First time here. We ordered the 3 of a kind and the blackened chicken. The chicken was so good, we loved it. The staff was friendly and we will definitely be back. Update, we went back the following weekend and we ended up getting the blackened chicken breast combo with two sides. We wanted to try something different so we ordered the potato salad and the coleslaw. I definitely enjoy the coleslaw and the potato salad was good the first couple bites but my fiance added salt and pepper and it was much better. Will be back again.

We visited for lunch and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad w/Ranch. The chicken was crispy on the outside and the buffalo sauce is delcious. It was a nice day so we sat on the patio. The service was great.

Decent chain, although the other location I went to was much more lively and had better service. Overall the food was well prepared and delicious, service could have stepped up a bit as it wasn't very busy

This is a very good bar food restaurant with good service, but two of us must eat Gluten Free and it was difficult to find safe items on the menu. They did not have GF buns.

The staff are nice. The food was good had the Diablo Chicken. Only knock and reason I came was I saw a picture with a Guinness tap but definitely the wrong glass. This picture shows was served in a drink glass not a beer glass. I do give credit the glass was clean from the look of the foam sheeting on the glass

This is my favorite neighborhood bar. It's always fun to eat there. The food is good and everyone is so friendly. Always has a great variety of beers on tap.

The food was good. My sandwich was a little too salty for my taste but it was still good. The club sandwich was very good as was the potato salad. The fries were hot and crispy. They were not very attentive to refilling the soda which was a disappointment when the sandwich was a little too salty.

We got in to Phoenix and we were hungry. Found Lucky Lou's on Google so we decided to give it a go. Glad we did. Wide open menu, lots of options. Good beer selection, bar pours if you want it. Lots of locals, which is a good sign. It was busy but we got a booth right away. Our waitstaff was great and very nice. Food was very good. I can see why it is popular.

A generally fine luncheon experience. Busy. Luncheon specials. Very good New England Clam Chowder. Good burger and the onion rings were spectacular - fresh, crunchy, and the onion inside was not stringy. Chicken breast sandwich on a wheat bun was okay, seemed like more bun than chicken. Don't forget to ask for a condiment on it. House salad as a side had lots of lettuce. May be worth a second visit.

Oh my, let me tell you about the delicious fried pickles. The batter is amazing. Its like eating a chicken sandwich with a pickle, but no bread. Amazing. I had the Fried Shrimp basket appetizer, with the same batter - large shrimp- very good. My friend DM had a Southwest chicken sandwich and fries that was very tasty! Small cozy place, tv's up, bar area, seating indoor & outdoor. The wait staff was very friendly. They didn't mention a change in side would be an upcharge, so I was surprised at the bill. I should have read the menu more thoroughly. Will definitely be back.

The food was on point. Except the kraft mac and cheese. Come on now, step up you mac and cheese game. It's a bar, ain't nobody 12 yrs old. The Philly was done right, the fries and the steak kabob were nice as well. Just hope you get a more pleasant waitress.

Usually the food is good here(only been 3 other times to this location) so I brought a friend that never went and unfortunaly me raving about the place ended up being a bust. the food took a while to arrive for a fried chicken sandwich/ fries and turkey melt with potato salad..then arrived barely warm. chicken wasnt cooked enough for the batter to be crunchy it was kind of greasy..fries were super salty barely ate them and were pretty much cold like they have been sitting a while. My friend's turkey melt bread was over toasted practically burnt and was barely warm.It was disappointing.but we were enjoying catching up that we didn't bring it to the waitress attention as she seemed busy and really wasn't super personable/friendly to begin with. So didn't seem like she'd really care if I complained.I may try another location next time.Sadly

FED MOLDY CHEESE(see pictures) As a person who has worked in the food industry for 5+ years there are steps taken every single day by staff/mangers to ensure this doesn't happen. I understand things happen like over cooked food, under cooked food, an accidental hair in your food but MOLDY food product?! This is not acceptable. What is also alarming is how the manager who was staffed yesterday (4/9/22 approximately 2-3pm) handled the whole situation. This was made aware to him and his response was “ let me throw this out, do you want more garlic parmesan sauce?” Their was no motivation to make the situation better, never heard an apology nor the courtesy of comping items off our bill. As a server, I would be mortified if this happened to my guest and would ensure the customer was taken care of properly as well as made sure my manager took care of them properly. Lucky Lou’s has lost a loyal customer who has been coming here for 3+ years now.
