Friendly staff, great food. Prices are reasonable for the quality. My girlfriend loved it so much we went back for more a couple minutes later. We have the three shrimp tacos (x2) and both types of burritos, steak and also the shrimp one. Shrimp burrito has rice and a really good lightly spicy sauce. Steak burrito has fries and guacamole plus some other great stuff burritos tend to have. Meals always come with a side of crunchy tortilla chips. They have a mango drink that I would recommend as well.

I always enjoy coming to this location. The food and salsa bar is fresh and the service is always exceptional. I usually come on Tuesdays, best fish taco deal you can get! I like the fish taco especial, you can get a plate of 5 tacos for $16. I also like the fish burritos and nachos. Highly recommended.

Went to Rubio's for the beer battered fish tacos and was not disappointed, my wife and I both ordered the two tacos and a drink for $7.00 (best deal out there). The tacos had a great beer batter crunch that was complimented with the shredded cabbage and roasted Chipotle salsa. We also like that Rubio's has cleaned up in the last year, windows and tables are clean, nice shaded outside seating area and clean restrooms. Just the best place for beer battered fish tacos.

The fried fish in the tacos was not freshly cooked. In their defense, it was later in the evening.

Great food and service. The problem is they have a lot of high tables and booths, which some people cannot use.

I have been coming here for almost a year now and it has been amazing the vibe is always great and the staff are always nice especially Gwen recommending the survey for a free drink or dessert which I love and making me feel welcome, never had a problem with the food always good, fresh and delicious but today the chips were under cooked, the cup of beans wasn't full all the way and the fish tacos presentation wasn't amazing like all the other times, it was a little messy and I just hope they can take a moment to check it before sending it out but other than that my experience is amazing.

the new team has incorporated a couple of older amazing hard-working crew (such as Jillian!), and with new manager Josh & new members to this location like Marcy, they have turned things around lately back to the great service & food they once had! thanks for hearing my prior feedback corporate :-)

They don't make the chicken bowl like they use to, they no longer have brown rice, another words they make there chichen bowl sloppy, too much white rice and not enough beef or chicken, it just doesn't taste the same like it use to👎👎!!

I come to this Rubio's somewhat regularly. Most of the time the food they are pretty good. They seem to have challenges when they get busy. I think today was one of those days. I ordered a bowl with steak. Unfortunately, the bowl was less than half full, but that wasn't the main issue. I've had their steak before, and it's been really good. Today, it was just a bunch of tiny, chewy burnt chunks. I had to pick it all out in order to eat the rest of the bowl. I like Rubio's, I just wish this location could get a bit more consistent in their quality control.

Very disappointing. I ordered 2 cups os soup and a shrimp burrito, 30 MINS LATER we walked out the door. The small bag of stale chips was a lousy bribe to win me over. For OK food I don't recommend. There are much better places to go for a reasonable wait. I won't go back there.

The person taking the order was untrained had to repeat my order three times and she still got it wrong And also forgot to ring up our drinks, even though she asked me 2 times about the drinks. Also it was close to 82 Degrees inside the small space where we were eating Very uncomfortable why no air conditioning on such a hot day?

I was trying to call to place a order to go so when I get there I just have to pick up I was put on a 7 mins hold like what's the point of answering just to tell me to hold take my order now or dont answer the phone ( thanks Josh for the long hold time place was not busy at all for me to be on hold that long

Tortilla soup had about a cup of rice. It had so much rice I couldn’t enjoy the actual soup. It had fake spices too. If your lookin go for healthy. Not that! Very disappointed. The shrimp bowl with pineapple was tasty but so much rice again. And like 5 shrimp to proportion of everything else

I can't help but be infuriated that an establishment would charge $4.18 for a fountain drink. This business is only interested in their bottom dollar and to take advantage of people is wrong. I won't be giving another dime to this establishment.

I ordered online to ensure my order would come out correct and be ready when we arrived. They put no salsas in the bag and I specifically requested the kind of salsa and the amount that we wanted. The girl at the counter had the nerve to get an attitude with my husband when he went back inside to get what should have already been in the bag. As if it was our fault. Customer service has really gone downhill. What's worse is that I actually tipped prior to receiving the order. Lesson learned. I will not in the future until I check my order. This rocket science.

False advertisement, I only got 2 little shrimp

I ordered through the app and went in to pickup. I waited 15 minutes past the expected pick-up time. I gave them their time because they were a bit busy. However when I asked the GM about my order, he looked around and found a burrito that had been laying there on the counter the whole time and said, oh this must be it. He then proceeded to start bagging that burrito. I told him that I want it remade because it is probably cold by now. He just turns his head and says we'll get it for you man. He has no sorrow or kindness in his attitude to look at me and apologize like a man. So rude and just not caring. My order was never bagged and handed to me or placed on the front counter like TWO other mobile orders were handed out before me. The whole time I was waiting, he was just talking to the girl cooks in the back about snowboarding. And while I was waiting his back was turned to the front register and customers were just standing there not being helped. Another customer told him that the Diet Coke was out and he said okay. That same customer went back to get it a while later and it was still out and he had to repeat it again. This is the kind of horrible customer service I observed the whole time I'm waiting for my order. I heard the GM say something to the cooks to warm up a tortilla after I said I want mine remade, so I don't even think they remade mine and just dumped the ingredients in a new tortilla. The GM didn't even try to find my receipt or order to figure out why my burrito got lost. He didn't even tell the cooks anything about my order. I used to be a GM of a fast-casual restaurant and if anyone acted like this, they would get written up and possibly let go. This GM shows that he doesn't care about the customer and I will never come back to this horrible location. I was then given my order without a receipt, which all the other mobile orders have taped to them. He got my drink ready and put it on his counter, but when he handed me my food he didn't give me my drink that was right there behind him and I had to ask if I can take one from the cooler. Seriously? Like he did that on purpose just to be difficult. Just a complete lack of awareness from this "manager".
