10/10 Highly recommend coming to this Chilis location. Food. Atmosphere. Service. Laura the manager was so welcoming and kind. We have never experienced such great customer service here in Laredo. We don’t go out often due to poor service industry Laredo has. But I will continue to come back here. We were treated so well & want others to be able to experience her hospitality. Came to celebrate my stepson's elementary graduation at his favorite place here at Chili's on San Bernardo, and the hospitality and attention given by our waiter Jack and Manager Ms. Nix was stupendous! Food, drinks, and desert was delicious and the service provided was great!!

We love LAURA!! She's amazing! She saved my literal life one day with Tums after I had debilitating heartburn during my dinner at Chilli's. I had a drink on an empty stomach, that was my demise. She swooped in with some tums and helped me not have a trip to the ER, which I was sure I would need without her help. Everytime I come here, she reminds me that kindness matters and I will always remember her for that. Never let her go!

Had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to Samot, the bartender. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel welcome and taken care of. His drink recommendations were spot on. Even with a full bar, Samot kept the energy up, held great conversation, and gave top-tier service. You can tell he truly loves what he does. If you’re heading to Chili’s, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar when Samot’s working — he makes the whole experience unforgettable

There is no better Chili’s anywhere than this one in Laredo! The lady, probably the main manager, running it is great. She is always walking around serving people as if she was a waitress herself. That has to be the reason why this Chili’s is the best, excellent management. This is the best Chili’s I have ever been to anywhere. I’ve been a customer at this Chili’s for a long time. We are talking about over 15 years. Obviously, we have never had a problem at this location. That’s why we keep coming back. Service is always great, food is always excellent, and drinks are my favorite. I like The treatment that I get every single time I go. If it’s not the bartender Ruben, it’s one of the managers, Laura, who treats me like Family. Highly recommend this .

Fantastic family dinner and outstanding management! We had an amazing experience at Chili’s tonight! The atmosphere was great. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff treated us with incredible kindness. I have to give a special shout-out to the manager Laura. It was such a pleasure, watching her move through the restaurant. She was on top of everything while treating her staff was so much respect. Her leadership release sets the tone for the whole place. My son said the burgers are fantastic, and my other son Couldn’t stop raving about his steak - It was cooked perfectly. Honestly, you can’t ask for anything more. We left full and happy. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great experience here today! My family and I like to have options when going out to eat but it seems that every other time we always choose Chilis! My wife always gets the tenders, one kid loves the mini burgers from the kids meal, while the other enjoys the 6oz sirloin steak! As for me, can’t go wrong with the Triple Dipper. And for dessert, we all share the Molten Lava Cake…. delicious!

The Baby Back Ribs at Chili’s are so good. The meat is super tender, the BBQ sauce tastes amazing, and the whole thing is just really satisfying. Also, the servers are super nice, they’re really friendly and make the whole experience even better!!!

Every bite was delicious, and the entire experience made for a truly enjoyable lunch date. Just sat at the bar and had a 6$ margarita it was ok. Switched to the presidente 1800 and it was much better.

Seated quickly on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad. Nice amount of chicken. Very tender. Great flavor. Could have used more lettuce. Fantastic service. UPDATE: House Side Salad wasn't too bad. They could put less cheese. The ranch dressing was very good.

The experience I had at the restaurant overall was great. My first impression was that it felt a little unwelcoming. The hosts doesn't sound very comfortable while greeting us. The gentleman could have just been nervous. He was helpful later in the story. We had a table for six, and the light fixtures were flashing over our heads, which was distracting. I asked the hosts to switch us tables. He was quick and nice enough to handle the issue. Which made me feel comfortable overall. He had changed the light setting, which stopped the flashing light. The atmosphere was a little confusing, to say the least. The songs that played did not fit at all. I can only assume they had customer select the music. Other than that, it didn't seem too bad. The servers at the restaurant were on fire, attending to us every feel minutes. Very respectful and understanding. We had ordered some margaritas, which came out amazing. I ordered an appetizer that came with wings, material sticks, and some type of egg rolls. I definitely recommend you try them. You can't compare them to any other. My family ordered their food, and everything came out amazing. I had the half rack of ribs, which are to die for. I have yet to find a restaurant that can make ribs that good. I know chili's has been around for some time, and some may have had back experience in the past. With the current team and managing staff, you will away have a great experience, and they will handle any issue you may have in a professional manner. I look forward to eating there again. The good: The Bacon Ranch Burger packed some great flavour. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our cocktails were delicious. Choc cookie for dessert was okay. The not so good: Service was okay. Our table as well as other tables around us got the wrong orders or missing items on orders. In the end, the Manager corrected it and apologized. When we entered, we had to report a huge puddle of water on the inside at the entrance as there was no sign to warn anyone of this slip hazard.

We showed up on a rainy afternoon. The hostess took my name and phone number and the host that was next to her interrupted us and came up asked us to wait outside because we couldn't be inside. The…

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Chili’s and will never be returning. I ordered a steak medium well, but when it arrived, it was completely overcooked—dry and well done. I sent it back, and when the second steak came out, it was still overcooked, just with more butter on top. At this point, I had to get a manager involved, and they agreed to remake it again. When the third steak arrived, I cut it straight down the middle—one portion was well done, another was medium well, and the last part was rare. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. To make matters worse, they actually tried to charge me for all three steaks that they messed up. The final straw? I ended up with food poisoning later that night. This was by far one of the most disappointing and frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place!

Waited 40 minutes in the parking lot for dessert. Went in and it was sitting there and I still had never received a text saying it was done The lava cake had no lava. It was hard (completely solid, had to bang my spoon in annd it still didn’t break) and cold. Very disappointing

My co workers and I ordered a to go order and decided to eat there so we can get drinks. And server Roman took our drinks and charged our to go order and never came back to attend to our table. He left us to eat our meal with no drink. He would pass and make faces at us. Asked a different server to get us drinks and attend us with kindness and respect. Spoke to manager Juan Carlos and couldn’t explain why they made the environment so uncomfortable. It’s disrespectful that they assumed we wouldn’t tip, if we planned to tip when we paid tab for our drinks. Very unfortunate our lunch was attended very unprofessional. Felt uncomfortable, unwelcome and a bother. 😩
