They have the BEST tripa tacos in Bakersfield!! Everything I've tried has been delicious! Customer service is great; I highly recommend!

Best burrito by far..large and you can pick what you want everything is shown behind a glass that is being cooked and while they fill your burrito you get to pick what you yum yum yummy best burrito I have had in a very long time! And I am super picky..and hot salsa... finally found!!!

It was my first time here and I would definitely recommend! Portions, flavor, service was all great! we’ll definitely be returning again

1st time here and I love the taste of the food! A bit spicy for my taste but delicious nevertheless. I have to say though, that I wish the tables were cleaner. If your looking for a quick bite to eat with an authentic Mexican taste, "Ben Paca" is the place to go!

I like this place., I love the steak and Al pastor tacos with guacamole and the spiciest sauce, and the burritos !! . I go there after work like three times a week for my dinner on the evenings. I like the service to , the guy that is attending on the evenings !Gerardo!! Is really kind and helpful , I like the way he fixes my food!!

My friend was telling me that they have very good authentic Mexican food here. I decided to give them a try as I was in the area. They are located on the south west corner of Oswell and East Brundage lane. They are next-door to the gas station/liquor store. I ordered a Carnitas burrito. They have several items you can add to your burrito, way too many to list, like at Subway. The burrito was huge and it was way too much for me to eat it all. The Carnitas was exceptionally good And I would recommend it.

This neighborhood restaurant always has fresh delicious food. The menudo is excellent.

Parking lot is small, no going to get a tractor trailer in the lot. Enough seating in this restaurant for your crew. Food was amazing, servings are generous not skimping like others. Great atmosphere and place to dine in!

The cook had me sample two of the meats - I didn’t ask to sample them, he genuinely wanted me to make sure I liked what I was going to order. The flour tortillas were the best I’ve ever had. Beans were amazing and loved the rice. I don’t live in Bakersfield but I’ll be stopping here to eat every time I’m driving through. I give Ben Paca Mexican Grille 10 stars out of 5… it really is that good!

This place has really great food. Fresh made and delicious. Always looked pretty busy so i thought I'd try it out and I was not disappointed. Will definitely be back.

I have only been here one time and the burrito I bought was fantastic. It was so huge I could not finish it. But I did the next morning! The price is definitely right for those that are looking for value.

I only gave this place 4 stars because food is good so I didn't want to give lower rating just because I have one issue which is their new hires. My family and I starting eating at Ben Paca since week one that they opened. The original people there were SUPER friendly and welcoming but since they hired an older lady and this younger girl that wears more makeup than I own, we have been turned off to this place. The last few times we ate at Ben Paca one or the other or both were there. They have very unwelcoming personas, I felt like I was taking up their time, and a few times we ordered burritos to go, as soon as we opened up our burritos they felt apart and all the food came out from been badly wrapped, we both would ask for side condiments ex. limes, radish, etc, we would get home and no side condiments. It was just little things here and there that have turned us off from going back, and it has been a few months since we've been back. Whenever we get the urge for some good tacos, menudo, or just a good place with good tripas, chorizo, and lengua, we either go to Tacos Mexico or Los Altos. We feel more welcomed there and like they appreciate the fact that we are contributing to their pay check, not taking up their time.

Setup like a Mexican food Subway where you can see all the food behind glass and say " I want this and that and this" on my taco. Food is always fresh and any shrimp dish is great. Go with the large tacos!

The burritos are good. Even though my husband thought they were too salty. The burritos are made kind of like subway sandwiches style. You tell them what you want as you go but don't think the guacamole is included like me. The guacamole is EXTRA $$

Close to Bakersfield Palms RV Resort, so it was convenient to go there for a quick dinner. Good choices and tasty. A little bit like a Chipotles. Limited beer selections and no wine. Certainly nothing fancy.

They raised their prices and their portions are smaller two breakfast burritos will cost you $25.00! The size of these once huge burritos are smaller also the quality of food has gone downhill I found small bones in my beef burrito that I ordered for lunch! Something else if you want cheese on your burrito that's extra you're going to have to pay for it. I'm changing from 5 Stars to 2 Stars. Recently ordered 2 Carne Asada burritos the Asada was dried out,very little beans and rice and these once huge burritos are very small price goes up and quality goes down plan on paying $25.00 for 2 Asada burritos won't be back again.

Used to be my favorite place in town. Now, they serve you less meat and more rice. Not so good. They're not as friendly anymore either. Time to find me a new place. Last 4 visits have been all less pleasant than when initially going there. Food has also been extremely salty more than several occasions.

Been going to Ben Paca since it opened really enjoyed the quality of the food. Can't say that anymore I'm done going there.The last 2 times were horrible experiences the food is really gone downhill all new counter help,not friendly at all. Ordered a Carne Asada burrito the other day meat was oily, soaked through the tortilla and the paper it was wrapped in. Rice was lukewarm,refried beans were watery. This place use be great don't recognize anyone working there. Dining room was a mess the tables needed wiped,floors dirty,trash can full. Pretty sad how fast this place went down hill. Paid $10 for an over priced burrito, use to not mind paying that when the food was high quality.

At first I would have gave them 5 stars but till today (11-42-17) I got 4 tacos and they soaked the tortillas in butter. Which gave them a nasty favor had to throw them away. Other then that good favor meat . Meat has good favor tho .

I ate there a lot of times is very good don't give wrong but when I ordered my nachos. Disappointed. , I went to washing my hands and I came back and I saw them pulling a container out of the microwave. Lol. I was so mad that my wife told me to just throw it away. 6$ plate. At least hide the microwave in the back. Wrong. ,,,,

As I’m waiting in line I’m observing how the cashier don’t change her gloves or wash her hands. She takes her blue gloves off to collect the money sticks the gloves in her pocket and when she is done handing the money takes the gloves out of her pocket, touching the outside of the gloves with her contaminated hands didn’t bother to change to new ones and proceeded to finish the burrito with the toppings. At one point she didn’t even know if the glove was inside out. I’m not understanding how you think this is ok??? I rather her wash her hands after the transaction and then handle the food without the dirty gloves. This is how covid is spread and I’m 💯 percent sure this is a health code violation. Pay attention next time you are there.
