It was a wonderful surprise to find an In-N-Out in Colorado during our trip across America! This location was brand new when we visited, having only been open for just over a week, but the team has the process dialed in and the meal was perfect! As you would expect the line to order was incredibly long but the efficient crew guided us through quickly and we only spent about 10-15 minutes in the car as we worked through the line. We were greeted by Daisy, who was a true ray of friendly sunshine, as she welcomed us and guided our car to our place in line. Next we delivered our order to a young man who ensured we knew how the menu worked. Then Vanessa, who was very polite, confirmed our order and directed us to the pay window then to pick up our order. My double double with chiles was awesome and the ‘well done’ fries had the exact amount of crispiness to compliment the wonderful flavor. While I visited a number of In-N-Out restaurants when I lived in California, and most of the locations in Arizona while living there, this one was special to me. I think the people on the staff made it for me. They have the process dialed in and the food rocked! Nicely done, In-N-Out!!
This place was slammed busy when we went in. We had to wait about 10 min but they where cranking out orders as fast as to be expected. The cheese fries are amazing 👏 The Hamburgers 🍔 😋 devoured. Will be back soon if in the area highly recommend. Also the prices are very fair for the quality of food.
Coming from Jersey, I was excited to experience the hype. People say it's a must have. And I agree... to an extent. My review is based on the food not the reputation. It was fast and fresh and the workers were in a consistent groove. I was impressed. However, I wasn't exactly blown away the way I was anticipating. But, 5 stars for the service and food. Would return. But why didn't they have mayo?
Lets just start out by giving a plug to the fries. Can I even say that they weren't bad?! They were way better than what we got in Arizona and even Colorado Springs. Not sure how/why. Alright, the burger - Double Double Animal Style - was delicious. I also had the vanilla shake which was thick but still drinkable. All-in-all a very good meal. There was basically no wait and the dining room was full so we took advantage of the nice weather and ate outside. WARNING: the dryers at the car wash next door are very loud and will cause hearing loss for sure.
In-N-Out Burger is sooooo good!!! Love their burgers and shakes, can never go wrong here!! I get the same thing every time I go. This location is clean, friendly, great service, great food, and plenty of seating both inside and outside! Every time I go there is a long line for the drive thru but I have never gone through it so can't speak to it much. The place is jammin' but they handle it well!!
THIS location‼️10/10 would recommend. I usually go to the Aurora one…. My location has definitely changed based on this experience. Prompt. SUPER friendly. Talked to about 10 employees because they all wanted to make sure everyone was being taken care of. Every workers there was super helpful, friendly, attentive & amazing! Thanks for a great Sunday lunch‼️ Keep it up!!
In-N-Out Burger Is is a classic restaurant. This Lakewood edition holds up to the high quality and standards of otherIn-and-out Burger restaurants in the chain is chain. The staff is friendly, the location is convenient, And the food is the same high quality. There's is plenty of seating both inside and outside. If you follow the road signs the drive-through is convenient and amazingly fast considering the volume that comes through here each day.
Unbeatable for the price. I have officially been converted. I order a double-double animal style, protein style with extra cheese. (FOR ONLY 5.59!!!) I look forward to my once a week visit. Sometimes the wait is 10ish minutes but good things come to those who wait and its totally worth it.
In-N-Out Burger consistently delivers an exceptional fast-food experience, living up to its reputation as a beloved institution on the West Coast and beyond. From the moment you approach the iconic red and yellow signage, you know you're in for a treat. The menu, though simple, is masterfully executed. Their burgers are the star of the show – the freshness of the ingredients is undeniable. The beef patties are juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of char. The lettuce and tomatoes are crisp and vibrant, providing a refreshing contrast to the rich beef. The buns are soft and slightly toasted, adding a delightful texture to each bite. One standout aspect of In-N-Out is their commitment to customization. Whether you prefer your burger "Animal Style" with extra sauce and grilled onions, or "Protein Style" wrapped in lettuce, they cater to all tastes with a smile. The secret menu offers fun variations that loyal customers love to explore. Their fries, made from fresh potatoes and cooked in 100% sunflower oil, are the perfect accompaniment. While opinions on their texture can vary, there's no denying the taste of real, fresh-cut potatoes. Ordering them "Well Done" or "Animal Style" can enhance the experience for those seeking something different. The service at In-N-Out is consistently friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. The staff exudes a genuine warmth that makes each visit enjoyable. The cleanliness and bright, retro decor of their establishments add to the overall positive experience. In-N-Out Burger is a shining example of how fast food can be done right, offering delicious, fresh, and customizable options with a touch of classic Americana. It's no wonder it continues to garner a loyal following and rave reviews.
I have to say the best thing about this place is the staff. Selena was so sweet and helpful. This is the reason I gave 5 stars. The hamburger was good the fries ok. I understand the hype as my daughter loves this place ( an adult). But I wouldn’t say the food is great. But you be the judge. If you don’t want to wait in line go at 10:30.
Clean restaurant, friendly and efficient staff, hot and fresh food. The parking lot was completely full. Someone happened to be leaving as we were pulling in thankfully. Many people were circling looking for spots. Nicely run In-N-Out though.
In-N-Out Burger is a fantastic afternoon or an evening Delight! It is filled with workers that love their job not only because they get paid well but because of the quality of food they provide. It is definitely a place to take your family. With outside dining you are able to bring your pet. They will be more than happy to bring he or she a treat. Again their service is quick and always clean. The prices on the menu are cheap can simple to accommodate their service and yours. Before you arrived make sure you Google the secret menu that is not listed on their menu boards they will be more than happy to accommodate you in any and all secrets!
It’s In-N-Out so it’s consistent and good (for what it is). The food is good enough and it’s always right. There’s a mile long drive thru line down the street (not really a mile but it sure looked like it and it was well off the property) but virtually no line inside at the same time (I shouldn’t share this info because it seems to be a secret). After visiting this one and visiting in AZ/NV a few times, I can see why it has the crazy cult following.
Got the Double-Double Protein Style and a vanilla shake for takeout — both hit the spot! The burger was fresh, juicy, and perfectly wrapped in lettuce, and the shake was thick, creamy, and classic In-N-Out good. Fast service and everything still tasted great!
Last night... This particular In-and-Out was a extraordinary and exciting experience. All the employees were buzzing with enthusiasm. Food of course, goes without saying.. consistent fresh delicious, and oh my goodness, by the time I left, I felt content and so wonderful. Can't wait to return.. I'll be back soon.
Excellent in and out burger restaurant Wadsworth boulevard Lakewood Colorado. Two double double burgers hit the spot. Nice midnight hit took 45 minutes in line drive thru. They may need more workers or a timer on drive thru so they can be held accountable. Burgers were cold by time we got to them hope in future it's better
This was a delicious stop that was during a peek dinner time on Sunday and I was simply In N Out in 20 minutes. They are running an army in whites serving up “tasty burgers“ as one might say. I will develop this review after I visit the location in Aurora. Although geographically they are different their standards must stay the same. Best burger hack by far it the 3x3 mustard Patties with pickle. I’ll switch it up and get 2x4 only whole onion and ketchup un-toasted bun for that classic back yard burger. I always get the around the world shake.
My husband and I wanted to try In n Out since it is still fairly new to the area. Parking was kinda tough. We had to circle once to find someone that was leaving. The line for the drive thru was wrapped around the block - crazy! We didn't have to wait to order but we did have to wait about 10ish minutes for our food. It was absolutely packed in there! The workers were very nice and worked their butts off, they did a great job! My husband and I ate out on their outside patio since the inside was super crowded and there weren't really any tables. Oh, I guess I should say we went around 6:30pm on a Friday night. So the burger was pretty good, a tad bit salty. The fries were alright. My husband loved them, but I thought they were just a little too hard, like old fries get after awhile. They were tasty enough to enjoy them still. The vanilla shake was absolutely amazing! It really sucks that I can't just pop in to grab the shake again cause the lines are just so long. Outside was nice enough, although the carwash right beside it was a little annoying to listen to. I would go for the experience, but not the food. Steak n Shake is just as good. The lines/wait times were just too long. And again, the workers did great, it was just because of how popular the place is.
KC native goes to CO & gets this In & Out 3X her 4day stay. I went on Sunday & Monday. Sunday I got to go twice. Double/animal style, kinda sloppy, falling apart eating. Fries were good. 2nd time I tried the grilled cheese-So Good!! That was perfect put together. Monday the Double/animal style was perfect. Double stayed together amazingly. Everything 10/10. Staff is so friendly
What can you say other than "animal style"! We were in town and had to stop in and even the police directing traffic wouldn't stop us. There is however a way in for dine in and a different way in for drive through. Double doubles all around plus animal fries for us. Fantastic service with a smile, not too much of a wait and so worth it.
I went here yesterday for my pup’s last meal. the line was long so i had to go inside. Everyone was really nice to me as i ordered the burger in tears. The cashier gave me a water cup and was gentle with me. Thank you for holding grace for me, and to the person who made her patty, she loved every bite. Forever grateful 🖤
my food was delicious, get your burgers mustard fried (beware mustard fried always comes with pickles, for some reason they don’t tell you that) and your fries cooked light well, i’m telling you it makes ALL the difference. in n out used to be low tier but high quality for me, after those modifications, it’s one of my favorite burger spots around.
We currently live in Tennessee, but 10 years ago we lived in California. We came for a concert this week at Red Rocks Amphitheatre and were excited to find In-N-Out has made it to the Denver area! We had another outstanding meal at this location, service and food was exactly what we expected, very good. We are also excited that they are bringing corporate headquarters to the Nashville area and will be opening restaurants there as well. We have already seen the palm trees planted.
Always fun to visit a city with an In-N-Out! Love the burgers and hot peppers. Not a huge fan of their fries but each of the popular burger joints have different styles of fries so it’s natural that they won’t all appeal to everyone. This is a newer location and the restaurant is new, modern, and clean. We were able to place our order quickly and all of our food came out hot and fresh. Restaurant is in a nice neighborhood. Definitely a must try.
Gotta love In-N-Out! Haven’t had them since back home in California, because there’s no location in Metro Atlanta, so this was special for me. They rarely ever miss when it comes to quality and taste, and their service is super efficient and friendly. This is important because they pretty much ALWAYS have a long line of cars waiting to be served. You’ll be greeted at your window by someone who will take your order long before you get to the window, which keeps the line moving very quickly. The prices are super affordable (about $10 for a Double Double Combo—even if you substitute the drink for a shake like we did). The menu is simple and hasn’t changed in literal decades, but don’t sleep on the “Not-So-Secret-Menu” options if you want to switch it up. You won’t be disappointed.
5 star spot. A little rough on launch, but they’ve worked out the kinks. Excellent burger & well running machine of a restaurant. Stellar staff and management. Recommend doing a 2x1 or 3x1 unless you enjoy lots of American cheese - then go with the standard “Double-Double”. “2x1 Animal Style with chopped chilis” is a strong contender. Also, try the “3x1 plain - add Mustard fried, mustard with extra grilled onions” - closest you can get to the original 1930’s classic. But, a tried and true burger will be the “2x1 with everything, add grilled onions, mustard fried”. Remember, the Cali way is pink lemonade & a side of chilis for the juice & seeds as a condiment. Cheers!
We don't have this dining option where I live and my daughter's love burgers so had to check it out when in Denver. The place was packed and the drive thru had both lanes full with cars backed up on side streets waiting to enter restaurant property-a good sign we were in for some good burgers. They were very efficient and we got to order within 5 minutes off entering the restaurant. There aren't many options on the menu so not much thought needed. And as busy as they were, we had our food within another 5 minutes thanks to the small well oiled army of employees in the kitchen. The burgers were worth the visit. The fries and shake were a bonus-would have been happy if I only had the burger. It was awesome-lots of beef flavor and the tomato, lettuce and onions were crazy fresh. Highly recommend!
Wow! what amazing burgers! Their secret sauce is so good!! Ask for extra!! They have packets of it! The way they toast their buns to give it that crunch is incredible! 10/10 I love the animal fries though fries didn't seem hot either time, they were still good... So good we ate there twice in a day.!!
This was my first time trying In-N-Out and I loved it. I live in Florida and we don't have any there, I really liked the food, the prices and above all, the customer service was amazing. They asked us if we needed anything and they were always very kind. It definitely has no comparison with other fast food chains, I hope they open a location in Florida soon! 10/10 ❤️
We ordered the usual double cheeseburger but I got mine on a lettuce wrap. The one on the bun was mighty good-looking. The menu mainly just consists of cheeseburgers fries and milkshakes. Tried all of it and all was very good. The prices can't be beat anywhere! Our bill was considerably low for the amount of food we got. This is absolutely the cleanest fast food restaurant you'll ever go to, hands down. The staff is always very busy sweeping up, cleaning tables, picking up trash, tidying up and restocking. Surfaces are constantly sanitized. While we were there I saw at least five different people cleaning even when it was busy. Bathrooms are even cleaner than the restaurant and I have an overall great air freshening system. Very pleased with the overall experience here. Highly recommend this place.
Always love In-n-out. This location is no different, very fast, and efficient. No matter how long the line is, you are on your way pretty quick. The past two times I've been there, the kid taking the order outside gets it perfect, but the kitchen messes up. It's not a big deal, and I don't complain. They're always so busy and probably always have new staff as well trying to learn.
Quality burgers at an affordable price. Delicious. Ask for the fries “well” for a nice crunch. And if you’re in a hurry - go inside to order. The drive through is always packed and it takes longer.
My first impression of In-n-Out was a great one. In-N-Out has a retro "burger joint" feel; the food was delicious, and the employees were pleasant and helpful. The burger I ordered was the double-double animal style; it was juicy, fresh, and flavorful. The fries: the fries were thin-cut, similar to competitors, but they were bland and unremarkable. Although the fries weren't my favorite, they didn't mar my experience. All in all, I can see why the West Coast loves its in-n-out.
Excellent burger and fry chain. Fresh ingredients, delicious recipes, amazing customer service, old school burger-stand vibes in a family friendly environment. Presentation is on point with neatly stacked patties on scrumptious buns. The shakes are flavorful and consistency is perfect. The access is intelligently planned and seamlessly executed as each In-N-Out Burger team member plays their role as well as a championship NFL team. Signs that are easy to read are posted well in advance providing instructions for ease of entry and exit. We are definitely going back for our once a month out to eat splurge.
I always make it a point to stop by In-N-Out Burger whenever I’m visiting the West Coast, and this visit did not disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, attentive, and very efficient. Even though the place was busy, everything moved quickly and smoothly. The food was fresh and satisfying. The burger tasted great, the fries were hot and fresh, and everything came out just how it should. The location was convenient with good parking availability, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s one of those places that stays consistently good, no matter how crowded it gets.
We were visiting from out of town. This was a place that we wanted to stop at since we don't have one in our area. The service was fast and the food was what I expected and very good. The staff was making sure that tables were clean and were willing to come and get your trash for you while you sat and talked. Wish we had one closer to Raleigh, North Carolina.
The burgers were pretty average. In today’s era of smashburgers, I expect at least some good caramelization on the patty, but that wasn’t really there. The cheese was actually better than I expected, and while the price is low, the overall experience didn’t stand out compared to other burger spots in Denver. The pickles felt generic, and the sauce lacked flavor. If you’re looking for a budget option and don’t mind a more underwhelming taste, this might work for you.
My boyfriend and I are from SC, so we were dying to have In n Out again during our visit to Colorado. We dined in after a show at Red Rocks and Elliott took our order. He was upbeat and pleasant, even at 11:45 p.m. The other team members were laughing and joking while grinding to get orders out. Great experience!!
Came here once as Colorado was the only state I visited that had any sort of In-N-Out location and wanted to give it a try. I got a Hamburger and a medium Dr Pepper. Was my 1st time trying Dr Pepper and it wasn’t my thing but the Hamburger suprisingly was really nice and the vegetables were super fresh and juicy. I’m still surprised how cheap/low-priced the food is. The line of cars was super long when I was there yet the line did move along at a good pace. Apparently, you can eat in your car as well as sitting down and eating inside.
This was my first time trying this place. My brother was super excited for me to try it. After seeing the drive-thru line (about 20 cars deep) we decided to eat inside. It was still super busy inside, but the staff was amazing and kept the line moving... we only waited about 5 minutes to order and I food was ready in about 10 minutes. For the price... these burgers and fries are awesome. I will definitely go back to an Inn-N-Out again. The atmosphere was busy but it didn't bother me as everyone was polite and friendly to us. I appreciated the quick and excellent service from the employees, they did an awesome job. Overall, it's a great burger joint!
This is by far the best in n out I’ve been to, the second best being the one near LAX airport. The service was great and the guy who’s name was TAVIAN that took my order was amazing. Very cool and chill guy and had a great recommendation on the chocolate shake. I let him know this location is better than the aurora one and his service along with his coworkers gives this location a great rep. The burger was juicy and fresh and filled with flavor, I was able to eat two double doubles because of how good they were. Overall an amazing in n out burger and my new favorite location, for sure my go to when I’m in the Denver area again.
Classic In and Out experience - quick service, good reliable food. Indoor and outdoor seating, surface lot parking available. Drive through looked super busy but inside was quick and nice!

This was our first visit to an In-N-Out Burger. We do not have them where we live, so we took advantage of the opportunity to visit and see what all the fuss is about. Being from Texas we frequent Whataburger, so I tried to compare it to that. FOOD: I ordered a 3x3 and fries. I thought about getting "animal style" but decided to establish a baseline I would get everything "normal". The food came out very quickly considering how crowded it was inside and that the drive-thru line was very long. They definitely have it running like a well oiled machine. My burger was hot but fries were just room temp. This was surprising because they were constantly cooking fries. The burger was good and definitely a great value. The fries were not great in my opinion and I don't think they would have been much better even if they were hot. Maybe they are better if you order them animal style. RESTAURANT: It was about 11:30am when we visited and it was very crowded. There were 2 baseball teams eating, so that contributed to how crowded it was. There was no seating outside and we were lucky to find a table inside as many people were "holding" tables while the rest of their party waited in line to order. If there had been more than 2 of us, we would have likely had to stand around and wait for someone to leave to get a table. We were staying fairly close by so we walked to the restaurant, but I could see how parking would be a nightmare. The lot was full and the street behind was full of cars also. VERDICT: Winner: Whataburger. Burger: Tie (similar, although In-N-Out is cheaper) Fries: Whataburger (and its not even close) I would definitely eat at In-N-Out again when we are near one. Next time I would get the fries Animal style to see if they are better.
I always remember eating In-and-Out in California and Las Vegas, it was always delicious! The fries here are not the same! The double double was still amazing. Also the line is long for a drive trough, almost as long as Chick-Fil-A, and almost as good! This place can stay on my travels list only, must be the altitude that wrecked the fries.
Overall Very Good at this location. Fries have been not very hot usually but this 4th time here we had very hot fries. Still mostly little stubby pieces though but still very good. Would like to get longer fries but they taste good. Double double and regular cheeseburgers were both very good too. I hadn’t had In N Out for several years because it was really gross the last 2 times in California so I never went back but it was nostalgic seeing they were here in Colorado now so I gave this location a try several months ago when I moved back to the area. The staff at this location is very friendly and they seem to be students working after school and on their vacations so it’s nice to see that people still do that in the States unlike from what I’ve seen working in Aspen, Vail and Winter Park this past ski season. It used to be American people doing the ski bum / snowboarder life for a season or three. This In N Out felt like a step back into the 90’s in a good way.
I'm not a big fast food person and outside of one time in Vegas this was my first true visit to In-N-Out Burger. This is definitely not so for my husband and as he was ordering I kept hearing him say things that were no where on the menu. Then he said they have some sort of secret menu. The only thing I can clearly remember was "animal style" which I now understand is something, I'm not sure what it consists of that you can add it to anything from burgers to fries. Another thing I found interesting was even though we drove through they gave us lap mats and an open box instead of a a paper bag holding the food to eat our food in the car. I'm not a fan of burgers but these burgers have a great taste. The fresh cut fries were wonderful as well both plan or animal style.
I love In N Out and I always will, but my god every single person there (from the cashiers to the people who go around wiping down tables) needs to work on their customer service AND their attitude. Also it’s a busy restaurant. Please use the microphone to call out orders or project your voice better. It’s so awkward seeing them call out orders in an insufficient manner every time I come here.
Cheapest meal in all Denver! Fresh elements, but they were cold so my burger got cold too easy. The flavours were nice. Fresh. The milkshake were ok as well. The portion it big and we only spent 14 usd for two burgers, 1 fries and a milkshake. The place was full, with the line going outside. The service its fast and they were really friendly. We enjoy the view. Everything looks new cause opened recently.
First time at In and Out and we were pleasantly surprised. 1pm and very busy inside and drive through we were greeted immediately by several employees. Answered questions and took our order helped us get a booth. Our food took about 5-7 minutes. The burger was great the fries were good in the beginning but didn’t stay crispy very long The little yellow peppers were an added treat
The food is great, but the wait times vary significantly, and if you go at lunchtime, don't expect your food within your 30-minute lunch break as I have waited well over 30 minutes in the drive thru just waiting to get to the order box. Like I said, the food is great and makes it worthwhile, but if you go, expect a long wait and a wild crowd as everyone travels to eat there, but we are all willing to wait.
This is one of the only in n out I've been to, and as always it doesn't disappoint. Yes. it took some time for them to have our burgers ready but still we didn't wait a lot. Cheap prices, def worth it
First time to visit an In-N-out in CO. Long wait in the drive thru, burgers were good, not great or better than the competitors. Service was great though...from the order taker, the cashier and the person delivering the food. Very friendly! Just not sure the long wait (15 mins) is worth the quality.
My first time trying in and out from Florida. It was pretty good for the most part. The fries were amazing. Similar to McDonald’s. In my opinion the burger was good. I wish the cheese was melted a little more. They have Peperoncino peppers. One bite in my mouth was on fire throat burning send help. The Dr Pepper was good. I recommend at least trying it one time!
My first time wasn't memorable. Second time reinforced that I just don't like this place. The food was prepared well, but fries are void of taste at all. Bun was toasted well, fries were crispy. 5:30 pm, Wednesday. burger had too much on it to find or taste the beef, tried it animal style after people said I gotta go back😆 Great service and staff
The burger was ok but a bit on the small side. The generous helping of fries were flavorless. The positive was this meal, with a re-fillable soda, was surprisingly cheap, less than $10! I’ve heard lots of over hype about this chain and this visit satisfied my curiosity in spades.
First time trying In-N-Out! The amount of times I’ve seen this burger and craved it is limitless. We got a regular double-double and protein style one as well. They were both good, definitely messy to eat. Especially the lettuce wrapped one. I don’t think it lived up to the expectations I had, maybe people hype it up too much. It’s a pretty standard burger, at a reasonable price. Customer service at this location was top notch. Clean interior and we got our burgers quickly. I would consider trying another burger and maybe animal style fries in the future!
Excellent and polite employees! The food is honestly pretty dang good for fast food and the fresh ingredients elevate the food. I think their burgers are very solid for the price. Their cheese and meat blend well together and the animal sauce is a nice touch. Our fries came out cold unfortunately and honestly their texture and seasoning were lacking as well so I'll knock a star for that but its really a half star. A bonus point for their ice machine though I love the texture of it! I would say as far as fast food goes this chain is one of the best if you can stand the lines!
We chose this In-n-Out location for dinner on a Monday night around 8pm. We had no line to wait in and our order was ready in about 10 mins. There was a good crowd on hand, many occupying the indoo…

Burgers are good, fries are average. We waited quite a while for our food. Longer than I would have liked. But the place was really busy and they all seemed to keep it in order. So props to them.
If you have high blood pressure don't go way way too much salt on the burger and fries need to drink lots of water
Our first time eating In-N-Out, and I have to say, we were sorely disappointed. The burgers were all mid, and the buns were all stale. The fries were cold and soggy, making them almost inedible. Considering the hype behind the place, this was a huge letdown. There are much better burger places in the Lakewood area, and I'd much rather pay a little more to avoid stale buns and cold, soggy fries.
I wanted to see if all the hype about this place was for real. The drive through line was long. There was a person outside helping direct people. There were also 2 people outside taking orders. He asked for my order but having never been here I didn't even know what all they have.the menu is extremely limited. Hamburger. Single or double. Fries or animal fries.. Pop. Shakes. That's it. We got one of each. It was 22$. The burger was good. Looked good tasted good. Has on it what they call animal sauce. Which as far as I can tell is like thousand island. The animal fries had cheese and animal sauce. They were not hot at all like actually cold. I think they would have been good if they were hot. I live super close so it's not like we had a long drive for everything to cool off. My shake was a small but it was good. To me it's just a fast food burger place. There was also some mix up at the pick up window with our order but they did resolve it quickly. Maybe that's why our fries were cold. They were very quick for the number of cars. The guy at the window was very nice. Would have do e another star if the food was hotter.
Not sure what was going on, but it took a very long time to get the order. The focus was on the drive up and they were cranking those out. But to eat there took way too long and it wasn't that busy. And our order was wrong. Got the incorrect type of shakes. Maybe it was just because of timing, with employees changing out and new employees making the shakes. But expected better.
Food and service is great but it takes minimum 30 every time in the drive through. Super slow location.

Not sure how I'd compare this to your other fast-food chains. I did enjoy the animal style fries, but the burger was underwhelming to me. I did really enjoy the classic retro hamburger restaurant f…
Seriously good fast food. Get the double double. fries are good and I'm not a fry fan. Excellent late night meal before you head home. Limited menu however after 9.
I ordered animal style fries and they tasted about a week old not even kidding man. BIGGEST disappointment of my life truly… will still be going back tho
Wow, a double double combo burger that comes with cardboard fries, burned 🤢I want a refund … they’re short stuffed but I paid for a combo and was short of edible fries *scratch that: All the in n out burger fast food restaurants here have the same problem, fries are so thin and dry that are not edible, i assume those are from frozen fries 🍟 , if they don’t know ? In SOCAL we can see through the window when they’re cutting the potatoes… unless that has changed? I would better get less fries , but that I can eat instead of throw them away 🤢 and please check that the patties are cooked through, sometimes they’re uncooked…
These are the dryest sorriest nasty COLD fries ever in the history of mankind. The people are friendly and they keep the place clean. The hamburgers are okay but the mayo spread thing they use is nasty. Milkshakes are good at least. A bit pricy its about 10 dollars a person if you ask for the meal and the portion is small.
Generally the slowest service ever. Ive worked quick service food before and the level of inefficiency they work at is beyond me. 30 minutes for a drive through when they basically have 2 items they cook is crazy
Very mid burgers. In the age of smashburgers, fills expect a bit of caramelization on their meat. The cheese was better than expected and even at the low price, I didn't enjoy the experience as much as any other burger experience in Denver. The pickles were generic, and the sauce was bland. If you want underwealming flavor for a low price, this is your spot.
I tried to worship at the in-n-out burger shrine. First thing In-N-Out for years have been the darling of California style burgers lovers. I feel the best way to enjoy lettuce and tomato burgers are in the restaurant. Carry out and delivery destroy the fresh taste and texture of the produce. The flavors all meld together and there is no separation of taste. Dining in you get the best experience that the creators of the burger desired for you to experience. Warm bun surrendering to crisp cool produce, cool bright flavored sauce followed by savory seared beef and cheese. This burger when experienced right, celebrates the freshness of l&t burgers. Try for yourself, get a double double dine in and order the carry out the same time. Eat the dine in version then go home and eat the 15 to 20 min old carry out version. Am I wrong? The best part of my experience was that I discovered you can order your fries cooked regular, light, or in my instance well done. They were great!
Crazy busy restaurant with great fries. I ordered the double-double animal style, whatever that is and fries well done. The fries were great, super crispy and delicious. My burger was cooked poorly, I order medium rare steaks and burgers but cold pink spots is unacceptable. (Photo attached)
This location lacks luster for a typical in n out. Fries are consistently over done or just cold from sitting next to the drive thru with the cold wind blowing in. Dinning room is consistently dirty like a McDonalds; unfortunately. For people getting paid above the average wage, they definitely do less than minimum effort. If you dine in, expect to wait at least more than 10 minutes and watch the drive-thru cycle through while you still wait. 1-8-25 Completely different experience. Clean dining room. They were moving both the dining room numbers as well as the drive-thru at an expedited rate. Fries were still overdone, but an improvement is an improvement. 5-28-25 This location STILL has trouble with getting fresh, hot fries that aren't overcooked or cold to customers. Unfortunately, I am dropping my review for service and food. I am a true lover of IN N OUT, but for some reason, this location lacks consistency and follow through of quality products. My previous review about the dining room cleanliness is a recurring issue. Unfortunately, this location has not risen above a common fast food establishment (McDonalds, Carl's Jr. Taco Bell...) let alone their own company's standards (that are closely followed in California, but not in Colorado). To sum up my experience over a long period of time. SUB PAR. This location needs a whole new crew and management. Start fresh. This location has dwindled and dropped below the threshold of service quality and especially their own food standards. I have questioned myself if I even want to return. 7-12-25 I was working late and had missed dinner at home. I thought Friday night, I should be able to get fresh food. Boy, was I wrong. The cheese wasn't even melted. The burger was barely warm to the touch, and the fries were cold. I took one bite and got my money back. This experience has left be baffled as how there is absolutely no oversight or direction from management. The inexperienced high school kids have dragged this location down beyond comprehension. Garbage overflows, floors, and tables are almost always dirty. You're lucky if the ketchup is full. Half the kids walk around aimlessly, "looking busy," all while still getting paid. This last visit has made me see there haven't been any positive changes. Only gradually slipping into a McDonalds state of mind. Hopefully, corporate will step in and do something drastic to improve the way this location is run. I have chosen not to return to this location. There's no oversight/accountability for employees. The cleanliness is absent as well as management.
Currently visiting Colorado from OKC, was excited to experience In-N-Out again after visiting Dallas. Safe to say, the food left more to the imagination; wasn’t satisfied with the portion size of the protein style burger. It was more of a “low-calorie ahh burger”. Overall the wait for the food was great, happy to be in Colorado! :)

Waited for my food for over 45 minutes and had to ask them about it 3 times and my order ended up never being filled and a manager had to make it themselves. I could have gone through the drive through at least 3 times in the same amount of time. Awful experience
We come to Denver for In-n-out only once a month and today this location greatly disappointed me. We had ordered animal style fries fry well, but they have us the normal soft fry. We asked for a remake, and they didn't do it until my partner stood at the counter and talked to at least 4 people about the remake. It wasn't until an employee took back my receipt and hung it up did they actually started making mine. The whole ordeal probably took us half an hour, and when she received the remake it was SOFT not fry well, but when she asked about it they still said it was fry well. Horrible experience!
They got our order wrong. We ordered animal fries fry well, but they gave us the usual animal style soft fry. We asked them to remake it, they took forever and didn’t remake it until I stood in front of the counter and have talked to 4 different people about it. When they did remake it they gave me the usual soft fries and told me it was fry well. I am never coming back here again
The girl taking orders today 03/05/2026 at 4:58 was super rude! :/ In and out used to be my fav but this is the last time I go to Thai location don’t reccomend unless you want a place with horrible customer service take your money elsewhere where they value their guests
I've eaten at this location multiple times. I'm have to say this is the worst In-N-Out Burger.I have ever been to. Yes, the food is fresh. However, every time I go I always find hair in my food. The burger is always half done and red.It makes me feel like after eating this food that I want to vomit.I would not recommend this inn and out burger. To anyone.
My family and I were visiting Denver, and we were excited to stop at In-N-Out, but we left extremely disappointed. Elijah, the cashier, didn’t seem to pay attention to our order, and the fries were very hard and overly salty — at this point, even McDonald’s fries are better. The wait time was also ridiculous; we waited well over 10 minutes for our food. We also ordered a coffee, and the employee working the fries handed it to me without changing his gloves, so the lid was salty. That felt both unpleasant and unsanitary. For the price we paid, the customer service and food quality were not worth it at all. Overall, it was an expensive visit for poor service and low-quality food. We won’t be coming back.
