couldn’t do that specific thing, but I had already had that item in my order. Instead of simply saying sorry and fixing the mistake. Kinda like what they’re paid to do. She then asked for my food back, but once I told her the situation she threw the bag at me and slammed the window. If you can’t handle a simple inconvenience, such as a messed up order you shouldn’t work in customer service.

Although this place does usually get their orders correct. 99% of the time it comes out messy and food on the outside of the packages. More than once I have received damaged food from this location. I've seen inside before they closed there dining room. There kitchen is atrocious. Although I have not heard of people getting sick from this location it is only a matter of time.

The manager Brittany couldn’t break my $50 bill and told me it was my problem that I couldn’t use my money to pay for food. This is inexcusable and made me feel terrible. Not only for the insult to myself but the fact that I could not use money to pay for the product I came to buy. Let’s come together and stop eating here so the greedy trash human of an owner suffers a modicum of what we the user have to face just attempting to get food. A restaurant that can’t break a $50 and a manager that tells the customer that it’s their problem. Do you really want to give these people your money? IF THEY EVEN TAKE IT!

Drive through always makes you pull around to the side just for them to take forever and make the food wrong. $10 for three tacos just to get home and realize the had the wrong fillings

Once again I went to Taco Bell which advertises that they are open until midnight? What they don't advertise is that they don't serve food until midnight! So if you aren't serving food until midnight then don't advertise that your open until midnight! And if you do serve food until midnight then your night shift needs more training and possibly a better clock! This is the third time I've been turned away at 11:50! So again please advertise correctly so that you aren't wasting anyone's time!

Rolled into the drive-thru at 6:55 and by the time I was to place my order it was 7:01 , where the young girl taking orders gleefully informed me that they were closed. When I reminded her that I was already in line, a manager out walking the rear area started telling me they would take my order but "next time" I need to be there earlier, like they are doing me a favor. I ended up leaving.. 7 PM on a Saturday night ?? Just shut down the location.. I am pretty sure this has to be against their franchise agreement, and I will consult corporate Monday morning, Do yourself a favor. Make your own burritos or tacos at home for better quality and 1/5 the price .

Hi, my name is Anna. I live in Fredericksburg and I drive 22 miles when I go into Kerrville Texas and when I’m there I always like going to Taco Bell cause we don’t have one Here In Fredericksburg. I have been disappointed three different times I will not be going back. I have asked for a bean and cheese burrito with onions all three times, I have never gotten my order right the first time was bean and cheese no sauce no onions second time no sauce no onions again this last time the beans were dry no cheese I asked for extra onions and never received those and no onions were on the burrito and no sauce . When I was in there, the second time I walked in instead of driving through the register was not working so they had me put in my order through the kiosk. I was looking for a particular item, and the gentleman came over to help me because he did not know that you were no longer serving The cheesy fries unfortunately the gentleman young man I don’t know when he last took a shower or washed his clothes and as a manager you would think that they would’ve spoke to him for you to smell as bad as he did. That means that no one has spoken to him , so I smelt that before I got my food. It’s a shame because I do like going to Taco Bell. Thank you.

We went through the drive thru to order 3 boxes, 2 soft tacos, 2 Dorito tacos and 4 drinks. When given our order we were missing the 4 tacos so we asked politely for the tacos when we told they were given to us. We nicely told them no and showed them it was not in the boxes because they said they were in there. The girl named willow came to window with a bag so we asked if all the tacos were in there and she tells us we were wasting her time and needed to go inside. She was rude for no reason so we went inside and spoke with the manager. We gave them back the food due to the employees rudeness and the fact we felt like she spit in our tacos because of the way she acted. The manger did apologize or handle the situation correctly. She was more concerned about having another bad survey then correcting the issue. We will never go back again.

Seems like the current staff aren't too great, which happens since Taco Bell has a pretty low standard for hiring. Completely messed up the order, and then when I came back around to fix it, I got chewed out by a very hostile woman. I was told I ordered wrong (even though she didn't take the original order, so couldn't have known that), to which I corrected her assumption that I DID order correctly and that THEY messed it up. After we got our correct food we honestly didn't trust the food wasn't spat in, so into the trash it goes. On the bright side we got Arby's instead :-)

We ordered seven items but only received four. Thankfully, we checked our bag before leaving the parking lot. There was no receipt attached to the bag but I mentioned it when we went inside. The server was very friendly but she didn’t seem surprised that we were missing half of our order. It took at least five minutes to correct our order even though we were the only customers in the restaurant. I could go on and on about the poor quality, poor amount of fillings and just plain nasty complimentary cinnamon twists, but I won’t. Avoid this location!

These days, there are two kinds of Taco Bell. There are the good ones, and then there are the kind that skimp on ingredients, hide behind the order-it-yourself kiosks, ask you to “pull up to the front so we can take your food out to you” (iykyk) in the drive through, and dont bother putting the sauces in the bag/things you ask for on your items. This location is unfortunately the latter. Sad!

Visited and was told to use the kiosk to order. This was all while employees were standing around jabbering. The "manager" said kiosk use was mandatory corporate wide. I had been to another location approximately a week before and was waited on at the counter. She had no answer as to why there were cash registers at the counter... Will not support this location again.

Would share a photo but it’s already in the garbage… Asked for EASY beans and EASY sour cream on my Beefy-5-layer Burrito. Instead got NO meat, and the Burrito was about 5 pounds of beans, sour cream, and cheese. The Cashier (short woman with tattoos) was extremely rude, and then tried to make up for her rudeness by giving us a couple extra mild sauces 😂 the mild sauce was the only good part of our food today…

Nobody could take an elderly ladies order at register and made her order on the kiosk. We ordered $40 of food with two large drinks. We have 3 kiddos that needed a water cup and were told 1 water cup per receipt. The quesadillas had 3 pieces of meat and hardly any cheese, half of it was just the tortilla with nothing in it. There were ants all over the floor by or feet as we ate. Shredded cheese on all the avaliable seating, trash on floor. Only one employee out of 3 could communicate with the customers. Not sure if they couldn't speak English or just clueless. Bathrooms were gross. No paper barrier was put on the tray when we order cinnamon twist and they were spilled all over it, who knows if it was properly disinfected from the last use.

Ordered a steak power bowl with no cheese as I’m lactose intolerant but when we got home there was a big gob of cheese. I received a half a bowl of lettuce and 10 pieces of steak of which had tendons in it. Went to drive thru and was told it was closed but by the time we went around to park I saw people ordering at the drive thru, I sat in the truck while my wife picked up the order and counted 7 vehicles which all ordered get thru the drive thru before she came out with the mediocre food. They don’t have enough employees same as everywhere else but with the service and food they provide they might as well shut there doors for good. Don’t waste your money on a bowl of lettuce.

Non existent customer service, every time we go the drive thru is closed and we always have to go inside which is no big deal until you get treated like you might be trying to get a free drink when one of the managers argues with you that they forgot a drink and won't admit it so their just rude. I'd give zero stars but it won't let me, always check food because they always forget something and make sure you have a receipt otherwise the workers will argue you to death. We went thru the drive thru got 6 taco supremes . Get home the bag has grease all over the bottom , open up a taco shell is stuck to the paper & soggy . The worst tacos ever & I have been going to Taco Bell for 40 years & this location the food has gone down hill. Also got cinnamon twists stale as can be. Very disappointed

We walked in and were told that they didn't have a cashier for the front counter. There were 3 employees who were not even doing anything. The manager had an attitude and when my fiance asked questions she walked away and ignored him. Very unprofessional and had no regard for helping the customer have a pleasant experience. We went somewhere else for lunch. No need to eat somewhere that doesn't have a good atmosphere and horrible customer service.

Lady never greeted us at drive thru waited 10 min. Drove forward and the lady said we could only do orders at the display and made us go back around and get behind 5 more cars. She refused to pull our order while at the window “because that is how it is” in her words! Drove around and tried to talk with her and she shut the window. Rudest lady I have ever dealt with! Having to place my own order and making it mandatory is Crazy !!!! I’m stopping by during my short lunch break and I’m having to learn someone else system .. REALLY !!! I was told by an employee & manager that I had to place my order yet the employee was taking orders from others. Does the employees get to choose who they help out?! Poor customer service.

Brought my kids to eat here tonight and watched the manager yell across the store at someone for getting hot sauce. The manager was sitting next to us and just started screaming at her. I think she was a delivery person, not sure. I understand having store policies but it was a really inappropriate way to handle a situation and it scared my kids. Can't believe she's a manager. Don't think we'll be eating inside again anytime soon.

Me and the wife pulled up to the drive through and were deciding what to get. No one behind us so we were taking a little longer than we probly normally would. The manager decided we were taking to long and pretty much told us just to leave in the rudest manner possible. I will never stop by this restaurant again. And anytime anyone mentions tacobell around me I will tell them this story in more detail since I left a bunch out. I've never been so disrespected by a fast food worker in my life. I hope this place goes out of business with how this manager is acting and treating customers there. I hope everyone who reads this decides to eat elsewhere so many better options in kerrville.

I had the worst Taco Bell experience of my life here. The restaurant is about two miles from I-10, so be prepared for that if you are on the interstate and decide to eat here. I got in the drive thru line with several cars ahead of me. I waited patiently. When it was my turn to order, I asked for the $2 vegetarian burrito and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. I asked for only two things, two vegetarian items. I paid, and the young woman at the window asked me to park and wait for my order to be brought out to me. I pulled over into the first available parking space. After several minutes, the same young woman came out to my car with a huge bag of food. "Here's your [meaty dish, the specific name I don't remember]," she said while trying to hand me the bag. I told her that's not what I had ordered. I reminded her that I'd ordered a vegetarian burrito and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. She looked perplexed. She left with the bag of food. More time passed. The same young woman came back out to my car. She told me the manager had told her to tell me that they were out of chicken. I told her I hadn't ordered chicken. She looked perplexed. I pulled out my receipt and showed her that I had ordered a vegetarian burrito and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. She continued to look perplexed. Another worker came out of the restaurant with a large bag of food. She was heading to my car. The first worker intercepted her (I guess that wasn't my order either) and both workers went back into the restaurant. I waited and waited and waited. No one ever came out to my car with my food. When I realized I had been waiting half an hour for two burritos, I locked up my car and went into the restaurant. I went up to the counter where a third worker was showing the second worker how to do something on the register. I told them I had been waiting half an hour for my drive thru order. The third worker said, "We ran out of chicken!" I told her I hadn't ordered chicken. "We ran out of beef too!" she said. When I told her I hadn't ordered beef either, she snapped, "Well, what did you order?" as if there were no other possibilities. I told her I had ordered a vegetarian burrito and a cheesy bean and rice burrito. By that time, the first worker had wondered up front. The third worker asked the first worker why I hadn't gotten my order. The first worker hemmed and hawed and never really gave an answer. Worker #3 stormed off to the back without a word to me. I was left standing at the counter with other waiting customers. One lady said they needed to give her food, any food, so she could get back to work. Then she said it must be hard to be so short staffed and no one wants to work any more. The man waiting raised his eyebrow and observed that he saw six people in the food prep and drive thru areas behind the counter. Finally worker #3 came to the counter with a bag of food. It was for me! She apologized and said there had been a misunderstanding. She gave me a coupon for a free taco for my trouble. She thrust the bag of food across the counter at me. I found out in my car that there were no napkins or hot sauce in the bag. The food wasn't very good either.

Literally no cashiers, had to order with the stupid machines. Paid for a large fries and got a small. I told them and the said it was a large even though my friend also got a large and his was bigger and mine just so happened to be the same size as my friend who ordered a small. Refused to give me a refund or more fries.

Drive thru lady was extremely rude and short tempered for everything. Food came out cold and we found a long black curly hair in it. The new nacho fries were also very skimpy. Got about 10 in a big box with 3 pieces of meat.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. Ordered online for pick up to eat at the local park, and multiple items were missing from our order. Almost every soda flavor was out of syrup as well. Never again.

We went through the drive thru today told the lady to give us a moment please. Then another lady comes on the speaker saying rudely can I help you with anything more than likely a manager. We order our food the fries were cold. I call to let them know she says to bring them back. We bring them back and she goes did you eat any of them? Yes I ate 4 that’s how I knew they were cold, got new ones and still cold. Very unprofessional had an ugly attitude and for the food to not even be fresh.

The store was very short staffed. One guy came back from break and told the manager that the lobby was full of the same people as when he went on break and the manager replied "I don't care." Also my chrunchwrap supreme didn't have any meat in it at all.

Horrible service the worst, have to ask for sauce they never give it. Get angry when you tell them they for got it and fave you 3 sauces when you said 9 every damn time. Food is always wrong. Slowest service ever. Food never made right. The girl with braces at the drive thru is rude as hell and after the first time you figure she wouldn't last long but, after three months 4 trips nope she's there to stay. I am absolutely done with this place overpriced ok, but rude service no recipts angry over asking for the sauce you ordered. The tell the bell always has errors for the store number. So it is America ill go to taco casa and then they can save money on there sauces.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Took the grandkids in to get a few tacos. I wanted to modify the chalupa (which I've done for many years) and the kiosk wouldn't allow the modification. I was refused counter help by the manager. Worst service in Kerrville

Always super slow. I order online to make it quicker yet they don't even start making my food till I'm at the window. Also one day i showed up at 9am for breakfast, they didn't even answer at the drive through till almost 9:10am I didn't get my food till after 9:20am. I was the first person there....

06/27 around 1900, gentleman in drive thru had me pull forward, ordered a discovery luxe box, when he finally brought me my food, I asked if there was fire sauce in the box, he seemed irritated and said “no there’s not”, I said “can you bring me some please?” He then murmured something I could not decipher and very angrily went back and brought me some. If you’re unhappy, I don’t care, the guy should not be in service.

Every time I come here something is always wrong. The other day I did the mobile app to order my food.. it took them over 30 mins to get it done. I did receive 2 coupons for free tacos but today we went my husband ordered his food without veggies and there was veggies on there. He went in and they had an attitude about it. I try and give this place a chance and everytime they fail us.

This Taco Bell location is the worst I've ever been to in terms of customer service. They are very slow to get food out, whether in Drive-thru or inside. Getting service inside is almost impossible. And ordering through the App/mobile ordering doesn't get you anywhere for speed of service. Also, their portions of the meats is a joke. Even if you order and pay for extra meat at this location, they don't give you much meat. Now to the customer service at this location, as stated above, it isn't good. Employees, including and especially management, are generally unpleasant. And now, almost worse than all of that, this location is not open for breakfast anymore. I understand that the market can sometimes force those kinds of decisions e.g. not enough business to justify having a breakfast menu or being open during breakfast hours, but I believe that if this store was managed better and treated the customers better and served satisfactory food, that their business would do better. Unfortunately this is the closest Taco Bell to where I live (over 20 miles away). All of that being said, WHEN DO WE GET TACO BELL IN FREDERICKSBURG, TX?

Lady was super rude gave us a half a pump of cheese on the nacho fries then she tried to charge me for asking for more. I didn’t ask for an extra side I asked her to fill up the tiny container it comes with. She explained that you get one single pump for an order. I believe she was the manager. I feel like instead of trying to keep her cost of food down she should care about the satisfaction of customers.

The skinny lady with the tattoos on her arm is terrible. Rude as hell and making up bs that is Taco Bell policy that I can't have a burrito extra grilled. I been to 10 different Taco bells and no one ever told me. Then my fries were soggy and I asked for new ones and she rudely tossed the bag on the counter and rolls her eyes. We don’t live in Kerrville but I’ve been wanting the spicy potato taco with steak & sour cream, got a Doritos locos supreme taco as well….. hardly any meat on the Doritos taco, sooooo much friggin sour cream 🤢 Now…. The potato taco? I received one of them with zero potatoes?!? The other had once again more sour cream than anything else, all of them were cold due to the amount of sour cream & for the amount you pay extra for the steak, why did I receive 2 tiny pieces? Save your money (complete waste of money to go to this location!) go down the road and go to Taco Casa! They know how to doctor up a taco!

Everytime I come in here at this location, I have to repeat my order at least three times, they still get it wrong. It takes 10-15 minutes to make (fast food restraunt), and then I have to wait again for them to fix it. This is the last straw. It's good food, but not gourmet and worth all the bs!! My twists were just thrown the bag! Awful!! Not all Taco Bells are this bad, but avoid this location!!!!!! 😰😨

Absolutely horrible ordered 2- #2 With a #3 More sauce and tortilla than filling and since when do they use cabbage in the burritos. These burritos r the thinnest I’ve ever seen. Spent $38 . Absolutely will not be coming back This was my first visit back in a long time now I realize why I haven’t been going.

i love taco bell sm but all the employees are teens and completely disrespectful. i work in fast food so ik how frustrating work can be and even still they are UNBELIEVABLY rude. especially in the drive thu was told “aight go to the window” n just waiting for food for over 20 mins is inane

This is with out a doubt the MOST FRUSTRATING Taco Bell I’ve ever been through. You have to use a kiosk to order and that sucks. They can take your order but they refuse to. I hollered at someone, after standing at the counter to order for over 10 minutes, and was told I have to use the machine. I walked out. I came back another time because my kids insisted and the same thing happened again but we ordered. Then, our food was wrong and poorly prepared and delivered. Barely ANYTHING on it! Taco Casa for me here on out unless I go to Taco Bell other than this one. They need to go take notes from the one in Hondo, great customer service. Ohhh and last thing, they have locks on their bathrooms and then you have to jump up and down to get their attention for them to unlock the dang door.

Asked for soft tacos with no lettuce. And the came out with lettuce. Sent the food back to kitchen, and this is what was sent back to me. That’s a lettuce core. Complete and utter disregard for safe food handling practices. I will be reaching out to corporate with receipts. Whoever was making the food at 3:45 PM on November 28, 2022 clearly can not be trusted to responsibly perform the simplest of tasks. I chucked the entire bag. Whose to say they didn’t spit in it as well. $18.00 thrown in a rest stop trash can.

After reading the other reviews on this I would have to wonder why this manager continues to have a job. If leadership fails, then everything down the line fails as well. This location is a glaring example of how the management team is failing everyone, staff and patrons alike. It's also apparent that corporate has no interest as I couldn't find anywhere in the reviews where someone from corporate or upper management (general manager) reached out. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered food via uber eats and ordered a beef/bean burrito with no onions. Food arrived covered with onions. Called the restaurant and spoke with the female manager who refused to give her name to inquire about how to remedy the situation. She proceeded to argue with me then hung up on me. Tried to call corporate and they are apparently closed on the weekend. Will call on Monday. If anyone knows the manager's name at the Kerrville Taco Bell please respond and let me know.

If I could give no stars I would. It's no wonder this place is always hiring. If they can not find good help they should just close doors. The young African American lady working the window when I came thru and spent $80, did not care about her job AT ALL. Asked her about a menu item and all she could respond with is "I don't know." Rude for the whole experience! I made my order through the drive in. My normal order I’ve had it a million times no issues. After ordering it they said the items I wanted to add to my Crunchwrap was too much and they couldn’t make it. Which was weird but I do add a bit to it maybe one or two more items then they’re used to with one being a replacement. This isn’t the end of the world but their attitude through it was rude. After coming to a conclusion they could give me the add-ins on the side I got my food and left. Getting home and ready to eat I realize I have barely any fries, which made me upset. And when I was adding my add-ins I was gravely mad. The one thing I wanted replaced was the beef (I don’t eat meat) was still there instead of my potatoes. Not happy👎🏾

Waited 25 minutes in the drive-through with 3 other customers. Finally went in to ask for a refund and there were several other angry customers waiting for their order, as well as two customers with their order all laid out on the table, obviously made incorrectly. When I got up to the counter, there were 7 teenagers all making the same burrito together (Not an exaggeration). I asked for a refund and was told I would not be able to get one because the manager wasn’t there. When I asked what the manager‘s name was, the little girl working the drive-through laughed in my face and walked away. Luckily Elijah, the one that seemed to be the most sensible, said the manager would be there in the morning and that the girl’s name at the drive-through was Brooklyn. I’ve tried calling corporate several times and just keep getting put on hold. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to wait at least half an hour to receive your order, only to then have to have it remade because it’s wrong. Management and corporate should be absolutely ashamed of this location. I should’ve known based off of all of the other horrible reviews 🤦‍♀️

Let me start by saying I’m a loyal Taco Bell customer. My first job was at a Taco Bell and I very much enjoyed working there. Today I ordered 3 burritos and asked for them to be grilled. And to my surprise they said they can’t/wont grill these burritos. I have ordered no less than 500 burritos from various Taco Bell’s and always get them grilled. After assuring them the burritos can in fact be placed on the grill, I was informed that this was the managers call. This is not my first time that this Taco Bell has been the worst. Small deal in the grand scheme of life but as a Taco Bell lover I was shocked enough about this grilled burrito stance that it lead me to write only my second review ever. Don’t give up on the TB lounge. But give up on this one. These guys are clowns. 1 star at best

I know, it’s Taco Bell, you get what you pay for, and that is exactly what I got, a bag of food that looked like it was packed by a wild animal in a fit of anger, why in the world am I surprised that they packed two pounds of food on top of a Mexican Pizza??
