The bowls here used to be very delicious. Recently, why has the yellow rice become so hard, and it is still undercooked. Why the experience has become so bad, the store manager needs to manage it more.
I went there, and the employees were so friendly. Just came back from the La fitness and only had my phone on me, and Apple Pay wasn’t working when checking out to pay. The worker was so nice and told me it was on the house even when I offered to give my info and pay next time. Great people and great vibe!
We didn’t feel like going to wait and eat in a very crowded place. We decided on picking up! We would up with a Great Cinco De Mayo meal. Absolutely love the chips. Portions are great. We were served quickly and efficiently. I tried the new chicken blend and it was delicious. Our server was very friendly. Only drawback is the guacamole. Really had very little flavor.
Came her today and asked for the white rice for my bowl, and unfortunately the rice was extremely undercooked. I am very displeased.
I bought a chicken bowl and the portion is way too small to be filled up that cost $12. It didn’t even fill up to the line of the bowl that you see inside. It was flat. It was an online order by the way. They should really change that. To the person that is working online orders on that day, why so cheap 😭😭. I’m hungry and want food but you gave like nothing. I’m starvingggggg. If you have a bad day, don’t bring it upon my food 🥺.
Food was ok not fresh as it used to be. Staff looked annoyed. Also food all over empty tables and cheese/chips all over the floor in more than one area. Glass door on entry was covered in greasy finger prints and exterior glass. Table tops need to be wiped down more often as we had to leave due to every seat being dirty. We ate in parking lot and noticed not one manager or team member walked the dining floor to realize it needed to be cleaned. Very upsetting with the cost if it was clean I’d enjoy it but management needs to be aware and maybe re evaluated.
The food tasted good but the package leaked in the car and through the bag. The container with salsa wasn't closed properly. Also the lettuce in the burrito bowl should have been in better shape. Too much of the dark green wilted lettuce.
You see the employees getting at eye level with the food to measure out teeny tiny unsatisfying portions. When they were almost out of black beans they put in as much as they could scrape out (not much) instead of waiting for the next batch. It’s fresh and flavorful but you’re left wanting when they put in too little of some items. There should also be more guac for it costing $3. I usually get a sofrita bowl. And there were barely sofritas in it. My first time back to Chipotle in a very long time, I thought they would’ve improved, not gotten worse.
I genuinely believe Chipotle is running a social experiment called “How Many Times Will Someone Give Us Another Chance.” Every visit feels like the employees are in a silent protest. Ingredients are mysteriously “out” despite being right there, substitutions are made without consent (congrats on the surprise fajita-only section of your burrito), and asking for what you actually ordered feels like a personal attack. You can practically hear the resentment being folded into the tortilla. And the burrito itself? A structural nightmare. Instead of a balanced bite, you get a rotating tasting menu: one bite is 100% rice, the next is a rogue mouthful of sour cream, then suddenly it’s all beans like you unlocked a bonus level. Never all the ingredients together. Never peace. I don’t know who’s in charge of burrito distribution strategy, but it’s clear the goal is chaos. I leave every time confused, slightly hungry, and wondering why I thought this time would be different. Yet here I am… writing this review… knowing full well I’ll probably be back in three weeks.
This place was a dump. Every table dirty. Both trash cans overflowing. My bowl was far smaller than it used to be, not even making it to the top of the bowl. I'll join the rest of the folks who visit Chipotle less. It's gone down hill no doubt
I don’t know her name but the blonde Asian girl was very rude, I was very sweet to her and she gave me practically no chicken and when I asked for a little more politely she scooped in about 2 more tiny pieces which felt very taunting. Never coming here again because of the staff
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle. I am vegetarian, and when I went to order yesterday, I watched the employee use the same thermometer in the meat items and then immediately dip it into the vegetarian food without sanitizing it. They only wiped it with a napkin, which does nothing to prevent contamination. This is a serious food safety concern. Vegetarian customers should not have meat products introduced into their food due to improper procedures. I could not order anything because I did not feel safe eating food that had been cross-contaminated. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to properly clean tools between ingredients. Until this is corrected, I cannot return to this location.
I always come here, but today I didn't leave happy at all because the brown rice was like a rock. I left unhappy from a place I always love. Also, I couldn't chew the rice because I have braces.
Worst location ive ever been to, line was long and they only had one person making the food while the rest of them sat around and talked, they’re also super stingy with the portion and ive never had a problem with that before, literally gave me 3 pieces of chicken, worse service there is. Also, they’re never restock the napkins and hot sauces, super lazy at this location, terrible experience never coming again
Who's managing this place?? It was terrible! I haven't eaten at this location in a long time. I remember it being good several years ago. Not the case anymore. The girl making the rice bowls looked completely miserable. The food station was messy. There were 3 people hanging out by the register to do the job of one person. Somebody should have been cleaning because the place was filthy!. As I walked out I realized how dirty the floor was. When I got home ( a five minute drive) I realized the food wasn't even hot. I warmed it up took a few bites and threw the rest out. This place is awful! Do yourself a favor...go to Cabo Fresh down the road.
If i have the time i would drive all the way to the selden location which im comfortable at because this location is just a mess. I got there at 945 they close at 11 and i look in the window they are mopping while im trying to order. Then i’m sitting at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge me and now there is 3 people behind me also and they just keep cleaning like I’m not there. They looked very rushed and aggravated i felt uncomfortable ordering but they still had another hour and 15 minutes open. The food itself is always mixed the sour cream will be in the cheese etc. It will be all over the place and just look very messy and not appetizing. I rate everything a 1 star, and i avoid this location at all costs. They also gave me no utensils which they normally do but all they are worried about is closing when there still open. I also had an experience where i got stale rice so i had to bring it back and just get a refund since it’s like 11 dollars a bowl.
This place is a disaster. Went in on a Sunday at 8:00pm and they have one person working the line…. I waited to get served for 20 minutes with maybe only 4-5 customers in front of me. Every single table is filthy and the food station behind the counter clearly hadn’t been cleaned in hours. Meanwhile, there’s employees eating dinner and working the take-out counter. Absolute mess - avoid this location at all costs.
Diabolical portion sizes what the hell is this And then we went to ask the manager for more food ($13 for 2 shreds of barbacoa and 1/2 scoop of rice is crazy work) and they gave heavy attitude for no reason and stared us down For another bowl in our group we paid $16.20 for half steak half barbacoa but it should just be the highest priced meat so idk what’s going on here Do NAWT come here
Ok, let me preface this by saying I live here and this is my local chipotle. I have never had an issue with them for the last 3 years i've eaten from them....except for today. My order was white rice, black beans, honey chicken, tomatoes, sour scream, hot sauce, cheese guac, and lettuce. What I got was this monstrosity. What's even worse the server had a certified trainer badge on the hat he was wearing. If he's training folks there please stop having him train them. Sheesh. I came home, ate 3 bites, and decided that's enough Chipotle for a while. This service was so horrible I'll be taking a break until you get your act together.
I never complain but I’m completely appalled and disgusted after picking up my order. I’ve never been to a restaurant that was so completely filthy. And I want to preface by saying that the woman working the to-go counter was working her butt off, and none of this complaint has anything to do with her. If anything, she deserves a raise and at the very minimum some help in her station. The level of filth was something I’ve never seen before. I literally got my food and threw it away because I couldn’t trust to eat anything that came out of there. The counters were covered in food, food was on the floor. Trash was everywhere. I blame whoever owns this place. I will never step foot in this place again. To be quite honest, this place is a total health hazard And shouldn’t be operating until they have the proper staff to make sure that things are up to standard. Shame.
Dirty store. Trash in food. 0 stars. My child found a giant piece of melted Saran Wrap plastic in her burrito bowl. It was covered in cheese and sour cream so I’m so glad she saw it. Picture is the trash in my adult hand, for scale. I called for a refund and the manager was unable to help over the phone. I will be reporting the store to corporate and to Suffolk County Department of Health.
