I really like to go here on Tuesdays for all-you-can-eat pizza buffet.

The pizza was made right, on time, and the staff was polite.

I went during the lunch rush and even though it was busy, the staff seemed calm, cool and collected, of course whenever you have a buffet with pizza and pasta lol 😂 enjoyed it all the same 👍🏻, also, the pasta sauce was very good

The management here is very lacking!! Got my delivery and was short. I called to rectify and was hung up on. I was talking to the manager. I had to physically go there and represent myself for the rest of my order. Unbelievable.

Food was very fresh and hot when it was delivered. The driver was very nice

I ordered 11 pizzas and everyone of them was fresh and made it exactly as I had specified (I had ordered MANY different types)!

I had an event our church sponsored and ordered a 125 pizzas. This was no small task and yet every step of the process was super simple. I received excellent customer service. All our pizzas were ready exactly on time and made perfect. They are excellent for large orders. We will definitely order again!

Dined in at Pizza Hut, which I haven't done in a long time, due to slow and unatentive wait staff. However this time, everything was served fresh and fast. Our server was Krystal, and she was awesome! Very friendly and took care us with a big smile. Thank you for that!

I placed an online order then called after I realized that it may be closing within a few minutes. RJ assured me that everything was good and my order was being processed although the store was closing in a few minutes. The meal came out promptly and the quality was excellent.

The manager there was RHONDA and she did an outstanding job/service and a employee Named JONATHAN, they were short handed but still made great food and had a smile on their face, but in this cold weather and nasty roads, they deserve to have all coworkers from there off i wish the top manager would care about her employees.. and worry about their saftey🤦‍♀️

Ordered pick up, place was clean and food was ready when they said it would be. No complaints.

Part of my order was not correct. I was already giving out the food before I realized it and could not go back to get it corrected.

Pizza toppings were skimpy. Pizza was cold; other items were correct temperature

Employees here are always friendly and the pizza is good. The buffet is well stocked and kept replenished.

In all honesty lately we have not been satisfied with this Pizza Hut. Our pizza has often been overcooked, not always made just the way we ordered it, and just overall not the best service. We stopped going for a while but we decided to try it last night and we were glad we did. The service was very good. The employees were very nice and friendly. Our pizza was just how we ordered it and was good. The only thing I can say about it is that I think it needs a little more cheese, especially on the plain cheese pizza (PH pizzas used to be cheesier) but otherwise it was good and we enjoyed it. My husband specifically asked me to give a review for this transaction because we both appreciated the good service and the good food. We will be returning soon and if we continue to have the service we had last night we will give a "strongly agree". Thank you!

it's a national chain so food is going to pretty much be the same at all of them. I can say though, that our server was fantastic and had a great personality. This is something I haven't experienced in a while at other pizza Hut locations.

Really nice Pizza Hut with really nice people working here. The pizza was very good. Try the Italian Sausage, Bacon, and Jalapeno. Very good. I had it on thin crust, well done. Delicious. The only critique I have was the garden salad and blue cheese dressing. Poured that salad right out of a bag. Dressing was nasty.

I like dining in here. It's usually a good vibe. The manager is awesome and fixes any mistakes if they get your order wrong. It's a sports-bar type environment now.

Going there is ok..the waitresses are always pretty nice..it's the delivery that is often a mess. There is always something that they forget/leave off..don't bring...they really ruin the meal. PLEASE pay attention to the orders that come in. It's really ridiculous at this point!

They have good pizza but they're always forgetting something when they give you , your order and sometimes when you get the food it's cold .

Don't ever order on Halloween it took 2 hours to get the food after they canceled my order and it was supposed to be thin crust. Normally have no complaints at this location, whoever did the schedule needs more training or staff.

Sadly my food wasn't anything like I expected, the service could've been better but I was passed by 3 people that worked there before anyone asked if I needed help, I was standing at the counter. I'll be back hopefully it'll be better next time.

Make sure the pizza is done great. I ordered a simple thin, medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. It was so dried out...definitely no extra cheese and barely any sauce. Just dry. The marinara sauces were so cold like just pulled out of a fridge. Very disappointed.

Downside: They need to make sure the whole order is complete before handing it to the customer for carryout or delivery! ***CUSTOMERS..Eyeball your order before you leave parking lot or before driver leaves your driveway!!!*** Good side: Their food is always delicious!!

Always messes up on my orders and some of the staff is rude. There are some good people that work here. Just have to come at the right time.

Decent if you eat in. If you ask for delivery. It will never be less than an hour if you are lucky. Cold and late every time. Unless you eat in and can remind them you are still there.

Wanted to tip the delivery driver $30 to bring me food to my semi truck that was broke down 7miles north of town and was told repeatedly the store wouldnt let them come let your driver make the choice to make some quick cash not your manager.

They do not know what they are doing, or are lying cheats. Told us prices of our order then the total was $5 higher. They could not explain the price difference. Shameful. Brings a bad name to a good town.

I ordered food and it said it would be here around 9:29 it was 10:28 when I called and I asked if there was a problem or reason why it was taking so long and they said the delivery person knocked on the door and no one was there so they took the food back. I was sitting on my couch by the door the entire time so they lied to me and I know I put the right address in because I checked it on the app right after. Terrible experience

Cook my flavors not your choice of flavors. I ordered pepp, i.s., mush. Received pepp, ham, jal. Ordered 18 mild wings. Received 6 spicy garlic, 8 medium. Ordered 2 sp/mb. Received 2 ma pasta. Ordered 3 sand. Received 3 sand.

Ordered simple wings. 3 hrs later and 2 phone calls I still haven't received my food. They even called back to confirm I didn't get my food and still never delivered.

Called to place an order for delivery. First off they asked same question over and over. Then the lady said it would be 25 Minutes but, it has been almost 50. We called to ask about our order ( 2 supremo sandwiches ) and the MANAGER was very rude.

food is not the traditional Pizza Hut quality. Very poor service. no one would answer the phone as I sat there waiting to eat. Just ring ring ring. couldn't hear TV over the ringing. Very Poor service and I gave them 3 trys. I am done.

My order was messed up and then the manager was rude and kept hanging up on me. And the food that I got it was it wasn't even cooked it was still cold.

This is the second time in a three month span that I have a canceled order either by phone or online. The manager doesn’t bother to call they just cancel it. The first time I spoke to the manager named Loretta, The excuse was that I ordered 40 minutes till closing time and the oven was turned off. The second encounter was a phone order. I waited an hour and 10 minutes. I called again and the person I spoke with said the order was canceled with no notice. Management didn’t bother to call and inform. The food at Pizza Hut is great however the service is a 1 star.

I placed my order at 2:30 pm December 15, 2022 and scheduled my order for pickup at 5:15 pm that afternoon. I arrived at 5:03 pm and checked in on the app and received a message saying my pizza was on the way. I waited 10 minutes so I called to let them know I was there for pickup. At 5:21 pm I called again and Kelsi answered, I told her I had already been there almost 20 minutes and she replied by saying my order was cooking. I told her I ordered EARLY to pick up at 5:15 pm, she hung up on me but not before she she told me I hadn't been there 20 minutes! We are loyal Pizza Hut customers and will probably not ever spend another dollar her thanks to this RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL eemployee.

We ordered pizza on two different occasions over the weekend and didn't care for the lack of sauce, if there was even any on it, and that the hand tossed crust was still doughy. Usually we can't go wrong when ordering from pizza hut but not this go around ☹️🙄😫

I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and garlic butter brushed in the crust, plus an order of 8 bone in bbq wings. Plus a $5 tip. I recieved a large dry crust pizza and 8 boneless bbq wings. Called and was told I should have gotten a packet of garlic powder because I have to do it myself, and that bone in does not come in an 8 peice ( of which no one informed me). So they said they would give me credit or I could puck up a 6 pc bone in bbq wings. I said I would pick them up and when I went I was told they had no such order. That's messed up.

I placed an order with this Pizza Hut at 6:30PM, it is now 8:38PM and it still hasn’t been delivered, me and another person have been calling (at least 10 times) with no answer UNTIL an ex employee texted the manager. Then the phone was picked up, and I was told I was going to be put on with a manager and have been sitting here on the line in silence (not on hold or mute, just listening to them carry on) for about 13 minutes now. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with ANY restaurant in my entire life.

What a miserable experience! I went in for a carryout order that they said would be 20 minutes. I got the in 16 minutes. I paid and then I waited. At 25 minutes I asked if it was ready and I was ignored. I stood back in line and waited my turn and again she looks around me and helps the next 2 people in line. This was at the 30 minute mark. I then asked for my money back. Ignored again. I said am I even going get my money back and she said yes. At the 41 minute mark a man came from the back and processed my refund. He then walks in the back and come back up front and said she said to give you this. No apologies, horrible customer service!

I had left a review previously and it looks like it is no longer here. I ordered from this pizza hut all the way from Austin, TX for a friend stuck at home on her birthday. It was THE most unprofessional experience i ever had with any company ever. We ordered at 6:30 PM, and didnt receive the order until 9:50PM! That was AFTER 3 different people calling over 15 times, with NO answer at all UNTIL a previous employee texted one of the managers there. Once she texted the manager, they magically decided to answer the phone, once they answered the phone, i asked for a supervisor and they put the phone down (DID NOT PUT ME ON HOLD OR MUTE) for 12 additional minutes to just listen to them talk and go on about their business, until i called from a different line to get the phone to ring and notify them i was still on the line. I got the manager, he said he doesnt know what happened but he will refund me my money and still get the order done, Its been two weeks and i never received a refund, and the order arrived at 9:50 PM. Made me never want to deal with pizza hut ever again.

Arrived for buffet at 11:40. Got a salad then waited for more than 20 minutes for any hot pizzas. Finally ate 2 cold slices and gave up. Fresh pizzas came out all at one time after a dozen or so people were waiting. Lousy management.

This is the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. The wings are horrible. Our pizza was undercooked. Two of the pizzas came out and were wrong. Been here over an hour and the pizzas haven't been replaced. And I'm posting this while still waiting on pizzas. But the waitress was a pro at rolling her eyes.
