Chili's

It had been probably ten years since I’ve been to Chilis. The last year I went and have been back probably five times. The meal deal you can’t beat. We enjoy the chicken tenders and chips with a drink. It’s affordable and super quick service. The food is good for being a casual sit down. Staff are decent and usually friendly. The bathrooms could use some tlc.

We had a great experience at Chili’s thanks to our server, Jay! He was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Our food was correct, service was seamless, and he truly went above and beyond to help make the birthday we were celebrating feel special. Jay’s positive attitude and attention to detail made our night excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience at Chili’s thanks to Luis! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He made sure our drinks were always refilled, checked on us at just the right times, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. Luis truly provided excellent customer service — professional, kind, and efficient. It’s clear he cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. Because of him, our visit was even better than expected. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Luis as our server again! I hope management gives him kudos and recognition for his service.

If you are looking for a great meal and a fantastic time, you have to go to Chili's. The Cajun Pasta is a dish you simply must try, it is so flavorful and the portion is incredibly generous. ​The restaurant is spotless and my server was genuinely caring and enthusiastic, which made the whole visit special. On top of all that, the pricing is perfect for what you get. I would highly recommend this place.

My fist time at Chili's and I can say it has been added to my must eat vacation spot list. It has great staff, atmosphere and food. The prices are reasonable. Great place for families. Service is fast too. Shout out to the bartender the "Wicked" themed drinks were delicious 😉

Typical Chili spot. Food was a little greasy but overall good. Plenty of parking. Nice staff.

We went on New Year's eve and it appeared that they were short staffed. This didn't ruin our experience it just took a little to be seated although there were several empty tables around the restaurant. I server was very busy but he still managed to do a good job. The food was good and will visit again.

I occasionally go there and we had gotten the same server as we had previously. The dude knew what we wanted and when we wanted. Food was amazingly. Had gotten the three for me a meal that was wonderful. They were also able to help me with a mistake of ordering from a different location.

I got the triple dipper. I sat at the bar and my bartender was awesome from beginning to end. I was very hungry and went witch this choice for the variety. Huge mistake. The buffalo bone in wings were sauce less and dry was an understatement. You could taste the frost bite and the microwave smell from what I’d assume has not been properly cleaned in a while. My crispers were so salty no amount of blue cheese could resuscitate them, and the big bite sliders..I regret eating the two although it was the only thing I swallowed. My bartender made my margaritas to perfection but I literally spat out the wings on a napkin and she could tell without having said anything that it was not probably, but indeed one of the worst foods I’ve ever ordered. It was $18. I love Chili’s but this experience was enough to not visit again on my own free will.

Our waiter, West or Westley, was a bit odd to say the least I wasn’t sure if he had all his bolts together because not only did he enter our food incorrectly but he also didn’t get our drinks or condiments without us repeating ourselves at least 3 times to him. The food was okay, seasoning wasn’t really there but even still once we got the bill it was all incorrect. We requested a supervisor/manager to look at our situation and she did help to the best of her abilities to correct the mistakes of her colleagues but unfortunately the attention to detail wasn’t there tonight. I do hope they get everything situated because we love going to chilis, me and my wife had our 2nd date to chilis when we first met and it always was our favorite place.

My server was very pleasant, now the food was another thing awful ! Table was sticky and floors were a bit dirty. We order the triple dipper , sliders , honey chipotle tenders and mozzarella sticks the only good thing fresh from the whole thing was the mozzarella other than that the tenders were dry and old, you can tell that it had been seating in the window for a while before been served mind you the food did come out in a good timing of course the place was empty , but the lack of presentation and quality was so disappointing I haven’t been to chilis in 5 years and now I remember why , funny thing is that we have a chilis done the street from us but we refused to go to that one because of the lack of cleanliness and the rudeness of employee . Would not visit chilis again

This is such a shame, as this could have been a 5-star review if we hadn’t been rushed. We came for dinner yesterday and were served by Valery, who was friendly at first and took our drinks and food order. We received our starters, but our wings came out later when they should have been served together not a big issue as we were taking our time and enjoying the meal. However, immediately after the wings arrived, our mains were brought out and placed on the already crowded table, even though it was obvious we had not finished our starters. This completely ruined the flow of our meal. My wife and I were trying to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had planned to relax with a few more drinks, but instead we felt rushed. To make matters worse, our bill was incorrect, and we had to correct Valery twice. Overall, this experience left us very disappointed. I truly wish we had not tipped, as the service spoiled what should have been a special occasion. Sadly, I would not recommend this Chili’s location, especially for families or special occasions.

We received our starters, but our wings came out later when they should have been served together not a big issue as we were taking our time and enjoying the meal. However, immediately after the wings arrived, our mains were brought out and placed on the already crowded table, even though it was obvious we had not finished our starters. This completely ruined the flow of our meal. My wife and I were trying to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had planned to relax with a few more drinks, but instead we felt rushed. One of us was a disabled veteran and we asked for the veterans discount and they applied it. They tried to make us pay with the giftcards at the table by hovering them above some camera? It wouldn't work and was finicky so the server tried it. He finally managed to get the first card to scan and it said it was expired. These are very new gift cards so we knew that wasn't true. We tried another 5 gift cards we had and they all said the same thing. We were confused and asked for someone else to try and the server disappeared to the back for a good 10 minutes before coming back. He asked us to try again and quickly left for his manager. When they came back the manager said the gif cards can't be used with a veteran discount so he would be taking it off, which is rude. He then walked away with the giftcards and after a few minutes sent back a large dude who asked which one of us were trying to use giftcards trying to be all menacing. He said to follow him so one of us did and then he tried to single that person out and insinuated that we stole all the giftcards and that we shouldn't use them since they're stolen. Finally the manager got some of them to work and said the others weren't working and made us pay the rest in cash. These people were very rude and obviously inept at their jobs since giftcards are not this complicated. I want someone from corporate to contact me about this as this situation is absolutely unacceptable. We will never be coming back to this one and urge others to follow suit.
