Opinions de Bouchon at The Venetian Las Vegas
We stopped by Bouchon for brunch as part of a staycation, and even on a busy Saturday, everything went really smoothly thanks to having reservations. We've also been to another Bouchon location before (Yountville, CA), so we had a good idea of what to expect, and this one delivered that same polished experience. We ordered the Croque Madame with truffle fries and the Biscuit au Babeurre. Both were well made and nicely executed. We also loved the little details -- especially the leaflet-shaped bread that came out complimentary. Everything felt rich without being overwhelming, and perfect for a leisurely brunch. The ambiance is lovely as always: classic, elegant, and definitely on the fancier side. This is one of those places we like to save for special occasions or a nicer brunch/lunch, as it is a bit pricey for an everyday visit, but absolutely worth it when you want something elevated. Overall, a spot we continue to enjoy and will definitely come back to in the future when we're in the mood for a more refined brunch experience.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years, and it’s still just as amazing as it was on day one. Breakfasts and brunch are outstanding, the coffee is excellent, and the croissant is on another level — especially with their butter and jam. I also had the chance to come for their New Year’s Eve dinner, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. Great wine list as well. Highly recommended.
The food was amazing, and the pastries especially stood out. I’ve had pastries at Bouchon Bakery near Napa, and everything from their bakery was genuinely so good so had a high expectation. The burger was great, the meat was cooked well, and the onion soup was actually better than the ones I’ve had in Paris. The crab Benedict was definitely a highlight. We stayed at the Palazzo, so getting there from our room was super easy, and the whole experience felt really nice.
Oh my. We were here for breakfast, probably the most memorable meal of our trip! Fantastic pastries, loved our dishes, only regret is not having another day to try more. Already planning our next visit!
Great experience at Bouchon. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, polished, and attentive without feeling overbearing. The food was delicious classic French bistro beautifully executed and rich in flavor. Every dish felt thoughtful and very well balanced. The escargot was fantastic and the perfectly seared foie gras paired with pineapple was the perfect bite.
What a lovely experience! Ethan was our waiter and we could have listened to him talk all night. Everyone was really helpful. We has a taste of everything. The deviled eggs were great, the beef tartar was excellent. Pictured is the chicken. That is big enough the share. What I didn't love was the QR code for the drinks. Somehow that felt cheap. Overall, highly recommend. The staff made a special night even more special!
Perfection! I love TK and his restaurants. LOVE the as hoc chicken sando (ad hoc is my fav!!!!) and my husband enjoyed the crab Benedict. The fresh bread with butter and house made jam is DELISH! Will definitely be back!
The bread is so good. I got the crab Benedict again as I tend to come here every year at the same time on my last day in Vegas. I love that the natural light permeates the room and then it's very open and nice for breakfast. My servers have always been extremely nice at this place and the food is amazing. They don't skimp on the crab that is for sure and the hollandaise sauce is extremely rich and buttery as it should be.
What a great brunch we had here. The croissants are amazing! My croque madame was really good. The crab Benedict was great. Service was excellent too. We loved this place.
Bouchon Bakery is a delightful stop inside The Venetian for anyone craving quality pastries and coffee. The ambiance feels charming and refined despite being in the middle of the bustling hotel. I ordered their classic pastries and everything tasted fresh — the croissant was buttery and flaky, and the coffee paired beautifully with it. Service was efficient and pleasant even with the steady line of customers. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the taste, presentation, and overall experience make it worth it, especially when you want a break from the typical casino and fast-food options. A lovely treat and definitely a place I’d visit again when in Las Vegas.
Excellent brunch! They had a Lobster Benedict as a special and I had to try it. I was not disappointed. The hollandaise sauce complimented the lobster with a rich buttery slight citrus notes that I couldn’t put down. The addition of mushrooms and corn was nice too. The chicken and waffles was also amazing the homemade gravy was a nice touch to this savory dish. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Chef Roberto was excellent. Jeff our server was incredible and very knowledgeable about the drinks and food he was serving. This restaurant really lives up to its reputation and I will definitely be coming back!
Absolutely delicious food and incredible service. Only thing we would change was for the bread to be a bit softer. W did 4 courses and each one got better and better. Great for a date night, with the spend for sure.
Located on the 10th floor, this place was delicious. The hotel concierge suggested this spot for lunch, and we truly enjoyed it. I ordered the Grilled Salmon salad and a side of bacon…which was a tasty addition. Lunch for two was about a hundred bucks, but we treated ourselves with some wine. Worth it, bravo Bouchon!
Bouchon at The Venetian is the perfect brunch spot! Authentic French pastries, delicious avocado toast, and a standout house sausage made with pork, veal, and chicken. The French onion soup was rich and full of flavor. Great food, classy vibe, and excellent service. Definitely worth a visit!
I stopped by for breakfast and ate at the bar. Breakfast was good. The extra crispy bacon was delicious. The iced honey latte was very mid though. The bartender made my iced latte and gave me honey on the side, so I couldn't use the honey with my drink. I love Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, so the croissant at this location was very sad. It was soft and not crispy. Tasted like costco croissant. Other than that, the restaurant was very clean and all the workers were very nice.
Service wafriendly, affable, and excellent. I don’t normally eat trout, but I ordered it on the recommendation of the waiter. It was too salty—I suspect they salted it but forgot capers are already a very salty ingredient. Removed one star for this. They took it back and made me a new one that was good. The sommalier suggested a nonalcoholic storm chaser which was also excellent.
I’ve been visiting Las Vegas every year, and Bouchon is always one of my must-dine restaurants. The appetizers were amazing, as always. I ordered the Lyonnaise salad this time, but the dressing was very sour, and I couldn’t finish it. For the main course, my husband ordered the lamb leg, which had a rubbery texture and had to be returned. Our waiter was very kind and offered other options, though we chose not to replace it. We ended the meal with the citrus tart, which was very delicious and refreshing, it helped wash away the disappointment from the lamb
We always just passed by but it looked pretty empty before so I was curious about this place but couldn’t go. finally we ended up went for brunch this time. Interior was classy, food ware just ok. Honestly I can’t agree with other reviews. The bread and butter they offer wasn’t that good. I just took a bite. And that’s it. I go out to eat pretty often and I like French restaurants the most but I don’t think I will go back to this place again. Mon a mi gabi / Eiffel/ Bardot were much better taste and quality.
We visited Bouchon Las Vegas to celebrate our anniversary and were extremely disappointed. None of the dishes were fresh or flavorful — everything lacked taste and quality, and even the bread was hard and bland. The service was also disorganized; we had to move our own plates so servers could place new ones, instead of clearing the table properly. For a restaurant carrying Chef Keller’s name, the experience was far below expectations.
