Wonderful staff, clean facility! My hometown closed our last Grandy's about 20 years ago. I was excited to see one!

Brandy's brings back some many memories. This is one of the last ones and I love it...Okra, chicken fried steak, cinnamon rolls...mahhhaaannnn, and the yeast rolls. Just like I remembered!!

Grandy's makes me very happy. I love their chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and country gravy. The chicken is so tender and juicy, it's never dried out. The most amazing thing here is those soft, buttery rolls. The staff was also very welcoming and polite. I'm definately coming back here.

Grandy's has always been a childhood favorite of mine! We drive 45 minutes to get here because all of ours closed. The food is always the same. Chicken fried chicken, white gravy, green beans, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and homemade rolls is my favorite dish. The fried chicken is great too! Customer service is great!

I always get the deluxe biscuit with sausage. Biscuit is always soft and the hash brown never is greasy. Drive thru always is quick.

Food always good but each time I dine there. However, the counter help is so loud yelling at the cooks, it's nerve racking. Needs a better system of communication.

This place is great if you want to pre-made Sunday dinner. Other than that a lot of the older African American community goes there for breakfast every morning, and I think that's cool.

Chicken fries steak is amazing! Sides are really good too. The only thing that doesnt taste so good is the mashed potatoes.

I haven't been to Grandy's since I was little! I thought they were all closed. Much to my surprise and happiness, I found one here in Longview! The building is definitely old and not the most clean but the food was delicious!

Went through the drive though window on 12-11-12. The young lady that took our order was very nice and polite. When we got to the window she advised us that they were 3 nuggets short of the 20 nugget meal we ordered. She stated that it would be 7 minutes for the nuggets cooking to be ready or she could add a piece of chicken to our order. We chose the extra piece instead of waiting. Its been my experience at drive throughs that most would have just shorted us the 3 pieces and sent us on our way only to get home and realize we were shorted. This young lady needs to be recognized as a valued employee because they are hard to come by in this day and age. The reciept we got showed the name Shaquaila, J. I hope that was her and if you are ever waited on by her, I'm sure you will be as pleased as we were to meet her. Again, good job!

Service is great food is ok. Grandys is not what it use to be on the food part.

Food was OK, service OK, but the restaurant was dingy, not terribly clean, and paint worn off places on doorways, windows dirty/scratched, and looks like it hasn't been remodeled since 1987.

Food was great, staff not so much. Used to dine at Grandy's all the time, back in the day when didn't worry about what I was eating. Still good chicken. However the help seemed like they did not want to be there and I was interfering with their time. I guess I don't blame them either LOL. Go to school and get a better job. Tried the breakfast, asked for gravy on the side, get none! The pancakes hardly qualified to be a piece of paper, half the biscuit was too hard to eat. Most of the time the food is delicious but breakfast needs soft fluffy biscuits and pancakes

Waited 17 minutes for our food. Our food did have good flavor and was warm which was good after waiting such a long time to get it. As a traveler I wouldn't recommend here because of the time it took, but If I was local and had more time, it wouldn't be such an issue.

Inattentive work staff. Had people waiting to order walk out because of the time it was taking to order.

We managed to get our order in but it was wrong. Already putting food in the warmer before 8:30, when the aren’t supposed to close until 10. We watched them get our food from the warmer. One girl had a really good attitude but the others didn’t. I really hate being a Karen but geez!!

They got my order wrong and they took 30 minutes to finally get my order right and the service was horrible !!!

Planned to feed the guys at work breakfast. 5:45am still not open so spent $65 at whataburger. Not the first time.

Grandys is inside an Exxon fast food brand c store Longview, Tx. The men's bathroom stunk of urine. U could tell it hadn't been mopped or cleaned in some time. Filthy. Health Dept needs to see this.

It was the worst meal I have had in a very long time... I regret stopping there...food was horrible and the restaurant stank... not the Grandy's I remember from years past.

Went last night and witnessed manager correcting employee in a very rude way in front of other employees and customers which I find wrong. If she has a problem with an employee she should do it in private. She was even rude to me. I really dont think she likes her job.

As always chicken is over-salted and overpriced. A 2-piece fried chicken, dark meat with two sides and a drink was $9. Both sides, whole kernel corn and mac and cheese were cold.

My husband, Brother, and I went and the food made all of us sick. I will not go back unless it is fresh food that has not been setting under a heat light for god knows how long.

Don't even deserve a one star. If there was a minus star this place would get a -5. We got breakfast on our way to work. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal and a plan sausage biscuit meal. Both biscuits was raw. The plan sausage biscuit had egg and cheese. Both hashbrowns was had and nasty. The only thing we consumed was the drinks. I have a allergy that does not allow me to have cheese and egg, that's why I ordered it plan. I looked at my receipt and it was ordered correctly just made wrong. There was 5 females working and 4 of them was just standing there and no one wearing g a mask or gloves. I would be ashamed to work here or even own this place of business with the food and service this bad. I'll wait at the Whataburger line next time matter how long it is up they always get it right. Thanks Whataburger!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Staff was very unprofessional in appearance and performance. I used the drive thru due to the pandemic. I was told my order would be ready in 8-10 minutes...it is currently 27minutes later and the cashier that took my order with this hot pink hair is outside talking to folks at the gas station next door...REALLY? Just give me a refund!

Been sitting here 40 minutes waiting on order i ordered in drive thru. Two employees smoking out in front and one of the two goes and talks to his friend in a car when the pulled up. Maybe he should be inside cooking chicken? You only are open in drive thru but you have no chicken? I haven't eaten at a Grandys in years and thanks to this experience I wont be using them again period.

We went at 8pm, the 2employees were closing up already even though 10pm is closing. Plenty of time for a quick dinner, so we thought. Made to feel unwelcome due to the attitudes. The dining room was blocked off with high chairs and chairs. Won’t return, it’s shameful employees are rude to to customers

For the past month ,my family and I have been going to the Longview location for one simple thing; the pot roast dinner. This is the third time in the past 30 days we have been told that there is none. The first time we ordered something else ( they forgot our order of okra) and chopped it up to it being almost 9pm even though they dont close until 10. The second time we went STILL no pot roast and they forgot the okra AGAIN. Tonight, We decided that we would call first instead of driving all the way from pine tree and NO ONE BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE PHONE from 630 pm till 730 pm. So tonight on 7/3/2018 we were told there was pot roast and NO gravy and with that my family and I are done trying which is disappointing.The women that work the drive thru are very rude ,curse at each other loudly ,and stop to check phones before checking that the order is in correct. I am looking for a corporate number .

Wouldn't even give a star, but that's not an option. Went through the drive-thru, Tues, Oct 24. Tried to order, but the girl couldn't hear me, and told me "you need to speak up". Well, considering I'm getting over a cold, and my throat is still sore, I responded, I honestly can't. Her reply, I needed to turn off my vehicle then, because she couldn't hear me. I order, and sit in line for 18 minutes before getting to the window. She through open the window, looked at her screen, turns back to me, and says "8 dollars even". I hand her my card, she runs it, and hands it back to me. She gets my food, and hands it to me. I say thank you, and no response from her. I then say, "well, I guess I should say have a good day since you aren't, and you obviously need one". She laughs a sarcastic laugh, and slams the window shut. It will be a while before considering going there again....

As a GM I am really disappointed. Our business refers a lot of people there for lunch and dinner after today the service and rudeness we received I think our business along with our referrals will start going to Denny s. whats sad is even if I speak to a manager they cant undo rudeness.
