Bullritos

I absolutely would love to give 5 stars but I did have one issue, the "roasted corn" that I requested was not roasted it seemed like it was straight from the can to the bullrito, I also requested sour cream and that was not present in my bullrito. And my girl ordered the bowl with chicken but they put steak aswell in there, no complain because she likes steak but I feel like they should always be extra careful incase someone doesn't like steak With that said the flavors are amazing, I definitely will be back. Hopefully by then the corn will be roasted and I will actually receive sour cream. But the burrito is huge and awesome.

Fast ordering system. You grab a sheet/sandwich bag, check off the items you want, drop the sheet with the cashier, pay, and within a couple of minutes you ouch up your order. Healthy options as you get to choose your style.

The food is good and quick, and the staff is very friendly. You HAVE to get a cookie right out of the oven, it is out of this world delicious! Great spot for lunch, you can build your own burrito, get tacos, or even build your own salad if you want a healthier option.

Food is good, but to skimp on sauteed veggies is pretty sad, i get even chipotle skimps on meat (and so does this place) but veggies are pretty cheap, especially bell pepper and onion and they are barely sauteed, 17$ with guac is also pretty steep, cant even tell if they put my cheese in it, chipotle is definitely the better deal as it stands

I eat there pretty often. Food is better on some days than others. But all around good and super fast service. They have a rewards program but they hardly ever ask for your info to put your purchase towards the program. I feel like they should ask the customer, not the other way around.

I have been getting my kids a kid bowl for years and it has always been more than enough to keep them full. Today I order online for them and pick up gringos for myself and it looks way less than normal. $8 for not even halve the bowl to be filled. SMH I’m disappointed how is a 12 year old supposed to not be hungry after this?

Never been inside the place but I did order online for the first time, with that being said I’m a little disappointed I paid 4$ for extra meat and received less meat than I would’ve got at chipotle without ordering extra meat, and honestly I hate chipotle because of their overpriced portion sizes so not a good look for a first timer

I forgo the rice and beans and only ask for extra sauteed peppers and onions. That can't seem to do extra. I don't even care if it costs extra (which it shouldn't). One total slice of pepper was what I got with a few onions. The last three times the grilled chicken has been disgustingly dry. The meat proportion has been getting increasingly small. With this last one being very sparse. The cilantro ranch has turned to water now. Not sure what has happened to make this downward turn of quality. This is sad to see. It was one of my favorites.

Once I get to my work truck I open it and mix it around I notice they left out the STEAK and all I have is basically a veggie bowl. Not happy about paying for something I didn't get. It'll probably be a while til I go back and spend my money there.

I placed an order in person today for a nacho bowl. I asked for the chips on the side so they wouldn’t get soggy since I drove from Pasadena to La Porte. When I looked in my bag, there was a tiny bag of “chips on the side.” I asked the girl taking the order if that was all the chips that typically are in a nacho bowl. She stated that since I asked for them on the side, I only get 3oz (approximately 6-8, maybe 10 chips) I asked to speak to a manager and she was not available. Instead, the young lady taking the orders asked me to step to the side so she could help the customer behind me. I was a little taken back since I WAS a customer as well. They offered to sell me their standard size Bag of chips (which wasn’t that much more that the 3oz size) for $2. I went ahead and purchased it so I could have enough chips to enjoy my dinner. Another employee approached the counter and stated that “Maria” the manager, said she could give me another 3oz bag, this time only. I declined, since I had already purchased more chips. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and quantity given for the nacho bowl if the chips are requested on the side. Unfortunately this will be my last time eating Bullritos. I call today to tell them the order was incorrect and she argued me over the phone on what was ordered. I asked for a manager. She said there wasn't one. Upon realizing her mistake there was no apology. It's incredibly frustrating. And how is there no manager?
