I had a craving for a meatball sub so I wanted to come by and check this place out I feel like I've been here a few times but I've never left a review I haven't been to this location specifically. I had a few questions and they were answered super fast. I went to the restroom and I would say it's fairly clean. I will say the food took a little bit longer than I expected to come out but it was hot and fresh so that was something to be happy about overall. I will definitely be back.

At first tired Firehouse subs in San Antonio and love them. I am so glad we have a location in Kyle. I love that it was started by Fireman and they donate to fireman. Plus they have delicious subs.

Meh, no one greeted anyone that entered the store. The employees were alright, nice, im sure. Really, just not much value in the price of my food. The beverage station was a mess, sticky tea all over the counter and floor. Longer wait for the food, but that was expected for lunch. Food was called out, but the subs were just not what I paid for. Subs are not toasted, falling apart, not complete. We got a refund, and they asked what was wrong, but that was the end of that. I didn't ask for it to be remade because with what I presented with already, I could tell they just dont care about the presentation or satisfaction of guests that come into the establishment.

Highly disappointed! Ordered online for pickup. Arrived at the designated time (20 min wait). Left with sandwiches and arrived home within 8 minutes. The bottom bun on both sandwiches were completely soggy from excess water. This was obviously intentional as I have ordered many sandwiches from various businesses over the past 30 years and I have never once had a completely soggy bun in that short of time.

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was terrible and there was no one in the shop and still no one would help. The person helping was very passive aggressive and did not want to take orders his name was Chance

I hate to leave such a negative review. It took us 25 minutes just about to get one Sandwich. There was at least 4 people working the line. It was not busy. I’ve worked at the firehouse in San Marcos and this was such a crazy experience to me. My Sandwich was then cold and soggy when handed to me. Really disappointing. Really unsatisfying. And pretty unacceptable.

The amount of meat on the sub was next to nothing. $15 for a sandwich of that low quality is crazy. Terrible first impression of this place. I’m going back to Jersey mikes lol

Just got a steak and cheese with practically 0 steak or cheese. Just loaded with peppers, I don’t know this little of effort could be put into making a sandwich for a paying customer.

Unfortunately, my first experience ordering for takeout at a Firehouse Subs was awful. Place was not busy at all last night, the cashier was nice and took our order normally. I asked if I could have the Philly Cheesesteak without any onions, she said it wouldn’t be a problem. The wait was abnormally long, and well, guess what? The sub had like extra onions. 15 dollars and a large sub thrown in the trash.

Terrible manager, terrible employees and non-existent customer service! The app says they are out of meatballs, so they made a meatball sub with no meatballs. Then the ridiculous manager (with various piercings all over her face), says they made it as directed. Well, your app is messed up! It is not my job to fix your app! That manager has some nerve!

Go here if you want to be overcharged to wait 30 minutes while watching no other customers enter the store while you watch 6 workers leave Turkey off your Thanksgiving sub. This is the 3rd time I've gone here and waited over 20 minutes. I ordered something different each time and it was always while the store was empty of customers with a bunch of workers doing who knows what with the exception of making sandwiches. I will never go here again.
