The coffee here is awesome, the drive-thru is quick, and the people are extremely friendly. Even though I live in Clearlake, every time I am in Lakeport, I make a point of going through the drive-through to get coffee.

The staff here are so awesome and the coffee is delicious! But you might want to prepare for a line. Once you taste it you will know why the line is long

Most amazing hot breve !!!! From out of state & most expresso places can’t make a decent breve. EVEN STARBUCKS🤢🥴 Young ladies took orders & had it ready in minutes! You won’t be disappointed 🥰☕️☕️

I come here frequently & always get the mocha explosion! Amazing staff & no matter how crazy busy they are, they still remain friendly.

I love this little one stop shop, the drinks we have gotten here have all tasted great and the price isn't that bad. But if you are in a hurry please be aware that it does take a little time but the friendly customer service you get as well as the drinks are worth the wait.

Always tasty coffee. Polite service. They have started carrying Dancing Poly farms food for lunch. Do yourself a favor and grab a fantastic sandwich and a Mexican coffee or tea. You will not regret it.

The smiles are always warm, the coffee hot, and thr line moves fast. We love coming here for a nice cup of java. Always done right, never burnt, always friendly. We do go out of our way to stop here. Great job yall!

Jitterbean is such a lovely coffee shop, they will gladly run through the menu with you, and even suggest recent favorites from customers and staff! I went out on a limb to try a chocolate raspberry milkshake and it was delicious!! Well worth the wait if you catch them during a rush.

Nice drive through! Can be busy, but they're usually pretty good at getting customers in and out. The employees are always friendly. If you have a large order, they request that you call ahead. My favorite is the Latte Explosion...not too sweet, but so creamy and cold!

Long drive, stopped in Mt Shasta to look for a cup of coffee. Lo and behold, there was the cutest little coffee shop right there, Jitter Bean. Yeah! I felt so happy when the owner said she knew exactly what I meant when I described what I felt like drinking. And she Nailed it! I will definitely be back every time I drive by, and I tell others. I wish I would have caught her name, but the barista and owner, she was incredibly nice and we laughed about stuff. Probably one of the best cups of coffee on the road you can get. All the way around. Thank you

If you don't mind the wait it's the best coffee in town. Most all workers are friendly only one issue with one worker. Their new location is amazing with a warm, comforting atmosphere where you can sit and chat or play boardgames they provide.

Update 3/3/2024- Love this business the staff is alway friendly and efficient. Still the best coffee shop in Lake County, Ca. Strong blended Mocha is my fave and they make it perfect every time

Love Jitter Bean..❤ The girls are great! My white chocolate mocha is always perfect! It's never too syrupy sweet like other coffee shops. They have other drinks besides coffees that my grandkids love as well💜

Ngl the joint is amazing and the coffee reflects that greatly. I say they put starbucks to shame, both with their drinks and staff. They are very sweet and nice all the time. Plus the pumpkin pie explosion is amazing and even though i don't like actual pumpkin pie, the drink is addicting.

Now this is the best place, by far, to get coffee around Lake County. Their coffee is the smoothest, richest tasting coffee - worth the drive. And even though, if you pull up, there's a long line, trust me... You'll never wait an obsurd amount of time. The max I've waited is 15 min, and that was about 6 cars ahead of me. They have line runners who place orders ahead of time, and it speeds things up exponentially. They have a punch card that I absolutely love. It makes going there more worth it because spending the $50 on 10 coffees is worth it. I love my coffee and punch cards are always my go to in referring coffee shops. The staff is always professional and friendly, never overly chatty. I love this coffee shop and it's slowly moved into the 1st place spot on my list. Highly recommend.

I really like the umbrella sticker thingies you put over the opening to keep the coffee warm. I had a Mexican mocha and my man crush Geoffrey had his usual Americano ... he's debating whether to buy this salt gun for flies on Amazon.

Great coffee but the 20 minute wait was not so great...

Wait times are always a bit long, but the service is always great and am met with nice friendly smiles. Just be patient. They are doing the best they can.

We like it here a lot but we will order the exact same thing two or more days in a row and it is almost always a different price. We keep trying to figure out why???? It's like a game. Good coffee great staff but pricing issues.

I had the next nummiest mocha with extra whip cream...it was perfect!!. And such happy pleasant staff!! You girls rock...and have pretty cool nails too😊

My go to place in Lakeport. Jitter Bean is a drive up coffee which is very convenient for me, if the line gets long the staff comes out to take orders to make sure to get through the line quicker. Staff is always friendly and knows what I want. I would love to have a sleeve every time without asking for it...

Convenient stop on the way to work to get coffee, and they got a decent bean... only got one lane drive through though, and can get bogged down when there's a line.

Great customer service! The menu is being updated, so there is not one posted, which is too bad because it really slows down the order process- HOWEVER- the staff is very patient and friendly. They offer a good variety and the drinks are amazing as usual 😘worth the wait, its usually a long line. They offer dairy alternative almond and oat milk- yey! - but don't carry butter for your bagel (booo)just cream cheese - and don't ask for it heated, because it WON'T be toasted, they microwave it- YUCKY.

The barista's always provide fast and friendly service. Only once did I have a Barnstable take her time chatty chatting for quite some time before moving on, so I could place an order. Other than that, I love the menu variety and location

Coffee is over priced and most times not that good. Only drive thru place in lakeport though. 3 stars for that.

Not the best. I stop here on my way to work because it's convenient. Otherwise I'd go to starbucks. I've lived in lake county for many years and never knew of this place- but then again given its location and considering how "tiny" this place is, you wouldn't either.

I ordered a Mocha Explosion. Usually they are very good but the girl that made it said she was new. It had waaaay too much chocolate. It wasn't blended enough. And when she came to the window to take my order she was laughing and kept laughing until she finally took my order and closed the window to make my drink. Really unprofessional and immature. I still gave her a tip. I don't think I'll go back.

Wow, I think it's rude to ask for a tip. If you tip you get the candy on top, with the straw already in place covered by a paper sleeve. If you don't tip no candy, and you have to ask for a straw. Why are you looking at your customers as dollar signs? I am fed up,will not go there anymore.

Closest spot to vacation home but not the friendliest AND bought same drinks two different visits and paid two different amounts 12.55 then 14.50. Hhhmmm. Also asked for light whip and written on cup but no whip.

I have only had to take my coffee back once for not being very hot. I was ok with coffee and prices were reasonable until I went to get coffee this morning and they raised the price of the coffee I usually get not just by a few cents but by a whole 60 cents. That's a huge increase for my budget. That was pretty upsetting. I am very disappointed in that increase. I probably will not be getting coffee there as often. I have waited in their line for up to 20 minutes at a time. That didn't bother me too much as their prices were reasonable. But now there's no way I will sit in that line for that much of an increase on their coffee. It seems that the money has become a priority instead of a customers satisfaction. It's really too bad that they did that. You know what they say about a bad word getting around faster than a good one. Maybe they'll think about what they've done and fix it. Is be more than happy to change my review if they did.

This morning December 15 this couple working today at 7:33 am I call to order my coffee and the man hang up on me and the woman who hand me my coffee in the drive through window Was extremely extremely RUDE! Very sad to find such young people with 0 customer service skills!!! Their customer service is awful and this couple attitude was so nasty!🤮🤮🤮

Worst coffee I've ever had. Always tastes burnt. And when you order a blended drink it's like getting a bad icee from 7eleven. Don't recommend going here. I've been at least a dozen times and it's always the same. And the wait time in unreal, be prepared to wait 20-30 min if there is more than one car.
