Eli was so cool! He made sure we were happy with our meal and his service. The burger was really delicious! Best burger I’ve had in a long time!..special sauce was yummy!…this is not fast food but came out really fast and hot!! My chocolate malt was the best and the onion ring were really good ! Crispy not greasy…Eli was dressed nicely in the JR attire, we felt we had stepped back in time!

We like eating here as it is right next door to the Regal movie theater. This restaurant has a very distinct 50s theme going on that will make you feel nostalgic. They even have jukeboxes at the tables but they are a modern version with a QR code to select music. There is inside and outside seatimg available.The food is prepared quickly, is pipping hot and delicious. I had the Manager's Special "The route 66" burger. This is a single patty burger that is topped by caramelized onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese on a brioche bun. It is a little messy but good to the last bite. The french fries come on a plate and the serving size is good enough for two, so one can share. The food and service were excellent and I wish I had some room left for one of their milk shakes. Oh well, that is just another excuse to go back there again.

Let me tell you about a solid spot to get the load off after a hard day at Disney or maybe a cool cool old fashioned date! First of all if you’re lucky, you get served by “Tiago” your friendliest host snd server. Everyone provides a friendly service and the ambience is of 80’s music in the background. May I recommend an old fashioned root beer float? To date the best one Ive ever had! I had the tuna salad sandwich on sourdough and sweet potato french fries! Delicious! And Tiago added a nice touch with the ketchup drawings on the plates. I highly recommend this spot to eat, relax, hangout with your friends!

I always look forward to coming here for the amazing service! The food is simple, but my son and I love grabbing fries and milkshakes together. What really makes this place special is the staff! Eli is a total gem—he creates the cutest ketchup art for his guests, drawing adorable pictures that bring a smile to everyone’s face. Leo was an AMAZING server!!! Very attentive and knowledgeable on helping us order our food since it was our first time here. He definitely made sure our experience was fun and entertaining. The burger was THEE BEST BURGER I'VE EVER HAD at a diner in FL!!! Overall the entire experience was a 10/10 and I would recommend Johnny Rocket to any and everybody!!! Leo overheard me saying how much I love mickey mouse and he came with mickey mouse shaped ketchup for me!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing!! The burgers arent pale, instead they are juicy, crunchy, stretchy, chewy, all sorts of delicious!! The burgers are MASSIVE though, so i recommend a single, unless if you're starving- The staff was friendly, the food was great, milkshakes are creamy and full of flavor, but they did not have trolls worms for the dirt milkshake, but honestly its better that way.

Was the first customers of the day and boy it was a great experience. We had the Spicy Houston burger with chili tots and Smokehouse burger with chili fries.. OMG, amazing food and service. We ate at a JR on our cruise and I must say this one in Kissimmee was 1000 times better than the cruise ship! Come in and enjoy. Thiago was our server and he was fantastic!!

Wonderful service & great options for those with dietary restrictions. My daughter has celiac as do I so eating gluten free is necessary. We’ve ate here multiple times and they always take good precautions, as well as are very friendly. The server even brought out what was being used in our dairy free shakes so we could see the ingredients to ensure it was also gluten free. Gluten free buns are definitely more available now a days, but This was the first place my daughter could not only have a gluten free burger but also dairy free cheese and a dairy and gluten free milkshake with dairy free whip cream. Most places have either vegan or gluten free options so hard to find both and rarely offering dairy free whip cream so to have these options and my daughter feel included and get to have full options like anyone else it’s so worth it so definitely recommend!! Love that they have outdoor seating and located in a cute area with shopping, movies etc available!

WOW!! FANTASTIC place. Brianne V. was spectacular as our server!!! Energetic, welcoming and friendly!! She made the experience even better. The food is what I remember from back in the 2000’s minus the cherry on the milkshakes. The onion rings- just omg crunchy and crisp delicious. The burgers were also very tasty. I live over an hour away but I WILL BE BACK!! So glad we stumbled upon this place.

We got the smokehouse burger as well as the #12... I guess their original burger, an order of fries and a milkshake.... absolutely perfect man!!! todays experience could not have been better. Prices were extremely reasonable and much less expensive than similar venues. Leo, we will be back brother.. thank you!!

He guided us thru the menu made a suggestion or two.... he was incredible!!! Absolutely hit the spot! Can you believe they had a Vegan Shake?! It was amazing! That’s the first shake I’ve had without issue in over two decades and it was DELICIOUS! The food was awesome too! Thank you, Brianne, for a perfect lunch!

Lazy, lazy people. business hours are until 9pm. Came at 8:15pm and they had all chairs flipped and doors closed. I called the store to ask if I could atleast do pickup and they said no that they were closed. First time experience was ruined by poor work ethic and irresponsibility. Do better in life.

The manager was a wonderful person but they have a female new trainee and the girl was extremely nasty with an attitude, we had to call the manager so he can handle the situation!!! I ordered a milk shake and she gave us half a cup and when we told her she said "I'm doing the best I can" with an attitude and got angry at us!!! She also gave us the wrong order, plus served us last and we were there before the other customers!! I have always had a great experience at Johnny Rockets but not at the Kissimmee franchise, I will never go back to that establishment!!! Extremely disappointed with her attitude
