Fast and very consistent me and my wife love this one our drinks always come out the same not making you wonder if they may have forgot something or not enough of whatever it will be to make the beverage taste the way it should.. the pastrys and sandwiches are also good..

This place is always clean, opens early, and accurate with orders. Negative: -Drive Thru gets packed and is quite small Positive: -Clean -Staff has great attitudes -Accurate orders -Order online or app and walk right in to pick up. Not much else to say besides its a jamming starbucks. They move pretty fast here even during peak hours.

Friendly and fast! Very nice Starbucks and super fast service. The style of this store is vintage looking for a Starbucks but I understood from the staff that they are about to get remodeled. The patio is big also and there is a fast drive thru. I highly recommend this Indio Starbucks.

Myself and my daughter Megan go to this place just about everyday to the point to where we know some of the baristas by name. With that said I'd like to give a few shout outs one to Benji, Martha and the female with the pink hair (for the life of us we can't remember her name) Thank you for your customer service seriously the best. I wished more places had more employees that serve with a smile and always positive attitude!! Again thank you❤️❤️

I've been going to this Starbucks for a while now and have always found it good. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha (hot) but have ordered a variety of drinks from here and they're always uo to par. You can get a decent line of cars in front of you on a busy day, but most Starbucks are the same. Staff is pleasant as well. Overall a great experience at this location.

I've been suffering from insomnia for two years since after COVID. Using the herbal foot soak product from Dr. Pham, I've noticed a significant improvement. I've regained my full sleep and feel better recovered, including the detox foot pads that came with it. I love it.

Dylan is so welcoming and I know my drinks will be awesome. I enjoy coming here because of the atmosphere of this store, specially the evenings and if there ever was a drink I didn't like, the employees here remake it or fix it gladly.

Firstly, before giving this narrative, that I hope helps whoever needs to read this, I would like to preface: if you take a look at my reviews, rarely would I ever speak negatively, only, if in truth it would be the just thing to do and the need to named staff or establishment really needs to take a look at themselves. Trust me, I have a few one or two brewing, but I also believe in giving a fair amount of chance for a positive change. I want to believe in the best of people. That being said, I will do nothing short of giving credit where it is due, because too rare do we look for the positive; I hope I can shed some of the light I have found within my own positive experiences. Amazing atmosphere! Superior Service! Marvelous moments! And a terrific team! A little Doctor Suess alliteration for some silly amusement for the team I speak of so highly. I hope you guys can find some enjoyment when you get a chance to read, and hopefully make you crack a smile, because it is the least I can do for all the smiles you have made me carry with me after starting or ending my day with you! The whole team serves excellence, even if they are having a rough day, they always bring their best and reciprocate the kind and respectful energy I try to give; they ALWAYS reciprocate double-fold! I would like to point out a few who have really stood out, and then two who have gone above and beyond. Lea, Kennedy, Geronimo, Dylan, and a few others- whose names I will acquire and add into the edit later- Thank you SO much for the positive attitude and vibes, the warm and friendly faces, the kindness, and personability... all are things that are often forgotten in the service industry and even amongst one another...YOU guys help to restore my faith in humanity every time I get to see you guys! I’m writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at this Starbucks location, this Sat morning around 9am . I mistakenly placed a mobile order for a brown sugar oat milk cortado and a jalapeño chicken pocket through the app, thinking I had selected your location. I had inadvertently chosen the other location also listed in hwy 111. Upon arriving at your store, the app indicated that my order was ready . Despite it being a busy time , your staff and Dylan immediately acknowledged me and Dylan took the time to initiative to help resolve my error. He promptly prepared my order, and it was ready within minutes. I was truly impressed by Dylan’s attentiveness and efficiency, especially during what appeared to be a rush hour. The outstanding customer service I experienced, along with evident cleanliness of your location, has made me a strong advocate for this particular Starbucks. Therefore, I totally recommend this location..

As with almost any Starbucks, the experience varies with the staff on duty. Nevertheless, the performance of staff at this location ranges from competent to spectacular. The wait at the drive-thru is often exasperatingly long; it's worth the small digression to park and order within.

First, it was open. Several around here have been closed due to lack of healthy workers. Service was good. Food was good. Nothing special, but, other than the longer than usual line, probably due to neighboring stores being closed, everything was good. Note that they were temporarily closing a 2 pm, and everything is subject to change without notice.

This place offer great coffees like all other statbucks around, however when it comes down to staff I would have to say that most are nice, kind, and welcoming. While you occasionally get the employees that'll try to rush you or just don't have patients for you. When you go in it's pretty small with limited seating and little port selection for if you wanted to do work on a laptop and needed that extra juice. I would have to say though the place offers the same as other starbucks they tend to mess up your order more than other. I am very forgiving as they do fix there mistakes when you so point it out. Service I would like to up to 4.5 just for their accountability. Overall decent starbucks for coffee

Got some breakfast hot foods only on this visit. Everything was hot and fresh. Customer service was excellent. I just wish the breakfast sandwiches were a little more flavorful. Kinda reminded me of the McDonald's McMuffin.

This location is busy, like the setup of this location. Really appreciate the masks and hand sanitizer station they have set up for customers needing a mask. Friendly staff i have had to have a couple of my drinks remade due to a very bitter taste. One bad experience I had was that I came in for my mobile order they said they couldn't find one and asked if I was sure I purchased a drink, and needed to see my phone to verify if I purchased a drink. I understand maybe needing to see my purchase but the way it was questioned

I am normally happy with my mobile order experiences at this store but today I went inside for the bogo and it wasn't an easy ordering process. Then there was an extra $0.50 charge for a pump of sugar and then I asked about it after I paid she said "I'm pretty sure it's more for the sugar". #1 how is she not sure and #2 could you maybe mention that when I asked about it?

Got stuck in line in back of a guy that must have ordered a steak. McDonald's has mastered bringing a large order to a car while not holding the whole line up. 10 + minute wait for coffee. Can do better

It could be a little cleaner. Seems dingy. Drinks are always fine. Their patio always seems to have a homless person, which is fine if they were actually a costumer. I'd like to enjoy my drink with out being harassed for money. Oh and never go through the drive through at this location.

Salted caramel cold brew was perfect. Sausage & cheese breakfast sandwich was overcooked. The bread was hard, cheese melted away and egg was rubber! I would have returned it but I had already left headed to an appointment....

To be fair I don't like the concept. I was invited, so I tried to be open minded and in good spirit. Yet, despite all my trying, I still don't see the appeal. It's not coffee, the food is average at best. And it take so long that you have to give your name so they don't forget you by the time their done with the making ??? When I give a name to get a coffee, it's supposely the one from the batista, not mine ! Robert, un café... Voila, ca fait 1 euro...

This is probably the most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is either extremely nice or simply, the worst. The problem is the horrible staff member that makes you forget that nice people do work here. The drinks always taste different and most of the time it's not a comfortable relaxing atmosphere at all. This is the only location where I've been double charged more than twice with each time me having to prove that they did that by showing them my receipt and bank charges. It's always them asking to swipe my card again because the first time "didn't read it." I no longer go to this location and drive a little further if I want Starbucks.

I visited this place Saturday morning to get a drink and there were 2 people without a mask. I thought that is inappropriate in this time . I even asked the girl, if see wanted a mask but she didn't. When we all do our thing, we will be back to normal in no time and than everybody can go back to their jobs again.

The worse - and I truly mean worse customer service at this store. It’s actually mouth opening rude. And when spoke to Matt the manager - he was no better at handling the situation. I don’t know why I bother coming to this location and I only do if my fav one is busy but now I know why the other location is busy because they are the best. Maybe this staff should be trained by the Simon location. Save yourself loss of brain cells and oxygen - drive down to Simon and 111 store. They are kind - HAPPY & actually smile to see you. Matt your staff needs major training. It’s sad and pathetic.

Barista Matt took 25 minutes to make my pour over coffee and he was passively aggressively rude. While it was busy when we arrived, it had cleared out within 10 minutes, but it still took him 25 minutes to get me a coffee. This isn't the service I have ever received nor expected at a Starbucks.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER. They ALWAYS mess up our order. We go there about 3 times a week and EVERY SINGLE TIME we go in there one of several things happen: either they prepare our drinks or food terribly (like somehow they aren't working on a standardized level) or they completely FORGET something or they are really nasty to us! It's unbelievable. We've complained several times and each time they just give us a little card that has like 5 bucks on it for next time. You know how many of those we've had? A lot. I dont get it because they're not really ever that busy. It's not like we're in the big city! I mean, how do you FORGET an item on a 2 item order?? I'm always standing there wondering where my drink is as 10 other people who were behind me are getting served theirs. Bad customer service, bad food service, bad drink service. Awful!!!!!

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that somebody just forgot. I asked for decaf at around 8pm on Sunday 11/27/22 while studying for exams. I didn't sleep at all that night because it was regular coffee, which affected me for the exam I took that week. I already have anxiety and usually terrible sleep schedule so this was not fun. Otherwise, the people seem great. I would just appreciate decaf when it's late at night.

So i ordered a caramel frap and guess what it was missing? CARAMEL! Not everyone has the time to sit around and get their damn drinks fixed they always mess something up. They need training!

My mozzarella sandwich was half bread and all the ingredients inside the sandwich were only on the bottom half. A sandwich is supposed to be filled with with the ingredients not literally half bread. There was barely any cheese or spinach. I am incredibly disappointed.

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch no whip double blended. When I got the order I noticed there was whip but I let it slide seeing how it could be a common mistake. On my way home I took a sip and just tasted whip cream. Turns out the employees decided to be unprofessional and mess with my drink. They put a great layer of whip at the bottom of the drink which actually means I paid more for less of a drink.

Just ordered an Xtra hot Americano at the new inflated price through the drive thru and the lid was not on at all and spilled all over my brand new car! Lucky it didnt spill on me. It wasn't even busy at all, why are your employees rushing and not securing lids properly? What gives?
