Unfortunately this is by far one of the worst restaurants I have visited from this brand. Not only are they rude but can't get a single order correct at all. There is no top bun and didn't even add the second meat patty for the big mac this is just embarrassing smh.

It had the worst service I've ever experienced. I went inside to get coffee & ordered a meal for a man who couldn't get anyone to help him. They was no one but him in there & they were ignoring him. I had to holllar to people who were too busy talking to each other. I tried to order & they made me go to a self service and instead of just taking my order at the counter they walked through the order rudely. The girl was rude. They get paid $20 a hour now to not take orders or do anything. I paid for his food gave him the receipt & told him to complain if they do not call him soon its been paid for

Visited this location on 12/25/2025 at 1:16 PM while traveling to see family, and unfortunately the food quality was very disappointing. The double cheeseburger patties seemed like they had been sitting in the warmer far too long for standards and were extremely hard. The nuggets were barely warm and soggy, and the spicy chicken patties had no crunch at all. Overall, the meal did not meet the standards as expected. Will not be returning to this location again.

This McDonald’s has gone seriously downhill lately, and it’s become a real concern for those of us who live here. Because it’s right off the 99, it feels like the staff doesn’t care—most customers are just passing through, so if the order is wrong or the food is bad, they figure those people won’t be back anyway. But we are local, and we deal with these issues every single time. The wait times are unreasonable, the food is cold, and the orders are consistently incorrect. For employees making $20 an hour, the level of care and accuracy is unacceptable. Fast food should be hot, quick, and—at the very least—what you actually ordered. At this point, it’s not an occasional mistake. It’s every visit. My biggest concerns are: – Why was my hamburger hard as a rock? – Why is the sweet tea never sweet? – Why am I waiting 15–20 minutes with only a handful of customers inside? We need the original manager back, because whoever is running the Kingsburg McDonald’s off the 99 now is failing badly. This entire establishment should be embarrassed by the lack of quality and customer care.

They don’t throw anything away here they will serve you burned dehydrated food that’s looks days old and get mad when you want your money back. I came in on the afternoon order my food on the kiosk and began to look for a tabel. All the tables were dirty, Once I found a decent table and began to wait in my order and looked into my computer to work on some homework. The service was horrible food came in like 20 mins after I ordered. Then the coffee I order was half way empty and I asked if it was normal for the coffee to be this low they took my coffee ans said they'll be back with another one. No lie it been an hour and I have not yet received a coffee. I am thinking of moving forward and make a complaint to a manger about this night crew who need to be restrained in their costumer service, time quality, cleanliness because they are poorly in these areas.

On 7/31/25 I ordered a McNugget Combo using the App. Ran several errands before arriving at McDonalds. I parked in front of the restaurant but was unable to enter the number of the spot I was in. This happened before and I would just walk into the restaurant and pick up my order. But on July 31, 2025, I had to wait almost 7 minutes for my food. I walked in and was able to get the attention of a female worker. She was not wearing a regular uniform or a name tag. I told her I was having problems with my App, but I gave her my name, and showed her the purchase on the App. She kept telling me that the order had to be "Staged" I showed her my App and she kept saying to "Press there ! Press there !" in order to enter the spot I was parked in. It didn't work. Then she kept telling me to close out my app and reopen it. I tried several times. Didn't work. I finally told her "Can I just have my food?" She then disappeared for approx. 4 minutes. I kept telling her that I see the transaction on my bank account and wanted to show her but my requests were ignored. Eventually she gave me my food. I was so upset I asked for her name. Her response "I TOLD YOU I WAS GETTING YOUR FOOD". I let her know I have never had this problem before and she still insisted that the order had to be "Staged". I asked for her name again and she walked off. So sad to be treated like a little child instead of a paying customer.

The cashier at 6:30pm on 7/22/25 was completely rude from the start I did give her attitude once she gave me attitude from the start over chicken nuggets that I clearly stated I wanted fresh she gave me hard stale chicken nuggets and stated they were fresh when in fact they were not I showed them to her and told her you can tell just by the color she proceeded to go and talk to the crew about me like if I couldn't hear here I held back because my daughter was there with this attitude was no acceptable at all I expect something to be done with this employee shes making 20 an hr for what to be rude to people I want someone to contact me ASAP this is so uncalled for when I confronted her again about not fresh nuggets she goes Im done with you I had to request a manager to fix my order spend 30 min waiting on her 1 job that she couldn't do maybe they should consider putting her in the kitchen and put friendly nicer people upfront If I can give a zero star I worst experience

Ordered the fish fillet sandwich and got it with no tartar sauce. Kinda like going to In-N-Out in order an animal style and not getting the sauce. Best way to ruin a meal in a customer. Had to eat something of it to not waste my money.
