Used Too Good to Go to pick up an order. Donuts were still fresh, with a good variety. They all tasted great (I'm a sucker for strawberry glaze), and the lady working was so friendly. An awesome neighborhood donut spot.

Surprisingly the best donuts i had in a long time, i was disappointed at Mary's donuts so i decided to give it a try here. Every donut i had was delicious, she even gave me one for free and it didn't look that good but it was one of the best.

The apple fritter was superb! In fact, it might just be the best one that I ever, ever had. Perfection and deliciousness from the first bite to the last. They have the normal sized and the giant ones. The coffee was good and there were a few seats to enjoy dine in.

I don't come here often or buy donuts often but I have now been to this "Honey Donuts st least 3 times and I've never been disappointed. The first time I came to Honey Donuts was years ago when my wife was craving crueler donuts around dinner time. We were with friends at the time and they drove us all over the county looking for crueler donuts and eventually found them here at Honey Donuts. It was quite a ride and a lot offin to do that because we drove probably 40-50 miles looking. That was the first big plus about this place having donuts that nobody else had at the time. I remember the staff was friendly back then and tonight when I'm here again the staff is just as friendly if not more. They have a very wide large selection of donut's drinks ice cream and other foods even a sitting place inside. This has turned out to be one of my favorite donut places in the whole San Diego County. I'm glad I came back here again tonight 2 days before Christmas 2023. I'm sad because my wife's not with me but I'm happy because I scored on these donuts. To me it's worth driving miles out of my way to come to this place so I hope you do too. Oh by the way the prices are very good plenty of outside parking and disabled access. As lastly this is a small family business so it's so worth supporting them.

Wow wow wow. That’s all I can say. This place beats Krispy Kreme. The donuts are incredibly soft, buttery and fluffy. They have croissant donuts. Quick service. Do not hesitate to come here!

Went here for a snack since it was right next to our hotel. Pleasantly surprised. The donuts were ao fresh and tasty. They also have ice cream which we didn't try. Definitely would visit again!

Very late post but wanted to give a well deserved review. The most delicious donuts ever. That’s why I had them for my wedding and there were probably about 5 donuts left at the end of the night! Everyone loved them. I ordered the donuts a couple months ahead. The day of my wedding I had a friend pick them up with absolutely NO issues. That’s what I really liked about them aside from being the best tasting donuts.

Their cronuts are great. But they're gone by 9am...literally sold out every morning. So I had to prepay and reserve my order for the next morning. Soo worth it!

Their donuts are FRESH and they DO NOT taste like old oil! Their smoothies are the bomb and sandwiches are so yummy!

The only reason I scored three stars for the atmosphere at Honey Donuts is due to the geographical location. Otherwise, Honey Donuts has the absolute best product in East County. Day or night they have the freshest donuts. I often have been there at 10 pm or later and the service is as great as it is during the day. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very welcoming whenever I stop in. I would recommend Honey Donuts to anyone inquiring about the place.

Honey Donuts is one of my favorite spots in San Diego. They may not serve the flashy, Instagram-worthy donuts you see at big-brand shops, but the quality here is consistently outstanding. Every donut is fresh, perfectly fluffy on the inside, and made with just the right touch and ingredients and you can’t go wrong. I’ve even seen them making fresh batches as late as 10 p.m., which speaks volumes about their dedication. The woman at the front is incredibly kind, warm, and hardworking; always greeting you with a smile. You can tell this is a family-run shop built on pride and heart. Honey Donuts isn’t just a donut shop, it’s a local gem that makes you feel welcome and valued every time you walk in.

Edit: 11/25/2024 Upon a second eating, the yeast donuts are not good. The frosting is eh. Unfortunately haven't tried the cake donuts again. Tried, chocolate bar, glaze twist, and pink sprinkle yeast ring. Original review: Good donuts. Would only not recommend the buttermilk and the cake donuts. Glaze is delicious. :) Filled donuts were fairly full. Blueberry and Bavarian creme was good. The prices are very expensive compared to other places I've been. I like my cake donuts dense and these where are bouncy. The buttermilk didnt have much flavor.

The owner has zero customer service. Keeps yelling at me because I press the pickup button. I kept telling here this is my first time ordering and I press it by mistake and I already paid for it. So embarrassing was her way felt so humiliating. The box wasn’t having any good ones. The donuts so old and ready to be thrown away. Won’t COMING BACK NOR RECOMMEND IT
