The cheesecake factory is one of the rare restaurants that make many dishes well from their steaks to seafood to appetizers to their namesake desserts they nail them all I highly recommend this establishment. 5 stars!

Excellent Service. Great Food with reasonable price. Sometimes it takes more than 30 minutes to be seated for dining in during the meal time, but it was worth the wait :) Our best picks were carbonara pasta, steak diane, and pan pizza! OH for the dessert, Lemon meringue cake is amazing!

This location has always been great long time customer 15+ years, but the Spanish girl at the takeout register … to say the least I hope she was just having a bad day today. First time experiencing a very unhappy worker at this location, hope she fixes her attitude or learns to keep her personal issues out of the work environment

Amazing cheesecakes and great ambience! Always a bit busy but you can make reservations ahead of time. Must try their tiramisu cheesecake and you can thank me later :) The basic new york style cheesecake with fresh strawberries (shown in picture) isn’t bad either! :p

The food is always good. Had something from their brunch menu for the first time after the server recommended it. The eggs benedict with potatoes were good. The potatoes were cooked sonwell with lots of rendered onions! Second time here and the servers have always been nice and pleasant.

My experience this time at the factory was a bit different this time. We asked for a booth and they sat my wife and I at the small tables which do not hold more then 2 plates. Felt like half a booth and im not the smallest dude. My waitress Shawna was mediocre although it was a Saturday afternoon right before dinner rush. I personally feel like after the covid pandemic (not that it's gone) people have really gotten back to being there old selves again when it comes to customer service. Kinda missing those days when you would feel the cleanliness just from the way we carried ourselves. Now it's sticky tables again dirty silverware and less caring customer service. Our food was good thank god. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and cheeseburger egg rolls as our appetizers. Super delicious like always especially with the sauces they come with. Wifey had a virgin margarita which she could have sworn there was liquor in it but there wasnt lol I had a long island. The tequila in that drink was spot on. One of the best ones I've had in a while. Our entree was the Carne asada with the spicy sauce on the side. That was delicious aswell. The pictures you see are old but we kept it the same so no need to take new ones till next time I try a different plate. We still love this place and will continue to come here. Next time we will be a bit more selective with our seating and hope we get a better server is all. I think restaurants like these need to keep and uphold the status they created during the pandemic. Always cleaning properly, being more caring and attentive to the patrons and even though the job is not always great always keep a smile and positive energy. Like they say "keep that same energy " should apply always. We will be back again see you soon

Great first time experience, the dish I originally ordered was not so great, my taste buds were not having it, the chrispy pineapple chicken and shrimp. I was given the option to order something else at no extra charge! The spicy Jamaican black pepper shrimp I think it's called. Will definitely be returning loved the server, the ambiance and everything.

Excellent service. Was originally told we had a 20 minute wait to be seated and it ended up being about 10 minutes. I had the Georgia Peach drink for the first time and ended up having a second round. The second taster even better than the first! The food was good. The service was great. The ambiance was on point. I will be returning soon.

We came mid-week because the weekends are always extremely busy here. Very short wait and had a chance to peruse the selection of cheesecake slices. 😋 I love the chicken bellagio and was not disappointed the pasta in a creamy pesto is very tasty. The vegan Cobb salad is huge! Superb service. Highly recommend going during the week for a relaxing experience.

Great selection but my order sat under heat lamps for a long time before I received it. Half the plate was hot half was ice cold. Waited forever for my order. Service was great, but the kitchen was slow. Overall I'd give them another chance.

There were six of us, seated in a booth, and our server Andrew truly made the night unforgettable and my birthday an incredible time. The atmosphere here is warm and inviting, perfect for a family gathering on such an occasion. We began with the Tuna Tartare, which was fresh, vibrant, and plated beautifully. The layers of tuna, avocado, and crisp vegetables were complemented perfectly by the savory green sauce and crunchy tortilla chips — a dish that looked as good as it tasted. For our entrées, we sampled a variety of mains. The grilled fish, served with green beans and creamy mashed potatoes, was light, fresh, and full of flavor, enhanced by a bright tomato topping. The steak medallions with asparagus, mushrooms, and roasted tomatoes were tender, juicy, and rich with savory depth. The chicken piccata was equally satisfying, featuring a velvety lemon sauce with capers and mushrooms, served alongside delicate angel hair pasta — a true comfort dish. My wife enjoyed an Espresso Martini that was smooth, well-balanced, and just the right blend of coffee richness and cocktail warmth. Of course, we couldn’t leave without dessert. We shared a decadent multi-layer chocolate cake, generously paired with swirls of fresh whipped cream — an indulgent, sweet finish to the evening. Overall, the service was smooth, the food was consistently delicious, and the evening was filled with laughter and family warmth. HANNAH is a treasure!! In close to two decades of being gluten free and having to watch others eat the warm delicious bread she is the FIRST to offer UNASKED a GF toasted bun for ME!! I WAS SHOCKED 😳 I never expected this level of thoughtfulness from a server!! So KIND!! it was unfortunate my meal came out with jalapenos - that's on the kitchen staff - AND the new meal took a long time to replace mine - again the kitchen - but otherwise just clone that young woman!!

This place is great! I love this place the server needs to be more attentive. It’s always comes to me when to offer bread. I always order an appetizer and don’t want it but my guest in the order hand was so disappointed that we weren’t offered bread because they see the other table get it. She claims it’s discrimination but I said we ordered to much food. Lol it’s just always nice to have the server offer you bread if you ordered to much or not a lot of food.

Lunch stop. Cheesecake Factory has most choices on there menu of any restaurant I've been. The cheese cakes are divine. There was no line no waiting. Plenty of parking, I was immediately sat and server came right over. I had a glass of reisling wine with Asian Chicken wraps. Between the wonderful bread and butter and my meal that filled me, I regrettably skipped desert. Love Cheesecake factory they also have a great happy hour and a small bites menu.

Great restaurant, very eclectic menu. My ONLY negative was that it was very hard to hear the person right next to me. The vaulted ceilings kinda had this weird effect of bouncing all the sounds down. it was like trying to hear in a wind storm. But everything else was excellent.

Never disappointed with food at the Cheesecake Factory! The miso salmon is my kid’s favourite so far. Crispy outside and juicy inside- cooked perfectly. Hibachi steak has been my favourite. The Thai chicken salad is tasty too except that the chicken was a bit too chewy. The waitress forgot to serve the bread.

We had such a good time at the Cheesecake Factory. Our group of eight, and we were celebrating 4 birthdays. We ordered so many appetizers that we almost couldn't eat the main course as we share all the appetizers. When dinner arrived, we all we all had something different, and every thing tasted great. One of the reasons why we had such a good time was because Jordan was taking care of us. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable of the menu. Anything that we needed, from a question to more drinks or bread, he took care of it. *Management should recognize how good he is. He makes you feel positive about the experience we had. Food was delicious! Had a veggie pasta which was so filling, took it home and ate from it twice after that. Portions are huge! The flavour was good but my only concern was the dish was a bit too oily for my liking. Drinks were delicious but do not order any from the skinny menu, those tasted terrible. My friends and I sat for tea & dessert. They had a large selection of delicious teas, and the server displayed them in a beautiful box. Our tea mugs came with lemon and honey and were arranged nicely on a dish. We each got a different flavor of cheesecake. They were delicious!!! We ordered pumpkin, godiva chocolate, and raspberry lemon. The lemon was so refreshing and not overpowering as lemon can be. The raspberry syrup paired so well with it. This is a New Years Eve tradition for my wife and I. Always friendly, knowledgeable servers. And delicious food. So many options make it hard to decide, but the experience is always great for us! Noah was our server. It looked like he was pretty great with kids!

Stop by for brunch at the cheesecake factory at smith Grove for my favorite French toast brulee and also share some other dishes that I was disappointed with starting with the huevos rancheros. They didn't have much flavor at all. The one things is for sure that the French toast brulee is amazing.

To describe my experience here in one word would be "patient". My family and I came here on a Friday evening, so it is quite packed. The estimated waiting time was as we were informed, so no surprises there. I would be annoyed at the long wait time in-between each dish, but I am a patient person. Not only that, but silver-lining is, my family and I had time to digest the large appetizer. The food is superb and the cheesecake is heavenly. My advise to everyone is that you need to be patient. It may be because it was crowded when we went, so it is slower that day. However, it is worth the wait. If you do get the cheesecake, I will say it is really smooth and creamy, but is strong. It will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth, but it is not ideal for those who cannot stand things that are very sweet.

There was a short wait to get a table but it was worth it. Nicely decorated, this is a busy restaurant. Plenty of appetizer and entree choices on the menu. The fried fish was delicious. So many different flavors of cheesecake! We tried the Key Lime and it was very tasty. Friendly servers and reasonable prices.

Prices were a little high for here but they always have been. Our waitress was very kind and friendly food was very enjoyable if you're in the mood for a nice ambiance with good food no reservation needed this is a great spot. Second time in a row and we will return. thanks

I’ve been going here for years, however the past couple of years it’s hit or miss if you get your order correct. Some days you get large portions someday small portions. Still recommend but not as happy as I was in the past with them.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite places to come. I decided to have a quick bite before heading to the mall. The food was great. The waiter was awesome! The egg roll samplers are a must! The coconut cheesecake my new favorite! I will definitely be back! We also ordered the calamari which was awesome, gumbo, coconut shrimp, buffalo chicken blast. The food was awesome. We were a group of 6 and reserved the table before we went. So no issues in finding a table. Food was very tasty and variety of choices. But the only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because it was difficult to get the server’s attention to order some additional items after we ordered food at first. (We wanted to order a milkshake, sugar for the cappuccino and some water) I wouldn’t complain about it if they were busy serving other tables. The problem was they were chatting with other servers other in a corner without checking what the tables they were serving might need.

It was a good day! A group of 12 (4 adults & 8 children) on a snowy afternoon for a 13 yr old boy's birthday. The staff did a good finding a location that allowed everyone to socialize together. The food was good, the service a little slow and forgetful during a slow day, but the waitress was sweet. Over all, it was a good day.

The prices. Its good food, but the portion size in comparison to the cost... just isnt there. $20 for an appetizer is crazy. There are entrees, that arent steak or seafood, that are over $30. As big of a chain as they are, its surprising they cant be more affordable. Service is always good, and the wait time for food cant reach 30 min or more. Atmosphere, on busy nights it could get quite loud. Sometimes you want to just relax and enjoy your company. You cant do that if youre struggling to hear across the table, or shouting in response. Lastly, what theyre "known" for, their cheesecake. While great... $15 for a single slice, we'll it isnt that great. Sorry Cheesecake Factory. It had to be said

Went for a dinner on a rainy Friday night, party of 4 adults and 2 kids. We waited 40 minutes to be seated, and once we ordered, the drinks took a long time to arrive. our server was a kind and sweet, always checking in to see if we needed anything. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this restaurant sooner, as we've been here so many times. We walked in around 7:30 on a. Thursday evening, and it was crowded! The hostess at the podium was friendly and welcoming, advising us of a 15-20 minute wait. It was actually much shorter. Our friendly and very helpful server, Jill, arrived with our complimentary bread & butter, which is always yummy, and took our drink and appetizer order. We ordered the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls for Appetizer, which were so good. Crispy, not greasy or oily, and a nice balance of flavor between the meat, cheese, and sauteed onions (realized I needed a picture after we had some). I had the Chicken Madeira for dinner. Nice sized portion, great mashed potatoes, I enjoyed the asparagus, and the chicken in gravy with mushrooms with melted Mozzarella was great. My husband opted for the combination of Steak Diane and Chicken Madeira, 2 classics. He got Fettuccine al Fredo instead of the mashed potatoes. It's always so creamy and good. We took our cheesecake to go. I got my favorite Banana Cream, and he tried the Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies and Cream, which he loved!!!

3 stars because I was seated in a really tight spot when other areas of the restaurant were practically empty. The front desk person was ok but really just all over the place. I was not given the offer to seat outside even tho it was open for seating. Once I asked to change my seat, the experience was much better. The food tested great.

Despite finding a not so appetizing something in my drink and only had 3 weirdly cooked shrimp everything was good. For the price that was paid I'd really come for the stuffed mushrooms and the cheesecake. The Cuban sandwich was really good. Nice and filled. Caesar salad was very tasty.

Saturday family night out. It was okay. Waitress mentioned 4 of the 6 dishes we ordered were not being served anymore. She mentioned that the menu changes every 6 months. We tried to order Mediterranean chicken dish, chicken pot pie, one shrimp dish (forgot the name), and the salmon was out for the day. Black out cheesecake was out as well. We had to scramble and figure what else to eat. Our choices were not that great after the disappointed choices we had to make. What else do they not have anymore? Lol

The burgers were great. Lettuce wraps was horrible it was raw veggies with dried up chicken. Drinks were not strong and overpriced. The waiter did not pay attention to our table.

Food was great as usual and the quanity of food as well as quality of the food, for the most part, is worth the amount you have to pay for the food. All dishes are extremely delicious. A tip to save money at cheesecake is for each person to just order a different meal and then share. Would recommend to anyone searching for a fancy meal that is at a reasonable price point.

Came here today with my three girlfriends for a nice dinner. We made a 7 o’clock reservation. We walked in at 6:55 and waited until 735 to finally be seated. We got a text at 7:15 that our table is ready. We went up to the counter to be seated. She said just a minute. We went up again 10 minutes later to see what was going on. After 40 minutes we finally sat down. Not sure what the point of a reservation is if we are going to wait 40 minutes. Very disappointed.

This place used to be great. I returned to the Cheese Cake Factory after a disappointing experience, and the manager was incredibly kind and gave me a $50 gift card as a gesture of goodwill. Despite the gift card, I ended up spending another $125 and was still thoroughly disappointed. The waitress may have come by once to check on us, but all the pastas were tasteless. My father ended up sending the fish because it was excessively seasoned with black pepper. To top it off, we forgot to order our bread and butter until I had to ask. Save your money and choose somewhere else

This place is nice and clean, the service was good, Erin took care of us, and she was pleasant and helpful. The reason I am not giving them a 4 star rating is because the food took so long to come out. I ordered the Steak Diane and Salmon combination. It was good we also ordered the Jamaican Pepper Shrimp. It was tasty, and it had a little kick . If you like slightly spicy food, you may enjoy this The last item was a Chicken and Avocado Club, it was good, but the bottom piece of bread was a soggy, obviously it waited as long as we did for the rest of the meal to be ready. Hopefully, the next time I return (if I do), the food won't take as long to come out.

The quality of the food has really gone downhill recently, but the prices are still the same. We were visiting every few weeks not too long ago, but after my last experience I can't foresee making a return trip. I got a veggie burger which was actually alright, fries were unimpressive.... The goat cheese salad is good, the Korean cauliflower is also decent, but the actual chicken they served was absolutely atrocious. Bland, poorly trimmed, paper thin and dry. Now chicken can be thin, but to be also dry and fatty is another accomplishment no chef should hope to achieve. The pasta was sticky and dry, the mushrooms were raw and tasteless. We also ordered some cokes and the soda machine was broken, but light tan piss water was served to us none the less. After our meal was brought our waitress vanished, we waited, but after a while we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks refilled. She wasn't bad, but she seemed indifferent. I was very disappointed.

The service is consistently very very slow and not friendly. The food isn't as good as it used to be. And the atmosphere is quite dated but better than other places on average.

I always get great service when I go and the food is always delicious, but today the female bartender was extremely rude, I know that lemonades get free refills and when I asked for my refill she did not want to give me one, I asked nicely again and she took the jug out and slammed it on the counter almost drenching me with the drink. I didn't deserve this treatment and I doubt my family and I will come back here again!

I came here to eat and ordered the “white carbonara.” I wasn’t expecting a 100% authentic Italian carbonara, but at least an attempt to respect the original recipe. Simply changing the name of the dish doesn’t make it acceptable—this is an insult to Italian cuisine. Italians who come here and order a carbonara expect a carbonara, not what I was served. After eating this dish, I honestly suggest calling it pasta with peas, bacon, and cream—that would make much more sense. Real carbonara is made with guanciale, pecorino cheese, egg, and black pepper. Cream and the other ingredients used here have absolutely nothing to do with this dish. This is not carbonara in any form. Using the names of Italian dishes without knowing how to properly make them should be illegal.

Quality of the ingredients diminished. I was shocked to say the least, I never had an issue before. Disappointed. Here are some pictures of some of the items we ordered Streen corn: not so good, bland Chicken taquitos: great French fries: below average Crusted chicken romano: Terrible!, the chicken was like rubber, the sauce was full of sugar, sweet. I’ve been going to your establishment for thirty years ( not this location but the franchise ). Not as frequently as before but still about 3-4 times a year. It was the most disappointing experience I’ve had. It was a Monday night, the restaurant was about 40-50% full, and I saw my server about 6 times throughout my meal. He even apologized when I asked for the check and said “ I’m sorry I couldn’t take better care of you… ”. Ok. At least he apologized. It started with the water that took about fifteen minutes to get to the table along with the rest of the non-alcoholic drinks. The appetizers came out about 15 after the drinks. The appetizers were fine. All tasted the way they should, hot, and nicely seasoned. The mains… were a disaster. We ordered four different pastas. Birthday boy wanted pasta so we ordered a variety to share. The fettuccine Alfredo was so overcooked that when you tried to pick up the pasta it just melted off the fork and there was almost no creaminess left on the pasta. The Cajun jambalaya pasta must’ve been cooked first because the pasta came out as a ball that was stuck so hard together we could’ve played basketball with it and it was bland. Cajun spice all over the plate but seemed like none in the actual dish. Carbonara looked like stir fry pasta that you get from a Chinese takeout. The only pasta that was served cooked al dente and with flavors that actually came together was the belagio pasta. We decided to skip dessert, my favorite part of obviously going there, and just get the check and go home. Even that took 10 minutes. Even if I asked to have the pastas redone or ask for a manager, how long would that have taken? I couldn’t even find my server to ask… Didn’t want to sit there for another thirty minutes waiting for our food, which should’ve come out right in the first place, just for us to regret it again. Overall we spent two hours there and didn’t enjoy most of it. If it wasn’t a birthday event and everyone trying to be happy I would’ve spoke to a manger or something. I understand the restaurant business. I understand there are staffing issues or whatnot. However, if the server is struggling, why isn’t the manager lifting up his sleeves and jumping in to help? Or having a bus person refilling water cups or something? Still left a 25% tip and just said I won’t be going back anymore or anytime soon. I love the Cheesecake Factory. Was a treat for me as a child to go there.

I've been to Cheesecake factory before.. but this one was particularly filthy.. Before we even got seated...we asked them sweep the floor because under the table was food and filth.. My bathroom trip was right out of the bathroom horror story.. considering we are just coming out of covid, and you would think they would sanitize properly the bathroom was disgusting.. they should be ashamed of this!!

We cannot rate the food as we never were given the opportunity to try it. We arrived at 3:30 pm, Lake Grove location, restaurant was empty. No person at the check in counter. Bartender said someone will be right with you. Waited a few more minutes, then a kid comes up, grabs two menus and says follow me. No hello, no nothing. Goes to seat us in the bar area. We politely ask if we can get a booth. We got a, yeah. He placed menus on table and walked away. I had to grab a napkin from another table to wipe away the food on the booth seats. We spent several minutes looking at menu, a waiter walked by multiple times and kept counting cash at a nearby counter. Waiter didn’t say two words to us. We sat there for about 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. Waited another 5 and finally said, that’s it. On the way out my wife stopped by the kitchen area and asked if there was a manager on duty. He was right there! She told him we were leaving as no one came to our table. He then was like, ‘oh no, have a seat. I’ll have someone help you now. I’ll give you something.’ lol, really dude? instead of chit chatting it up behind a wall, get out on the floor and make sure your staff is doing their jobs, period. If it’s shift change, like he mentioned, why wasn’t he out there? This was just a poor excuse for the lack of service. So many restaurants closed up in and around the mall, this place is next. I remember coming here on Fridays, late afternoon and this place being packed. Even the the bar was empty. Such a shame.

Went to Cheesecake Factory today and was disappointed. Was told the wait would be 15-20min but ended waiting 45mins. They prioritized big parties over small parties even tho small parties checked in first. Ended up leaving cause more and more big parties came and got seated right away. Couldn’t get a table for 3. Host kept saying a table was getting cleaned every time I asked but that was a lie. Cheesecake needs to do better with seating!

Clearly everyone knows what is the dirtiest thing in a restaurant. But when you open the doors and people come in and they bring out filthy menus with pages stuck together it shows that management doesn’t care about cleanliness. That should be done continuously and in this St James location it’s not part of the procedure.

I order to go off the lunch menu, sat there for 35 minutes for my lunch spaghetti and meatballs. They didn’t even tell me it was ready I had to get up and ask for my meal when they told me they’d call me when it’s ready (I even provided my phone number). On top of that they didn’t even apologize or accommodate to what I asked. I asked no basil no mini tomatoes and to have cheese on the side to put on my spaghetti; it was not given. I asked for utensils and the lady stares at me. Never again wasting my money here!

Robert the manager at this location was not helpful at all . Tried to come in for a larger party and give more than respectable notice of time . He basically told me to kick rocks and he was not able to accommodate us sitting together . Even if we came in together and waited we would not be seated together . Not accommodating or helpful ! Disappointed!!

Came here on Father’s Day with my son and sister. Waited over 40 minutes after the host told us 15 minutes whatever it was fine I understand. Then finally got our table to server was nice brought our drinks. We orders coke up it tasted like seltzer. Then the organism server left and a man was severing us. Brought new cokes after switching out the Syrup, ended up being Diet Coke this went on 2 more times. We ordered 2 chicken Costoletta and Mozzarella sticks. We waited over 90 minutes. It finally came out but we were missing the Mozzarella sticks. My sister and I attempted to eat, but the food was ice cold. Finally 10 minutes after the chicken came the Mozzarella sticks came out. The manger came over and we explained our Frustrations, but he did nothing. He couldn’t even give us a free soda.

Horrible experience, I have been a big fan of the cheesecake factory, giving them my business for many years, until last night! Chicken breast was paper thin and tasted like old oil. The menu has eye opening desserts that they don't even serve. Waitress and service was great, but the food was horrible. The cook found a way how to trap old, nasty, cheap cooking oil in breadcrumbs, and that's what they serve you. Made me sick & puked all night.

Today my wife and i went here because we recieved a gift card as a present. It was pretty much a wasted afternoon from the start. Our waitress Jackie was sweet and pleasant and nothing about this was her fault. We ordered pretty much right away and the food took forever to come out. I am a former server at Rare 650 so when i say this i am not talking about "forever" as some impatient patrons would. The couple next to us told us that they were on the verge of just walking out because their food was taking so long as well, so it was not just us. The place was basically empty so the delay in the kitchen is bewildering. Our food finally come out and my wifes dish is basically cold so we sent it back. When we got it the second time it was the exact same temp but on a very hot plate. Again i was a server for 15 years so i can be somewhat understanding of things but there was absolutely no excuse for this. The manager finally comes over and offers to bring it out again but by this time im done eating and we were trying to catch a movie. The manager was not interested in making us happy at all or fixing this situation. He offered to wrap it up and let us take it home but we would still have to pay for it which is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! we refused to pay for it so they just took it off the bill and that was that. I find the way this situation was handled to be unacceptable. As a person who was in the hospitality industry for over a decade i would have never made a guest who's afternoon we ruined pay for a meal that came out wrong multiple times. I think it was the managers attitude that really made us angry because he never seemed like he wanted to make the situation any better. We didnt use the gift card so we are going to see if we can go return it because neither of us have any desire to go there again.

So we had a very bad experience yesterday at this location. First issue we asked for a medium rare steak and it came out very well done! For 57$ for a ribeye you’d expect it to be about perfect. But the biggest issue there was a clip on finger nail in my son’s Mac and cheese! Absolutely disgusting. This location used to be great but I fear it’s going down the gutter. For us this was my wife’s 30th birthday and they completely ruined the night! Even through all that we still had a 250$ bill! The manager did come over but we felt as if it wasn’t a big deal and hadn’t come check on us since. Once a great restaurant now turned into disaster.

Ordered the steak Diane and received a normal steak for the most part other than the two spoiled pieces I was served. Unfortunately I wound up eating one of the pieces only noticing it was bad with after experiencing a foul after taste than I found another bad piece which smelled and tasted like it was well past its expiration date. In the end the steak was comped but I still had to pay for the rest of the food which albeit wasn’t stale. I wound up throwing up several times due to the food I’m now waiting to see if I get food poisoning.

Came in and there was a 15-20 min wait, no problem; was sat accordingly and within the wait time. Hostesses were super nice. The server however took forever to greet us. After ordering our drinks, apps and entrees all together because at that point we already knew everything we wanted he disappeared yet again. We asked for bread and sat for 10 minutes with not even waters. Throughout the entire experience he just seemed extremely overwhelmed and everything took FOREVER. My significant other’s drink came out flat, he re ordered the drink I got instead and that took forever to come over. He came over to us three separate times saying our food would be out soon and when it finally did come out it was cold and my food was overcooked. The spin dip was lukewarm. It’s our anniversary and I’m attempting to have a pleasant time. I call him over and explain that my entree is overcooked, also cold (probably from sitting in the window) and he got an attitude with me. I asked him to take it off the bill and asked for my fries to be remade. They ALSO came back out cold. My boyfriend even said they probably just put the same fries on a different plate. We took our dessert to go and asked for the check. I hope to not be served by that waiter again. I’ve never had issues with Cheesecake Factory before, the drinks were phenomenal I will say kudos to the bartender. So upsetting. Coming from someone in the restaurant industry myself this could have been handled better.

I've always had peaceful experiences at this location, but tonight everything went good but as soon as I went to walk out the door, I see behind me, my server, Courtney, chasing me out the door accusing me of not paying for my meal when theres a QR code to pay online, I even took the bill out of the thing leaving a blank canvas to show thats how I paid online which she should know, but no she arrogantly chased me at the door thinking I'd skip out on a 28$ bill when I have on a hoodie worth $100 or more, which is absolutely ridiculous why she would think that, even considering i've dined with her in the past so I'm not sure why she would think im a thief. Either way, thats my last straw, and you would have to be very lucky for me to return to this location or potentially any cheesecake factory locations again because Im paying as much as the diners if not more, and to be treated like this is absolutely disgusting. Also 28$ vs 53$ when I don't order cheesecake, absolute ripoff this place has become, you guys are going to have to offer me something very good if you ever want me to return to this location because I will not stand being called a thief when I work my but off for my money, but these people don't seem to see that!! Shame on you!!

Place is absolutely out of control expensive and our food was flavorless. Since I can’t really convince anyone that the food stunk because that is subject to opinion, I can prove it’s way out of line with their prices and anyone can fact check this. A high end steak which I won’t promote here but let’s just say it’s a 5 star steakhouse 3 miles down the road that is NOT known to be cheap! Anyway a ceasar salad with grilled chicken (which was less than 2 oz!!!!)at the Cheeseteak Factory is actually MORE money than at a high end steak house. That is a fact. Its $23.50 at cheesecake and just under $23 at the steakhouse. And trust me the difference in quality is not even comparable. The Cheesecake Factory caesar salad had zero flavor and was accompanied by less than 2 oz of rubber, flavorless chicken. And it’s not just their salads that are wildly overpriced. A fettuccine Alfredo (mind you we’re talking mostly pasta here which is dirt cheap and almost zero chicken) is a whooping $31 at Cheesecake Factory whereas at the high end steak house a chicken Parmesan is $31.50!! That’s correct, it’s only 50 cents more to get a high quality nice sized chicken breast with a plate of spaghetti at a high end restaurant vs the garbage rubber 2 oz chicken at Cheesecake Factory. I will never eat there again. Ever.
