Chipotle is hands down the best spot around! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly nice and attentive — they always make you feel welcome with a warm smile as soon as you walk in. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made just the way you want it. On top of that, their delivery service is always right on time, every single time. Whether I’m dining in or ordering out, Chipotle never disappoints. It’s that good 😌 mix of great food, friendly service, and reliability that keeps me coming back again and again!

Always on point! This team didn't make me feel rushed while ordering, which is a rarity for my usual visits to Chipotle. Not sure if this is how they always are... But I loved it! 😊

I don’t get the hate, every time I’ve gone the servings are great. Cheap date spot too. It is rough outside does sometimes smell like sewer but the inside smells fine. It’s also hidden so the lines are pretty quick if any

It was my first time ever visiting this location. The guys on the front counter were super nice efficient and it definitely made the difference for my visit. Definitely will visit again!

The carne asada was dry and seemed like it was sitting out for a while. Also not worth the extra cost over steak especially since the double meat for carne asada is 7 dollars. I would have gone with steak had I known it was going to be 7 dollars for extra protein. Rest of the ingredients were as expected. Portions were good. No complaints there. I'll be back for chicken next time. That's the best value in my opinion.

I stopped by the La Mesa location for the 1st, time I noticed right away how clean the outside was as I am driving up. The lobby area was clean, food looked fresh and plenty was available. The staff very friendly. The downfall to my experience was the cook had a mask on but was down to his chin I was thinking what’s the point in wearing it if you don’t have it on all the way. Then I thought well maybe he needed a breather it can be hot back there in the kitchen but nope his mask remained down the entire time I was there ordering. Oh don’t order the guacamole not worth the over priced $3. I think this location isn’t too bad I’ll definitely come back once in a while but I am giving 4 star for excellent customer service

My wife ordered a late dinner the other night via the Chipotle app. I went to pick it up via the drive thru. I pulled up and heard the alert go off and I waited. And I waited. 3 minutes went by and then a fair skinned female employee with braids walked past, filled up a cup with soda for herself and then acknowledged me only after doing so. She told me that someone would be with me shortly. I waited another 2 minutes and no one came so I honked. Waited 1 more minute, honked again and then had to go park and come inside. Once inside, a female employee with lots of piercings asked if she could help me. I let her know I had just been waiting in the drive thru and no one ever came to service me. She didn't seem to care even though I was visibly irritated. The male employee asked me the name for the order and he and the girl with piercings seemed to be having trouble finding the order. He found it and offered me a drink for my troubles which I declined. I don't have any issues with them having trouble finding the order. My issue is with the drive thru experience. Completely unacceptable and completely preventable. The restaurant was not busy as it was close to closing time. Review your camera footage. I'd bet no one was really servicing customers at that time. I completed the online survey and will be completing a Google review as well. We won't be back. But as someone who has been in customer service for over 25 years I had to make sure management knew. To me that's a stupid reason to lose a customer. The girl with the piercings is a horrible representative of your brand. The girl with the braids, not much better. Do better. Emailed the manager but no reply.

Watch out for the brown guacamole. Asked for another batch and they brought more of the same. No plans to make more. Tried to be helpful by messaging Chipotle in app, but because the receipt printer was also not working, I don’t have a code or whatever to input to the bot. Therefore conversation ends. No way to chat with a person/human/representative, or make a suggestion. Pitiful. The rest of the food was fine.

I stopped in today to grab the chicken bowl! trust and believe this will be last time visiting this location! The food was OK. I’ve definitely had much much better at other locations! What really made the experience to the level of never going to ever walk in the doors again was the interaction with the employees. Rude doesn’t even cover it. And it would be different if I deserved Noonie yes. But in all in all I was in a really good mood I was very friendly yet none of that was reciprocated! Anyways long story short this place sucks! I definitely don’t feel that this is true of all chipotle locations definitely this location is not very enjoyable.

I'm going to give it a -10 stars for the attitude I got when I pulled up to the drive-thru. I heard the Bell go off I waited a a couple of minutes the window was open thinking maybe she didn't hear me and I beeped my horn. The attitude I got from the girl who served me was and I quote "you don't need to beep your horn I heard you". She shouldn't be in customer service with an attitude like that. And hopefully she's not management. *** EDITED ***** The company needs to read the negative reviews on this location because they are all true. I got home with my take out order, and i asked for chicken and beef double meat for 5.80 extra, i didn't get ANY beef, and only a few pieces of chicken, did not get the extra veggies i requested. The female that served me had a poorly drawn tattoo on the back of her arm. I contacted corporate ASAP.

None of the workers pick up the phone and when you show up they're rude. I called 3 times to make an order and none of them picked up even though there was atleast 6 workers when I showed up. Terrible restaurant etiquette to never answer the phone and then act like you don't want to be here when actually customers show up. I won't be naming an employee because all of you are the problem and it's sickening. If you don't want to speak to customers then don't work a customer service job!!!

Gross. The picture says it all. I also can't remember the last time an associate actually rolled their eyes directly at me because they were so impatient with how long it took for me to pay. Just wow.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Not surprised to see so many bad reviews. Won't be surprised when this location closes. Poorly managed. Repeatedly poor experiences at this location despite giving it second chances. Carnitas is dry, rice is undercooked, queso blanco missing.

Absolutely disappointed with the La Mesa Chipotle. As a law enforcement family, we’ve always appreciated businesses that support those who serve — but apparently this location missed the memo. We walked in expecting the same respect we receive at the Mission Valley Chipotle — where the entire order is discounted when an officer is paying for their family. Instead, La Mesa only applied a discount to one burrito bowl… despite the ENTIRE bill being paid for by the officer. How does that make any sense? The entitlement and lack of appreciation were unreal. To the cheap owner, other locations DO honor the entire ticket for law enforcement. Maybe take notes from Mission Valley and learn a thing or two about customer service. La Mesa Chipotle — expect my business (and every cop family I know) to go elsewhere. Support those who protect you!

Tried to do a separate order on their digital application for a free guacamole reward. For whatever reason the application didn't add the guacamole and they wouldn't fix it or provide the guacamole. Their customer service is horrendous! I have no plans on ever using that location ever again.

7 employees on and only 2 working. The restaurant is not clean tables dirty yet when we came in there was noine else and through out our time a total of 10 people came in. The lady at the front was nice greeted but then the rest were very short. One lady told my daughter what do you want in your bowl. Not white rice or brown or black or pinto beans just what do you want. Then there is a stack of dirty dishes just sitting in the back line. No conversation or have a great day. But you could hear the employees conversations about their make up routine. Just disappointing when you pay employees high wages and yet you walk into a mess and crew not doing their part this store is not efficient at all and only one person cooking and they were out of chicken because of that. The management was lacking.

Completely ruined my order. I was starving all day and had to order delivery since it's around 10. Used the mobile app and it arrived fast. Disappointed that it didn't have any pinto beans, cheese, and sour cream at all. The rice portion was barely a handful. No utensils either. Went to call the store but it was closed by then so I went through the customer service online and it said I had a free voucher for an entree but it doesn't appear at all in my "chipotle wallet"/rewards. This place usually has very inconsistent sizes and this the first portion size that took up a little more than half of the bowl. In person most staff are awesome and some have no respect for others.

I rarely leave reviews that give me a negative experience, but honestly I feel as though it's completely fair for this particular Chipotle location getting 0-1 star rating... Before I went to the store, I redeemed my points on the Chipotle app for a side of regular chips and salsa like I've done for years, and I know that there is a $5.00 minimum cost to redeem rewards usually. So I always get 1 side of chicken that is usually about $3.95 - $4.87 depending on the store and then 1 side of brown rice or 1 side of black beans for about $1.87 - $2.00 or so with taxes and everything totaled up. I honestly know all those prices in the back of my mind just because I'm a numbers guy in general, and I've been to many Chipotle locations for this particular order and I know I have enough $ for it and just plan on spending about $6-$7. But at this particular location, the girl who made my food for me - and then rang me up as cashier was the same girl, and deliberately told me the wrong price I was supposed to be paying for what I was paying for while I asked for the food and even though I've brought this up to her in the checkout, she gave me a 'fake' receipt (of the transaction we verbally agreed I would be paying because it's literally what I ordered...) and then never gave me the actual 'real' receipt showing the price that I actually paid. Like she tried to just get rid of me by trying to get the transaction done as fast as she could, but she didn't do it properly. She literally made me pay an extra three dollars and some change for no reason just because she didn't wanna go back and do the transaction properly the first time through like a regular person. I think because she honestly just did not know how to fix the transaction or how to do something with my rewards like I think she's just new or something or in a bad mood and she straight up just wanted me to believe that I was paying $6.08 but when I got my Apple Pay receipt, it was about $4 dollars more than that original price that she verbally told me (she never mentioned the cost being $9.71, she literally told me $6.08 before I tapped my phone to use Apple Pay!) I was even trying to talk to her about it because she was acting like she didn't care because my chips and salsa reward along with that it should've brought the price down a few dollars. And had no idea why it was $9.71 with the rewards included because that's the price of a whole bowl! I honestly thoroughly communicated what I was expecting to pay from the beginning when I just asked her for one side of chicken and one side of brown rice... She literally just tried to get me to pay a few more dollars and I need to just because I think she didn't know how to erase the transaction or do it without a managers, permission code, or something like that you know... so she literally printed out a receipt acting like I paid six dollars and some change and my rewards went through when in reality I was billed about $10 for no reason and I would've never gone into the Chipotle and buy anything if I knew it was gonna be more than a few bucks because I really don't feel like chipotle is even worth it to begin with. We all know the service is hit or miss and there's a new person that takes my order every time I come in to any location it's like just sometimes a very young person who hasn't been properly trained or who just seriously could not care any less about other people's money or their job at all at some Chipotle locations like this that ruin the experience of just trying properly redeem rewards points as a (previously) very loyal customer. I feel like Chipotle literally just complicates everything for some locations, but just because of the lazy employees is what is bringing this location with a fairly rated 0-1 stare in my opinion so I asked for a refund. Wasn't even hungry after this whole situation where this employee lies to me and thinks it's fine to just have everyone pay an extra $4 just because she's too lazy to re-do the transaction or do whatever she needed to properly.

ALWAYS out of food, I went there last night at 10:12 pm, mind you, they close at 11 pm , and they were out of RICE.. this is the 4th time I went to this location an they were out of the primary foods. Chicjen, guacamole, cheese, rice… if you want to get food from the Fletcher pkwy location, I suggest you go before 6 pm, because after 8, they’re all out off food. They rather start cleaning up early then preparing more food, terrible

The service here is absolutely terrible. Not only did they forget to include the gauc, lettuse, and properly cook the rice, but they even neglected to add sauce to my orders. I am highly dissatisfied and will never order from this location again. I kindly request that others refrain from ordering or visiting this location .

Don’t ever order pick up from these guys. They completely rushed my order. Barely any rice and absolutely no chicken in sight. I’m very disappointed!!
