Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert

Great place to visit whether you are a Dierks fan or not. Try the sandwiches, the sliders and the cocktails. I've not had a bad one. Lots of beers on tap too. Was told that photography is not allowed inside so I had to delete the nicer photos. I guess it's for privacy and to prevent copycat bars.

This place is amazing! I went for the first time on a Wednesday night - so it was not very packed. I have seen photos from weekends where the place is standing room only. The service was extremely quick and the food delicious. The music was a little loud for conversation, but overall, I loved it. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend you check it out.

Wow, I'm impressed with this place! First time we ever visited this upscale, trendy, and hip place. Location: This place is located in the heart of Old Town Gilbert. They are located to the left/north of Topo and Joe's BBQ. They are right across the street from Positinos. Atmosphere: Live band and live music. Today they had 4 people up on the stage playing country like Jonny Cash. The live music we guitar players and one singer. They were actually really good and created a great vibe for the place. It was really busy but no long waits in line. Service: Excellent service! Our waitress was diligent and we never had to wait on her. She was constantly coming around to check on our table but not in an annoying way. Food: I ordered the Chicken and waffles which I've never tried before in my entire life. I was not disappointed. It had lots of different taste and I'm glad I ordered it here. Oh, they have this really awesome area right in front where you can eat, drink, and play games. This is an excellent place to bring kids, eat great food, and really enjoy a different and popular fun atmosphere! We will be back again!

There was a musician playing acoustic music when we got there. The bar was a bit loud but tolerable for my wife. We had drinks and the brisket nachos and loaded fries, and all was great. Highly recommended, especially for the younger crowd.

Great atmosphere- loves the games. Stopped in for a few drinks and while they were grossly understaffed she did the best she could. I enjoyed the spring doing beverage. We’ve been looking for something with our son Dierks name on it so we had to stop here! Should have purchased a hat for him but didn’t! There’s some cool merchandise available.

We stopped here for about an hour for a drink before our dinner. Our drinks did take a really long time to get ordered but our server was still very nice. Could definitely see this place getting pretty crowded and lively later in the night.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Wish they sold their jackets tho! Lol Fish and Chios were awesome not greasy. And the turkey wrap was bomb. Also took home Mac n cheese and unlike many other places this was still creamy when warmed up the next day! Will be back soon.

Was there for late lunch during the week. The food was much better than I expected and the staff.... well, let's just say that they were very pleasant to look at while also being good at their jobs.

Had an excellent experience at this location! Every time I go it’s a great time! Sarah, Logan, and Matt provide great service ! They let me put the sound on for the World Series! Great food on Happy hour too!!

My husband and I came in this past Friday night for dinner and to listen to the live music. Our server Aurora was very attentive and suggested the best drinks, considering I don’t like the taste of alcohol. We will be back!

Hubby and I went for dinner on a Friday and were seated quickly. Decent selection of beers and unique house cocktails. I ordered the Backstage Marg with muddled jalapeño, but it lacked any jalapeño flavor and included all the seeds. The Blue Cheese & Bacon Slider had a juicy, perfectly seasoned patty, buttered rolls, and yummy blue cheese. Tennesee Hot Slider was actually spicy but chicken was overcooked. Garlic fries had fresh crushed garlic - so good! Cajun Ceasar Salad lacked Cajun flavor, but was still a good Ceasar Salad. Hot wings could've cooked for longer and we asked our server what the spiciest sauce would be and she suggested mango habanero - we ended up asking for a side of buffalo after tasting how sweet it was and no spice. Our server was so nice and checked on us frequently. Will definitely be back for the delicious burger sliders and fries.

Had no food. We got a table for my sister's birthday and service was good.

Lunch on a Friday was met with a wide open restaurant, super comfortable, great atmosphere and the staff was great. Food was good, truffle burger was a little heavy handed with the truffles. The 4 star rating comes from the lack of a lunch menu, prices seemed a little excessive.

Very neo-american bar with decent food and drink choices, live music that plays mostly country style. The manager sits a top a booth that overlooks the restaurant and personally came over to check in. Cocktails weren't breaking any records but 9/10 for atmosphere, would love to see healthier options on the menu into the future

Spent new years here. Luckily, we got there early and stayed til new year. We ordered food that was nothing great. Typical bar type food. Garlic fries were ehhh, regular fries were way better. Southern fries were ok. Had good flavor. Wings were typical wings. As it became later, the lines became stupid long for the bathroom, bar, and entry to the club. Live bands were decent, but DJ was way better. All in all, it was a good time

Great country atmosphere. I went at happy hour and it wasn't crowded but it was ramping up as we left. Fried pickles were good and served in combo with cheese curds. Not much service at the tables but the bartender took care of everything.

We went on a Saturday afternoon, so I can't imagine what it would be like if it were busier. Service was terrible. The bar wasn't well kept. The bathrooms were a mess. Prices are high, and Dierks Bently should be ashamed. - NEW VISIT: I decided to give it another go. Maybe it was a fluke the first time, way better experience the 2nd time around. Fast service and knowledgeable bar tenders. I will definitely go back for a 3rd time.

Great service and an overall enjoyable experience at Whiskey Row! However, one thing I’d love to see improved is their ice selection. As someone who enjoys whiskey on the rocks, I prefer a large ice cube or ice rock that melts slowly and keeps the drink from getting watered down. Surprisingly, for a place called Whiskey Row, they only use small ice cubes that melt far too quickly. It’s a minor critique, but upgrading to proper whiskey ice would make the experience even better!

Visited this bar on a Friday night. The bar is a very nice bar. Beautiful the main thing was the band could have been a bit better. Music was not really dance music being a fan of country music I would think it would be better. The drinks were way over priced nobody showed up for the vip tables it didn't look like a lot people were spending money. I would highly recommend coming back if they improved there drink prices . Maybe better country music bands they can get to proform.

Music so loud that you have to shout to have a conversation with a person sitting directly next to you. Plus TVs all on which is fine, but adults can watch TV and tell what's going on without the volume, .But the volume is up so high , it's blaring. I wont be back. Sorry Dierks.

Food meh, Had worse, had better. My companion said her buffalo chicken wrap was really good. My Mac and cheese was ok. The taste was good but not much cheese. Not ooey gooie at all. We did enjoy the spinach artichoke appetizer. However, we ran out of chips and there was an additional fee for more. Come on Dierk's, do better. Bottom line, I felt I paid a lot of money for what was just ok. Be warned, incredibly loud, luckily it wasn't too busy. Won't be going back.

Even though we had an unpleasant experience at the one in Memphis, the wife and I decided to give this one a try for an early lunch. The place has a lot of potential. Nice layout and seems like a nice atmosphere. We just had the brisket nachos and a couple of cold beers. The staff was really nice but the service was really slow. Also, it was a breezy spring day, here in the Valley, and the had all the windows open. When we asked if we could close one they suggested we just move to a different table. We did but it didn’t help. The finally closed one window after some other customers complained. The nachos were really good, once the finally showed up, but only for the first few bites because got cold fast. It wasn’t a good day to have so many windows open. Surprising that they didn’t recognize that since several people mentioned it. We won’t need to go back. 😟

We stopped by while we were in town, and I ordered the fish and chips. The coleslaw had a spicy kick--I'm not sure what was in it, but it made my tongue sting. I finished one piece of the fish, which was pretty salty, and the fries were crispy and tasty. But after the coleslaw, my mouth was still burning, so I only ate a few fries and didn't touch the second piece of fish. On a brighter note, the music was really good! The musician played a couple of my favorite songs, which made the atmosphere really enjoyable. Our server, Londyn, was incredibly sweet and attentive--she was definitely the highlight of our visit, along with the music.

I had met a bunch of coworkers here. In order to reserve a table for all of us I had to do a reserve of $400 for 12 people. I have never had to do this before so it was a new experience for me. I am not sure why the people at my table couldn't pay for their own items with an accumulative of food for the table and drinks. I met the reserve but I had to pay for everything. I have venmo and could get money from each and every one of the people that were there, and I have no problem and trust me everybody that was invited. I don't feel that as a customer I should have to do their baking for them. I'm not comfortable with ever doing that again. Food was okay atmosphere was fine. I wasn't able to see the games as well as I thought I would and they weren't as busy as I thought they would be. The staff was courteous and very attentive. With as many Venues, restaurant, and bars in this area I'm not quite sure I'm ever doing this again. The place was fairly clean, but it was very humid on the side we were in. Not sure if I'll go back with a group ever again. Too many choices in the area!

We had a good time. The service was totally fine. Food was a little bland for me, just so so. Drinks are expensive and the atmosphere was buzzing. We got in around 7pm and waited 25 min for a table. Obviously this place is for drinking and dancing. For that sports fans, I must go there at 10pm. Probably get 5 stars for that.

Great spot for a completely average chain dining experience! The two bartenders on shift when I was there were on top of their game. Food is elevated Applebee's. This place can only be successful in family suburban locations and even then every place around it has a line and a 30 minute wait while this place is mostly empty. Hope they stay in business! Extensive beer selection, I liked that, even though the beers were all pretty run-of-the-mill selections. Lots of hazy IPA and American lagers. You should go here with a large group and play all the games on their patio. But only if OHSO is too crowded to get a table.

Came in with my best girlfriends for a bachelorette celebration. Music was UNBELIEVABLE. I think the singer’s name was Casey (can’t remember last name) but wow! Amazing voice, and not bad to look at 😂 Food was pretty good, did not care for the manager girl. Blonde, didn’t catch her name but was not nice at all. But our server was super friendly.

As a first time customer, I'm not impressed. If you come here for the wings, dont. You're better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings. Come here for the atmosphere/scenery, not the food.

If you want a young crowd, club scene, this is it. Not really a country bar unless you know there will be a country band playing for sure. 2 of us on our tab, and they automatically added 22% gratuity to the bill when they brought it, so make sure to check. For 2 can seltzers, 1 old fashioned, and 1 tap Coors light it was over $50 and the DJ played random music. Check out the Stillery in Chandler if you're looking for a country bar like we were. Wanted to do some swing and line dancing but nothing ever came on, so we left.

Went for wife's birthday. Started off good with a couple drinks. Ordered sliders & onion rings. Burned onion rings, a 15+ minute wait for a replacement, and not a single offer to fix the bill. I guess customer service here is “optional.” If you’re hungry and like waiting while eating charred food, this might be your spot. Won't return...............

Nice roadhouse style restaurant/ bar. Issue we had was with their happy hour specials. They advertise 1/2 price appetizers but the actual appetizer is half the size so it’s a bit of a scam. Same with some of their drinks.

This is my second and last time ever darkening the doorways of this establishment! I show up at 9:10 PM to pick up my wife who is inside with some friends from work celebrating a low-key Bachelorette send-off for a co-worker. They are all teachers mind you and I have been called to pick them up because they have all been severely over served by the staff and are too inebriated to take an Uber or Lyft. I explain to the situation to the Security manager working the front door and he said I was not allowed to be escorted inside to ensure their tab was settled and get them home safely and that I would have to wait in this line that was around the block! I explained that the music was too loud for me to reach her on the phone and that she is being over-served and needs to be cut off and at the least notified that her husband is there waiting for her and her party of friends and coworkers.... The 5'7 inch security guard then gets aggressive towards me as I was pleading with him to please escalate this to a manager and he said I would need to wait in line to get in and the wait is currently 45-60 minutes and if I didn't get out of the way of the exit he and his over aggressive co-bouncers were going to physically move me.... I am standing on a public sidewalk while this mental midgette threatens me physically in front of potential patrons... I then notified Gilbert Police and magically she was escorted to the front door... The line would not fit in the camera and the gentleman with beard and back to the camera was the (security Manager)... My wife was sick and vomited in the parking lot and our car and was later taken to the emergency room ... I hold her (my wife) responsible for drinking too much and normally would just keep this whole embarrassing story to myself but when I have not even changed out of my work attire and have to drive to downtown Gilbert to do the responsible thing and come across the type of people that work here, I feel a responsibility to report what happens when you give someone with little to no experience or training or education a little bit of authority.... Someone could have easily died , gotten hurt, arrested , or God knows what.... Just a little bit professionalism and courtesy can go a long ways...

There was a 25 minute wait to get in because it was full. Imagine the surprise when there was almost no one inside. At least you could listen to the band outside. The problem is it was not a band at all. The only one playing was the drummer. Most everything was pre-recorded. The drummer was playing it from his laptop. At that point, I would think the vocals were also lip-synced. I would have expected much more from a location like this. The band was Georgia Chrome. As the members seem to play in multiple bands, it leads me to believe they are all pre-recorded. The Chadwicks, Rock Lobster and others that they play in. I would expect live music from a venue like this.

The food was bad and so was the service, the band was great!... I booked a reservation for a party of 6 for Sept 18th we showed up with a party of 8, the place was empty, we waited about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge our presence, then they told us they could not find the hostess, and apologized. The band was amazing, fun vibe... Anyhow, It took 10 minutes, for anyone to take our drink order and we waiting over 30 minutes for someone to take our food order, and when they did they did, they only took half the tables order. When we finally got our food, it was not of the quality and presentation it has been in the past, it was awful, I attached a picture of the spinach salad, barely any chicken, and very very hard candied pecans, actually there were no pecans, just hard candy, the berries were mushy. I asked all my guest how their meals were, and no one had anything good to say., a few comments on the food - the steak was raw, the grilled cheese was marginal and the sampler plate was too spicy to eat, I tried one of the chicken wings, and they had an old/leathery consistency. So, my story. I had been here before and the food was good, services was on time and accommodating. THIS time, the hostess was no where to be found, they did not have the table set up, which was fine, but I had a reserved a table a week in advance, very disappointing, not sure what has changed, the atmosphere felt as if they were short staffed and the food did not appear fresh. UPDATE…. I want to share the management contacted me and apologized for the marginal service ,and they looked into the root cause. I do want to let you know, they did do everything to correct the bad experience- it could’ve been a one time situation, and I would go back and give them a second chance.

Understaffed, rude, food mediocre at best. Ordered Fish and chips , fish was burnt and greasy. Wife’s burger was overcooked. The drinks were poorly made (amateurish) and EXPENSIVE . $14 dollars for a bad old fashioned. Not many reasons to give them another chance.

After our friend’s wedding they wanted to keep the party going. A group of 12 of us decided we would meet at whiskey row. While in line, a long haired red head male approached us about getting a table since it was a big group of us. We mentioned how late it was and we were still waiting on the bride and groom as well. He said to let him know what we decide after talking for a few minutes with our group. 30 minutes later, we make it to the front where we are told the boys were out of dress code and could not get in and the red head says UNLESS we buy a table. Why would they be allowed to go in if we purchased a table but not if we didn’t? It’s in the same building after all. This could have been mentioned to us 30 minutes prior when the red head was asking if we wanted a table in the first place and to use something like that to his advantage to try to force us into a table is beyond ridiculous. People will do anything for money instead of providing better customer service. Let me be clear, the issue isn’t their dress code policy- it’s the simple fact this red head spoke to us for 5 minutes and saw what the men were wearing to then tell us, after 30 minutes of waiting in line, they were out of dress code but could get in if we purchased a table! Do better.

This bar is embarrassing. Visited this bar after a 9 year hiatus and let me tell you just drink at home. As a woman that waited in line to enter a bar full of drunk men. The only women in the establishment were bartenders. Got hustled out of 27 dollars on my first drink. Paying cash here? Dont do it unless you like to get robbed. On stage? All men! If you want a sausage fest come to whiskey row! Don't waste your time.

SCAMMERS!! I opened a tab and had two beers, come back to close out and bartender rang me up for a total of $110 I asked why? Smug guy with glasses and grin behind the bar tells me my friend I was with was putting other multiple drinks on my tab?? I was there alone?? Absolutely do not use your card here they will scam you and proceed to gaslight you 😭 go to champions or joyride literally anywhere else this place sucks. Lots of other bars that won’t steal from you blatantly in the area
