OMG! What excellent service. It was so refreshing to experience such quality and attentiveness. Gerald, our server, was kind and personable. Just an awesome person. The manager came and checked on us as well. The food also came out incredibly fast and was quite tasty. I love the opportunity to leave great reviews. Keep up the great work!

We stopped in with a large group for lunch on Friday. We called ahead and they had our table ready. We were set quickly. Staff was friendly and drinks arrived relatively quickly. Food was served hot and fresh. Mine was exactly as ordered. Everything tasted great and we'll likely be back.

Great food but the reason I’m giving a review is because the waiter Cody is so sweet! We have two little girls and he really makes this place family friendly. We come here once a month or so but he has great memory of peoples faces because he always greets us like he remembers us and hes very sweet and welcoming. We need more Cody’s in restaurants to make them so family friendly you don’t get that often

I’ve been going to Red Robin for over twenty years, and my recent visit with Leila as our server made it feel like a brand-new experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great insights and recommendations. Her sincerity in the way she approached and interacted with us stood out immediately, and she was remarkably attentive to my entire party throughout the meal. Leila went above and beyond, making our dining experience both comfortable and memorable. She truly elevated our visit and left a lasting impression.

Host sat us down as soon as we walked in and entire place was so clean. Waitress took our order quickly and had our drinks within minutes. The pizza appetizer was hot and delicious followed by burgers for everyone. They were HUGE and tasted charbroiled to perfection. Our soda glasses were never empty neither were our bottomless fries. It was a great lunch experience.

These burgers were delicious! They were full and busy but we didn’t wait more than 2 minutes for a booth. We ordered the buffalo wings as an appetizer, they were a little bit spicy but also vinegar-y in the best way. They sat on top of potato chips and carrots. Who doesn’t love raw carrots and ranch dressing? So happy with the appetizer! We ordered the bacon cheese smashed avocado burger and it tasted like a typical delicious yummy and fresh burger. The side was bottomless garlic fries which were so good we took advantage of the bottomless part! We also ordered the whiskey bbq burger, it tasted like an upscaled Western Bacon Cheeseburger which is one of my favorites anyway so I loved it. Drinks were a Corona and Lemonade, with a refill on the lemonade. I liked but then I’ve never had a bad experience at Red Robin which is why I always come back when I’m craving those amazing fries and a really good burger. Their servers are quick and friendly. Only downside was an employee swung a high chair, hit my friend on the leg pretty hard, looked at him and his grimace of pain and didn’t come back to at least apologize.

Food is always incredible. Quick service. Clean, great music, friendly Team Members. Great experience every time! I go in for my lunch break, sit at the bar as to not take up a table by myself. They are polite when I just order a water. Food presentation is phenomenal. Definitely will return!

The server attempted to connect with our table by expressing a compliment to one of our guests, a child. He spoke so fast the other guest at our table felt like they were not included. Since the compliment was directed at a child, everyone was on alert to understand what was said. As the server repeated himself, he failed to understand the non-verbal clues from the adults at the table who could not understand his fast speech. He repeated himself again just as quickly with some additional gestures to support what he was saying. That helped. The experience went down hill from there. His mannerisms and quick speech escalated our unsatisfied experience. The evidence of his annoyance showed when our order arrived incorrectly. The correction took 11 mins. When the fries arrived, the burger was cold. At the end of our meal, we requested to place a to-go order. He took a moment to collect his attitude before placing the order. 14 mins later, we discovered he had placed the order incorrectly after he gave us the to-go bag and walked away. In astonishment, we waited again for him to return (2 mins or less) to review the details of the order. His reaction was clear he was very annoyed with us stating we were unclear about the to-go order. However, he would get the remaining part of the order placed right away. He stated it would take 8 mins. It took 12. He placed the order in the to-go bag and wished us a great evening. Earlier in the evening, one of our guests asked for the check. He said, "You can review the check with the table kiosk, or I can do it the traditional way." The guest who asked was 75 years old. The lack of attention from the server was insulting. The same insulting feeling happened at the beginning of the experience when the compliment was based on a trend this guest was excluded from. In addition, he attempted to educate the 75 year old about the trend, which only caused confusion in the conversation as well as a discussion of peer influence for the remainder of the evening. This server did not identify the audience at the table well. His behavior was the only reason our experience was so horrible. (BTW we still tipped him 15%.) The icing on the cake to this tragic experience was after he delivered the remaining to-go order. Since there is no paper check to guide us to pay, we accidently got up to leave, and the server yelled across the restaurant for us to stop. He quickly recognized his behavior was unprofessional. Quickly stating he was sorry for yelling. We returned to the table and paid for the additional to-go order, and as the tip prompt populated, he said, "You can take that to zero." I was so amazed at his behavior that I removed my card and left. One of our guest was celebrating their birthday, and this server made the evening so awkward. This server needs some training on how to identify the audience of his patrons before expressing his opinions and slow his speech down. The food was cold because of his behavior. However, it was good.

Didnt get a "wow" feeling during our stay. Was a little disappointed in the small portion of my 1/6th of a chicken breast. The salad was enjoyable. But, it could be the liquor talking. Service was good and server was great. However, placing us infront of the path to the kitchen while business was slow was very distasteful. I will say this though, thank you Red Robin for the bottomless fries and free birthday burger meal! In the near future I hope to revisit to give more positive feedback! This was my first time visiting Red Robin. The atmosphere was social and the assistant manager was very attentive to our group of twelve. I ordered the Impossible Burger with fries. I did like that the bun was toasted, but I really did not care for the burger itself, as it was dry. On the other hand , my husband had the Royal Red Robin Burger and he absolutely enjoyed it. We also had Poppin’ Purple Lemonade and the Sunset Lemonade, which was delicious. I loved the bottomless fries and drinks option, which definitely made the trip worthwhile.

Really great burgers and fries! I just don't understand why the menu shrank.. We took my uncle who suffers with some minor dementia to enjoy some clam chowder he remembered eating there. He was so, so upset that they no longer served it. I hated how disappointed he was. He talked about it all evening. 😪

We both ordered the red robin gourmet cheese burger. It was on special for 10 dollars each. The cheese burger was very juicy and delicious. The steak fries were also very tasty and we got seconds. The service was fast and the restaurant was very clean. We highly recommend the red robin in the south bay mall.

The service was fast but I should avoid ordering anything other than the burgers. The salad i ordered had wilted and discolored lettuce and was on its last leg. The service was speedy but the staff could have been friendlier as nobody wants their food delivered by somebody without a smile who's dragging their feet... at least I don't. A juicy burger with bottomless fries might have gained a response of, "At least the food was good".

Took my wife out to dinner last night. I had the blue ribbon with blue cheese. She had the bacon burger. Food was great! Can't go wrong with bottomless fries and a tower of onion rings and a Micholob ultra to wash it down . Overall, great experience. Will come again . Our server Denise was very polite and attentive.

With a restaurant chain you most often find consistency. With Red Robin, this finds to be true more often than not. The go to burger or sandwich choices, accompanied by a side of fries are the norm when visiting RR at any location. Service here, like most locations, was quick and attentive! . The Bonzai Burger is a classic and should never be removed from the menu. The beef patty was juicy and well seasoned. The topped pineapple rings with the teriyaki sauce bring this burger home every time. The avocabo Salad was crisp and delicious. The new MadLove Burger was not as much of a hit. The sauce was a bit off for the burger and also created a soggy texture to the bun… No one likes a soggy bun… The beef patty was juicy and delicious. The cheddar-and-parmesan crisps were a bit off for this burger, in opinion of course. The swiss cheese was a poor choice of cheese for this flavor pallet, doesn’t pair well with pepper-jack. Just too much going on here to enjoy one or two really good flavors in a burger. The location was clean and seating was quick. Great location outside of the Lakewood Center Mall.

This location is definitely one of our favorites. They have excellent servers who are super friendly and attentive despite busy weekend rushes of customers. It's a great place for a date, an outing with friends and for the whole family. The food is always amazing and so are the drinks. The burgers are very good, especially when paired with their sweet potato garlic fries. The price isn't bad for the portions, and you can never go wrong with their bottomless fries or drinks. I've also gotta say that their new Campfire sauce is one worth trying. Their adult drinks are tasty and have great presentation in addition to being well made.

One ranch? 60mls of ranch?? I have garlic fries and chicken. What psychopath eats either of those with ketchup?? I've worked 10 hours. I have no issue paying for ranch. But serve me food how a real person eats.

Hadn't been to Red Robin in probably 10 years. Then a friend asked us to join them for dinner. As far as I remembered the royal red robin with the egg on top was very tasty. I elected to order that again, even though it was a roughly $18. When it came out, I was a little disappointed. It seems though, over the years the meat portion has been sized down quite a bit. It was a thin patty that was pretty dried out. Luckily, the egg was cooked to perfection and was able to provide some moisture back into the hamburger. I gave it 3 stars overall because at that price point for a burger, there are so many other places that provides not only a better burger, but at a better price. More than likely, I will not be going back.

Visited this Red Robin in the early evening. Parking was easy and the place was busy but manageable. The food itself was solid - one of the better meals I've had at a Red Robin. However, my first dish arrived with multiple hairs in it. The server replaced it quickly, but the replacement came missing the lemon slices and a tartar sauce. Good food, but inconsistent execution.

I'm not one to turn my nose up at a joint like this. It's food is decent and nothing to write home about. It gets the job done. But, today, I just couldn't hack the lack of service. At a point, I just need to stare the servers down to get them to come over to assist my table. Worse still, when I was ready to end my suffering and close my bill - I couldn't. And it took me almost 10 minutes to get assistance. I recommend this only if you've got time to spare and low expectations.

Average everything. I remember really big burgers here. Their $10 special seemed really good but it's a small burger. The two patties doesn't taste like two, there isn't any real flavor to this burger. You don't taste the bacon as it's so thin. It's just ok though. 5.1/10 The fries are not their former glory. 4.7/10 Overall, just very average or slightly below. Staff was nice, location liked clean.

The service started off good but then it slowed down. We were placed in the bar area and the other side seemed to be staffed better and with more service. The food was ok and just seemed like it was sitting there. We weren’t even given the endless item at all. It was a long wait to get help and paying was even longer. The price wasn’t worth the wait and the company who came with me hoped for better.

Tried putting my order in online several times and my card kept declining. I had to put the order in person. They definitely need a new online system here. The servers are really annoying definitely won’t be coming back. Food was average.

Order a pitcher of water up front, because you won't receive a refill until the end of your meal. Crispy onion straws are rationed and stacked under the burger patty, obviously no longer crispy and neither are the bottomless fries. They are soft and slightly warm but definitely not crispy. Better experience from Islands, Outback, and/ or Chili's. Red Robin is not recommended, at least not at Lakewood Mall. 1.27.26.

Came in with my family and we were seated. No one else was in the restaurant and we sat for about 10 minutes and two families came in whike we were waiting and servers immediately went to their tables, while we had yet to have a server come to us. We got up and walked out. Will never patronize this restaurant again.

Very disappointed with my burger order, I order the bacon blue it wasn't what expected ( I posted some pics so you can be the judge)you can see what's advertised and then what I got. Also I would like to mention that this burger was almost 20 bucks.
