Definitely a step above other fast food restaurants. Good variety of menu choices. My favorites are the backed potatoes and the chili. My son loves the chicken and the burger sandwiches

Beth had the asiago bacon chicken and I had the jalapeno bacon chicken. Both were delicious. I love that I don't feel guilty eating at Wendy's. Their food is always fresh and the quality excellent.
Oh my lord that restaurant is very clean and I was advised to get the baconator. Absolutely great choice fabulously fresh breakfast sandwich and I love the seasoned fries.
In terms of the big 3, Wendys is definitely the best. Fresher tasting burgers, better Nuggets then McDonald's and this specific one has a great staff. ( Also Wendys breakfast is slept on)
Everytime I go out this way I have to stop at this Wendy's! Their food is always fresh tasting and speedy service. I always tip everyone in the building because they are always busy.
The staff was very friendly and timely, the dining room and bathrooms were spotless. The salad was delicious and high quality, and of course their frostys are the best.
The busiest fast food drive thru in town. Always a line 6 cars or more and the line always moves fairly quick considering and the food still comes out hot and delicious. Love the chicken bacon jalapeno chicken sandwich on the pretzel bun!
Man oh man, this Wendy's location has to be the busiest establishment that I've been to in a long time. I waited on the drive-thru line for 10 minutes while the line was wrapped around the building. After ordering my items, I waited 3 more minutes and I was out of the parking lot. It was lunchtime 👏🏿
To the fella taking our order, the cashier lady and gal handing us our meal THANK YOU! You were kind, cheerful and it was appreciated!!!! It was super busy yet you were all pleasant! Keep up the awesome attitudes!!!!
Large chili and baked potato with chives was great as usual. My wife said the salad was also. Friendly, helpful employee. Men's bathroom was clean. No inside dining yet.
Yesterday on June 2nd 2021, Wendy's was very busy and so when I Ordered and got it the food was hot which was good thing. Their are times I have gone their and they would much fries that have been sitting v with some new hot fries, and depending on my order sometimes I will get a bacon burger or a spicy chicken sandwich..the sandwiches would be luke warm and like I said you will get a mixed of the fries that have been sitting with a few hot ones and that's not very good. Wendy's is a hit and miss.
Only one guy was running the register, but he was handling it like a pro. Between all the Door dash/Grubhub orders and drivethru orders he made it look easy and we got our food pretty quickly too!

Pretzel Baconator equaled awesome. Try for first time love the solid bun which kept all of the items in place. Will be returning before New Year
This particular location never disappoints. Fast, efficient and always accurate. I don't think I've ever had a messed up order here. Window crew is always friendly and it's always the same friendly faces.
Good food fast service
When people complain that $15 dollars an hour is too much for fast food employees than they never have been to this Wendy's. The amount of costumers they can get out the door and drive thru during lunch hour is unconprehensable. The people who work here deserve more than $15, they never mess up my order And I never wait more than 3-4 minutes after I order. This Wendy's is the gold standard of fast food service. You all are amazing
Out of all the fast food places, so far they have best chicken nuggets by far, soft, hot, an always fresh,, drive thru always full , but moves quickly and pretty efficiently
I don’t come here often since they are busy and I don’t want to add to that stress, but when I do it’s amazing. I usually go for the chicken sandwiches or salads (please bring back the half salads!), both of which are delicious. I like how customizable everything is, and how many uncommon menu items they have as a fast food restaurant (chili, baked potatoes, etc). I have never been disappointed with any of their food/drinks, and they are always very quick, even with a lot of customers.
Always a friendly greeting from all. I appreciate the cleanliness of the shop. Food is always hot and orders correct. One of our favorite places for a quick meal. We feel safe eating there or having a to go meal. Thank you to all of the team there.
No dining room service for whatever reason, so very long line at drive-thru. However the food was worth waiting for, the best we could imagine; lived up to its stellar reputation! Go Wendy's!

Everytime I come here I have a good experience. They didn’t add the topping I paid for once but the next day they replaced my sandwhich, no problem at all. This is the only one of 2 places I can go to in Kingston and know I’ll be satisfied everytime. I wish I snapped a pic of my chili cheese fries… they were AMAZING 🤤
I am not a big fan of fast food, but sometimes… when that happens, Wendy’s is my first choice. Now I’ve been going to this specific Wendy’s every once in a while for quite a few years. Always drive through. And I have to tell you, they have never once gotten my order wrong and the employees are always very courteous and friendly!
It's fast food, I'm not proud to say I eat their, just real hungry and had no time. Lol
The staff is friendly and efficient as long as you don't go when they are backed up. They keep everything neat. It's probably the best Wendy's I've ever been to

Had a good visit this time around. Went with my husband and son. Food was hot and good. Dining room and ladies bathroom were very clean. Prices were decent, it costed about $25 for the three of us to eat.
The only disappointment is that they have food advertised on the speaker that they don't have. It shows off the bacon pub fries, but every time we have gone there, they have never had them. And it has been on there for months.
Stopped here late (after midnight) on a Saturday night, because it was the only place open (Burger King, McDonalds, and Five Guys were closed). I ordered the Bacon- ator, the Dave's (burger), chicken nuggets, and large fries. If it had been at any of the other places I would have expected to pay at least $20. My total came to just under $20. The drive-in window server was very friendly and even gave me two kinds of sauce for the chicken nuggets after I was unsure about which one I wanted (very nice). Both of the burgers were very good, as were the chicken nuggets and fries (although I might like McD's fries a little better). Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a late night snack/ dinner. I hadn't been to a Wendy's in at least 10 years. Nice to know I can rely on them for a late night craving.
I find the service to always be good and the food to be the best of the major fast food chains. When you need something quick and are in the area you can't go wrong with Wendy's.
Who doesn't love Wendy's?! Very good food. Drive threw is always fast. Not a long wait at all. Good prices and people are great there.
I have been going to this wendys for a long time. They always have great service , drive thru times may vary around holidays or weekends but normally very quick and with hot fresh food.
Always have to ask for my receipt, they never give you a chance to refuse it ....annoying. food comes out hot though

Consistently quality fast offerings for the hungry gluten sensitive on the go. Chili , baked potatoes, fresh salads. Clean interior dining area and clean kitchen visible to the customer. Always busy drive thru located at a busy intersection.
Sometimes you just need a Frosty. Actually this Wendy's is pleasant enough. The food was done with care, not hastily tossed together fast food fare. The seating area was comfortable and accommodating enough for a quick bite. I don't generally get fast food, but this place will remain in my back pocket if I'm in the area and just need a bite.
Staff was on point. Really working together during dinner rush. Bathroom could use some attention but honestly given how busy they were I didn’t mind. Food was also hot and tasted classic.
Quality Wendy's. Staff is always pleasant and the food is usually fresh. Last visit was at 3pm, and it was hot and fresh. I usually utilize the drive-thru, so I can't comment on cleanliness.

Quick bite to eat. Fast service. Got a double burger as just a sandwich. Always liked Wendy’s and everyone’s potions have shrunk but the burger was like a kids burger. Still tasty but it was small.
I always order my food for pick up and it is done on time and very hot and fresh. I love the Biggie Bag deals. If you are looking for good fast food, Wendy's is the only place the you should go.
Biggie bag @ 5.55 (plus tax, I think). A sandwich, 4 nuggets, fries, and a drink. Food is nice. Sandwiches and nuggets could have been a bit hotter on this visit but were still tasty. Fries were hot, fresh, and lightly salted. Staff friendly and polite as usual. A good location. Have been here a few times and always enjoyed the food. Drinks are great. Large ice cubes that last. Best nuggets in the business, according to our survey group of 2 people!
Food is as expected for Wendys. Wear a sweater or sweatshirt as the AC is freezing cold.
Guy at the counter affable and welcoming. The grill lady didn't put the appropriate amount of bacon on both my Baconators. If I wanted a Dave's double I'd have asked for a Dave's double.

Usual busy location. Decent wait time if using drive thru but often forgetting items or not paying attention. Asking that something be put on the side or left out even after the person says "ok," the order is still wrong.
The hours of this place on Google state it closes at 11. But if you want to eat in, you have to go before 8. After 8 they only do drive through only. Great employees though.
First time we'd been there in years. Good place to have a quick meal. Food was fine, better than we remembered it to be.
Tried the new breakfast sandwich. The biscuit and fried egg was good. Sausage was a little spicer than McDonald's and hated the seasoned potato wedges they were cold when I got them
It's fast food... Pretty much what you would expect at any Wendy's..gets a little crowded at times, but the staff always keeps their cool from what I've seen. It has been a little while since I've been here, but typical Wendy's 🤗
So, I actually go to Wendy's very seldom. I prefer not to eat "fast food". However, I found myself here with my husband for a quick bite. The food is fine for what it is, but the employees and restaurant in general are not up to par.
I've always loved going to Wendy's. Specifically for their baked potatoes with sour cream and chives. But I wanted to change it up some and get a burger for once! It came out very greasy so unfortunately I couldn't really eat it, thankfully my family has dogs for cases like these, it's like a treat for them. That being said though, I'll definitely be sticking to my baked potato. Also, since when did this location do away with unlimited refills on their drinks? No one wants to pay $3.50 or however much it is for a large soda only to be told you only get one. I could buy a two liter for that amount. Wendy's I understand you're trying to abide by covid regulations and such but a majority of places, including fast food restaurants such as yourself, are doing unlimited refills again. I sincerely hope you bring back your refills because that's a lot of customers being lost.
Good for fast food... The berry salad is very tasty and i recommend it. I am not a fan of the inside of the place... The wait is always to long inside and I rarely receive good customer service... That being said, get the berry salad with a flavored tea and you will have a great meal
Hot fries, ok tasting. Cold soda. That's all I got. Can't really speak on much else. Drive Thru was typical speed.
Everything was great until they forgot my nuggets and i had to go inside to get a reimbursement for my nuggets but to be held up by a line for 10-15 mins , i just left and didn’t receive my nuggets
Drive thru service was friendly, accurate, and quick to get my order out. The fries were fresh, but the burger was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for a while.
Service here is never good. On the orget hand, Wendy's does a good job with their food. I'm pretty confident in saying that Wendy's, with all the fast food options locally, stands above the other burger joints. Not on Chipotle's or Five Guys level, but they aren't supposed to be. You know what you're getting when you order here, just don't expect a smile.
Ordered the new chicken sandwich 2 for $5 deal, they were not sure if they were offering the deal and had to check. After asking the manager they said they would accept the deal as promoted which was appreciated. unfortunately they forgot to put pickles on both sandwiches and used one very small slice of tomato. The chicken was good though.
All I can say about Wendy's is that it is okay. The fries were nice and salty, the spicy chicken sandwich was a little soggy (we ate inside the restaurant) and the service was okay. The lady in front of us in line was pretty nasty with the cashier, and he got very snippy back at her, which was pretty cool.
Disappointed that my burger (Baconator) did not look appetizing. French Fries were okay. Used their app to order for the very first time, I specifically stated I was dining in but bagged my meal like McDonald's. And it isn't any better than them TBH.
The food was fine but the service was terrible. When I went to pay the girl at the window LITERALLY rolled her eyes at me. I was confused, I didn’t have a complicated or big order, I had no special requests so I thought ok maybe she’s in a bad mood. I asked her if a frosty came with the kids meal and got the BIGGEST attitude ever. Which is like fine that it didn’t, but I just thought it did. We’re only here visiting but I’ll absolutely not return there if we come back to Kingston bc of how rude this young woman was.
The food i ate sucked big time. The chips were partially burnt and tasteless and the burger was mediocre. This is the reason why Macdonald's has more loyal customers than Wendy's.
My crispy chicken sandwich was soggy and cold, I asked to exchange it, and she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me.
Medicore half of the time. there are long waits at drive thru as well as mixed up orders. Some days are better than others, which you can clearly tell when you take a good look at the staff. After doing so, you'll be able to decide if it's a day to pass or not. Mostly pass though.
Our food was put on a dirty tray and given to us. They refuse to give a refill on iced tea. Maybe that's custom in the area but not at any other Wendy's we've gone to. Had I known I would have asked for less ice or probably wouldn't have ordered it at all.
Long lines person who waited on us was doing her best the chicken sandwiches were good but the dirtiness and stickiness of the floors tables were disgusting which we didn't notice till we went to a table definitely would not return to eat here if it's that dirty outside I wonder what the cooking area in the back looks like
My last experience was poor. I ordered a 4 for 4 and my burger was cold. I've had much better experiences in the past. Hopefully they will get back to the standard im used to.
Very slow service and half the food we got was cold. The staff wasn’t rude but not friendly at all. They alright refused to refill any drinks. I have never heard of no refills in fast food.
The drive through is always extremely slow. The crackers were stale and the chili had what appeared to be half of a burger pattie in it. Not appetizing at all.
The absolute worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Wendy's food has taken a big slide as far as quality goes over the past few years, and this place is exemplary of that. Stay away!
they always mess up the order everytime i go and there is 100% never any sauce in the bags when you ask for it
Pretty disgusting... We've ordered here quite a few times giving them a shot , another shot, and another shot to redeem themselves at this establishment. We've wasted a lot of money on this facility and are forced to throw out the food because it's absolutely disgusting. 1 of the worst places you can buy food from in Kingston NY 12401. Contacting the BBB for this happening again today where the bun was soaked like it was dipped in water. No point of calling and asking for money back because it's a waste of time...I'd be forced to explain 10 different situations. It's my own fault for thinking they might sell food you can actually eat! Cooperation's like this is just a way to get rid of their trash they can't sell and still make profit off the American people.
I went to order breakfast this morning. Then claim my Tmobile Tuesday reward. I had difficulty navigating the APP that I ended up going to the queue which I’m the only person, I told the crew that I have difficulty placing my order in the app, then told me to move to second window. He is also having difficulty, that it ended up losing the chance to order my breakfast. I asked for the manager, who told me that if I am not able to do it in my App he cannot also help me. I called for customer service. I was the 27th in the queue, I waited for 90 mins then the phone on the other line hung up. I really like your food but customer service sucks!
Hi, For couple of times I had have to visit that restaurant to get some meals, but yesterday 2/8/2024, was terrible, the food wasn't prepared properly, it was cold, and greasy in the end my friend and I, ended with stomach problems but the worse of all was having to heard the desgusting treatment from a male team member to a famale coworkers while we waiting on line, it was terrible, he was talking Spanish. It was so vulgar, I'm of Hispanic descent, and also an English/Spanish teacher. Some of the customers waiting in line were looking to each other so surprise, it was obvious that they were understanding that that male coworker was using an abusive and vulgar words to a female coworkers, I asked the cashier a hispanic girl about his behavior, and her answer was that that guy, always treats them like that and no one does anything, because his insults are in Spanish and the manager thinks it's a friendly treatment. And actually it is desgusting treatment for women. Hope somebody does something about, nothing wrong with the Spanish talking, like I said We are Spanish/English teachers, but that behavior is unacceptable. I don't know any other Wendy's around, that area hope this is the restaurant is close to Walmart and Sam club, stores. The time when this happened was around 5 to 6 pm.
Ordered two single hamburgers made sure to state ketchup only. Got my food and drove almost all the way home to find out not only did they put everything on my burger, but they also never gave me the second one I payed for. Went back and they were closing but was able to talk to a worker who apologized and took my name and number with a promise to call and sort it out for next day. No call, nothing done, and its been 3 days.
I got a doordash and ordered two biggie bags. My chicken BLT had no chicken , bacon , nothing on it. They just sent me a plain bun. It was a $24 order and I only got $6 after calling door dash and talking to them about for a half hour smh
I only eat here cause its a lil bit healthier than all the other places near by, but its never worth the wait. A year later and still waiting for this place to get its act together. Im going to start leaving reviews only when i get tired of waiting and decide to go eat burger king instead. Like today, At least they are fast.
False advertising, my wife wanted to grab food real quick before going into one of the local hospitals to help with staffing only to find your location was not open at 12AM even though it clearly says that you're open until 1AM; grave yard shift workers are people too and we can't just shut down the hospital like you guys can casually close early.
Manager Andre acknowledged my mobile order never came through even though he personally verified the reciept. And told me to wait for 15 mins. He walked away from the issue and just kept saying wait. I inevitably placed another order in person. I also couldnt reach Wendy's customer service either, even though they explicitly said 8am to 8 pm open, followed by saying customer service was closed.
6 years later .... service is still horrible.The manager needs to understand what customer service is. He just doesn't care, went in twice in the last week and had to wait a long time ,only customer there and they did not come to the counter for 5 minutes to take the order and then got it wrong. When I asked them the correct it they said that's what I asked for and gave me a hard time horrible horrible customer service Service is always so slow....always a line with only ONE register open .......they seem to never to open a 2nd register.....think of customer service.
Every time I order a hamburger they put cheese on it. So now I go inside and place my order hamburger ketchup and pickle only. She says no cheese) I get home 2 damn slices of cheese. No wonder I don’t yo often 😡🤬

What are all these 4 1/2 five star reviews the food here is absolutely deplorable. It’s tasteless and expensive. Go to five guys right down the road. You pay a little bit more maybe but the food is superior. It’s real food. At Wendy’s my burger came out room temperature With a cold pickle on it. The fries were overcooked and tasteless. The Coke was watered down. Never again.
I go through the drive through. I order a double stack biggie bag. I have my French fries, my chicken nuggets and my soda. They forget to put the burger inside, so I drive from Wendy's. It's a Stone Ridge to find out that my burger is not in there. I've called 6 times and it goes straight to voicemail. Never trust anybody at the drive through.Make sure you check your food before you leave
Took 8 minutes for the cashier to take care of the longgggggg line because all three people was doing mobile orders REALLY 🙄 Horrible Service For The 2 Day 🤨 they are open
Went there today and ordered 3 combo meals and I asked that they bag the meals separately. Reason I asked that is when you dont, they bunch orders up together...forget items...then when you get home, you discover things are missing! I paid and noticed at the window the worker was visibly irritated with something. I was handed 2 bags and 3 drinks. The window closed and I sat there. A solid 1 minute goes by and they finally open the window and stare at me like I'm crazy for still sitting g there. I told them I was missing a meal. They had to call the supervisor, checked the order, saw we were missing a whole meal and finally gave it to me. The icing on the cake was I asked for an extra BBQ sauce! Boy oh boy, when I asked for that sauce the girl said she put 1 sauce per bag. I sat there longer and checked through the bags....not a single sauce in any bag (all meals were nugget/chicken). She closed the window in my face when I was trying to explain there was in fact NO sauces in the bags. All this could have been avoided with a little care of your work and good customer service. Wendys, you need to look at the people you have working for you. Send a secret shopper in so you can see how crappy a crew you are currently paying to drive away customers. Also, I believe the girl was a manager as she had on the "red shirt". Even worse.
I had an experience at this Wendy’s that I’ll never forget—and not in a good way. I found a helpless, featherless baby bird that had fallen from a nest situated on the roof of the Wendy’s building. I gently placed it in a small towel-lined box near the restaurant, in a sheltered spot, hoping it would be safe while I figured out what to do. I did not want to move it too far in case the parents were still caring for it, and I didn’t want to take it without first getting proper guidance. I went to speak with the manager on duty, Margarita, and told her about the bird. I then contacted several wildlife rehabilitators until, finally, I found someone who was willing to take the bird and try to save its life. When I returned, the box was gone. I rushed inside to ask what happened. Margarita told me that her manager, Andrew, had taken the bird “to the woods.” When I asked where exactly, she didn’t know. When I spoke to Andrew directly, he refused to explain where the bird was taken, and instead blamed me for leaving it in the first place. Let me be clear: I did not abandon the bird. I left it in a protected place only while seeking help, hoping someone could watch over it—or at the very least, leave it undisturbed. Had I known anyone would touch it or dispose of it, I would never have left it there. I did what I could in a difficult, unfamiliar situation, trying to act in the bird’s best interest. Whether the bird was thrown in the trash or left somewhere to die alone, I’ll never know. What I do know is that this situation was handled with zero compassion, honesty, or decency—by both Margarita and Andrew. I don’t expect everyone to care about wildlife, but I do expect basic respect for life and for others who are trying to help. That didn’t happen here—and I hope no one else has to experience the same disregard.
In no way was this Wendy's fault. This was the fault of the deliverer from Doordash. The dasher delivered my food, but gave me the incorrect order. What's worse is he said my name, and still handed me the wrong order. I was trying to wave him down to tell him about the order, but he ignored me and drove away. I've had nothing but great people from Doordash deliver some of my orders, even on bikes, but this was not one of them.
Can't believe today was my last day going there. The guy at the register was the most socially awkward person I've met in my life. A job that should require you to not be off putting and plain out creepy. My English muffins were burned beyond the edible point along with my eggs feeling like they're made of some kind of plastic and I've never have a sausage patty burned into a strip of bacon and rolled around in black pepper. I feel like I'm going to die after eating here I just had to leave work. I'll just go hungry next time thanks Kingston Wendy's for ruining my day.
Went through the drive thru tonight, they forgot our fries and chicken nuggets. So we went back through the line.we got a nasty attitude from the ladies at the second window. If you are going to have an attitude don't work in the food service industry.
Your employees just watched us stand in line didn't greet us. Just kept playing with the cup holders until another customer spoke up and asked if you still take orders. Very poor customer service thought remodel would bring new employees better attuide. Get your act together guys also long wait on getting food. I worked food industry before and was a manager also this is not how you run a business and going to loose customers real quick SMH maybe I should come teach you how to run a place and get people in and out
1st time in 3 years going to Wendy’s. What were we thinking. Service totally sucked. Person taking order seem like it was a inconvenience for him to take our order. Burger was from yesterday I think rubber/cool to the touch. Tables was not clean. NEVER AGAIN.
