This Burger King is the best in 50 miles, always clean. Best managed staff. No matter night or breakfast always treated with a smile and greeting.

Orders are consistently accurate. Team members are polite and fairly quick to complete orders. Personally like the interior layout, being the original layout from cerca mid to late 80's.

Cold inside store great on a hot day for a bite to eat.Came with my grandma.

Overall the food is decent. My go-to order is the chicken sandwich (the long one) with two sides of large onion rings. Usually that is enough food and it fills you up just right! There is plenty of parking nearby, so there is no issue on there. I would also say that the customer service is pretty good for a fast food location.

En realidad no es bueno! When the order was handed to us it was just as lp up as it always was, including the hamburgers looking like an elephant had sat on them. I told my wife, never again, that was the last straw. I said the only possible explanation was that the person taking the order spoke only Spanish and the cook only spoke Chinese. Covid-19 hit and we didn't go back until about 2 to 3 months ago, a long time away from it. On a whim we decided to try Burger King again. Then we found an entirely different restaurant, orders came out correctly, quickly and most importantly, tasted great. I hope they don't slip back into bad habits again. Just plain making a good old fashioned hamburger correctly. Now this is one of our favorite restaurants.

Typically a decent BK location. There are definitely worse ones.

There was a man that use to work here he was so nice but they let him go I will not go back there anymore cuz the people here now are rude.

The playground was just redone. The kids had fun. Food was good.

If I compare burger king to McDonald's, burger king has chicken nuggets and chicken fries which have a soggy texture than McDonald's chicken nuggets and chicken tenders.

Good for a quick snack to tide us over. Went to a wedding that day, reception was much later, we were all GOOD!

Very nice workers. Property needs upgrading. Price increase on the chicken nuggets and they reduced the size from 10 to 8. (BTW...What part of the chicken is the nugget?) Give them a try if you want a break from McDonalds.

Disappointed that the young man working the drive thru window and who took my order gave me totally wrong information that I showed him the pricings on the BK website, when I asked him the price for a single Hamburger he quoted me 1.79 and when I questioned that, I ended up showing him the menu from the app and it was 1.00. He was unaware and then he said to me that he wasn't sure of the pricing. So why is the management allowing this guy to run the register or even take orders. Monday to Friday, the crew and managers are very good at running the restaurant, but on weekends it's very slow. The drive-thru is an unbearable wait. Line to food 37 minutes.A bit disappointed.

Every time I buy a double cheeseburger it does Not come with pickles. It is advertised showing pickles, this location doesn’t make it like it should. The paper wrap has been “x” to show no pickles & I didn’t order it that way. Don’t get what you pay for, the way it is supposed to be

Sadly understand why they are dying out. I've been going to Burger King for decades. Food not up to (their) par, but got 4 milkshakes, was $18 and they forgot the "shake" was thin as milk 😕

The staff here might as well be deaf and dumb. Placed an order for 30 chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. They gave me 27 chicken nuggets and a Spicy chicken sandwich. This was after I repeated the order twice.

Burger King can be VERY good one visit, terrible on another; and that is true at different locations over the last four to five years- they are walking a tightrope to stay in business after closing a whole lot of stores. For now, I'm very happy to have their unbeatable low price offers, available to anyone by just going on their website, (which do not even need to have an app to use) but if the food quality and locations continue to disappear, they will be another fast food casualty for me

I'm not very happy with my experience. I purchased the local high school community. It clearly shows the address of this location for the discount. They stated not honor supporting the local atletic high school community card. The manager Alvaro was ashamed to show his face and state himself that he would not under the the card. I'll try going to In-N-Out after this experience. Don't understand how these businesses can pledge to participate then Welch out and decline honoring what they pledged to honor. In my book they're cheapskates!

It is 7 o'clock at night and it is cold. Yet, all of the customers are eating outside because it is so cold inside. The only way to get colder is to go into the restroom!

First of all this place closes at 12 midnight, so as we drove through the drive-tru at 11:25pm and asked if they were still open and no one came to the speaker, so then we drove around to the pick up window and again no one was there but you could hear their loud Spanish music full blast, I got off my car and saw both the manager and a worker hide in a back room. We called the number listed on Google for this place and it was disconnected. They should at least have the courtesy to come to the speaker and say "sorry we closed early tonight" but I guess this manager is still being trained.

I will never go back here I always buy my shakes at Burger King they make great thick shakes and I made sure to tell them to make sure it’s thick and I even tipped them get home shake was so watery I felt so bad for my mom. So disappointed !!!!!

Poor customer service. Credit card reader malfunction. Double charged due to Poor operation of store worker and old device. Manager gets defensive over refunding. He said these kindda things happen all the time. But never tried to fix it. Had to resolve with credit card company. Afterall, the store manager did not try anything to solve any customers' problem eventhough it was caused by the store old facility.

Disappointed. First, we waited for 4 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. Second, how is it that at 11:00 am they ran out of eggs. And by the way she said said "we ran out a while ago". At this point I geve them another chance so We put a new order and then when I paid they did not have money to cover my change. Really??? I understand any business might have problems at any given time but three problems at the same time because they did not organize he most basic functions of the business. Unacceptable.

Apart from two employees, this place is a sad excuse for customer service. The employees are always rude. They talk down to you, I actually had my card ran three times for 9.56 when I bought $1 chicken nuggets. When I confronted the manager about it all he did was cuss in a conversation it wasnt warrented (not at me, just in conversation) in and told me my workers dont do that. Uhhh. welll. I contacted my bank and they said it was you guys but whatever. I already filed a claim and got my money back. Wanna get scammed and get bad service? Eat there. Or you can go to innout across the street.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest, I am disabled and don't get a chance as often as others to get my choice of things being offered, I went to Burger King on Whittier blvd in La Habra very anxious to get the Southwestern Bacon burger that has been advertised on TV recently, I ordered the burger and the girl kept saying we don't have that and I kept describing the burger to her saying it had been advertised on TV with avacdo sauce, bacon, spicy cheese sauce and nacho type strips, I told her it was right there on the menu board, Southwestern Bacon burger she was becoming rude but finally took my order, it wasn't a small order, I had chicken fries, jalapeño cheese poppers, more than one order, 2 Southwestern bacon burgers, etc, when I got home one of the burgers had very little of the advertised toppings and the second one had none of advertised toppings, I was very disappointed and will never go back to that Burger King again, even when I arrived at the window to pay the girl was very,, very unfriendly, no customer service at all. That's the first time that I wasn't able to order what I wanted and was treated so badly. I won't be able to get the burger I wanted because I'm not able to drive to the Burger King on Imperial since I'm disabled I can't drive that far I have to stay close to home, I'm very disappointed. That burger looks so good when advertised on TV that my mouth waters every time and I'm reminded that I can't have it due to my bad experience at the Burger King closest to me.
