Yoshinoya has a very kindhearted staff, and they would ask how I was doing? And how do I like the food? The food was delicious and fresh tasting. And the service was great. I definitely will eat there again.

Was just in the restaurant and 1:25pm. Food server not exactly happy to take my order. Don’t blame her as she was alone during a rush. Only one cook. Why is this place so understaffed? Food however was excellent.

Food is always pretty good. They do go a little crazy with the teriyaki sauce on the chicken so I ask for it on the side now. I don't love that the beef is an extra charge. Just seems like a shady move to kinda sneak in an extra charge when they know people go there for the beef. It's called "BEEF bowl". Also, one MAJOR thing I hate about this place is the smell inside. They have some sort of plumbing issue because it smells like backed up sewage. Kinda gross. It smacks you right in the face as soon as you walk in. If it wasn't a comfort food for me I would just turn around and walk out once I smelled that.

Good but not great. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Food was "ok". Orange chicken is mildly spicy and teriyaki chicken has a good sweet flavor. Large bowl comes with a lot of rice to fill the container up. Not sure if that's a good thing. I explained this was my first visit and the cashier was happy to answer a few questions about the menu. Price is a few dollars more then expected, but with coupons through the mail and their app I was able to feed my family of 3 for 10 dollars. I'll be back but not anytime soon.

Atmosphere feels lacking food is delicious but everytime I order, I am always missing items always one or 2 bowls its my fault I don't pay attention when I am there but today alone when I ordered I was short two combo bowls a set of spring rolls and 2 cups. This isn't a rare occurrence at this store so please pay attention.

I ordered a combo XL with skinless teriyaki chicken and teriyaki ribeye (which both cost extra) and the chicken has skin on it, for an XL combo there was only one chicken breast cut up. For what it costs this is completely unacceptable. It’s hit or miss with the people back there cooking.

They attempted to charge me $1.50 extra for wanting a combo bowl with beef and chicken. I questioned it and ask why in the picture shows beef and chicken at $12.89 and she said it just shows the beef as an option but if you wanted it’s an extra charge of $1.50 which ridiculous. She said they are a franchise and can charge what they want. I ordered a chicken only combo bowl so I didn’t have to pay extra. I also cancelled a bottled water for which I was going to be charged $3.80 This place is abusing the prices.

The food was totally gross. Going to bring back that food tomorrow. The chicken was rubbery it was not fried like it was on the pictures and it seemed like it had been just sitting and they just served it to me that way. But you don't noodles were old too you can tell because they were hard and chewy. Who serves people food like that that is just really nasty.

Beware of this Yoshinoya, they have up charges that no other Yoshinoya has. You should not pay extra for their aconic meat for regular, large, or combo. They are ripping people off. Please do your research, or you will always overpay at this place. Corporate will be made aware. I definitely will not be giving away my money to this establishment or any other in the AV.

Taste the same as another Yoshinoya BUT this location (and other locations in AV) charge $1.50 extra for beef (not steak, the "regular" iconic Yoshinoya beef bowl beef). I didn't know it's just this location until recently I had a random conversation with my friends who does not live in AV. I was so pissed and felt scammed. No more Yoshinoya for me in AV.

How you gonna charge more for beef when that’s been your staple on the menu for forever? Owner should cut into their profit instead of passing the cost over to the customers. Haven’t ran into this issue at other locations outside of the AV.
