Over charged food, any additional ons leave you speechless, cali burritos $13 add guacamole and sour cream adds $4. And ghe burrito was small and meat was not fully cooked and fries were over cooked

Prices spiked my order went from 11$ to 16$ since I was here last. The only reason to come was it was affordable. Now they are charging Alberto’s restaurant prices but not offering a cleaner better experience.

Bad service and food, I wasn’t acknowledged while trying to order besides that place looked dirty and food wasn’t good, strongly recommend finding another place to eat

didnt write down my order so i had to reorder at window and they were mad at ME, so they charged me 11$ for a tortilla and gave me only half plate of the order for carne asada fries. didnt notice till i got home. honestly thats evil people work hard for their money just for them to do this… no morals

The older lady who isn’t there very often at night is rude and they charged me $19 for 2 carne asada tacos 🤣 she said they charged me $8 for onion and cilantro on both of them.

Don't waste your time or money here! If you want good Mexican food go to Saria's on Maine! First, it took forever for someone to acknowledge that someone was even in the drive thru. Once I ordered the guy was trying to rush me through...we were still looking at the menu trying to figure out if we want anything else. We pull up to the window to pay and the lady was impatiently slapping the window sill waiting for the card. Get our food home and the Cali burrito doesn't have guac or salsa fresca in it. (Glad I didn't ask for sour cream... Which is $2! Because I probably wouldn't have got that either) My wife ordered a chimichanga and got a quesadilla! Don't waste your time or money here! If you want good Mexican food go to Saria's on Maine!

My wife called in an order for 2 breakfast burritos and the fries in both of them where way undercooked..I called to inform them and they said they would give me a refund. I returned after work to get the refund. I showed them pictures of undercooked fries and they still denied me the refund..

The food here used to be amazing but the last 2 times I've had rolled tacos they were gross, one order was cold and not cooked and after 4 months I went back and they were gross, smelled foul and disgusting.

I have one year that I move here to lakeside I found this taco shop I was happy eating here but today my food is terrible my beef tacos dorados are like they fry old tacos and the beans really bad taste like can beans or I don't know they're really bad I need to find a new place 😔

If this location is any representation of the chain, Robertos has seriously gone downhill. I was left waiting for 20 minutes, by myself as drive through cars kept being served all for one burrito. Meanwhile window lady proceeded to have full at length conversations with drive through customers. When asked after waiting 20, she said “we have had a lot of people coming and going”. Lesson learned, avoid this location or drive thru only!

Okay, it took me about seven years of trying to make excuses for this spot, as the nostalgia of growing up near this place and my intense love of Mexican food had me making excuses, but it must be done. Hopefully something changes. For the last 10-ish trips I have taken to this establishment, the order has been wrong. That’s not an exaggeration. Every single order. Not to mention the countless (more infrequently bad) trips in the past. An entire meal was missing, or the wrong food was made, or the order was just wrong. I understand running a small business must be difficult and burnout is real. But if I’m spending almost $15 for a burrito, can you please make sure the order is right and everything is in there? There is an obligation to at least do the bare minimum. Other issues: - Clean workspace, have you ever seen the interior of the kitchen? It’s scary. - Wrong order? Get ready to wait just as long for the new one. - Food takes forever. - Sometimes the food is cold :( - Expensive! I’d like to add that I’ve been waiting to see if it got better for YEARS because I was a loyal customer. But after the nth wrong order, I’m done. Please, do better! This spot was easily a fan favorite, but it’s losing customers for silly reasons.

HORRIBLE FOOD!!! I am so disappointed in the quality of the fish taco I ordered. As you can see in the photos, it is incredibly dry and flat. As well as it was only topped with some dry cabbage. I would prefer Sombreros across the street any day.

Just tried to order a burrito, but I’m super allergic to Dairy. I asked if I could substitute the cheese for something, and was told they don’t do substitutions. Sounds good, I drove across the street. There are 5 other Mexican food places on this street. I recommend skipping this place and going to one with better customer service.
