Well it's been a very hot summer and to keep hidrated I ask daily for their free ice water and they with a smile and great survive do after paying customers are survived theirs.
Grab a drink, whether it be coffee, Frappuccino, latte or your favorite Starbucks hot or cold drink, then shop for your groceries while inside Vons. Friendly polite staff.
Service was great. Wait time was short. It's Starbucks so of course coffee was excellent.
I enjoy how the staff at this facility inside Vons is so accommodating regardless of how busy they may be. Very attentive which is refreshing.
Lake Isabella doesn't have to much to look forward to unless you are there for something specific like the lake or camping, but as a drive through and forget town, this Starbucks is probably the highlight.
I mean it's Starbucks what is there not to love.! I'm a local and a YouTuber up here and I definitely give it an a++

Wow amazied by the brewista. I ordered a venti caramel frappe and banana the best one I've had in any Starbucks and trust me I've been to quite a few.

Great experience every time I'm there. Employees are always kind and have a good sense of humor. Many times the line will be a little long but it never seems to take very long to receive my order.
I can't say much about it I just was waiting on my ride to be done getting their groceries ready to take to the register at Vons grocery market where theirs a Starbucks inside as well as a Bank Wells Fargo all I asked for was a glass of cold ice water and said oh take your time cause their wasn't any costumers and they where cleaning up and I was just waiting but all of a sudden my ride was heading quickly to the line and well we sorta family and well since we have to live together for now etc I still do my best to contribute and helped to buy their food but I use the electricity etc.well basically I never did get that cold water.
I love love love the baristas at Starbucks! They work their tails off to give us all some super yummy drinks! Plus they gave me a pupaccino for my Big B after our visit to the chiropractor!! How sweet is that!?
I did not remember the name of the employee who was working. She was AWESOME she had a long line. And she was the only employee working. AWESOME service and was handling every customer great. She deserves some type of recognition. She was an African American lady who had a mask on we were there around 12pm. We did not ask for a receipt. I now wish we did.

Unlike other Starbucks I've been to, their coffee doesn't taste burnt. Nice people here too.
I love this place all the staff are super friendly my only issue is that my drink is not always consistent there have been several days in a row where I have ordered the same thing and it has been different every time but other than that they have no problems fixing your order that have no problems answering questions and they're super friendly and usually quick at making drinks
The Starbucks is located inside of Vons grocery store on the east side of the building. The employees were courteous and efficient. The Starbucks products are great. Expensive though...
Can get busy here, and sometimes run out of ingredients because it’s located in Vons. But overall they are quick and pretty friendly😃

The price is a littl pricey but it's worth it I feel I love Starbucks and I love there frappes
Drinks were good what can I say. Coffee never gets a bad review from me.
They got my drink wrong after I gave them the recipe but it was still drinkable. Definitely wish there was more workers there. The line is always long and its usually a wait.
I wouldn't bother spending a dime let alone 8 bucks on any chai tea or coffee.. I gave it 3 stars because some people like my 12 year old granddaughter got to have it😂
They could NOT get my coffee right. But they had an entirely different menu than any other starbucks in the county. I felt bad about that bit still never got my iced coffee accurate.
Their Coffee is great, but not for the price. Do yourself a favor and get some Starbucks coffee pods and make it at home for better than half the price.
I was here on a Saturday morning and my only complaint was how long it took cause it was busy and only one girl was working. Gotta give her props tho she hustled her butt off multi tasked like a pro.

Worst customer service... I expect better customer service especially being a regular. I have a Frappuccino everyday, sometime it’s perfect and other time just okay. That doesn’t bother me, but when I walk up to register and greet the barista and he doesn’t say anything thats just rude! I understand people have bad days, but... I said hello... nothing. I ordered my coffee,payed , took change, said thanks and he says nothing. I won’t be going back
Awful service, the lady working basically got mad because we decided to wait until she restocked whatever she needed from the back, after she let us know it will take a while. If you don't want to serve us just let us know, we're not gonna force you to do it.
The staff here are very rude to customers. I stood at the counter and was ignored for over twenty minutes and finally just left
Rude.. I was there Saturday morning April 9th 3 girls working and no service the big girl just helped a custome I was next and she started on his drink never acknowledged me, the other two had their backs turned, I left will never go back.
Inside of Vons...poorly stocked, "sorry we don't have mocha" poor service "sorry I'm going to lunch"...Only Starbucks around d for miles and still not worth it!
The best thing they can do is turn the lousy Burger King into a Starbucks and replace Starbucks inside Vons with a Panda Express
These fools who work here; I'm surprised they knew how to put an apron on. My experience went as such: Waiting in line for what seemed an immense amount of time, for they were not busy, they finally served the man in front of me. The man placed his order for an earl grey latte, and the employees end up wasting five minutes arguing to each other how to make it correctly, and what the actual price is. Catching on some of the words, the man realized they had been overcharging him for that drink for some time now, which the employee admitted to. They kept arguing, and finally the man told them to stop bickering and to make his drink. So finally it was my turn: A black coffee. Not only were they snappy and rude to me (as arguing continued) It took several minutes for them to fill my order. Between arguing and playing on their phones, I don't understand how they function. The coffee when finally received was not hot, and had an awfully stale taste to it. I am surprised to see such things from Starbucks. Will not be returning to this store ever again, and I'd advice others not to support this branch.
Went to the Starbucks at Vons in Lake Isabella. I ordered a medium decaf with cream. The barista then said: “do you want the cafe Americana or the pour over, the Americana is easier for me”. I asked the difference. After she explained, I again asked for a medium coffee with cream. I have a physical condition & I can’t drink caffeine. The coffee I finally got was highly caffeinated. Took all day for my heart to beat regularly. I believe this was done intentionally. ( the pour over is exactly what I asked for initially, regular coffee. This person and the other working there had horrible attitudes, never smiled or were polite. Gossiped openly in front of customers.) I will never spend another dime at any Starbucks anywhere, EVER!)
Went for my lunch. Which is only 30 min. I ordered my drink at 9:30, at 9:55 I had to get a refund because I would have been late back to work. I understand places get busy but that wasn't why my drink took so long, it was because the batista decided to make the easier drinks first despite the fact I paid before the other customers.
The barista working at 10am on Sunday 9/22/24 is one of the rudest girls ever. My 9 year old granddaughter came out crying because of her rudeness! She was punching in the wrong dollar amount 15 times & kept bullying my 9yr old saying there was NO money on her card!!! Others came up to me outside saying how rude she is. Because it's in a vons store, there is no one to complain to. I'm going to find out how!!! Nobody should bully a little child like that. I'm disabled which is why she goes in for us! They're lazy & don't honor promotions & don't follow directions on ingredients all the time. They run out of a lot of things too. If we had another choice within 35 miles, I would drive it!! Pass this one up. There is a nice girl if you're lucky enough to get her, but not there today!!
One star is for whoever is in charge of this Starbucks....PLEASE have two people working at ALL times! Your one worker ALWAYS look so stressed and overwhelmed! Your turnaround is sad. Never the same person. I don't blame your employees for quitting as quickly as they do. GET THEM EXTRA HELP! Now as for the MANY individuals I have seen work at your location.....they try. I appreciate your hard work. Coffee is good. But oh boy!!! They are at the cashier handling money, then go straight to making the beverages, not sanitary. YOU NEED TWO EMPLOYEES, AT LEAST!!!!

Starbucks service here in Lake Isabella Super Horrible today. Associate Madison with an attitude. When I ordered my drinks I asked for 2 pink frappes they even have a 2x on my drink showing I did order 2 and they only did one so as I was waiting I mentioned I was missing one. And There mistake they only charged me one. Told me to make line again. Like why do I have to make line again when it’s there mistake? Horrible. To top it off with a attitude. I had to speak with manager but she even made that face cause obviously she’s friend with her. Bad service.
