Today June 25, 2020 7:41 pm my family of five went in to get some food. The two girls working there are way over worked! We went in and they had a extremely long line that was growing every min. It was hot in the place so I know they where burning up! I will say those two girls where hustling!! They where trying their best to keep up with the line and having the register not working properly. But they where still so nice and made everything how we wanted. I think management needs to have 3 ppl there at all times. But to those two girl a thank you for working yalls butts off.

I had not been in this location for SEVERAL years because of the lack of cleanliness and sanitation... The lady working on 9/25 was very personable, knowledgeable about what she had in her station, she was quick but efficient, friendly as she made the sandwiches, gave a few suggestions for my future visits, but the BONUS OF MY VISIT... Was for the first time, the station was clean, wiped down, stocked and looked very inviting!!! The dining room was swept, clean and I think she was about to mop because the chairs were on the table. I forgot her name, but she is a very good employee.. I'll go back in for sure!!! I hope she stays working for them and I hope management and Subway takes care of her! I ordered the veggie sandwich!!!! And it didn't disappoint!!!!!! 😋

Gloria and John were amazing! We stopped after being on the road for 4+ hours, with our three kids (all under 6), and they both greeted us with a very friendly and warm manner. Gloria hadn’t even clocked in, and she was helping me, unprompted, with a very friendly smile on her face! They had Christmas music playing and they were extra friendly and sweet to our kids. It was a very nice and surprising stop that got everybody ready to finish the second half of our trip. Thank you so much!!! We appreciate you both! ❤️
We were in need of some lunch passing through town and picked this Subway, good choice. We stopped just after lunch rush and it was still fairly busy but were helped right away, our sandwiches made as we asked, even checked to see if it was enough veggies and dressing for our tastes. The staff was pleasant and did a good job. It was a welcome break from the road, thank you

Middle of nowhere. Polite friendly staff. It's a subway so y'all know what you're gonna get.
Usually come after a good work out stick with the veggies on 9 grain.
If you want a great sandwich just the way you want it, this is the place.

Although frequently understaffed in the evening, the lunch staff is friendly and gets food out quickly. I've been a big fan of Subway's wraps since they came out, and they are made properly here. It's frustrating to find a Subway that treats wraps as a 6" in a tortilla. This location also handles online and app orders quickly and correctly; building the sandwiches and wraps off of the order ticket rather than making a plain sandwich because no one is there to tell them what to put on it. The bottom line is this Subway does a great job. They are fast, efficient, and make great sandwiches!
It's usually a great experience here but recently one visit they had a worker with a nasty attitude regardless of how polite my daughter and I was. Had it not been for this one incident I would've given 5 stars

This review is directed to the owners of this Subway. If you truly value your night shift employees, you need to install LED lights outside. It's very dark and quite dangerous. Please think about what I'm saying. Thank you.

If you get a BLT There's NOT enough bacon on it to even tell its there. They definitely cheat you out of the bacon

This place is always out of a list of things. The staff try to be friendly, but they are always short-handed and usually in a rush. I used to eat there frequently, but it got to the point that they didn't have anything I wanted. If there was already a line inside of about 4 people, I knew the wait would be a long one since there sometimes only one person working.
We usually stop at this Subway when we’re passing through Lamesa. Unfortunately this time it was soooo dirty it was very disappointing. The tables hadn’t been wiped down and we were there before the lunch rush. The bathrooms were dirty. The trash cans were full - presumably from the day before. The soda machine was sticky, as was the floor under it. On top of that, they were out of so many things — ranch, wraps, cheese, straws. Apparently “the truck forgot to bring replacements” they said. I hope these issues are addressed or we’ll have to stop elsewhere in the future :’-(

Typical Subway with typical service. They were out of pizza on the kids menu.
One of the workers was very unpleasant, the building needs to be redone but the food was decent, after waiting for awhile.

I’ve never waited in subway as long as I did today. I had a family of 4 in front of me, their food was already just about done, yet I still waited 20 minutes for the employees to finish making sandwiches. The absolute worst part is the man working the register and finishing sandwich making, didn’t change his gloves after making the family’s food and checking them out. Used the same gloves that touched all of their food and toppings(mind you I am allergic to 2 subway items) the filthy computer, and continue to finish my sandwich putting his dirty gloves all over it… I am a past subway employee and it is MANDATORY you change gloves in between all customers.

Went to get a turkey sandwich and the bread was so hard. I called subway and all he could say was oh because it was left outside when I came in . Really!!! We pay too much for this sandwiches and that’s the response I get!!!! Lamesa is getting sorry on their services !!!!

Bread is dry, out of choice breads at LUNCH, and out of PEPPERONI for the second time in as many weeks.

I ordered online waited a good 15 - 20 minutes before I went for my food got there and it wasn’t ready still waited 30 minutes before it was ready and then no tomatoes no pickles she had nothing on the line 3 sandwiches and none were done right not a good place to eat . We’ll order supreme meats and what I got was royal disappointment..not sure what it was. One guy was hiding so he didn’t have to help and the other guy was just throwing it together by himself with a store full of people.

Manager really does not know what she is doing. Kennedy is vary rude and treats her employees terribly. There needs to be a better understanding between the district and the general management. I do not recommend this store only because of management reasons.
Didn't chop the salad "because of Corona", which is invalid because I live in Midland and got a salad two days ago and they chopped it for me. Also, the chicken was frozen. Not cold, frozen. Will not be returning.

You’d think having an app that tells you precisely what to put on a simple sand which would be easy enough for somebody to comprehend, but I guess that’s asking too much from Subway folk. Messed up two sandwiches made one twice forgot double meat then were rude. Stay in school kids.

Stopped here before heading to Lubbock. The lady who served us was super nice. Great customer service, only thing that bothered me is that she helped the man before me, handling cash… while wearing a left glove. When she came to make my wrap… she only put a glove on the right hand and used same glove as she touched the last persons money with!!!! And when she was done handling our transaction she did the same with the teen boys that came in after us. Change out both gloves!!!!

He also asked me if I wanted ham after dangling it over the front of the make table like it was the nastiest thing he’s handled. The make table was sooooo dirty and the bread actually cut the roof of my mouth. Praying to my lord and savior I don’t get food poisoning, I was hungry and well.. this town doesn’t have much
Placed an online order. 2 subs and 4 cookies. They didn’t have tuna so had to wait and reorder another kind when we got there. One of the cookies was replaced with another kind because they were out of all cookies and didn’t have what we ordered. Out of tuna. No ice. No napkins. The bathroom had the nastiest seat I’ve seen in a while. Scratched and stained and dirty. So gross. Air conditioner was buzzing. Rough store.
To the younger lady working there. You work in customer service you need to know customer service. Show respect and stop acting so put out and making all the customer repeat themselves 5 times before you finally listen to them. Also please when someone is ordering make sure you ask the question is that all???? If you don’t like your job and can’t respect people then please do is all a favor and just stay home. Those they are up beat people don’t want to be sucked in your bad attitude.

I have ordered many orders with subway. I continue to give this business the benefit of a doubt every time. I feel so bad for the employees because they always get the short end of the stick. The fountain island is always filthy, the bathroom always stinks, they almost always are short of something whether it’s cookies or vegetables and bread. This is a never ending cycle with this business. It’s understandable as to why they have a high turn over rate with employees. Today I ordered 2 meals without drinks and the young man gave us the sandwiches with no bags as usual “ they are out of stock like everything else” he had no contact information for the manager one sandwich fell apart and I did not get my chips. The service was very poor and I do feel that Adrian is not to blame he was doing the best that he could with what he had. I believe that corporate needs to step in and clean up this place.

This is a toasted sandwich"new club sandwich", when I called about all 3 the manager said ma'am I toasted all 3 myself! So I just hung up. Blaming the customer is definitely not the best way to go! It's always something, no ranch no mayo no bread!
