Romeo’s is truly a gem for anyone craving an authentic Italian cuisine from scratch. The atmosphere in Romeos strikes the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, with soft lighting and a welcoming vibe that sets the stage for a memorable meal. We ordered the Julieta pasta and ended up ordering 2 because it was that good. Freddy was our server tonight and he was attentive without being intrusive, always ready with recommendations and thoughtful wine pairings. It’s clear Romeos takes pride in making sure every guest has an exceptional experience. It’s now my favorite Italian restaurant in all of Laguna Beach.

We had such a wonderful experience at Romeo Cucina! Fredy took amazing care of us. The live music added so much to the atmosphere. The guitarist was incredibly talented. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and were surprised with tiramisu and a “happy birthday” song in Italian. The food was authentic and delicious, with enough gluten-free and vegan accommodations. To top it off, the espresso was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend for both the food and the warm, welcoming experience!

Had a great birthday dinner here! Our waiter, Freddy, was kind and engaging the entire night. Atmosphere was amazing thanks to their live music. Their appetizers and pasta are so delicious and worth every penny. Perfect for a nice dinner date or family outing.

This place has true integrity!! The food was amazing and I have very high standards for Italian food. Our server Freddie was wonderful, he made us custom cocktails and a custom pasta that exceeded expectations. Also I’d recommend the Rigatoni Giuliette! There was beautiful live music and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely has a 90’s aesthetic which i love.

Ignore the very weird decor because the food is amazing and the service is top notch! Robert, our waiter, was attentive but not overly so. He made some great recommendations and we left full and happy! Will definitely be coming back! Note to the management: the chairs are incredibly uncomfortable! We couldn’t stay for dessert because our sore bodies couldn’t take another minute.:(

I dined here and Sam served me and a friend, He did an amazing job. It was him and one other server and while being busy with other tables and hosting the restaurant he was still super attentive and even making time for friendly conversation. He did everything right and the food was great. Zero complaints. Great job Sam. Food was also amazing haha!

Walked in at a perfect time, no wait for a table. Nice Italian music playing. Nice vibe & atmosphere. The food was delicious. Both the noodles and asparagus were cooked just right. The creme brulee tasted more like a creamy pudding than a custard but I did order a french dessert at an Italian restaurant, my bad! The flavor was still nice though, not too sweet. My server Fredy made sure I was well taken care of. I've spent more on less satisfying meals. I would make the drive to eat here again. Thanks.

Romeo's is one of the best Italian restaurants in the OC area. It has a fantastic atmosphere, great service and the food (and drinks like the Italian Wedding Cake) can't be beat! I've come here many times, and every time it's fantastic. Freddy was our server tonight and did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed. I had the Tortellini Pesto, and I just about licked the plate clean (only public decency stopped me). If you're in the Laguna area, Romeo's is a must! ❤️

My friend took me here for a birthday dinner and it was absolutely delicious! I got the Tortelloni Al Pesto and it was phenomenal. So much so that I went to the grocery store and got pesto and tortellini then tried to recreate it. Mine was like eating boxed mac and cheese compared to what I had. They've also got a great happy hour from 5-7 and I usually order off that menu but it was a special occasion so I got to splurge a little.

They were able to accommodate nine people in just ten minutes It’s amazing! We were tired and hungry after the beach picnic Food were delicious! Especially the pizza 🍕 We ordered three different kind of pizzas and they are all delicious The pink sauce was surprisingly so yummy! I scrapped the sauce clean with my pizza crust! 😂 The waiter and server were very nice and tend to our needs They work and walk very fast 😅 It’s going to be our favorite place to go after a day at the beach!! We can’t wait to go back!

A neighborhood favorite with a touch of eleganza on the main road. Only in California can one come as you are and enjoy a bit of fine dining. Service is excellent and dishes can be customized to taste.

The food was okay, was it tasty? Sure it was tasty. We had the Margarita pizza which was average. It wasn't the best nor the worst, very mediocre. We also had the tortellini pesto and the tortellini rose. It was creamy, and well made, however the portion sizes were extremely small for what they were charging. I wouldn't come back. The service was okay and the food was okay. There was nothing special about what we ate. I would avoid this restaurant all together.
