Raunak and the girls at the restaurant were absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Raunak is truly amazing, he makes everything look effortless!!! If Raunak is under pressure you would never know it. Not only did I get very polite, courteous and friendly service, he made the whole experience A1 and that really brightened up my day. I think at the time, around 13:30pm he was working all by himself!!! Real grace under pressure!!! A real credit to your team!!! Keep shining. Godspeed and thanks a lot!!!

Excellent Service from Kwang and Steven at Zizzi I’d like to give a big thank-you to Steven and Kwang for their outstanding service during my recent visit to Zizzi. Both were incredibly friendly, approachable, attentive, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Steven made sure everything at my table was perfect and took the time to check in without being intrusive, while Kwang's positive attitude on his first day and efficiency really stood out. Their teamwork and genuine care made my dining experience truly enjoyable. The restaurant looked clean and tidy. Tables were each set up to perfection. It’s always a pleasure to see staff who take pride in what they do — please pass along my appreciation to both of them. They’re a real credit to your restaurant and a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back!

Second time eating here and second time had a lovely meal. What was great was that the staff was very understanding with regards to my diet due to having an operation. Staff are great, food was lovely. Would eat here again? Yes I would.

This was our first time at Zizzi. The Super Zucca salad was excellent 👌. My daughter had the Roasted Mushroom Rositto and it was cooked to perfection! We would definitely go back!

Only two people were working : Mads and Erin and they were both outstanding. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel truly looked after. The chef was equally amazing, delivering exceptional food throughout the meal. Our family meal was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Every dish was full of flavour, and the teamwork between the staff was impressive to see. The complimentary pasta crisps and hot chocolate at the end were a lovely and thoughtful touch that made the evening even more special. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience with amazing food and an amazing team. We will definitely be returning.

The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Great spot for a casual meal. definitely coming back ( even if the Pizza Rustica it is overpriced)

Lovely venue, nice decor inside and great atmosphere. Food is delicious and has great prices. Staff are very friendly. I've tried the calzone, lasagne and prawn tagliatelle. All delicious. Also they take taste card and have good offers on the millionaires club app.

So much tasty items on the menu is was really hard to pick what to eat. The food we ended up getting was all too nice and wish I was hungrier and would have ordered something else. Unfortunately I'll have to wait till the next time I enter one of their chain restaurants. It has a very nice rustic and Italian aesthetic there which was just nice to look at.

Mads was super attentive and helpful! Loved her service! Will most definitely be returning and the food was very delicious. A good attitude and smile definitely goes a long way!

We are vegetarian and there was so much choice. We had the ravioli and a pizza. Both were delicious. The service was excellent toi and all reasonably priced.

It is always a pleasure to dine at Zizzi Kingston. An extensive menu for all tastes and good service from charming staff. Leave space for the desserts which are excellent. Don't forget to join Zillionaires Club and accumulate points for your next visit. They do not add a percentage for a tip, do add one if you feel the service was good.

I had the calamari, seafood vongole, and candy floss dolce. All the food was delicious, and the service was exemplary! Thank you for a great time, Raunak!

My waitress Jess was super professional, smiling and very good. Food excellent like always.

Absolutely loved the food and drinks. I enjoyed the starters so much I ordered them again to take home with me. Jess was absolutely amazing. So friendly, kind and easy to chat with. Made the experience so much better.

Jess was the best host one could possibly hope to have, if I was dining here I would always request her to wait our table, five star service absolutely sensational could not recommend more

My partner and I visited on Thursday evening before a show and we had such a lovely experience. Steven provided excellent service and the food was delicious (vegan margarita pizza and rainbow lasagne). Will definitely be visiting again in the future! ☺️

Had an absolutely delightful meal. Food was super yummy and I can't recommend the wild strawberry sparkler enough, it literally tastes like calpol which is like a dream come true. Big shout out to Tania for exceptional banter and recommendations, she's a star 🌟

Went for lunch today 27.12.25 fantastic service, very friendly staff and a good atmosphere all round. We were served by Abbie and Raunak both were friendly and efficient,would recommed going the food was fantastic

Very nice location. The window seats are good with nice views and not to much direct sunlight in the late afternoon. The mocktails are a bit lackluster, however they are well presented. The atmosphere was nice with mixed customers and quite family friendly. The starters came out in good time. The garlic bread with cheese was very nice and a good portion. Pizza 🍕 came with a bit of burn around the edges but nothing more than you would expect from a wood fired oven. Make sure you have your Taste Card ready for amazing 2 for 1 offers on starters mains and desserts. Overall very pleasant experience

Great experience. We were all delighted with our food and the service. A little surprise treat at the end of the meal was a small hot chocolate. It would be nice to have a mirror in the disabled toilet.

We visited weekdays dinner time, was pretty quiet. Weekend may need book, we visited Sat evening it was fully booked. 😂😂 generally staff are friendly and helpful. Gentlemen staff was great help and friendly. 👍👍 We enjoyed rustic pizza at Zizzi. This brunch made great pizza 🍕 we loved it! And the place as clean also we tired fist time Tiramisu in here. Very delicious 😋 enjoyed time in here!

Nice place , especially if you visit with kids Pizzas , salads and pasta Atmosphere is very nice and the staff was ok. The waiter had a small issue of understanding what we were asking but was willing to try. Kids combos And a nice add is that they have skinny pizzas with less than 600cal.

The pizzas were fresh and delicious. But the dessert was too small, there was only a spoon of a cake. It was definitely not a whole brownie. They should change the portion of the brownie.

Not amazizzing but friendly staff service, average food, great location. It's a busy corner spot just of Kingston market but so few Italian eateries around we though we would try it out. To be fair for a chain, it is not bad but the taste was a little bland and could do with some seasoning. Tke kings prawn starters were while calimari was a little dry and bland. Our main on king prawn (4 prawns!) Linguine and Beef and Chickb calzone, well presented but need plenty of seasoning to bring the taste out. At the end not too bad. Reasonable price, with very pleasant service from the over worked staff.

Lovely food when it finally arrived! Took ages to be served, 30 minutes for our drinks to come, my meal came over 5 minutes after my daughters. Not asked if we wanted another drink. Disappointing experience

Very friendly greeting, nice ambience, and nice table, but went so downhill after that. Service so slow it was better to order online, and I had to get salt and pepper myself. Prices are very high. Signage to toilets terrible. Feels like this place is surviving on the brand, but for how much longer I don't know.

I can not recommend this restaurant. We were there Saturday early evening. It was very noisy with lots of children. Lipstick marks on two glasses were sent back, we finished eating the starters before the drinks arrived, starter plates were never tidied up, we had to request some missing cutlery, both the carbonara and the bolognaise had pasta that was stuck together and was much too dry. The bolognaise was tasteless and too dry to eat. We did tell a different waiter who seemed more efficient than our one and he did apologise and reduced the bill which helped. My impression was that it was cheap and cheerful food for children who perhaps don’t mind poor quality.

Went here for my dads birthday dinner. My mum is celiac so needed the online gluten free menu which didn't work. We had to have 4 different waiters as people kept saying they couldn't take the order because they "weren't trained on allergies", making my mum feel so alienated. Once the rest of the table had had their food for about 5-10 minutes, the waiter came and told us that they didn't have the dish I had ordered! I had to quickly choose something else and my meal only came once the rest of the table had finished theirs! This service is completely unacceptable, will not be returning.

Shocking service. We went on a Friday night and there were only two girls working who were shockingly slow, we had to wait a while and eventually had to flag them down to ask for service. The food came pretty quickly but the kids dessert for our nephew also would have taken forever had we not asked where it was. Avoid.

We went to Zizzi Kingston on Sunday afternoon. Although there were plenty of empty tables by the windows, the staff member in charge (Steve) directed us to a table right by the entrance to the kitchen. When we asked to move, he refused, saying that if we sat at another table the third chair would block the walkway. Ironically, the table he gave us was much worse—every time staff came in or out of the kitchen, they brushed against our chairs. The floor under our table was also dirty with lots of food remnants, and the service throughout felt unprofessional and disrespectful. This was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Food was fine. Service was shocking. Kids mains and a single side order came to the table before the kids starters. The kids starters followed about 15 minutes later. Adult mains then appeared a while later still. Side was completely cold by this point. Weren't offered more drinks, hard to get staff attention, no sign of being apologetic about the order in which the food arrived or the delay between the full table being served. We were also sat at bottom of the stairs - the stench from the downstairs toilet (out of use) and/or the bins stored in the open cupboard next door was overwhelming. Eating lunch with the smell of rotten food/sewage was incredibly unpleasant. Waiter was then a little difficult about us using vouchers - claimed we could only use one or the other, despite the t&cs of both vouchers saying absolutely nothing of the sort. Hugely disappointing experience.
