I didn't have to wait in line, and I was able to request my food easily. The staff was friendly and attentive. It only took about 2 minutes, I think, from beginning to end.
Healthy and easy food, friendly staff in a clean environment. Had a chicken bowl with some extra veggies that hit the spot!
Food is great as always and super quick. They are still being cool even with the COVID19 rules. You do have to wear a mask but they are nice about it.

Omg when I say I love this place. I’m out here in Ontario to visit my brother and he brings me to this chipotle and yes yes yes. I live in Los Angeles a about a hour away but I think I will drive out here just to come to this chipotle. They are great in here
I used the app to pre-order. Most times, I am in and out with delicious food. They prepare it well and fresh, so I may end up waiting a minute to 5. You get a greeting at the door and the address you immediately at the counter.
I want to THANK Alex, Sarah, and Kennedy for their GREAT service last night. They are pleasant and welcoming. We TRULY appreciate your hospitality and warm customer care. Please stay that way and help the other staff to be more like you guys. Thanks much again.
Food was very good, service was immaculate and professional. I felt very well received when giving my order (no awkward "huh" or "what"). The restaurant was very clean and tidy, and all the workers there had a job and did it very well. It wasn't very busy when I went, and the tables felt very clean and spread out. Would recommend.
Amazing customer service. Amazing employees. So friendly. Great food. I usually don’t post about good places. But I just had the best experience here at this location. So I basically have to leave them a review for their top notch employees and service!

I read the reviews about this location in La Verne. It appeared to be mixed reviews/ratings so I figured it was time to pay them a visit. Thankfully, my experience was positive. Customer service is important and I must say that this location surpassed my expectations. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering and the server who helped me was courteous and professional. My "bowl" was made exactly as requested without being rushed [as (unfortunately) takes place at some Chipotle locations]. My bowl was fresh and tasty, and the chips were crunchy. The guacamole were fresh and well seasoned. The place was clean and the employees were properly masked. No issues and as such, is well deserved of five stars. Also, due to the current climate (winter 2022), it might not be uncommon for this location, like many other restaurants to suffer sporadic labor issues and be forced to close. I suggest supporting our local restaurants as much as possible.

Food was good. But we were taking our order to go. We had a big bag of food and four beverages, and the restaurant does not have beverage carriers. Really? How are people with large orders supposed to manage?
It's an easy and nutritious lunch! I'll order online, make the 1-mile drive, and find my order waiting for me on the rack. Couldn't be more convenient. I notice a lot of cops and firefighters grab their lunch there, too. My lunch burrito is always stuffed to bursting -- it has never disappointed.

Not the best service for the size of staff. Almost like they were all new and didn't want to be there. Food quality has dropped too.
The meats always seam ,almost warm enough.The up charge on everything is kinda steep.It does the job.
The food is delicious and the price is great, but as with most Chipotle locations, sometimes the portions are very disappointing and it feels like a burden asking for additional rice... Customer service could use a little work, it feels at times like your being pushed through a conveyor belt with the sole purpose of getting through it as quickly as possible. I come here all the time for the nutritional value, quality, quantity(usually), and price, but it's not perfect.

Parking problem! I used to like to eat there a few times a month. However, ever since the gym moved into the same shopping center there are no longer any available parking spaces. I have stopped going.
It took me a lot of frustration to finally get to this point and now I'm going to say something. This establishment cheats you on the protein. Today I spoke up and ask if I can have some more protein because there was barely any protein. She scooped up 1 piece of steak and dropped it into my bowl. She then laughed. This business has also watered down their soda. Its clear that they are cutting cost and leaving the customer with a sub par product. They even increased the prices which I understand if its for inflation, but to cheat your customer is not exceptable. I'm not coming here anymore and sharing to everyone how this business conducts business.
It was terrible. The chips were stale and chewy. They had no lime flavor I could taste. They must have used the ultra rare brown avocado, because the guacamole I was served was born and did not taste good at all. Overall I was disappointed in my dining experience.
Food is tasty seasoned great. .! I was in today during the lunch crowd. An elderly lady came in with her Dog in her arms. No one ask her to leave dog out side. It was not a service dog . She held it in her right hand. Allowing dog to touch glass. Where people order food.....as she and dog got drinks and ice dogs face was in soda fountain. All forks and spoons where underneath dogs shedding body.. i called dept. Of health
Lousy service. No one ahead of me and no one behind me. They had to fine a person to help me and she flew thru my order and was unhappy to be there . The cashier had no expression or willingness to help. Overall an awful experience

The person assisting me "flew" through preparing my order, why do they get a spoonful of guacamole then tap half off the spoon back in to the pan? A chicken bowl, black beans, brown rice guacamole and a small drink...$14.99. That's a lot for mostly rice and lettuce.

My friend did not like what he got and didn't finish his food. I thought mine was just a mess of food that all tastes the same. It was just plopped in a pile. The drink station was an absolute mess! I had to clean our table before putting our food down and it wasn't even busy, there were only two other tables being occupied. The music was way too LOUD and we could barely hear each other and had to repeat ourselves too often. I won't be returning to any of their stores. It's too expensive for this kind of experience.

They did not pay attention to the “Uber eats” order. I did not get sour cream or guacamole on my bowl! Horrible service
service was terrible, I was rushed through my order, didn't get my order right, employees looked like they hated working there, it just seemed like a sloppy college dorm-room. I actually threw my food away and went across the way to Rubio's.
Just wanted to order food today after working 9 hours and had an employee adamantly shake his head at me for no reason... he seemed to be projecting his frustration with life at me as if I don't have my own issues. Imagine having an employee shake his head at you and you can't figure out why. Of course he provoked a reaction from me because I just couldn't resist asking him what in the world I could have done to get a condescending head shake. We're all stressed out of our minds during these unprecedented times, the last thing I need is some cryptic disrespect from the employees at my favorite franchise. I have been sitting with myself for hours feeling insecure and guilty without knowing the cause of my actions. I hope no-one goes through the type of mistreatment I experienced at this establishment today. I should note that the rest of the employees were cordial and handled the situation professionally. So kudos to them. As for the toxic employee, I hope life gets better for you. Even though you ruined my day and stunted my self-perception, I never want to see anybody struggle in life. We're only here for a limited time and it's always best to have some love for humanity. I hope you overcome whatever caused you to treat me poorly and live a prosperous life. The worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle in ages. The server slapped together the tiniest excuse for each of the rice, beans, and protein you can imagine, and gave me the nastiest sneer when I asked her to actually give me a full scoop of each. This place staffs the dropouts that even other fast food places don’t want to touch.
I got to the end of the line and I asked for chips, they said they were out. I look to my right and see about 15 bags of chips, so I ask and the employee poked embarrassed and just said, “it’s my manager I can’t give them to you.” So confused, I called over the manager and asked him why they aren’t selling chips and he said they were for online orders that have already been placed. I was in the store about an hour before closing so I decided to wait and see if he was telling the truth, turns out he gave out 0 bags of chips the entire time. He was probably trying to not give out the bags so that they had more for the morning but that’s not an excuse. I also witnessed him drop some of the meat on the counter, and instead of throwing away the meat that was dirty, he just shoved it back into the container full of other meat. Safe to say I won’t be back here anymore.
Workers must be illiterate because they're not able to take a simple online order. They forget the queso 90% of the time but still charge for it. Also they add pieces of meat to the vegetarian bowls. Never seen a smile on any of their faces either. You're better off making your own food at home. Run like Usain Bolt to the next place because they do not know how to read.
I ordered from Uber eats and it processed my order before I was able to finish what I wanted. I immediately called and they said that they couldn't add to the order. They were so difficult. I asked if I could order over the phone and the delivery person could deliver both. They said no, we can't do it. No suggestions on what I could do or to help at all. Just terrible customer service. I tried to cancel right after I mistakenly paid for half of the order and it said I had to pay a $39 cancel fee!!! Uber Eats and Chipotle are both just terrible.
Chipotle must be training their employees to give tiny portions. The food is half of the bowl! And it's expensive, what a rip off. Avoid at all costs, rude employees too

Ordered food thru the app, I had sent someone to pick up my food due to just finding out I have covid. When they got there I guess they had a fire? And a employee by the name Ruben let the driver know it will be refunded next day. Not only did I not get my food but it was the last of my money till who knows when I will get paid due to not being able to work. I still haven’t been refunded I spoke to manager who was not helpful. No food no money . Thanks.
The food was made a delivered quickly but this is the second time my burritos were made super small. :( I hope this gets better. That’s $17 !! We shouldn’t be skimping on the girth, Chipotle
Went in for dinner and the girl with the Curley hair was really rude I think she had a pink tattoo on her neck normally I don’t leave reviews but I felt very unwelcomed. Next time don’t go to work if your going to act so miserable with customers. 👎🏻

I just bought a chicken burrito and they need to cut out the Cartlidge it’s so disgusting . Took a picture of what I had to literally spit out cause it makes me throw up. Paid so much much for this. I feel lousy I even paid extra for the protein.

None of the employees working in the back that saw me offered to help. Once I stepped around corner to get help, that is when I was verbally attacked by an employee and continue as a walked out.
With the new fitness center, there is absolutely no parking at this location. I used to go here 2-3x per week. Good food and service. Now, I can’t find parking every time I go, so I won’t bother any more.

Haven’t had it at other chipotles. Really disappointed.
