One of the cleanest restaurants I've been in. It doesn't seem to matter which Wingstop I go to the food is consistent at all locations. I am a Wing fanatic, and it would be great if they had a better selection of sauces

Giving this one 5 stars, because not only is the food delicious. But I ordered on doordash, and asked for extra seasoning on the fries. They came through on it!! At other locations they never put extra when I ask for it. So thank you. Even 20 minutes after getting my food it’s still hot! Will definitely order from this location again when I come through.

Great food and amazing service! As a college student at Kilgore, I visited this place a few times with friends and had a great experience each time. On one occasion, I mistakenly received in-bone wings instead of boneless wings, but it was quickly fixed by the staff, and they gave me free fries for the inconvenience! The restaurant has a good selection of food and has always been clean when I visited. As a bonus, college students receive 10% off their order when they present their ID card (the last time I was there, anyway)!

Came here to eat very fast and friendly service! Although these places are small we had a very good time. The fries were a bit to salty! But everything else was good! Not much pple so we were pleased! Will come back!

Their choice selection keeps getting bigger. It's hard to decide which ones to get. The garlic parmesan wings are always my favorite. The staff was a little slow getting our order took some time but all in all dinner was great

The drink machine isn't good, other than that though this place has good food and great service

Well it's an okay place, I order was messed up on our fries, they put so much seasoning on it you couldn't even eat them, had to take them back and they had to do another order of FF,which they did with no problem

My food was good but my mother in law's food wasnt. She got highly upset because the fries she got were really cold. They did replace them though.

I learned alot about employees home life they weren't descretly speaking. I have had to go and it was ok not much to brag about. Better than bbw? Yes. The best? No.

The quality of the fries has really gone downhill but otherwise a good value for boneless wings.

So the food was good, but we ordered online and the website said our order would be ready by 10:20, hubby heads up there and our order wasn't even started by 10:20, we didn't get our order until 10:45! No apologies, no acknowledgement by the employees at all that anything was out of the ordinary. I hate to leave a bad review but it's ridiculous that they didn't even apologize!

Not the first time they've messed up an order. I never place a bad review on a one time mess up, because we're human, it happens. But this is ridiculous

The place opens the doors at 11am and wife calls at 10:40. They take her order to be picked up at 11:10. I arrived at 11 as doors open and pay. 8 minutes I'm told which sounds grand. 20 minutes later after a walk in and two bags to go are ready I inquire about my order. Waiting on fries I'm told. If you're on a strict lunch time schedule wouldn't depend on this place helping with that. Other than being slothful slow, food was ok.

So I walked in to pick up my to go order and one of the female associates was sitting on the food counter talking on the phone. When she saw me she didn't acknowledge me at all, in fact she summoned the other girl in the back to help me. I know this was a personal call because of the look I got and the fact she was talking so low. I don't know if I'll go back. I feel bad for the other workers who were working while she was chatting on the phone

Everytime we come here they always give us a dipping sause but she tried to charge us for it , she took every other Mexican that came in after us like she was racist and still none of our food

We placed a to go order on 9/8/23 and when we picked it up one meal was missing a wing, the fries were not fully cooked, and the extra dipping sauces we ordered were not in the bag, and the fries that were ordered with extra seasoning were barely seasoned at all.

I’ve ordered from this store twice and each time they have skipped my atomic wings. The first time they told me there was nothing they could do about it, so I placed another order and kept it separate. I paid extra just to do this and I am still missing the atomic wings. Very disappointed because I have to travel 30 minutes just to get them and this was for a birthday party.

YOUNG FEMALE MANAGER @ Kilgore tx location, very unprofessional. Screaming at employees and cussing up a storm while I had my 4 year old daughter listening to everything. Other customers were very uncomfortable as well.. A lady And her son were sitting next to us listening to the unpleasant manager; the lady customer complained and asked for the managers name and cash register employee refused to give name. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I came here specifically for the atomic wings....might as well had gotten the mild. Hardly any sauce, and what there was tasted more like buffalo sauce, then the atomic. Also no bathroom and the beer was warm, kinda trash.

Went in with my family and they refused to see us because we forgot our masks. The black female was very rude and had attitude. Dont want my service. Ill go elsewhere. Will not recommend them to my friends or family. Horrible customer service!

I dont know how people work in the food service and do the things they do with cameras on them that tells me the people over them don't care about food safety or the protocol put in place to handle food... first of you have these people in there handling food with no gloves on then handling money then go right back to touching the customers food just disgusting... second they in the kitchen dancing and swing there long hair over peoples food with no hair nets... third they are eating and handling peoples food touching any and everything and no one has a glove or washed there hands at all I was watched this go on for 20 mins them touching each other them touching everything else playing with they phones and touching food them rub they hands on they dirty jeans and go right back to touching for this is exactly how people get sick and the fact that its happening during COVID is just ridiculous where do you find these nasty dirty people at I guess thats what you get for that type of pay but I guess if none of the customers cares why should the people who own or work there Care....

Asked for 2 large dips. 17 dollars. Ended up with ten little half filled cups. Rip off! Obviously been a recent change in management.

Just placed an order through the website for delivery. The order was suppose to arrive in 40 minutes at 9:30. 9:50 rolled around and I got a text that my order had been delivered and it wasn't there. When I called the store to let them know they didn't offer to remake my food. The young man just said he would refund my money or I could come pick them up if I wanted to. When I asked for a refund he's just sight "aight" and hung up. This wingstop lost my business.

Got charged for 4 meals and left with 3. Receipt doesn't show what you ordered I asked about it and he just walked off. I have always went here was not even a mediocre experience

This is the first time that I’ve had terrible food at this location. I think I came at the wrong time because all I saw were a bunch of young people playing around in the back. My wings were soooo spicy that they were hard to digest and even gave me heartburn. The chicken was very dry like it had been sitting all day and then refried. The lady at the front was super dry and rude. She should probably rotate to the back and let someone else with better customer skills handle the customers.

This place is ridiculous. I tried calling in an order after having problems with the App... then after repeated calls .... (to which I guess wingstop just doesn't answer the phone). I finally placed an order online and paid for it. My fiance stops on her way home from a long shift at work to pick up our order... and she had to wait another 30mins. First problem is the staff can't seem to speak good enough English to find an order for a very common name (michael) Secondly...after alot of back and forth they find the order then they try to argue the order was not paid for.... to which my wife has to then go back out to her car and show them the amount had been charged to our bank account. And this is on top of the fact we were in there a few weeks ago and dined in and the lady that took our order was rude and then didn't even bring us our food....just sat it on the counter.... to which after a few moments a walked up to discover it was our order. 🤬🤬🤬

I wouldn’t return to this location. If I could give it a zero for customer service, I would. The young lady at the front Marilou is very rude and unprofessional. When you call in your food she is rude. I’m not sure how this young lady is still allowed to work at this establishment due to me hearing from others in town that she’s rude as well. Wingstop please train your employees on customer service. When you have multiple people complaining on one employee and you keep her, that says you don’t care about your customers and this impertinent person is more important than your business. I’m assuming you don’t read your reviews because I see several reviews complaining on her. Gladly to say you won’t get another dollar from me. I’d rather drive to Longview for wings than to deal with a disgusting employee. Do better.

I called them , back when I saw my order was wrong and all she says “it’s going to be a extra charge” I asked why if she messed up my order which she said again that it would be $1 and I said OK I’m going for the fries . My husband went to pick them up returned the veggie sticks and AMY just handed him one order of fries yet took both orders of veggie sticks back! wings aren’t even well done . I’ve noticed that when the teens are running the store the orders are always messed up .
