A truly positive experience at RoadHouse delle Terrazze. The space was renovated, bright, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I personally booked via the app, so my friends and I skipped the line. The menu is extensive. Every time I go, I go crazy for the appetizers. Onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and cheese balls. The chicken wings were exquisitely flavorful. Not to mention the sandwich: a double chicken breast cutlet, scamorza cheese, and caramelized onions. A feast for the taste buds. All accompanied by a generous plate of bacon and cheddar fries. Truly mouth-watering. For dessert, a small Nutella crepe with a very chocolatey and filling center. ❤️ My personal compliments to this restaurant chain that never disappoints!

A great family experience! We ate very well: tasty meat, generous portions, and friendly service. The atmosphere is welcoming, even for children, with a play area and coloring mats. The Tuesday special is super convenient: the children's menu is free if you dine with a full adult meal. A truly great idea for those with children! We'll definitely be back.

Good grilled meat with weekly specials I visited this restaurant with some friends for lunch. It's located on the first floor of the Le Terrazze della Spezia shopping center in the food court. Before entering, you have to wait to be escorted to your table. Before ordering, they bring nachos with spicy salsa. I ordered the fixed-price menu with an appetizer, grilled meat, and water. I chose the fried mozzarella sticks and the classic cuts of meat. Everything was very good and in satisfying quantities. On various days of the week, you can find special offers on various types of food. With the loyalty program, you can accumulate points to get discounts and special offers. The prices are fair.
The food is typical of roadhouse! The waitresses are nice! They have a children's area which is good 👍
Burgers were great, sides too, got onion rings and fries. Gave only 4s because asked for well done and got red middle, which my wife does not like. Pricey, but the extra burgers were huge, bun a little dry and crumbly.

Went there for lunch, chose salads. The salads (grill and chicken caesar) were very basic, but large portions! Upon entry and after being seated you're provided with nachos for during the wait of preparing your food, but turns out you end up paying for it as is counted on your bill as "tip".
Good steak house to take the family! Thursday half price burgers!!
Convenient place for a quick meal... but often (always) the food arrives cold... The plates are messy... and the male waiters smell of sweat when they arrive at the table...

We were attracted to this restaurant because of its beautiful decor. She seated us because we didn't have time to get in before a lady came to seat us. Whether at the entrance, at the order, or at the payment, the ladies were very cold and stressed. Yet there were only two tables occupied. The meat we ordered was good except for a very tough piece, otherwise it was good. The prices are reasonable.
Takeout order placed at 1:30 PM with an estimated arrival time between 2:05 PM and 2:30 PM. At 2:40 PM, we spoke with Deliveroo and were informed that the delivery driver was waiting at the restaurant because the order wasn't ready. We called the restaurant to inquire about the order and they told us it had been ready for an hour and that it had just been delivered to the delivery driver. When we complained about the quality of the product (ready since 1:45 PM, they said), the employee remained silent and hung up. We called several times to inquire about the matter, but no one answered. We changed our number to get in touch, and, magically, they answered, but—be careful!—as soon as they realized we were calling about this, they hung up. Congratulations on your efficiency and professionalism.
I would never recommend anyone comming here, the prices are too high for a restaurant inside a mall, the food does not taste good, the pictures are not at all like reality, staff was ok but not friendly at all. Restrooms were disgusting, were nasty, overall the place wasn’t clean and the prices too high
Me and my family waited like an hafe an hour for waitress. Then when we got the food the burgers bread wasn't even tossed like a normal burger would. The bread was like a normal bread. The bbq ribs were dry and tasted like microwaved. I don't think that they cooked ribs that fast. Wouldn't recommend to eat!
The meats were burnt. Some meats had veins. Awful!!!
Ordered mixed grill for two for dinner - it took almost half an hour before the orders arrived: Some of the pieces dried out, some of them of low quality meat and some of them simply burnt on grill... Disappointing that they bothered to serve the plate...
