An old favorite from back home in Texas. Use to be great. Today the remote order system broken and you can't recall the whole menu by the time you get to window to order because they are sold out on most items. And they didn't even allow exchange of fries in place lf lousy powdered mashed potatoes.

This is my first time at Church's Chicken. The service was absolutely ridiculously slow. Someone asked if I was a member of the root boards Club. I responded and said I just wanted three Chicken strips absolute silence for about 2 minutes and then someone popped on to say just a minute, 2 more minutes and I was finally able to order. It was 5:30 p.m. And it should have been busy but it was dead and I can see why. The chicken was decent, a 2.5/5

Just left here today for lunch August 25, 2025. Ordered in the drive thru.. 2 smoke house combos. Got to the windows after telling the worker my order and the order was confirmed. I was told there were no more smoke house combos. After asking why we weren't told this at the windows. Then we were told there was more smoke house combos but had to wait 8 minutes. I don't know who the staff working on this shift.... but they are horrible. I'm only here for the food but the customer service makes me don't even wanna come back. Get it together Church's chicken

Order family meal today just made it home chicken hard and dry not the first time they said it was fresh but ended up dry and hard

Your chicken was raw today, but you can’t be selling that raw chicken to people because if they get sick, I guess some kind of food poisoning from raw chicken then you guys gonna be in a lot of trouble

The staff here is absolutely useless. They were not able to talk to us. They made me wait for 45 minutes and still did not give me the order.

I ordered from the app. My chicken sandwich looked worse than a frozen patty and the bun was the cheapest bun with greasy cheese and sauce. The chicken jalapeno popper wrap was a dry tortilla rolled up with a microwaved chicken strip and microwaved jalapeno poppers. Never again!!!!!!!

Never again. Don't even bother. Zero acknowledgment, when going through the drive-through. Couldn't hear over the speaker. The man working the window didn't even acknowledge us. We waited 15 min. We got looks but no one came to the window. No wait-a-minute indication. Zero. We tried to drive around to go inside. And they locked the door in front of us even though they closed 45 minutes from the time we got there. As we walked through the parking lot back to the car, they unlocked the door to let a couple of customers come out. They told us they were waiting at the counter for over thirty-five minutes before they even got their food. Popeyes or KFC will treat you better. This is why churches got bought out. Go elsewhere. That was poor.

My husband and I drove 1/12 hours to get church’s chicken because he loves church’s even though we have a KFC and Popeyes 5 minutes away. This facility obviously doesn’t want their customers to dine in because it was so miserably hot inside no air on . This is not the first time we just visited maybe 3 weeks ago the same so damn hot you can’t even eat and enjoy the meal. I had my Panda Express food so we took his chicken and went back to panda to eat our meal. We will now go to another facility and hour and half the opposite way where it is comfortable to enjoy our meal. This should be a health department violation, not to mention the flies in the building.
