This Chick-fil-A has great customer service, which is to be expected from Chick-fil-A. I personally like how its always clean, they're very efficient, and when I needed to placed a catering order they were very helpful.
I ordered inside because the drive through line was full. The food came out hot, fresh, and quickly. I enjoyed my number 1 with lemonade at home. I also enjoyed the friendly service from the cashier.
Hello! I was just at Chick-fil-A less than an hour ago! It was a GREAT experience! The worker Angel got my friends and I through the line in 3 minutes! He got us through in time to get our free Chick-fil-A sandwich! He is amazing and efficient! Our food came out in less than 5 minutes! Such a great time at Chick-fil-A! Will definitely be coming back soon!

The service here is extraordinary. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They are attentive to customer needs and have a kind attitude. I love coming here; the manager and employees are all amazing! Also, this location is always clean!! It’s always a great dining experience!
I stopped at this Chick-fil-A location on my way to Tijuana. I arrived right before 6:30 AM on a Saturday and waited for the store to open. The drive-thru started serving around 6:31 or 6:32. Surprisingly, there was no line—first time I’ve seen that at a Chick-fil-A! So, life hack: get there before it opens, lol. The food was fresh, everything was correct, and it was amazing! It filled me up all the way to Tijuana, and I didn’t feel the need to eat again until I got to Mexico. 10/10 experience.
This might just be the best chicken burger spot I know. It's always such a friendly, welcoming restaurant that lifts your mood. The taste and service are both exceptional, with cleanliness and speed that are truly top-notch. You can expect the highest quality service and a delicious meal, better than any other place. No matter what you order, I’m confident you’ll enjoy your meal. The restaurant is incredibly clean and tidy, making it the perfect place to have a great time with anyone. I highly recommend this place!
New location right off the 5 freeway. Plenty of parking. Double drive thru. Large dining area. They also have outdoor seating. Friendly staff. I commend this fast food chain on their consistency. I have eaten at various locations and have yet to have an error in my order or be dissatisfied.
To the location owner, I would highly suggest reaching out to some of the Owner/operators in the southwest region to learn about some of the operations procedures that have allowed them to be more successful in servicing their customers. I have NEVER had to be pulled up to wait for food in the drive thru line, especially when it was not busy. I would have been a little more understanding of the wait had it been at peak times. I placed an order for breakfast at 10:22am, 8 minutes before breakfast closes. I’m assuming that they had to make fresh bread for the chicken minis that I ordered, which is not a problem, but shows a lack of leadership in projecting the needs of potential customers, especially when you had multiple cars in the breakfast line. I was asked to pull out of line to wait, I pulled up to the sign that said meal delivery zone, which after 2 cars I realized didn’t allow for others to move around me. I pulled up further to see signage across the parking lot that says “Drive Thru Parking Only”, which indicates that you all clearly have a lack of time management when it comes to having food ready. You should not need a designated area to make customers wait for food in a drive thru. For places like McDonalds or Burger King, that’s expected, but at a Chick-Fil-A where service and product are expected to be at a higher standard, that’s crazy to have a place where you are PLANNING to have food take a long time. I sat there for a few moments and reversed back to the drive thru window because the line wasn’t empty, and still had to wait. Jasmine said the food was getting delivered outside, so I pulled back up. No one was out there. I reversed back to the drive thru window and said there was no one there and she said oh, she was delivering something else, your food is right here. It had not been bagged yet and they were still waiting on it. I decided to just wait at the window. I received the food around 10:42am, 20 minutes after I placed the order. Mind you, it was a mobile order, so although they don’t make it until you arrive, you knew what to expect in advance. After receiving my food, at that point I was annoyed with the back and forth, but still remained friendly because I understand how it is to work in the service industry. I let Jasmine know that I know it’s not her fault, but she needs to suggest to the manager or owner that they need better operations practices because this is just crazy. I have NEVER, in multiple states had something like that happen in a drive thru at a Chick-Fil-A. Jasmine immediately got a nicesty attitude and became defensive and gave the “oh okay, well thank you for that, can I get you anything else”….I told her no, but she didn’t need to have a nicesty attitude just because I’m giving her feedback on the experience. All in all, I would have been much more understanding if they would have said from the beginning that they needed to drop whatever part of the meal wasn’t done and that it was being made fresh and given me a time frame of how long the wait would be. That is how you keep customers informed and from getting annoyed with you. Having to do the back and forth and having unclear waiting directions is a recipe for disaster.
This place is usually a great option vs the regular beef burger. Sadly at this location they won’t serve fresh food but greasy dark re microwaved heated chicken 🐔 OMG! Soo gross man…
Went through the drive through, they didn't hear me ask for 2 crispy spicy chicken salads. When they gave me my order I noted and asked for the 2nd and paid for it. Didnt notice they gave us the wrong salad for the 2nd one until we got home. Ordered a kids meal nuggets and the bag only contained fries, had to go back for Nuggets .
Been coming here for the longest time since it's right by me, I placed a mobile order and pick up as drive thru. I hit arrived at the destination since it's a 5 min drive and which submits the order to made. I get there right at 10:30 & once I get to the window they tell me breakfast isn't available anymore and only make online orders once checked in, which I did through the app (the app telling you a step by step process) but apparently it is now only done if checked in person. I've done this many times and it's never been an issue.
This is the most skimpy chick fil a around. No wonder their parking lot and lines are empty so often. I got partially filled large fry. If I knew I was going to get skimped so badly on a large, I would have gotten a smaller size. Pathetic. Prices go up and they can't fill your fry holder anymore. Guess I'm done with chick fil a too since they've joined the ranks of mcdonalds and Carl's jr.
