Went here to get some crazy Puffs and pizza. I would recommend this store lovely assistance from this young man named Bryant he helped me very quickly he was very kind didn't rush me at all compared to other pizzerias I have been to. I recommend to come get your pizza here. I'll definitely be visiting and would like to be attended by Bryant again.
I would like to Thank Brandon G for helping me today. I charged my card twice and he kindly explained the process of getting a refund. Most importantly he showed all his customers attention and respect. Thank you young man
You can only order online at this location. They don't accept phone calls which kinda sucks. As for the food it's always fresh. The crazy puffs and pretzel pizza are yummy.
I order a deep dish pepperoni pizza and a extra most bestest with extra Parm and garlic butter on top. The deep dish was hard as if it was over cooked. I was disappointed because they used to be good. I would only want those but every time I get them they are pretty nasty. I hate that they get so many orders and tend to push certain orders to the side and mess them up to appease the next. If I had to wait 35 mins I expect my pizza to be sauced up, cheese gooey and good. Rather than dry, hard just inedible.
Horrible service. Rude workers. The food wasn't cooked well AND they missed to provide a full order. I called the store to get a refund for the missed item (a pizza) and I was denied the refund because they didn't MISS to give more than one item. Where's their raise so they can keep messing up?
Ordered a classic pepperoni for my autistic son and it came out spicy I told the cashier and he told manager. Was talking over wouldn’t let me talk. I told to be careful cause kids eat this pizza and my son eats this every day they laughed and thought it was funny that my son was choking cause it was spicy. Very unprofessional laughing I was so pissed no respect I hope both cashiers get fired and that punk manager. Don’t come here atmosphere and employees are rude disrespectful worst place I have every purchased food!!!!
Call me crazy but I may not be a rocket scientist either but it takes like ten minutes to make a pizza these days from start to finish approximately give or take a few minutes. But to botch all the work in the last ten seconds when closing the pizza box makes absolutely no sense to me. It’s a complete lack of Eff’s given about my $17 spent on dinner.
My family placed a simple order with an “expected by” time of 8:05pm. I gave them a 7- 10 minute grace period just for them to tell me they needed a little more time. Then, I came back and an employee said my order just got put in the oven. WOW! I then try to wait patiently only to receive doughy, raw crazy puffs and a pizza that should have been ready 45 minutes prior. Sadly, I didn’t even walk out of Little Caesars until after 9pm. Do they not realize people’s time is valuable. I don’t know what happened to this establishment. This used to be our go-to spot for pizza. Now, it seems like they only have one valuable employee, and you’re not guaranteed to get her service. You guys really need to step it up, or move out of the way for employees that care and will come in and get the job done. The customer service here is very much so lacking. Management- when you see things going downhill, jump in and do something, even if you just show/act like you care. I spoke to a couple of other customers during my long wait that expressed the same issues I had. May you prosper from here- what you’re doing now isn’t working. Best of luck.
I ordered and they said it would be ready by 8:05pm. At 8:12pm, they said give them 5 more minutes. I went in 7 minutes later and they just started on my order. I sat there and watched everyone come in and leave right away with their orders. Was mine forgotten? I asked to speak to the manager, but he seemed to not care, pointing at another employee stating, “It’s this fools fault.” Really??? I guess the kiddos will have to find a new pizza place moving forward. Never again.
Their phone isn't ever working when I call them. I need to talk with a human there
The cashier let a lady bring back a pizza and then the cashier put the pizza back in the hot box to give to someone else. I told her about it and she did not know what to do about the pizza. Cross contamination.
They gave me someone else’s old pizza. I placed my order at 11:12 and was ready at 11:14. Pizza wasn’t fresh and was cold. Last time I come here. Please check your pizza before leaving.
If I could put no stars I would this location needs a revamp the staff is so mid.. they underbake the pizza, and the only way to order seems to be online which is unfortunate for when you want to pay cash.. I’d check the whole team and figure out what’s going on not taking phone orders is losing a big client base, as they forward every call instead of dog answering. The 7/11 across the street has better pizza at this point even more crispy and well cut.. 0/0
After viewing and reading the large display sign in the window, I step into little Cesar’s to purchase this “fanceroni pepperoni”. First issue, it wasn’t Hot And Ready like the display said between the hours of 4-8pm. Next issue, the cashier said the wait would be 10-15min, but it was 20. I received the pizza pictured which was nothing like it’s advertisement. I’m upset about the wait and the product especially because of the price attached. On the receipt there is no phone number to handle this matter privately. I will continue to search for a number to reach the manager. Little Cesar’s, honor your advertisement!! and after waiting longer than expected, I should not have had to check my pizza to see if you made it correctly. Do better! That’s all us consumers want! Thank you
I don't normally do this, but if you are missing something from an order, be sure to let your carrier know. Calling this particular restaurant is not possible. I called straight for an hour and there was no response. Just wanted to get a refund on a soda. I know that sounds strange, but imagine you have no money, no transportation, etc and you just got an 8$ pizza for 3$ and just wanted a drink. Totally not trying to sound like a Karen, but they do not have a phone number and customer service hung up on me multiple times. That is my only complaint, not that people pay attention to these anyway. More and more people will encounter the same problem and it will never go unsolved.
I ordered through the mobile app maybe 45 mins before heading to the stop, mind you, they had option for time you’ll be able to pick up so they had enough time. By the time I got there, they asked me to wait another 30 mins, like no. After a long day and expected for me to wait that long? No thank you. I asked for a refund and asked why, but like I ordered ahead a time for a reason. The 2 employees, I forgot their name, were really nice and apologized but I hear the rude manager or supervisor asking why I came from far to pick up pizza, like b*** don’t worry about why I’m in town or why I drove to town. Would never order from here again. Ave K has better service than this place!
