After being recommended I came for the gluten free burger. I had the classic as is and it was amazing. The small fries were also great (huge portion) The food didn’t take long and the service was great. The place was fairly clean for as busy as it was as well. They got a great system considering they’ve only been open a few months. One the better gluten free burgers in San Diego hands down. Did I mention the fries are gluten free? It shares the space with La Jolla Boba, my mango Boba was delicious.

So good here. Delicious burger. Tons of options. Great staff. Great prices. Nothing to complain about. Go enjoy a burger with fries and their shake. They even have chicken and fish. Their fish sandwich was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this place. They have a few locations.

FINALLY A PLACE THAT DOESNT USE CANOLA OR VEGETABLE OIL! Great burgers and chicken sandwich. I feel safe feeding my some this food since they use avocado oil. Okay so this latest new location in this family owned local chain really outdid themselves with this location. My kids loved this location due to the boba business within the space. Love their burgers and their extra crispy fries fried using avocado oil. The space is spacious and clean. Will come back again!

The OG Double was a great burger. The bun is almost chewy, and there isn’t too much crisp anywhere, but the meat is cooked well and the ratios were great across the board. The buffalo chicken salad was nothing to write home about. Not pictured were fries, that came hot, crispy, and delicious.

Every employee working here 8/5/25 deserves a raise. Everyone was working hard, restaurant was clean, food was great. I saw employees clearly doing things outside of their job scope just to help however they could. Tables were cleaned the second guests left. The main cook was helping people (including myself) get things while cashier was occupied taking orders. The food at Crispy Burger is always top notch, and honestly I’ve always been impressed by the service at all location, but this place deserved an extra shoutout.

Eat Crispy Burger in La Jolla is seriously one of the BEST burger spots I’ve ever been to! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Classic Crispy Chicken Burger, and it was cooked perfectly—super crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The bun was soft and buttery, and the pickles and sauce added the perfect kick. I also tried their fries, and wow—they were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. I dipped them in the house sauce and couldn’t stop eating them. My friend got the veggie burger and loved it too, so there are great options even if you’re vegetarian. The service was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure our food came out quickly and just how we ordered it. They even came by to ask how everything was, which made the whole experience feel extra nice and personal. The atmosphere is fun and laid-back, with a modern design and a clean, comfortable setup. It’s the kind of place that works for almost any situation—hanging out with friends after school, grabbing a meal with your family, or even a chill date night. It’s lively, but not too loud, so it’s easy to talk while you eat. We didn’t need a reservation and were able to walk in and find a table right away. I spent around $15–$20, which felt like a great deal for how good the food was. There are vegetarian options, and you can ask about gluten-free buns if you have dietary needs. Parking was fine—we found a spot in a small lot nearby, and there’s also some street parking. It’s definitely kid-friendly, and the space is wheelchair accessible, with a smooth entrance and enough room to move around comfortably. If you’re ever in La Jolla and craving something crispy, flavorful, and satisfying, you absolutely have to check out Eat Crispy Burger. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had the food delivered via Uber Eats, a really good burger, the original double crispy burger, packaging was top notch, I also got the half and half onion rings and fries. Onion rings were perfect, the fries were decent enough, one improvement could be a seasoning option like Cajun. Onion rings were perfect, the fries were decent enough, one improvement could be a seasoning option like Cajun. Went their 30 minutes before closing time, had a double OG combo meal. Its been while since I had such crispy fries, I loved it and just wished they had a bigger portion. They were crispy and fluffy, not greasy too. The burger was solid and would absolutely go back and have it again.

So right in front of me an employee grabs a bag of frozen fries & tosses them into the oil & barely lets them sit to be fried & takes them out dripping with oil. The meat on the burgers that I ordered wasn't cooked properly either. Funny enough the so-called "owner" expects for paying customers to go out of their way to contact her when she's the one who's supposed to be reaching out to paying customers who get screwed out of their hard earned money. She claimed that she trains her employees but I highly doubt it considering she has no idea what customer service is or what it even means. Such a horrible & poorly ran joint. I replied to the owner's comments on Instagram & she still didn't even care to reply again. Thanks for showing your true colors & the fact that you can care less about customers giving you business. This place only cares about taking people's money. Not to mention I got charged $8 a burger to get horrible service...well more like no service at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend spending a penny here 🗑💩🤡. It's hilarious how you're saying that I'm being rude, but according to your sad & invalid opinion it's not rude to screw people out of their money. You taught your sons about respect? That's hilarious after what I experienced 🤣. Update: The so called "owner" told me to email her so I did & she said in her own words that she would look at the video of what transpired the day I went to try this spot for the 1st time. It's been almost 2 weeks since then & I still haven't received an email to get my money back after being screwed over. She says she's not after people's money...funny how that works. I highly suggest not spending your hard earned money here unless you want food that isn't cooked properly & or if you don't want to deal with a shady & scummy "owner". Now I see why she wants to only communicate by email so customers don't know the truth about how shady she truly is. Stay far away from this place...🗑🚮

The patty was literally see-through. They're selling gristle on a bun for $15+. Aside from that, the fries and onion rings had no flavor, they just tasted like frying oil. Never going back.
