Original double with fries is always delicious. Best if ordered and eaten at the restaurant. Not the same if you take it home and reheat it. Just my opinion.

I had a great experience at the Freddy’s location in Laredo, Texas. I received excellent customer service from a gentleman named Jose — very polite and helpful throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be back! The only thing I’d mention is that the custards tasted a bit too salty for my liking, but that might just be a personal preference. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you, Jose!

Amazing food, it came out fresh the fries were nice and hot the burger was fresh and seasoned very well. We’ve been here many times dine and take out and it’s been amazing the workers and cooks greet you well and welcome you kindly. 5 stars just because everything about it was good.

Love Freddy’s fries. Burgers were awesome and had to try the tots. Managers came by and visit the table. Give this place a try, they don’t disappoint.

This place keeps becoming a favorite for not only myself but my family! If you think the meat is too thin then add another or two, that’s what I do… 4 layers! Must get tots with chili and cheese but ask for two little cups of cheese!

Food is AMAZING! Service is better than Chick-Fil-A (no offense). Didn't have to wait long for the food, came hot and if I wanted something extra like dipping sauce, etc. they were brought quickly. Rey the GM approached us to see how every was going and even sat to chat with us an explain small story about Freddy's and its creation. MOST DEFINITELY GOING BACK FOR MORE!!!

Great burger place with a very original twist compared to other chain restaurants. Since it recently opened, the place gets pretty crowded in both drive-thru and dine-in. We got the "Bacon & Cheese Double Steak burger" and the "Double Steak burger California style", both were pretty decent, also we asked for extra jalapeños and lettuce and they didn't charge it. The fries are very thin so they're very kid-friendly but for grownups is a bit stressing haha, anyway, we decided to upgrade one of the fries to be Chili Cheese Fries, but they were not as good as I expected, although might be just my palate. As dessert we got the PBC & B, which was very good, it comes with peanut butter Reese's and Banana, we shared between two parties since we didn't want to overshoot the calories. Speaking of calories, another thing worth to mention is that you can switch your bread and choose to wrap your burger in lettuce to reduce a bit the calories, which is also useful if you're doing Keto diet. They also have a Veggie burger but not sure if it's Vegetarian or Vegan as well, maybe I'll give it a try next time.

Opening day was packed, and the service was amazing, the food was quickly served and delicious, and everything was very clean. Will be coming back when I visit from out of state!

I was charged $5 on top of the combo price for a large order of the cheese curds. This is what was in my bag squashed under packets of ketchup. When I get this anywhere other than Laredo it is full, and the upgrade is half the price. The food was good, just not happy with this at all!

It was our first time to order at Freddy’s. We ordered chicken tenders and the combo double jalapeno burger. While the chicken tenders were seasoned tastefully and fried to their perfect crispness, the french fries though tasteful were thin, the burger was salty and the iced tea was too sweet. Hopefully next time that $19 meal will be more delightfully satisfying.
