Hadn't been in years because their service was always low quality. Finally stopped by because my kids were hungry. We waited at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, ten at the speaker, where the guy kept saying, "one minute." My daughter got off to use the restroom and said the teen employees were laughing and standing around. Mind you, one of those standing around was the manager.

Every time I go something happens, the fact is they never have the stuff they're advertising, my kids wanted shamrock McFlurry I order it on the app and when I arrived they just said they didn't have it same with a vanilla shake another day, also the pies, didn't have any pies ready, I also ordered a sugar free vanilla latte, unable to drink it 😣 extremely sweet, I got offered a banana strawberry smoothie for the vanilla shake and it tasted like the fruit was already bad, it's just bad and every time I go is always something, very poor management 🙄🙄

Waited 25 min for a an order to be ready .

So chaotic and inefficient. Didn't put items in bag that I ordered and paid for. Wasn't worth going back into the mayhem to get. Poor customer service.

Most employees are rude as hell, aren’t welcoming, managers act like they can’t answer a simple question they just stare at you. Drive thru employees don’t acknowledge your existence at all, if customers are being kind and respectful individuals it doesn’t hurt to say you’re welcome have a good day when we say thank you. Leaving customers on heard irl is crazy.

Very bad service, they forget to giving you your order wrong, everybody's talking in there, not doing their job. I think whoever's in charge of McDonald's company should come and check this place 😡

Do not recommend going here. Maybe it was just wrong timing idk but what happened was enough to not return to this location. We were waiting in the reservation area for over 15 minutes & were really hungry as we had just left from the clinic & had been there a while so we went inside to see what was going on turns out whole time they gave our order to someone else through the drive thru🤦‍♀️so they would have to redo our order at this point we were close to leaving and just asking for a refund because my newborn was getting fussy as we we're trying to get home ASAP. I tried using their restroom to change my baby's diaper unfortunately they don't have a changing table which added more to the frustration, good thing they were coming with our order already but now turns out we couldn't get our hash browns nomore because they had 'finished' they did replace them with fries so atleast that but its still not what we had ordered you know, also we didn't get any syrup or utensils for the pancakes. The food is really good don't get me wrong but the experience was really bad specially with a crying newborn in this situation, if it wasn't one thing it was another.

These workers don’t care about customers. They get orders wrong, they make the food disgusting, and they have the worst attitude. You would think that they would be more considerate especially with the hourly wage they are making right now.

75 percent of the time they get my order wrong. Then they have me park in the parking lot for 20 minutes to remake my order all while my fries are getting cold. this is the worst location I've ever been to.

Found a hair in my food. This is after waiting 15+ minutes for it. I did a curbside order since the drive thru line was insanely long and I still got my food AFTER the car I was going to be behind. Makes no sense to even have an option to pickup curbside if the drive thru will still get the order first. This is not the first time, curbside takes about 10 more minutes than the drive thru and staff don’t have everything in the bag and the person bringing out the order doesn’t have any condiments or even straws with them if we need it so we have to wait an additional amount of time for the worker to come back out if we’re missing stuff. Our food was also cold and every time we ask for it fresh it’s still not fresh, they just dip it back in the oil and call that fresh. Horrible experience, horrible staff and horrible food.

Takes forever and the food is never hot or it doesn’t taste fresh. Also they make you pull in and park when you go through the drive through to take care of the car behind you. Do not recommend. Not worth the price, go to Jack in The Box, they’re way better

Hello, I wouldn’t have generally posted something like this here but I felt like people should know the kind of people that McDonald’s has as managers. I ordered a chicken sandwich and used the McDonald’s app to get free fries since it was Friday. My boyfriend gave the code to the worker, who was already being very rude to us, but we ignored it because we were hungry. We pulled up to the first window and the worker read the order back but it was missing the fries, so naturally my boyfriend asks,in the most polite way you can, if there were fries attached to the order. The worker says no and we mention that we had given a code. She says that she didn’t receive a code and could not give us the fries. So we then ask if there’s a way we can still apply the code to receive the fries. She then says that she will get her manager so we assume that maybe she needed some sort of override and we wait patiently. The manager shows up and starts yelling at us that we didn’t give a code and they weren’t going to apply in the window. So I tell her, now pretty upset , that we did apply the code and that we had seen it on the screen but it didn’t come on the receipt. She yells back that she was going to give us a refund and wanted us to leave her restaurant. So I’m just so frustrated and my boyfriend is telling me to just relax and we can leave but it’s ridiculous that people will act that way over something small like adding fries to a meal, we were willing to pay for them as well but she didn’t even bother to offer us any alternative. She hands us the money and my boyfriend tells her that she didn’t have to be rude , that we had asked the worker very politely if there was a way we can add the fries. She just closed the window on him and walked away with worker. I understand that working in fast food must be a huge hassle and maybe she was already stressed out from the day but no one should be that rude to a customer when they are asking for something reasonable. We didn’t even insinuate that maybe they had made a mistake on their part but she was talking us as if she never made mistake and there was no one that they had forgotten the code. We left pretty upset since we’ve never had an experience like that, let alone in our small town. I just wanted to share this in case anyone else has dealt with that manager or in hopes that this makes it to her and she can see that her attitude is disgusting. I’m sure a person with her same attitude would have really made her regret the way she spoke.
