Opinions de Yummy Thai Broadway
The food here is delicious and unique. There's tons of dishes that you don't normally see on Thai menus and even the familiar ones like Pad Thai are different than how they're usual served - in a good way! The staff is really friendly and make great recommendations. The dining room is clean and nicely decorated.
Best Chiang Mai style Khaw Soy I’ve ever had. I live really far away, the food arrived hot and delicious. Absolutely fantastic, 6 stars if I could. Best Thai food in Colorado
I order delivery from here way too often.. That being said, I'm basically an expert now. Everything I have tried is fantastic!! I don't think their level 6 is really Thai hot, but it gets the job done. Seems fairly authentic otherwise! The red curry is basically life changing and you get a lot for the price. I also appreciate that they listen when I ask for no utensils or napkins! Every other restaurant ignores and I have a stockpile of utensils large enough to craft a small raft complete with napkin sail. ⛵
The guy at the counter told us it would be a 2 min wait for pick up, and he was totally right! So fast! This place has delicious food and fairly large portions. I love fried rice, the pineapple fried rice from Thai Monkey Club is amazing. Their curries and other dishes are delicious as well.
The people here are very kind and make great food. My favorite Thai food around
The curry here is amazing. I like curry with a bit more broth and they prepare this exactly how I like it. They do not skimp on heat here. I like to sweat and shed a couple tears (one for joy and one for pain) when I eat Thai food. I got the green curry with 4/6 spice level and I can say it checked both those boxes and then some. This is not a spot where they are lying when they warn you about spice, don't get cocky. Looking forward to coming back.
Have always loved this place over the years and I just moved back to the neighborhood recently .. I think their ginger salad is literally one of my new favorite meals and the tom kha is delightfulll Super kind staff - chill spot and yummy food
Went there for dinner on Sunday for the first time. I was skeptical about it due to seeing some bad reviews, but I’m so glad my friends suggested this place and swore by it. This place is hands down the BEST Thai in Denver area. Everything was so delicious and phenomenal. The Thai tea and Thai ice coffee were also so good too. It was a place that I want to come back next day right after my visit, but sadly that closed on Mondays. The staff were also super friendly and nice! Can’t wait to go back!
Fantastic food and lovely staff. I got the pad thai with chicken, spice level 2. Great spice level, great flavor, probably the 2nd or 3rd best pad thai I've ever had 🔥🔥🔥 My friends got the drunken noodles with the lowest level of spice, and they were SOOOOO good 🤤
Dropped in for lunch, super friendly hostess. Lunch special came with tofu soup, which I never would’ve ordered, but it was so good, glad to try it. Broth was super flavorful and the vegetables were fresh. Got a 4 out of 6 spicy level pad see ew with chicken - it was super good, and definitely spicy. Big portion, now I need a nap. Eat here.
My favorite Thai food in Denver. Most of the time I do delivery or pick up, but occasionally do dine in if I get a parking spot. When ordering, you are given the opportunity to select spiciness level. I tend to get everything mild. Which is still super flavorful but without the heat. Tom kha soup is excellent. The chicken larb is a fav. Will often get an order to have the next day for lunch - makes a great chicken salad. Green/red curries are always good too. The owners seem like nice folks and usually give me a complementary Thai tea with my larger to- go orders. In the rare occasion when there's an order mix up or something is not as expected, I've been able to call and they've made up for it on the next order. This place has been around a while and it's because they take care of customers.
This was my second time trying thai food. This experience was the best. The thai fried rice was to die for. The portion was great too. Think I've found a place to go to❤️
Excellent Thai food. I ordered the Thai eggplant curry with shrimp#3 heat. I like spicy food I think 2.5 would have been better for me. My husband ordered the duck fried rice, also excellent! Cute, clean restaurant, good service. Don't be put off by the exterior. We will return!
The drunken noodles and papaya salad are amazing - the prices are fair, the portions are huge and the staff is amazing. Pros: They're so friendly, the delivery is fast, food is flavorful. Cons: Spicy levels vary too much. Rather than using their 1-10 rating system, I find it easier to just say not spicy, medium or very. The staff is so nice and it seems like they really want their customers to be happy and that's awesome.
We are from out of town and stopped at Thai Monkey. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The presentation was also adorable. If you’re in the area, you should check them out-you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve come here three times, every time we visit Denver. It’s a complete replica of the amazing, simple eateries in Thailand. The decor is sparse, sure, but all the love is in the food. The flavours are super complex and just amazing. Try the Tom Kha, it’s exceptional!
I ordered Thai Monkey Club through doordash last night and I was pleasantly surprised! Seems they are a takeout heavy, hole in the wall place, so I could imagine how they could be a tad inconsistent. However, our meal was great! Pretty reasonably priced and very good drunken noodles. It was at our door in 45 minutes. I’ll definitely order from them again!
Thai Monkey Club is such a solid Thai place! It really makes me question some of the negative reviews. The owner and staff are so nice and welcoming every time we come in. My go to’s are Khaw Soy Chiang Mai (with tofu) such a great dish, the curry is perfect with the rice noodles, it’s sweet and spicy but the sweetness of the coconut is not overbearing. Our collective go to’s are the Green Curry (with tofu) it has such a perfect balance. Pad See Ew (with tofu) is great, the sauce is excellent. Each dish is a huge portion and the next day leftovers are always phenomenal. We usually go with a medium spice level. All the vegetables are fresh, the dishes are always hot, and I feel like they’ve really perfected their craft over there. None of our dishes have been oily. The basil duck fried rice is amazing! The duck has been cooked and seasoned to perfection each time we’ve ordered it, I highly recommend trying it! We’re really happy Thai Monkey Club is so good and so close, we really lucked out.
Thai monkey club easily has the best tasting Thai food in Denver. Service is okay but their food is consistently outstanding. Perfect combination of spices and sauces. When you order medium (3) it’s hotter than medium spicy at other Thai restaurants.
Outstanding food with amazing service. Thai Monkey Club is where friends and I take out-of-towners to get great food that works for any allergies and preferences (they're so accommodating) while still being amazingly delicious. They do a TON of door dash work as well; I think it's a good sign to see so many orders continually going out the door. It's very pleasant to eat there as well, but it is right on Broadway so some might find it distracting.
Food is amazing. Great service. Great place.
I have been coming here for over 2 years now. With the pandemic, this place has been a godsend! I ordered from here at least once every couple of weeks in the past year. I have tried most of the menu. This place is my absolute favorite neighborhood spot for takeout. All of it's good. Every type of curry is delicious. The pineapple fried rice is my breakfast leftovers. If you're thinking of ordering here, you should.
I freakin love this place! Loveee the red curry!! So much depth to the flavor. Generous portions
The food is amazing and everyone is super sweet 😊 definitely my new favorite
Before moving to Denver, I lived in Khon Kaen and Surin, Thailand for about 3 years. After moving, I was determined to find authentic Thai and tried many Thai restaurants around town. Thai Monkey has by far been the most authentic and has delicious food! I’ve been a repeat customer for 8 years now and highly recommend their Papaya Salad and their Pad Kra Pao. Both always taste great and are the real deal. You can expect delicious food and reasonable pricing always. I prefer dine in, although I know they get many take-out orders! I recommend Thai Monkey Club highly and hope you’ll consider giving them a try!
Best Pad See Ew I’ve ever had. Their lunch special can’t be beat. My girlfriend and I come here for lunch and only spend $20 after tip for more than enough food. It’s one of our regular spots, bout time I left a review. They nail it every time!
Some of the most authentic Thai food I’ve had in the US and I lived in Bangkok for 6 months. Their salads are amazing. Spice is on point. Noodles have been hit or miss but overall superb
The first time I've had khao soi that actually tastes like it does in Chiang Mai. Very friendly, even the setting feels authentic. Highly recommended
I came across Thai Monkey by accident and it’s now my go to place. I bring all my friends here and it’s always a hit. The food is always incredible and the staff are so friendly.
Thai monkey club chicken pad Thai is my death row meal. Not exaggerating. They are crazy fast for takeout orders, but also have wonderful service in the restaurant! The hostess is literally my favorite person to see at the end of a long day.
This place is a staple of Denver for Thai food. Even in the pandemic you could see Door Dash, Postmates, Uber Eats orders lined up on tables to be picked up. I live in Houston, and every time I visit Denver I make it a point to stop here for a meal. It’s consistently good. We ordered the Monkey Mix that had a good mix of all the appetizers available including crab rangoon, spring rolls, and Thai egg rolls. Everything was perfectly crispy with flavorful sauces to accompany the appetizer. We also ordered the 24 oz. tom kha with chicken. There are a lot of veggies in this and they could be cut smaller. The coconut soup is rich and maybe a little sweeter than some other places, but completely addicting. The food comes out really quickly here and you can tell it’s a family-owned restaurant. This is the kind of place that leaves you alone to enjoy your food in peace. They’ll refill your water, drinks, and check on you but you’re allowed to listen to the Thai music playing and savor the food. There’s also a clean, gender neutral, and ADA accesible bathroom.
I got my butt severely kicked here. The super kind waitress warned me that medium level for the papaya salad was pretty spicy but I replied with an obnoxious “oh I’m Mexican”. After the first bite, my tongue, throat, and soul were ON FIRE. I could hear the Thai chile gods laughing at me. The waitress noticed and gave me cold coconut milk, which really helped, and advised me to take my time. I felt like she was an angel saving me from hell. It was, at the same time, the best papaya salad I’ve tried so far. And it opened up my appetite because I devoured the Thai soup. I ordered the panang with duck and shrimp… it was exquisite! 🤌 I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely come back again, ready to learn another lesson.
We really enjoyed our takeout from here. The green curry with chicken was very flavorful and the veggies were perfect. We also really enjoyed the larb salad & pineapple fried rice. We did spice levels 3 & 4 it was perfect for our taste but spice is definitely a matter of personal preference. Such friendly service and I’m happy we checked this place out!
They are great about handling my severe cashew allergy, and I’ve eaten from here countless times safely. My favorite takeout in Denver!
My favorite Thai restaurant in Denver. So glad my friend recommended this place, we have been back so many times since. It's a small family owned restaurant with a really lay back vibe and great food. I usually get the green curry and Tom yum soup, the flavors are bomb. They have spices you can grab and add to your food (if you want spicier) so I do recommend maybe a medium spice level if it's your first time. The customer service is very inviting and kind. Highly recommend this place.
Thai Monkey Club is hands-down my favorite Thai Restaurant in Denver. The food is Brilliant. I love the flavor profile on every dish I had. Drunken Noodles was a perfect 10/10 in terms of flavor, heat and portion. The chicken pot stickers were the best I've ever ate. Cant wait for the restaurant to start dine-in and eat food served HOT!
I've eaten Thai food all over Denver and Tahi Monkey Club blows them all away. I've never had such good Thai. The staff are kind, attentive, and remember you after just a few visits. The portions are generous, the curry isn't so heavy with coconut milk, and the flavors are dynamic and perfectly balanced. You'll have to try it yourself and see.
Fantastic food!! Locally owned and fresh made. The crab rangoon actually had large chunks of crab in it. The red curry was amazing
Great curries! We got the panang curry, green curry, papaya salad & 2 orders sweet sticky rice with mango. Very generous portions and interaction over the phone because of a snafu with delivery of order made everything right on. We will probably dine in the next time as the restaurant is not far from our house. Two thumbs way up! Highly recommended.
Level 4 spice is tough, but in a good way. Hoping to level up to 5 after a few more tries. Amazing flavor and friendly employees
I came with friends on New Year day, this place really awesome. The food was so good and cheap. Also service was sweet and welcoming. Definitely worth, will come back.
Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Denver. The people are so kind and the food never misses. It’s my go to door dash order when I’m not feeling well. Truly such a gem in Denver! The food and service are always consistent. I love the drunken noodle, panang curry and Thai iced tea.
Thai Monkey Club is my favorite restaurant in Denver. Ive tried many of their dishes and the entire menu is delicious. My buddies and I meet here to catch up and eat. Tet is the most wonderful host ever. She is always hooking me up! Take your friends/family there- I highly recommend the drunken noodle.
The Massaman Curry is amazing! Just moved to Denver and was pretty bummed to leave my go-to Thai restaurant back home. Thai Monkey Club definitely didn’t disappoint and they’ve become my top choice when having dinner delivered! Highly recommend!
This place is bomb! I’m always on the lookout for genuinely good/authentic Thai places, and this one is awesome. I ordered the massaman curry and it was so delicious. The woman working was extremely sweet and friendly, and I also saw them provide some spring rolls to an unhoused person while I was there, which really warmed my heart. I’ll always support a place like that! Will be back for sure.
Food was fantastic! One of my first eats while settling into Denver. Quiet atmosphere with exceptional service. Love how they give you a cute little flower with your dish. The portions are worth the price. I ordered the Thai Noodles with chicken, medium spice. I’ll definitely be coming back here.
Excellent experience with hospitality Thai style. The portions are quite generous. The cook prepares my entree with accuracy each and every time we come there to dine. He always gets the order to our liking. The young lady who works as a food server and hostess is just delightful. She has such a beautiful smile. What a kind soul, being in her presence. She delightfully takes our order of Cow Pad Gai, Lad Na or Pad Thai Gai. Always courteous regarding our satisfaction, she checks up often. Simple, tasty and delightful, the dining experience at this restaurant is #1. I highly recommend this authentic Thai cuisine for dine in or take out. You will get more than your money's worth!
Incredible authentic tasting Thai, I am always blown away by the incredible flavors I get to try here! I ordered the Kana Moo Krob and it was exquisite I cannot stop thinking about it! My boyfriend ordered the Green Curry with Mock Duck and Tofu he cannot stop raving about it either! Their appetizers and Thai tea are also a favorite of ours! Lastly the incredible staff and wonderful woman running the front are always very inviting and accepting of all people ❤️
The atmosphere and decor is humble, but it helps to feel more personal, homie, and gets one more focused on the delicious food. OMG! The food was flavorful. I ordered fried tofu with a wonderful dipping sauce. My entrée was Drunken Noodles with a combination of proteins. It was appropriately spiced full of meat and veggie ingredients. The portion was large. After eating some, I enjoyed leftovers twice. Nai was exceedingly friendly and nice. He gave me an appetizer Thai soup gratis. I really enjoyed Thai Monkey Club. It wasn't my first time and won't be my last.
I came in for pickup and the amazing team got my food out and ready for me in just a few minutes. The food was excellent and fresh. This is a staple of the Broadway restaurants. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and I can express how great their food is. Tasty drunken noodles with amazing tofu and just the right amount of spicy. Delicious pad see ew and tasty sweet Thai iced tea. The woman running the counter was kind, cordial and did everything she could to make sure I was all set with delicious food- thank you!!
I was recently introduced to Thai Monkey and it has quickly become one of my favorite Thai restaurants in town. My go to dish is the pad thai (rice noodles with egg, green onion, cabbage, carrot, peanut, bean sprouts, & choice of protein - which I normally get chicken or shrimp). I've also tried the see ew noodles (wide rice noodles with egg, Chinese broccoli, broccoli, & choice of protein), the spring rolls (rice paper, sprout, iceberg lettuce, carrots, mint, & shrimp), and the steamed dumplings (chicken, carrot, chestnut, onion, & cilantro). Everything I've ever ordered from here is delicious and comes in a large portion. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of great Thai food that won't break the bank. Looking forward to eating here more often soon!
Really really good curry, I've tried several places but this will be my new go-to Thai restaurant on Broadway! Very reasonably priced curries ($12 each for dinner) that come as nice big colorful bowls with a pile of rice, I would definitely recommend trying the Thai Monkey Club! The accolades from Denver Westword are very accurate, the bowls packed some heat (even at medium level, j was sweating a little) but you still get an overwhelming flavor sensation of spices, peanut, coconut, and of course all the veggies packed in it. If you aren't one for heat order the curry on the milder side and you'll just get all the overwhelming flavor sensations with less heat. Can't go wrong with the curry here!
This is one of those places where every positive review was right on the mark about their food and service. The food was so good that I ended up going to this place twice in two days while visiting Denver. This place is also great for vegetarians, they have some delicious options. If you do decide to go, definitely try their Drunken Noodles and Pineapple Curry fried rice. If you are brave go with spicy level and you will not regret the explosion of the flavors you feel in your mouth.
Just had it delivered through DoorDash. Took 50 minutes, but we were not in a hurry. Highly recommend the wonton soup. Not what you’d normally think, but the best I’ve had in a while. Noodle dish and rice dish we got were great. They didn’t skimp on the protein or veggies. Also the Thai rolls were pretty solid too especially for the price. ONLY downside is the heat level. We both asked for Thai Hot and his was really on point while mine was barely mild if anything. When I ask for Thai Hot, I want it hot. Will order again for sure!
I got the peanut curry, which was really great 👍I’m on a mission to find the best spring roll in Denver and unfortunately this isn’t it, but it was still refreshing. It doesn’t have a super fancy atmosphere but I don’t really care about that, the food and service were great overall
GF options are called out on the menu! I had the red curry duck and my friend had the masaman curry chicken. Both had great flavor and I absolutely love spicy food, but the level 2 spice made my stomach hurt (I usually order level 3 or 4 at other Thai places). Service was quick, kind and attentive but there was no air conditioning and no air flow in the dining room. I would absolutely order from here again for takeout.
Went in the afternoon around 3pm...pretty empty apart from one table and a few pick ups...the lady was nice and so was the cook who we met. We ordered the usual array of Thai foods. Pad Thai was a little weak but a nice portion so 7/10...seafood combo was way overpriced for an ok tasting dish but nothing that stood out 6/10...the panang curry with chicken was mediocre and a bit disappointing...could've had more depth of flavor it wasn't thick enough....lack of spices and herbs... expected better...also they fall into the cheap tricks with putting far too many green peppers and carrots in their dishes...6/10 for the curry. The service was good but expected due to time of day...if I had to wait more than 10-15 minutes I would've given lower scores. All in all it's about 6-7 out of 10...could be better.
Hit or miss. We have ordered from here twice. The noodle dishes were good and I have also had a green curry here which I enjoyed. Medium is spicy but not too much for me. The eggplant dish was awful. I was very disappointed. I am accustomed to large eggplant chunks that melt in your mouth when ordering a Thai eggplant dish. This had thin eggplant slices that were not even cooked. It was inedible. I would probably stick to noodles or curry in the future.
Average thai place. Cannot find anyone who does what my thai place in dallas did. Their thai peanut sauce was too thin and watery like a green curry. And even a level 6 spicy wasn't that spicy. Thai egg rolls were really good a crispy. They were fast and friendly, but I reccomend having delivered. Parking over there is a nightmare!
It was disappointing to learn different from review rating, as my pregnant wife and I were looking for a Thai food place that was open and decent. The service was great (hence my two stars instead of one). The food, however, was awful. I ordered the coconut based soup for appetizer and the seafood combo for entree, and my wife ordered spring rolls and the eggplant stir fry with chicken. The food was crazy salty, especially the soup. My entree had parts that were cold and parts that were hot. The spring rolls had shrimp that were not divined well and the chicken from my wife's food tasted old. We didn't even finished our food it was so bad. I'm sorry, but definitely a no go. And its crazy because it has good ratings.
I got the crispy duck. It was $17. Please see the pictures below of the small plate of vegetables I received with just 4 small pieces of duck, that had been fried then covered in the vegetable juice so they had the same consistently of wet bread. 2 stars because the Thai tea was well balanced and delicious.
Food was cold, packaging was terrible and all the liquid spilled out into bag, leaking and causing rice containers and other food to be soggy. Vegetables were hard, not cooked and not what I requested. The flavor wasn’t very good. I used Grubhub and the driver also left my food outside my apartment building on the dirty ground next to a transit center and dog park and also didn’t leave my drink. I left specific instructions for entry into the building and that I would tip in cash at my door. There was no attempt to even contact me! Worst order experience ever!!
My food is always a 10/10 from here - I've been ordering my Thai takeout from them for over a year. Tonight, however - I got my food and I'm wildly confused. The pad thai is okay, but most of the vegetables look like they've seen better days. The lemon I was given was completely bruised and smelled weird so I picked it off. I also got the crab wontons - they are burnt but edible, but the sauce has what looks like some sort of dirt/residue in it? If I'm wrong and you just changed the recipe please let me know but it does not smell right. Only leaving a review here because I tried to call and give this feedback directly but the voicemail is not set up and I can't get a hold of anyone there. But I seriously love your food and hope it's much better next time. <3 I am happy to delete this after you see it because I don't want other people to be deterred. I've gotten more than 20 meals from you that were perfectly delicious. This was definitely a fluke but I'd appreciate being contacted :)
Let me start by saying that I used to love this place. I've also only ordered from or eaten at the Broadway location - maybe the Colfax location is different. We've ordered takeout at least 6-7 times this year, and the food has always been amazing, so it truly pains me to write this review. I would usually give a five star review based on the food quality alone. Last night we decided to go check the place out in person and dine in for the first time; I regret it. During our dinner I first found a long hair in my food, which I proceeded to pull out of the back of my mouth. How pleasant. Alright, accidents happen. A few minutes later, a cockroach crawled onto our table and started to harass us for the remainder of our meal, which we quickly wrapped up. I'll be looking for a new Thai place in the future.
The worst Thai food I’ve ever had. Dumplings were still stuck together from buying them frozen. The both dishes we got were so bad that we had to throw out $45 worth of food and order Wendy’s. I’ve never written a review before because I always give benefit of the doubt but this was extraordinary. I hope they continue to get 5 stars from other people.
Have been always a patron but they have let me down when I ordered ONLINE. Missing items (like Boba smoothies) no napkins or straws or fork when I requested. Do you expect me to eat with hands at work? Today was the last straw.. we ordered online 2 bobas and other items and they keep “forgetting” or “stealing” my boba smoothies or any items I have paid in advance to be delivered. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING BECAUSE DOORDASH DO NOT REFUND THE REAL PRICE I PAID FOR.. THAT IS JUST DISRESPECTFUL AND I AM NOT PLEASED THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES. I have always supported your business but I have been RIPPED OFF WHEN YOU FORGET ITEMS AND DOORDASH DONT REFUND ACCURATELY. If you keep doing this I will REPORT this restaurant because of sketchy practices with ONLINE ORDERS!! in the state of Colorado Businesses!
The worst mango sticky rice I’ve had. The mango wasn’t even edible. It was underripe and rock solid (also not completely peeled). The rice was okay. It tasted like it was old and a bit crunchy. Can’t speak on anything else off the menu because I went there just for the mango sticky rice. Maybe it’s better when mango is in season but absolutely not recommend.
I am so sad to leave a 1 star review- the food was delicious. However, when having my leftover drunken noodles with tofu, I bit into a piece of tofu and there were chards of glass in the tofu. We reported to door dash and are leaving it here just so the restaurant can be made aware & hopefully be way more mindful in the future to avoid this.
So, my duck panang curry came with fried duck NOT on the side but INSIDE the curry so as to come in nice and soggy more like a gross curry cereal. Called and he said he has been doing that for a long time. No, he's just been a terrible cook for a long time and people are just being polite. I spent $40 hard earned and wanted to treat myself. I'm so hungry right now, I'll just cut my losses and go somewhere else. Never ordering from this soggy cereal place again. Guess it is a monkey club, what else can I expect.
Let me first start off by saying that I have ordered from this restaurant (at this location) for years and have never had an issue. But the last several times we have ordered from them, they have messed up at least one item of our order. This review covers only our recent experiences of ordering through Postmates, although we dined in one time about a year and a half ago and the food was good. On May 5, we ordered delivery. We ordered the Thai Egg Rolls, the Drunken Noodles, and the Pad Thai. The Pad Thai was the only portion of the order that was correct. The Thai egg rolls are described on Postmates' menu as "Four pieces. Fried. Chicken, cabbage, carrot, onion, and bean noodles." What we received were 2 pieces of what appeared to be spring rolls. No chicken, carrot, or onion in sight. Worse than this complete bungling of a simple appetizer was my drunken noodle dinner. I am allergic to tomatoes and bell peppers, and clearly stated this in the special instructions. I received a container of drunken noodles containing literally a pile (I pulled them all out and took a photo) of the exact vegetables I could not eat, rendering my meal completely inedible. This is completely inexcusable, considering that I explicitly stated I was allergic, not that this was a preference. When we called the restaurant on this date, they put us on hold for over 20 minutes, forcing us to call back again, and then stated they would call us back. After an hour, they never called, so we called again. When we finally got ahold of the owner, she refused to apologize for almost causing me to have an allergic reaction. And her excuse for the screwed up egg rolls? They do have chicken in them, just not a lot, and they are supposed to come in an order of 3 (which still doesn't explain why we got 2 pieces). When I said, okay, but your Postmates menu says 4 pieces, she blamed it on Postmates, saying they must not have copied over their menu correctly. Now, we liked their food in the past, so we decided to try again a few weeks later. We both ordered Pad Thai, one a Mild-2 with tofu and one a Medium-3 with chicken. The food came as prepared (relatively) although they were both rather bland and I don't believe my pad Thai was a 3. Today was the kicker. Since the food last time was mostly okay, we decided to order the same exact thing -- Pad Thai, Mild-2, Tofu, and Pad Thai, Medium-3, Chicken. The food came hot and on time, but that's about it. The containers hadn't been sealed properly, so the greasy juices from the pad thai dishes were dripping all over the inside of the bag. When we tasted the food, it was WAY too spicy (keep in mind, this is the exact same location that made our food bland last time). We called the restaurant again, and spoke to the owner. Again, she offered absolutely no apologies and instead tried to make more excuses about how "Mild-2 is still spicy". When we pointed out to her that that doesn't make any sense, that something labeled "mild" intrinsically cannot be spicy, she repeated herself and started yelling at us on the phone. We told her that this is the 3rd time in a row we've had disappointing food and service from them, and asked her to remake the food and re-deliver it to our home. She refused, and said, "well you can come and get it." When we protested this, stating that we shouldn't have to drive all the way there to pick up re-made food because they couldn't make it correctly the first time, she simply said, "oh well, I gave you an option." She ended this conversation by interrupting us and pushing us off the phone, shouting "alright alright I get it!" This is the last time this place will get our money. Their food, when it is good, is good. But their quality is so ridiculously inconsistent, their spice levels nonsensical, and their customer service nonexistent. There are plenty of other Thai places in Denver who will be happy to take your money and make your food correctly with a smile. This is not one of them.
