The top of the ticket says Abigail. We had a large group for an 18th birthday Saturday. The manager looked a little stressed but other than that. Our server Abigail was impressive! After finding out she was new she handled her self very well even tho we kept adding people larger than the group originally was planned for. It did not really seem to faze her. I could tell she cared. I'll want to ask for her next time. Food came out correct and was hot and delicious! We all enjoyed our evening thanks to the Chili team!

The best meal we have eaten out since we have been here in Lake Jackson. We love to dine out, and we have been trying some of the local places, hoping to find that hidden gem. We have avoided the chain restaurants in the area. Tonight we wanted to play trivia and have a few cold brews, so we went to the Lake Jackson Chilis. WOW!! The retro menu is so much better! The dining room feels comfortable and spacious. Our server was pleasant , competent, and capable. THE FOOD WAS AWESOME!! We started with the loaded combo nachos. They were perfectly prepared with steak, chicken, cheese, and toppings on each individual nacho, reminiscent of the original nacho. We also enjoyed the steak quesadillas. There was tons of perfectly seasoned meat inside the quesadillas . I had the chipotle boneless chicken and waffles... those flavors together are SPECTACULAR!! I definitely highly recommend this dish. My wife had the spicy shrimp tacos. Nothing incredibly great about the tacos, but they were still good. The chocolate molten lava cake was a perfect ending to this wonderful meal. I like the idea of finding local joints, diners, dives, and cafes, but a BIG KUDOS to Chili's for serving delicious food in a great atmosphere by a friendly, welcoming staff. We shall return!

I sat in the bar section. I had a drink and a snack. Their employees are fast and their communication is very good. A nice place in terms of price / performance. I recommend.

Decent food, great service only real complaint is the fact they charge 3 dollars for games on the table tablet.

Pretty good was expecting for the Nashville hot mozzarella to be spicy but it was good but not the spicy I thought it would be. Overall experience great.

They forgot what we asked for not once but twice even though this time we had 2 waitresses. One of them was really nice but the other one was totally the opposite. The food was great as always, loved the new items.

Enjoy chili's food when order is made correctly. Its a hit n miss, onions in food when they are told ppl are allergic to them. Staff always nice n professional. Let chili's know of issues stated sorry will speak with staff n kitchen.

My bm had her baby shower here last night and the waitress who served it absolutely destroyed the whole experience 😒 im getting a name today after work then im updating who she was and what she did on here. Its disgusting the way she acted and treated everyone. We will never come here again and they tipped a large amount anyway. If I was there she wouldn't have gotten a dime from anybody. She even double charged on a drink. Hope this helps someone. Stay blessed!

Road trip, Extremely URGENT private personal matter. Worked all day, drove 200 miles. Checked in Hotel. Exhausted, famished. Ordered delivery. The food looked horrible and was absolutely disgusting. It made me sick. I took photos of the food and placed it in the hotel fridge. I drove to the restaurant and asked for a refund. A female employee came up and asked, "What do you want?" She did NOT offer her name or identify herself as a manager and I VERY politely introduced myself and asked her name. I believe she said her name was Mercedes but she wouldn't give her last name. She was incredibly rude, curt, condescending and belittling towards me. NO APOLOGIES for the terrible food. It was a $44 dollar meal and I just wanted to be reimbursed for my meal which was $18 dollars. Now the employee has my personal information and I'm worried about being harassed on line. I'm just completely perplexed as why I wasn't given an apology and a refund? (See attached photo of the gross food)

This is that you get when you order from here.... Vs what they advertise... No care was taken when making this meal. Missing ingredients. Just sad. Didn't have a good experience in the restaurant when dining in. Ordered this to go for family at home... Couldn't believe it when we opened the bag. It's saddening because my family really enjoys Chili's too. But I won't tolerate or pay for this kind of service. Fix this.

It was a crisp fall afternoon when I decided that Chili's would add glee to an already amazing day. I ordered the 6oz steak , I enjoy my steak rare but after 3 bites I realized I was not eating steak. Instead it was sashimi in beef form. As I write this review I have been unintentionally reanacting scenes from "Platoon" in what can only be described as napalm leaving my body. The staff was great and I would like to thank them for this experience because as my insides pour out of me, I have become much closer with God. I am not upset with the staff, they made it right by preparing an entire new steak and sides for me. I put it in a To-Go box so I can enjoy another near death experience later. Don't fire the staff, buy them meat thermometers. I am giving a one star because the rest of my evening is now cancelled so I can update my will and pray these demons will pass as I remained confined to my bathroom.
