No offense to the other reviewers but you don't know what your talking about, I eat here 2-3 times a week the food is quick prepared well and the staff is great if there was something wrong here why would 100s of people come here daily.

This is so far the first one I found that serve just the amount I need! Not too much food and not too little, the portion is just right and the food are nutritious. Love it!!

I hand an awesome mini Chicken bowl. It isn't mini at all. It was 3 healthy meals for me. It was not greasy and had wonderful charbroiled flavor. I got mine with brown rice and veggies. The vegetables were cooked to perfection for my needs. There sauce was good too! I will definitely eat here again! Absolutely yummy!

I always love it. No seating inside but they do have sufficient outdoor seating. They only do a couple of things but they do them very well with healthy ingredients. Plus, they'll customize it to your liking. The smell coming out of the store is so compelling.

The Works bowl was amazing, especially for the price! Best semi-fast food ever! It was prepared to order and came out piping hot. I did a mixture of the special sauce and sriracha/hot sauce. Delicious!

I like the healthy food they provide, they provide a plate full of nutrition of salad, steamed veggies, protein, rice and a fruit. The order and waiting lines are fast. I only wish If they could provide variety of veggies because the salad was only cabbage and most of the steamed veggies was cabbage and that’s kind of boring and doesn’t encourage to order again.

As described, tasty, fast, fresh and inexpensive. Great place for a healthy quick lunch. Try the chicken with brown rice and vegetables, (or just straight vegetables). They're great and healthy!

Seating is outside only. Food is flavorful, although meat is not the highest quality. Great place for a relatively inexpensive lunch when the weather cooperates.

Flame Broiler is a Hot, Healthy Grilled Food Bowl which includes Rice or Brown Rice, Steamed Vegetables, Chicken, Angus Beef, or Tofu that's Delicious with an Excellent Price! I was introduced to Flame Broiler last Spring and we eat here often!

My favorite "fast food" place in this specific mall. Typically get the rice bowl with veggies and grilled beef. Very flavorful and low priced.

Decent fast "clean" food. I ordered the Plate with beef. Flavors on the beer and rice were good but the "salad" was not a salad as it was just shredded cabbage & shredded carrots. And the "fruit" was laughable as it was simply an old dry half of what i think was an orange. I would try again, but I wouldn't waste my money on the "Plate" next time as it's a joke.

Pedro was awesome! We got our food very quick! The meat and vegetables was good but the salad and orange tasted funky. If I go back it would only be a bowl and try to put some teriyaki sauce on it or something. They have a nice outdoor area to eat

The ingredients are relatively high quality but the flavor was lacking without dousing it with the sauce which they provide on the side. Also I ordered the full plate and the proportions were a little off for me. Wish they offered more salad or a different side and fruit on the side somewhere else. However it's close to campus and they take Triton cash while the outdoor seating is plentiful and parking is usually not too difficult to find.

Had an angus beef veg bowl. Meat was full of gristle, which is inedible part of meat. Most bites couldn't eat. Would not eat this again. Poor quality

Received wrong order but was too far and late afterwards for me to muster the will to return to ask for the right order to be given to me. Quite frankly was disappointed. If in the future this continues to happen I’ll drop down to a 1 star rating. On the other hand if this doesn’t happen again then I may increase this rating.

We had a beef bowl with white sticky rice, green onions, and a few bits of carrot, broccoli and cabbage. While the beef was tasty, it had no sauce on it so the dish was very dry. There were two sauces that could be added, but they were not especially tasty. Would not go back.

Inhospitable employee, the cashier today was rude. I ordered and immediate cancelled. Adding to my disatisfaction this place doesnt have a bathroom. When i asked about a local restroom the employee replied with contempt, " Rubio's". I came to this establishment because I've been to one before. I'll never come back to this one. Terrible choice in work staff.

I gave it a 1 star due to the fact that they nickle and dime the customer. They charge EXTRA for the flaver and 1400% mark up for the syrup for a fountain drink that comes out to about .20 per cup. They lost my business, maybe when I start making 6 figures I'll come back...

Chicken is too dry and taste is too dull. Went here because of the 4.2 google review but seriously doubt it. Even wholefood food court is better than this.

The instructions say pick a base, pick a meat. One of the base options is salad. I order a need bowl with salad base. He says I can only get that with the plate ($3 more), okay fine, a plate with salad and beef. A fine combination, but I still need a "base" and apparently double salad beef plate requires a still add rice or veggies. For only having like 4 items on the menu, they sure have a lot of rules that keep me from paying $10 for 7 oz of meat with some lettuce.

Poor customer service. Spicy chicken bowl was over sauced. Person behind the counter admitted it happens, but refused to fix the plate to make up for the mistake. No greeting and no thank you but credit card screen when you pay expects a tip.
