Came I this AM! Was helped by Kensi . Let me tell you how amazing and professional she was . Her customer service is hard to find these days . She smiles and very helpful and she made sure I liked my drink before I left . Cause I told her I don’t like a lot of milk in my coffee and she said how about we do an Americano ? I said let’s do it ! She made it and gave me extra love with the sprinkles ! Kensi keep up that great customer . You deserve a raise or to be in management!

Starting your day off right at Scooter's Coffee is a joy, especially with their everything bagel topped with spicy sausage, Gouda cheese, and egg. Pair it with a refreshing wild berry smoothie, and you have the perfect morning boost. My daughter absolutely loves stopping by Scooter's before school—it's a highlight of her day. I have gone a handful of different times now and have really enjoyed every drink I’ve gotten! The strawberry banana smoothie, Caramelicious with cold foam & the waffle sandwich are to ride home about!! Seriously impressed by everything. Usually coffee shop muffins/ cinnamon rolls are dry but WOW the muffins are delicious and I even grabbed some cinnamon rolls to bring to my office! The service is so friendly and fast and the outdoor seating area is awesome. So glad to have this new shop in the neighborhood!

They always get my order right me. The waffle sandwich is delicious. The people there are friendly and sweet. Love that you can order at the sign there so you don't have to remember what you want.

Tried this place Today and I was really impressed with your Carmel blended drink. The price is easily 2.00+ Dollars cheaper than Black Rock, Starbucks and Gravity. The smoothness of the coffee was good no aftertaste like a lot of new shops are doing. We really liked your sliding doors. Not this is my first time here. The only thing I would change is the extremely confusing coffee price breakdown.

Stopped in 12 min after they opened on the first day! Got a caramelicious, cinnamon roll and sausage burrito. Everything was really good, including the customer service. Try this place out.

This little hidden gem was a great find. We had caramel ice coffee, mango smoothie and matcha smoothie with a little breakfast burrito. All very good, prompt and polite service. Will vosot again.

Because I had to place a larger order in advance, I was contacted directly by the owner to ensure that everything would be perfect the next day. Believe me, it was! Kennedy L and Richie L hand-delivered my order to my car a few minutes early and the items were prepared exactly according to my order. Finally, the food and drinks were expertly crafted and delicious!

I just tried Scooters for the first time because I saw they have desert pear, which no one tends to have. The woman at the speaker was very nice and helpful and my drink was only $3 for a medium green tea, not to mention it tastes delicious 🥹 I will definitely be back!

This my favorite spot to get an iced matcha latte right after my toddlers swimming lessons. Add in vanilla and it's a dream made in heaven. For some reason it hits better than Starbucks. Their spicy sausage burrito is interesting in a good way. It has this sort of gravy or creamy sauce in it that made the small burrito tasty. It was unexpected but I enjoyed it. My husband loves their black coffee. He's not a coffee expert by any means but he knows what he likes which also includes their waffle sandwich. The menu is easy to read, the drive through is simple to navigate but is tucked away between the break shop and a building of retail/dining spots. The staff there have been nothing but pleasant thus far.

There are a lot of other alternative coffee places in the area so it is very important for the employees to give the best service they can. The customer experience and final product is very important. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very exciting and my coffee was watery.

I returned to the window to address the issue and requested a replacement, kindly asking for an upgrade to a cold brew as a courtesy for the inconvenience. However, the employee at the window refused to upgrade my drink without charging me extra. The replacement drink also had an excessive amount of half-and-half, almost as if it was primarily half-and-half with a splash of coffee. Despite expressing my concerns, the employee seemed indifferent and failed to provide any resolution. The overall customer service experience was extremely poor. I was incredibly disappointed, especially considering I was trying to support a local business. This level of service is unacceptable and frankly, I will be returning to Starbucks across the street. It seems Scooters Coffee is struggling financially if they cannot afford to rectify their own mistakes.

My one-year-old daughter and I consumed three bites of the Bacon Gouda Egg Bites before I discovered what appeared to be a cooked scorpion within the food. Alarmed, I immediately sought confirmation from my husband and a friend, both of whom agreed it was indeed a scorpion. Concerned for my daughter’s safety, I took her to a doctor to ensure she had not been exposed to any toxins. Following this incident, I notified Scooter’s corporate office and received an email response from the franchise owner, Matt. He dismissed my concern, claiming the object was simply “burnt cheese.” When I requested a phone call to discuss the matter, he was immediately defensive, suggesting I was only seeking compensation, which is not my intent. My primary concern is ensuring that this does not happen to another customer, as it poses a serious health hazard. If there is a possible infestation or contamination issue at this location, it should be addressed immediately to prevent further risk. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously, investigated properly, and that steps be taken to ensure food safety standards are being met. Pictures are attached for reference.

Bought a $7+ smoothie, and got two "large" waters. Used a dollar off coupon and my bill was still $8.35. Turns out they charged me $1 a piece for the waters. Remind me to go to Starbucks next time.

Ordered a blended sugar free caramellious. It tasted like blended ice with water. I’m not sure if they put too much ice/water without any espresso/caramel or the flavor itself is like that but it tasted like water. Not worth it
