Great place I get my egg sandwich Eve fry morning that comes with a free juice! Definitely recommend this place. Customer service is A1! And food is great.

They make a great breakfast sandwich and you can order breakfast anytime during the day which is a plus to me. Most deli's only serve breakfast up to 11 AM. They also make a great Roast Beef sandwich.

This place is truly amazing, the people that work here are so kind hearted and made the experience so much better than the typical “New York” experience - especially as someone not from here. I would come again and again every time I come back to New York for a trip! The food being delicious is the cherry on top, obviously. But when you have good people providing good food and good service, it makes it all worthwhile. 1000/10. ❤️

Absolutely fantastic sandwiches all around. I tried the pastrami, roast beef, and chicken meatball hot sandwiches, and every single one delivered. The pastrami was tender, perfectly seasoned, and piled high. The roast beef was juicy and flavorful, not dry at all. The chicken meatball sandwich was hot, comforting, and packed with rich, homemade taste. Fresh bread, generous portions, and great balance of flavors made this an easy win. You can tell real care goes into the food here. I’ll definitely be coming back

Very close to my job so they will be seeing me more often! Tried the meatball parm sub and the bun kebab and both were really delicious! Also got some cold cuts to make sandwiches! Reasonable prices as well!

This place changed management/ownership just a week or so ago, so these other reviews are not accurate. On the fifteenth it was rebranded to this Alee’s Halal Deli and as it is one of the few locations on Long Island serving halal deli meats and items such as roast beef, turkey, chicken cutlet, and more, it is an amazing spot. The food tastes really good and I had gotten two sandwiches for around 24 dollars, the meatball sub and chicken cutlet club. The meatballs in the sub were perfectly seasoned and the ratio of sauce to cheese to meat also made it very enjoyable. You can tell the chicken cutlet was fresh and its not just premade, and the turkey bacon was smokey and was well made. Both the sandwiches were so good and considering it, again, is one of the only halal places with these options I would become a regular here if I lived closer. The woman who works there and took my order is also super nice, it was an empty store and they had selection of drinks and chips as well, and my experience was just perfect.

Finally a halal deli in the area. They have all the deli sandwiches and the desi items as well. Food is really fresh and good amount of portion. Amira is really friendly and welcoming. A great addition to the halal community. Will definately come back.

The eggs were cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of fluff, and the roll was fresh and warm. The combination of the melty cheese, savory bacon, and well-seasoned eggs made for a perfect breakfast. It’s clear they take pride in using quality ingredients, and the portion size is generous without being overwhelming. If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot, this deli should be at the top of your list!

First I was shocked by the price of a deli sandwich here … Nearly $13 for roast beef and cheese w lettuce and tomato on a roll. Then I thought alright the price of everything is up so be it until… I opened the sandwich! It’s like it was half full!! Hardly any meat on the thing! Where’s the beef Sachem Deli?! The other sandwich I ordered was turkey and it was NOT fresh. You know what turkey tastes like when it’s old — yeah. Terrible. Other places in the area offer much fresher food and better value. In this case … You don’t always get what you pay for. I’d never go back here. Ohhh and… my feet were sticking to the floor. Needs a food mopping.

I wanted to like this place because it’s near my job but both experiences have been lackluster. Service is very slow and the food just okay. My soup was really salty and the sandwiches are thin for an LI deli. However, the woman behind the counter is an absolute sweetheart so the stars are for her.

Good food, but witnessed workers taking masks off in the back while prepping food. Another gentlemen walked in with no mask at all and walked right into the back (possibly another employee?) and no one stopped him.

Horrible experience at this deli. My Santa Fe salad came without the BBQ chicken, without the beans and swimming in dressing instead of on the side. Soup was unavailable when I got there so I chose a replacement. It was cold like it came from the fridge! Egg sandwich came on a roll instead of bagel. Missing the ham as well! Hey, accidents happened right? I called the restaurant. Was told "yeah well we didn't have any bagels" and "I don't know what you want me to do" and things like that. Then, the man hung up on me. I called back and got someone else. I explained to him what just happened. He said they were out of several items and was yelling across to someone else in the background. I told him I'd like to bring the order back for a refund. He said "my boss isn't here so we can't" and offered to remake my order. Not sure how he could with all the missing items. I told him Once again i would like a refund and he hung up on me too!!!!!I will never order from them again. Besides the bad food the service was miserable! $30 lunch order in the trash!

ALLLLLL of their food is either short dated or expired. Cold cuts are NOT fresh. Place is VERY DIRTY. They also have some nerve charging these high prices when the food quality is extremely low.

No. God no. Stopped by today for their “Famous Chicken Soup” —. 4 customers arrived after me ordering sandwiches. They were taken care of and left while I waited for 1 order of soup. Finally the employee yells to the back “where’s the soup?” I should have left then. Got home and it was water with noodles! NOT homemade , no chicken, no flavor. Canned cheap garbage. Broth alone had zero flavor. Fraudulent menu. Nothing homemade about it. It is despicable that they even sold me that pasta water. Get a freakin clue. Never again.

Will never come back. Order one egg sandwich with ice tea. Came out to $20 and sand which wasn’t even that good. They claim their iced tea is homemade but you can clearly taste it’s powdered. I’ve been to almost every deli across the island as a contractor, and that pricing just isn’t fair or logical. Not the worth the money at all. Highly sugggest you never come.

Yeah, never going back again!! I thought the old owner was bad. Took forever to take my order( apparently you can only bring one piece of paper with an order on it at a time!) Then after 15 minutes, I ask if the man was laying the eggs, the OWNER says, no, the cooktop has to heat up, we were closing. Why wouldn’t you say that before I ordered? AND…. Nice sign at the counter, no mask, no service. Just a joke!!!!! One kid came in without mask and asked for a job. Told him to come back tomorrow. No, where’s your mask. NOTHING! Then when he left, another man came in and ordered without a mask. Never again. If there was a no star, they would definitely get it!! Thanks for nothing!!!!! P.S. take your sign down! Your embarrassing yourself.

Decided to give them a try again today. 100% will never be returning. Waiting at the counter just to have my order taken for a good 5 minutes. Masks were down off face where they were making the food, no gloves on anyone, no front counter help. Such a crying shame cuz this was my go-to spot

Omg I ordered cream of chicken soup tuna on rye and the sandwich comes with a salad. Cream of chicken soup was more like yellow water. The tuna was so dry I couldn't swallow it. The rye bread was even hard . Lastly the macaroni salad well put it this way the eatery mayo was at the bottom. Apparently this deli waters the hell out of everything cause they are too cheap. I don't recommend eating anything at this place. My dumb boyfriend I sent in there and he couldn't even see how brown the tuna was. I wasted $25 there.

Ordered a split pea soup and cobb salad. Rec'd a chicken noodle and a chicken Caesar salad. When I called the deli directly, two females, ping ponged the call and ended up scream at each other. Neither of them were capable of helping, fixing or correcting the situation. I didn't even think to take a photo, I gave my lunch away. AWFUL Service.

This deli is so gross first of all i ordered a blt on a hero with cheese had like 2 lbs of bacon 1 slice of cheese and tomato. Second i ordered a roastbeef and swiss on a toasted garlic roll. Wasnt toasted look like they put a slab of butter with garlic. It comes with pickle and side salad for 26.00 was the worst 26.00 i spent. I definately not recommend this place even if they were giving it free

Worst experience ever!!!!! First off took almost 20 minutes for 2 egg sandwiches. They were both wrong. Army vet (possible owner) dropped them on the floor then picked them up and handed them to me. Not only that... Old man in the back making food not wearing gloves or a mask.

TERRIBLE SERVICE- SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I called there to place four salad orders that I had faxed over to them prior to me calling them. I needed it to be delivered to my company for myself and my co-workers and the man on the other end of the phone was sarcastic, rude and then told me he didn't have time to enter 3 cards right because its lunch time and he doesn't want to do it.--The workers seem very uninterested, miserable and not willing to provide great or just customer service period. The man who answers the phone is clearly incompetent and can not multi task -TERRIBLE SERVICE- SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Since new ownership the service has declined. I hope they get some new management to run the place. The food is good but the service no good. Hopefully the new owner will hire someone that knows his to run a deli.

Ordered a bagel with chicken salad and Muenster cheese… bagel was hard maybe a day or two old. 711 has better bagels. AND the cheese was permeating the package because it was so MOLDED! Called to complain and they told me their cheese isn’t molded. I will NEVER order from this place again.

We would order from here all the time and slowly had to stop. We gave them another shot and regretted it. For the price of $12+ for a simple turkey and cheese sandwich on a roll, there was hardly any turkey. We also asked for mac salad and received coleslaw. It's not the end of the world, however, another item in our order (a salad) was replaced with a completely different salad than what was ordered. Not only was it swimming in dressing, but it did not look fresh at all. The original item ordered couldn't have been "out of stock" - the ingredients in the salad were also in the sandwich we ordered so it just makes no sense. If you don't have an item on the menu its completely fine, but maybe check with the customer to see if they even like the replacement you are giving them?
