I went through the drive thru. I ordered 8 PC half spicy and regular , red beans and rice , 4 biscuits. Disappointing. The chicken was old, no flavor and the tiniest pieces I have ever gotten from any chicken restaurant. The rice was under cooked, very hard. If I didn't live so far from the restaurant I would have returned my food.

Will not recommend, the last 3 times I went I’ve had bugs in my food all 3 times and i haven’t gone back since ..

I placed an order on the app around 6:15 on a Friday night. Went and got gas before picking up my order to give them time to make it. When I arrived I stood at the counter for appx 5-7 min without even being acknowledged by any staff member. I then heard them talk between themselves asking if I was there yet. Finally someone came to the counter and asked my name. Finally received my order, went home and started eating my 3 piece chicken strips and biscuit. When I took 1 bite of the biscuit I had to spit it out. It tasted like cleaning chemicals. I've never had one taste like that before. Almost like clorox cleaning spray or something I would assume, I've never tasted cleaning spray before but that's what I'd think it tastes like, pure nastiness! I went on the app to let them know about it and they only offered 150 points or $3 cash to the app for the inconvenience. I sure hope no one else ate a nasty biscuit like that. The staff is almost always so rude when it comes to the basics of customer service. Nice when giving you your food, but need to be retrained on the basics of customer service.

30 mins wait in line while all other customers came and went and it really sucks that they told me there ain't no chicken ready and I got down and there was plenty made and I'll be going back Popeyes kingsville tx 👎👎

Asked for the 5 piece all white meat, and was told that it was to late and whatever they had already cooked iI could buy. It was 11:00 pm they close at 12.

How do you run out of chicken at 12 pm? I waited 45 minutes for my order when they said 15 minutes. I had to get down from the drive thru!!!! Worst service ever! How are you not prepared!!!! Sad!!! So sad!!!!

Roaches all outside there building 1 ended up flying into my car, wouldn’t be surprised if they’re in the building as well. Ordered a 3 and 5 piece tenders both boxes were bland didn’t get my large Mac n Cheese and they gave me a red beans and rice instead. Chicken had no flavor whatsoever then best thing in my meal was the lemonade…(drive thru menu is still broken)

Their menu screen completely broken, so you couldn't see anything. The speaker was busted out when they started speaking, i couldn't understand, and when i explained to them I didn't understand , they would just start yelling as if that helped the situation. Once we got our food, it was completely cold. Would not go back because this was not the 1st time. Made a complaint to the corporate office, and I can clearly see it went unread since nothing had changed.

Wow. What a fail. This is the worst I've ever seen. The biscuit is overcooked The chicken looks absolutely disgusting. Does this restraint have no care for the customers food? It's disgusting. I lost my appetite.

Horrible experience last night. The girl at the register with the purple hair did not want to be there, if you don't want to work go home. It's that easy. How do yall run a dirty restaurant with old fried up cold food sitting there?The girl had a stank face. Didn't even open her mouth to speak, leaning on the screen tapping it with her knuckles. The only thing she said, was my total. She goes and grabs a cup for someone's drink and sticks her fingers all in it. Mashed potatoes was old , stiff, & cold. Biscuits hard as a rock. Tables dirty, water on floor. I ordered tenders because I saw old chicken piled on top and I'm still sick to my stomach from trying to eat there. I'm calling the health department.

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich they gave me spicy. Also order the two can dine. They only included one biscuit and not even a spoonful of mashed potatoes. 18.38 not well spent. I would not be shocked if they’ve lost a ton of costumers lately.

I took a long time to get our food even with ordering ahead in the app. I can live with that. Sometimes places get busy. However, when I got home and took the lid off my unsweetened tea to add sweetener, there was a dead fly in it. I don't know how the person putting the lid on did not see it ☹️
