BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Summerlin

Whenever I visit fam in Summerlin, this is one of those places where we always go for a family dinner. Always packing a crowd, wait times arent too bad. The menu is extensive so we can always agree on something that makes it an enjoyable meal. Local beers on tap is always a plus too🤙My fam always wants the sauce or dressing on the side and our servers are always willing to do the separation of sauces that keeps them happy and coming back. Ordered avocado egg rolls to share and a french dip. Cant skip the famous pizookie deserts 😄 White Chocolate Macadamia to share👍 Food, service and location always has us coming back....5 stars.

Seasonal cinnamon roll pizookie dessert is it. Great happy hour options with weekly specials as wells as meal deals. there are alot of offers that can get you quality food with a little deal. 👌 Will.come back service was great. To take advantage of happy hour offers you must sit in the bar area.

A local gem! We don’t drink but appreciated the extensive brew options. We both really enjoyed our salads and protein though and this would be our go-to location if we lived there! Nice professional vibe of a well-run machine!

Best server in town ! He is amazing and I wish we could have him an our server every time! He even boxed our pizzas and everything

We came here because it was my daughter’s birthday. Our first time here. I made a reservation over the phone. The food was delicious. Our server Brian was really nice and gave us free Pizookie Trio with a birthday candle. It was really nice even just me and my two teens. Thanks again.

Went to BJ's yesterday for happy hour. The service was great and the food was delicious! I can't get over how amazing the avocado egg rolls were. The avocados were so creamy, the egg rolls were crispy and flaky and the sweet tamarind sauce was a great addition. I also ordered broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. The sourdough bowl was toasted on the outside and the top tasted like garlic bread. Delicious! Wednesday is loaded burger day so others in my party got those. They come with unlimited fries too for only $11! They ordered a cheeseburger, bacon guacamole deluxe, and hickory brisket burger. Signed up previously for the rewards program so also got a free salted caramel pizookie. Yum! Everything we tried is highly recommended.

My first time at BJ’s and it was an amazing experience! The BBQ ribs are amazing, the prices are great and the service that Marc gave us was Beyond exceptional. Thank you Marc we will be back soon.

August 2024 Dined here again. It was great. Dan our server was the same person from our last visit. He was cheerful as ever, friendly and attentive. Asian chopped salad and the lunch special strawberry chicken salad were delicious. We lunched here after watching the VGK practice. It is across the street from CNA arena on Charleston Blvd. Lots of parking with handicap access. This was our first time here. We had a friendly greeting at the entrance. The receptionist who seated us was very cheerful. Interior is nice and relaxing. The booth seating was in the bar section and comfortable. Our server Dan was great. He was attentive, friendly and patient. The wait time to be served was under 10 minutes. The meal was excellent. I ordered their new lunch special $12 strawberry field salad. It was fresh and delicious. It's my new fav. Hubby ordered his favorite chicken chopped salad. The quality hasn't changed. Delicious as ever. We will certsinly revisit.

My fiancé and I love coming to BJ's for a casual date night. We happen to come on a Tuesday and realized that they had a $3 Tuesday pizookie deal!!! We had some mozzarella sticks off their Happy Hour menu which were great!!! They were warm, crispy, and cheesy. I really enjoyed dipping them in ranch. My fiancé got the Fish Tacos and I got the Ribeye. I love their Ribeye. It's season deliciously. Always perfectly cooked the way I like. The roasted broccoli was especially good. It had a little crisp to it which gave it a lot of texture. Overall my meal was great! My fiancé said his tacos were really good. He did eat it all up. I took a bite and the chipotle they put on the tacos are really good! Also I loved the fish. It tasted fresh. There wasn't a fish taste to it at all. BJ's is always really clean and the service is great. Our waiter never let us have empty drinks and he always checked in on us.

Samantha was an amazing server and she is definitely serving!!! We had a wonderful experience celebrating my Dad’s Birthday. It’s nice to see such kindhearted and genuine humans like her! Definitely 💯 a great dinner at BJs🎂🥰🍽️🥳Summerlin

If I could give six stars for service, I would. Marc went above and beyond for us tonight! He was the picture of hospitality, and knew this restaurant like the back of his hand. He caught every little thing that could make our night better, before we knew we wanted it ourselves. His kindness and attention made our farewell party for my father into an evening to remember.

I always have great service here but today was even better! Marc was so nice and checked in on us a lot. Even though it was busy he made sure to do that. Our food and everything came out pretty quick too.

Our waiter Marc made our dinner experience wonderful. He was prompt and attentive but not overly distracting. Loved the moment!

Service with Marc was awesome! Even though the Pink Cadillac is no longer on the drink menu he figured a way for me to enjoy me to enjoy one. He was quick and sufficient!

Mark is an excellent host! We had a very good lunch and he was very attentive without being overbearing! Recommend BJ's 100%! p.s. Bring back the root beer wing glaze!

Our waiter, Marc, was the highlight of our dining experience. He was courteous, thoughtful and very friendly, especially to my little kids.

Our server was amazing! We were at table 613 and our server was always right on time for refills and bringing food and checking on us. I didn’t catch his name but he’s a twin and gave us an incredible experience! Ik excited to come again with hopes of him as my server. A tip was left.

Marc at the bar was great, he made us feel welcome and took care of us like if we were the only ones at the bar. Exceptional attention and went above and beyond, his service was the best we have experienced in a long time.

Marc was a great server, everything came out on time and he was very sociable. the waiters always manage to elevate my experience at this BJs. I prefer this one over the one on rainbow solely for this. Even when it’s busy, the waiters are accommodating and polite.

Marc was SO AMAZING. Seriously was such a busy night and he was so on top of refills, making sure we had everything we needed, and went out of his way to make my sister’s birthday special. Best experience I’ve had at BJ’s

The food was great as always. The alcohol selection is better than anywhere else. Highly recommend the prickly pear lemonade and the hard root beer for those with a sweet tooth. The absolute best part of our visit was our server Marc. He was absolutely amazing. Not just the best server we've ever had here but the best server we've ever had anywhere. Overall amazing experience and we will be back!

We are incredibly grateful to BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse for taking such wonderful care of our group during a very meaningful and emotional gathering. We had a large party of about 50 guests coming together after the loss of a loved one, and from start to finish the team at BJ’s was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Christina, who helped arrange everything ahead of time. She was understanding, communicative, and thorough, explaining all of our options clearly and making the planning process easy during a difficult time. On the day of the event, our servers Cara and Monique were absolutely fantastic. You truly couldn’t ask for better service. They were attentive without being intrusive, patient with a large group, and consistently warm and professional. We chose the buffet menu with an entrée (chicken alfredo), added an extra entrée (spaghetti and meatballs) and wings, and the value was extremely reasonable. The food was great and plentiful, but what really made this experience stand out was the people. The care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the BJ’s team meant more to us than we can easily put into words. Thank you very much to everyone at BJ’s for helping make a difficult day just a little bit easier. We won’t forget it.

Haven’t been to BJ’s for a few years now, but my girlfriend and cousin met up with some friends at the restaurant tonight. Was being served by Marc. Even though he had a few extra tables to wait on including our party of 11, he was on top of it from the beginning to the end. Thank you so much to Marc for such excellent service. 10 out of 10, would come back again for the food and the outstanding service.

We had Mark as our server and he was amazing. I got the steak wedge salad and my friend got the meatball pasta. Everything tasted so good, I love the steak wedge salad. At first it wasn’t cooked to my liking and he got it fixed immediately with no issues. Thank you mark! :)

This was the perfect last meal of our holiday visiting family in Las Vegas. We didn’t know what to expect (my family were last here 4 years ago). We were very pleased with the choice as the food was outstanding! We especially enjoyed the ribs & ribeye.the appetizer came out after our entrees unfortunately (it was very busy) but the flatbread was enjoyed nevertheless. I especially liked the variety of the sides on offer. Great value for money.

Marc did an amazing job taking care of our family of six during a packed happy hour. He was patient, attentive, and always made sure to follow up with us for any additional orders or requests. We felt very well taken care of—thank you! And personally, I think he was very cute and handsome 😊

Me and the wife ate here after visiting Red Rocks National Park. I can't say enough good things about the food here. This is not typical bar food. I had wings and she had a steak... and both were amazing. Our servers Chelsea and Tanner were awesome. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Marc was a great guy great service one of the best servers I have ever had. We need to give this guy a raise he is working his butt off. I love the joy and his energy hope he has a blessed night.

Normally don't do tons of reviews, but just recently went to BJs and had the sweetest server and it deserved a mention cause my son was being a terror last night. I believe her name was Dustie and she just took it in stride. Distracted him with a pen and napkin for a few minutes. It was much appreciated. Sorry for the mess he left! We tried our best to clean it up

The restaurant was clean and well put together. Our server Jordan was absolutely wonderful! He was polite and honest! He made our eating experience very great!! If I could rate him more than a 5 I would cuz his professionalism was absolutely amazing!

Marc was our server(me annd my friends) and he was wonderful and was very nice towards us and did his best to provide the best service for us. My friends and i all loved him and he was a great server.

There was good service and drinks. I tried the Protein Bowl with blacken chicken, and a family member had it with shrimp. Both were good, and there was a lot of food. Food and drinks came out fairly quickly.

Located on far west side of Charleston Blvd near the 215. Had lunch with Associates greeted and seated immediately at the noon hour. Our server Shannon was very friendly. What we ordered: 1.) Appetizer Fried Calamari. This was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. Calamari was tender and seasoned just right. 2.) Dry Rub Wings. These were over cooked and were very dry so no taste. 3.) Chicken, Strawberry and Orange Salad. This was tasty according to the other associates. I used to love their wings, but unfortunately it was a miss. ☹️

coming from the service industry myself ** just leaving work i came in intentionally leaving heavy energy behind, hoping to enjoy a grounding, feel-good meal the food itself was good & the pizookie was truly amazing 🙂‍↕️ what took away from the experience was the service :( after a day of working to serve well, being on the receiving end of poor service really was disappointing .. we were greeted kindly by the hosts but the service from our server felt low & dismissive, while another table seated after us received warmth, attentiveness, genuine care & that contrast was hard to ignore truly. i just hope the service .. can match that energy equally to show the same level of care to everyone moving forward ₖₑᵢₜₕ leading with equal care and intention is something worth recognizing unfortunately, the opposite stood out tonight.

Very disappointing this time. Usually everything is amazing, but if you look at the photo, that is in fact supposed to be a steak and not a pork chop. It was ordered through Door Dash and ordered medium but instead it wasn’t even well done, it was cremated. Thank goodness I ordered a few sides or I would still be chewing it a few hours later. 13/10 would not recommended. The chef should probably look into a new career. Usually I’m not this harsh, but this actually ruined my day. Do

We’ve been coming to the BJ’s near Downtown Summerlin for a while, and service has usually been solid — until today. We showed up around 3pm and placed a simple order: corndogs for my son, avocado rolls for my wife, and a burger for me (asked for medium well). The burger came out raw inside. No big deal — these things happen. Our server was friendly and offered a salad while they remade it. Then the manager showed up with the replacement burger and asked me to cut it myself to check if it was cooked properly. That’s not how it works. It’s the kitchen’s job to check quality, not the guest’s. I opened it — still raw. I told her I didn’t want it anymore, and she just walked away. No apology. No ownership. And we never saw her again. To top it off, the second salad came out full of lettuce hearts — clearly no quality check there either. This wasn’t just a kitchen mistake — it was a leadership issue. When a manager can’t take accountability or even offer a basic apology, that reflects badly on the whole place. Disappointing.

Extremely disappointed. We came to BJ’s for lunch with a small group (four people) and sat at the bar high-top tables. When our server greeted us, we clearly explained that we were on a tight schedule and needed to leave by 1:50 PM. She assured us this would not be a problem. Despite that, two tables that were seated after us received their food first. When we finally asked for an update, our server said our food was “being plated right now.” At that point, with only five minutes left, I asked that the food be packed to go since we no longer had time to eat. By the time our deadline hit, we still had nothing. We went to the bar to let the bartender know we had to leave and asked that our server be informed. It was obvious something had gone wrong, yet no one acknowledged the situation, apologized, or made any effort to fix it. What made it worse was hearing the waitstaff talking about us as we were leaving, as if we were the problem. We were not rude, we were patient, and the restaurant was not busy. This was simply poor service and a complete lack of accountability. This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last.
