Had to take it to-go because we traveled with our puppy, but I won’t go anywhere else for breakfast if we travel here again… The pancakes, eggs, and bacon, so simple, but good gawd it was everything. Not pictured was the dollup of butter on my pancakes, which melted before the picture, but just imagine it. Plus the service was amazing too!

Great little diner with a view of Lake Isabella. We were there for breakfast and were seated and served quickly. She had the French toast with sausage patty and cleaned her plate. I had the scrambled eggs, home style potatoes and buttermilk biscuits covered in gravy. Delicious and filling.

This is my second time bringing my family here while enjoying the lake and visiting some friends. The breakfast is delicious and the service was excellent. We are going to have to come back and try the lunch menu……..We’re Back in 2/9/25..so glad to stop in and see that the food and atmosphere are superb!

Nostalgic old town cafe. A good spot to stop and have a bite next to the lake. Great friendly and fast service. Had steak and eggs, cooked perfectly as ordered. Candice, the owner, is super friendly and a wealth of information about the area.

Our first real authentic American diner experience with a spectacular view. The waitress kept topping off our coffee mugs after every other sip and she called me 'hun', so you know it's a real diner. 'Can't have a boring hot dog, hun. You gotta at least have some mustard.' Well thanks lovely lady for saving my kraut dog from being boring. It tasted amazingly 👏🏻

I come here every weekend. Sometimes several times a week. It is one of my two favorite place to eat in my small town. They not only have excellent food but the staff is incredible!! Thank you Candice for a great place to eat!!

Everyone was super nice and the food was sooooo good. The Country Scramble is enough for 2 meals easily. The breakfast burrito was just as big. If we ever come back this way we'll definitely be stopping by. 😁

I ate in at the resturant. The service was good, the food was good! The portion wasn't big but still right for the price. Ill be back for sure!

We ordered a burger, fish and chips and onion rings. The onion rings alone were $6.50 and our to go contain was only 1/4 filled with less than 10 onion rings. The fish and chips had disgusting brown meat inside. It was obviously just low grade, bad quality frozen food. They made me feel sick, I tried to give it to my dog and she wouldn't even eat them and spit them out. These good reviews are SO WRONG we spent $40 on food just to throw most of it away. We will never go back. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money in at this excuse of a restaurant. You would think they would take more pride in their food. Extremely disappointed. Now we are on our way to eat somewhere else.
