We came here twice during the holidays. Our first visit was truly a delicious experience. On our second visit we wanted to partake in their happy hour menu which is a great value for rolls. Usually, happy hour can be had in the bar area or the patio. I guess the patio was closed for the season. Only high chairs were at the bar area but my dad is accompanied with a wheelchair, it would make it difficult for him to get in the stool. Thehead hostess or manager was gracious enough to seat us in a table and order from the happy hour menu. And, for that, amongst the delicious food, is what makes this restaurant a praiseworthy place to go to. Did I mention the delicious food 😂.
Top notch in every way. Excellent service, exquisite food, and exceptional service. A highlight of our experience in Las Vegas. Our server Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we were able to sample the best of the best. Incredible offerings at this well oiled establishment.
There were eight of us and our waitress Shannon was a sweetheart. I am a big fan of Sushi Roku having been to several other locations. In fact, I hope they come back to Scottsdale. We tried a little of everything. But the various carpaccios were excellent as was the wagyu you grill on a stone. The bacon wrapped shrimp on a skewer was so good we ordered it several times for the group. The staff was so friendly and the restaurant is nice overall. Can’t wait to come back.
Food was incredible. Some of the best sushi we’ve ever had. Nice view of the strip. Noise level was good as well. Server was kind and gave good recommendations.
The sushi was delicious! We got the caviar appetizer as well and it melted in our mouths! This is the second time we've been here and I will definitely be back! The staff was really nice and attentive. The celebrated our anniversary for us and made it very special!
Came here for my birthday. First off we were seated facing the window with a view high above the strip, and all the busyness below. Second, we love the sushi we've had but haven't experienced much. So we asked our waiter for some ideas, he was AMAZING, he made perfect suggestions. If you're new to sushi and want to ease your way in I highly suggest the Yakumi. We loved it. We ordered it twice and he suggested cream cheese on it for the 2nd round and it only got better. Oh yeah, I had a Tropical Hibiscus 🌺 to drink and it was pretty fantastic as well. After dinner he brought us Cheesecake to share on the house. Overall was a FANTABULOUS evening and will definitely be back.
Visited Sushi Roku in Las Vegas during my Valentine’s Day trip and loved it. The sushi was fresh and delicious, the American wagyu skewer was excellent, and the cotton candy cheesecake dessert was my favorite. They even surprised us with a special anniversary dessert, which made the experience even more special. Definitely a great spot in Vegas for a memorable dinner.
Came here for my son's 21st birthday and dinner was amazing. Drinks were delicious and the sushi was so fresh! The brussel sprout chips were so good! I purchased the dessert plate for my son and everything on the plate was so yummy. Our server was amazing! However it took forever in between drinks, meals, and dessert to get our stuff. Like the service was sloooooow but again our server was amazing! We will definitely be back.
Best sushi I've ever eaten. The flavors were incredible. The salmon and tuna was so fresh you'd swear it just came out of the ocean. The portion sizes allowed us to try several varieties without getting to full. Our waiter was very attentive, always making sure our glasses were full and not rushing us to order the next plate. This will always be a must go on our trips to Las Vegas
It’s no lie that the price is steep, but it’s worth it if you are willing to splurge. To start the location is amazing. Looking down over the strip with great views from the third floor of the mall. Along with that the space has great vibes. As for the food… amazing. The fish is fresh. The rolls are unique. The only thing I could ask for is maybe a little more variety. Lastly, the service: I can’t speak for a busy time of year but we were there just before Christmas. Everyone was very nice. The service was fast and we felt very welcome. Overall would recommend.
Great service! Staff is extremely friendly and the food is outstanding. The atmosphere is modern, lively and intimate. Highly recommend it.
The food here was delicious and fresh. You can also ask to sit at the sushi bar, which is a nice experience because you get to watch the chef prepare everything right in front of you. Really enjoyed the visit.
This was truly the best sushi I’ve had in my entire life. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The service, the food, the ambiance, everything was flawless. Absolutely lovely.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem in Las Vegas! Álvaro and the entire staff are simply outstanding their attention to detail and genuine care go far beyond anything I’ve experienced in Vegas. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the team. The food was exceptional every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can truly taste the quality and passion in every bite. The sushi was among the best I’ve had anywhere, perfectly balanced in texture and taste. Roku Sushi has officially become my number one spot in Las Vegas. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just looking for an elevated dining experience, this place is a must-visit.
Scallop roll, salmon truffle carpaccio, eel sashimi are 5 out of 5. Service is impeccable, atmosphere is very nice, you can sit with a strip view, cocktails are amazing, especially the hibiscus one! Recommending everyone to visit! Head to the third floor of Cesar’s Atrium!
I loved this place. It was the best sushi I have had in the U.S. I came here 3 days in a row! Carlos and Junior were both phenomenal at the bar/high tops. Thank you so much for the delicious food and great service. If I ever come back to Las Vegas, I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend the Tuna Jalepeño. :)
Don’t sleep on Sushi Roku! Very affordable date night atmosphere. The view of the strip from our seat was spectacular. Great service! We were surprised we were able to enjoy dinner for under $100. For Vegas that’s really good! Everything was fresh and packed with flavor. My personal favorite was the yellow tail appetizer. I could have ordered 20 of those. So much flavor!!!
Sushi (white lotus and tuna jalapeno) was phenomenal! First time here, Liz was awesome, the spicy garlic truffle edamame 🤌🏻🤌🏻 10/10 will come back next time I’m in town
Can’t believe I’ve been to Caesars Palace so many times but did not know about Sushi Roku! They’ve been on the 3rd floor of the Forum Shops for 21 years now. I usually go to Nobu but when I learned about another Japanese restaurant in the same casino, I had to try it. The A5 Wagyu Ishiyaki is a must have! Literally melts on your tongue perfection! We also ordered the Filet Mignon “Japonis” and the steak was so tender and juicy, the mashed potato was addictive! The waitstaff are MUCH friendlier and their dishes taste great also! Highly recommend this spot. In my 2 hours dining experience, we witnessed at least 7 birthdays; it must be a hot spot for celebrations! With that said, make a reservation!
Simply top notch, short noticed vegetarian Omakase delivered by the Chefs!!! Management team is superb and listened to our request!!! The pricing is very reasonable for the area! All of the dishes were different and unique in many ways! The taste buds took over right away and we could feel the passion and love in creating dishes!
Amazing service, affordable prices for Vegas. Chef seemed passionate about his work and made a great Chefs Choice selection. Highly recommend!
Super great experience! Quality! The GM chose a selection he recommended based on our preferences and it was just right. We typically like to order ourselves but he did a great job choosing the things we love. We added some additional dishes - our group had a high qukai experience. All dishes were top notch just what you want out of a sushi experience.
Pleasantly surprised, took us a minute to find it but when we did very very Happy. Nicely tucked in a back corner with views of the strip and the food was amazing. We actually got seconds of the famous Hanabi
Great food. Great service. Recommend the Matcha Miruku Sour to start and the Ramen
I can’t believe I have never heard of this restaurant. The location has to be Sushi restaurant on a strip. Perfect!
The service, food, and ambience were very good. The pricing was far less than I expected for the quality. I highly recommend checking it out if you want decent sushi without a premium price tag.
First time ever being at a Sushi restaurant, had no clue what to order. Our waiter made a recommendation and subbed the original meat to a crunchy shrimp. It was TO DYE FOR!
So food was excellent. We were hungry so the pics do not represent portion size as we ate almost half before I took pics
Sushi Roku at the Ceasars Palace forum shops is by far my top choice for sushi. The forum shops Valet is very inexpensive so parking is great! This restaurant has an amazing view of the strip. Great atmosphere and excellent service! Our waitress was very attentive. The drinks and sushi... perfectly crafted! Amazing flavors. Every dish was a hit! I highly recommend this place! Perfect for dates, business meetings, or solo. I will definitely become a regular here.
Great Japanese place right in the strip. The truffle tuna was delicious and the Mochi was colourful and very yummy 😋. The service attentive. Bookings a must. Many gluten free options available. Will be back.
Went on a Monday around 5 p.m. to enjoy happy hour (30% off select rolls, among other deals). We had reserved online ahead of time, though it turned out not to be necessary. In the reservation notes, we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, efficient, and respectful. Having worked in a Forbes 5-star restaurant myself, I could immediately tell that the level of service here was far above average for the area. Shanon and her team truly went above and beyond. Every detail was handled with care — from a warm welcome, to attentive yet unobtrusive water refills (never interrupting our conversation), to engaging, informed small talk about the menu. To top it off, Shanon surprised us with a small but meaningful cheesecake dessert to celebrate our anniversary. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special. It’s clear the staff here genuinely cares about the guest experience and takes pride in their work. The food was excellent — all of the rolls we tried were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. With the happy hour discount, it felt like a great value for the quality. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last. Huge thanks to Shanon and the entire team for making it such a memorable experience!
Everything was amazing!! Would recommend you to eat here.
I can't explain how good of an experience we had at Sushi Roku. From top notch service to amazing food and allergy alertness, I will absolutely be back next time I'm here.
Very quaint restaurant with good food. I’m stuffed. Great portions. I had three entrees and 2 glasses of Rose wine. Great value
Very neat find. Lower key due to being on the second floor of the mall in Caesar’s Palace, but glad I found it. Outstanding rolls made fresh and very quickly. Excellent portions for the $20ish per roll cost. Relatively healthy food options. Great service. Ticked off all my boxes excellently. Will be back if I’m in the Strip again.
Expect to pay around $80-$100 per person including tip to have the full dining experience here. The staff is amazing so two can grab a snack and get in and out for $60 if it's just a shopping break. Which is cool if you just want to dip in and check out the Old Tokyo meets secret Las Vegas Strip hangout vibes. Definitely include in your sushi bar crawl.
Wish I would have taken pictures of my food! My fiancée and I stopped in for happy hour and the himachi and tuna crudo were DELISH. We also had the baked crab handroll with the champagne butter, rock shrimp tempura roll, and the miso popcorn shrimp. All different and delicious in their own ways. Highly recommend.
Came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon, and it was amazing. The sushi was incredibly fresh. I ordered the Katana Roll, which was delicious, and the Spicy Cucumber Sunomono was excellent as well. My server, Tommy, was lovely, and sitting at the sushi bar was a great experience. You get to watch the chefs prepare everything right in front of you. This was my second time here, and I will be back.
The best sushi I’ve ever had. The rolls were fresh, unique, and absolutely delicious. The service was extraordinary- extremely attentive but not overbearing. I think our miso soup came out within 2 mins of ordering! The view of the strip is great too! Extremely impressed.
We went out to dinner here (three adults and four older kids), and I really credit our server, Lisa K, for our wonderful evening. The food was definitely fantastic, but we had a hard time finding something suitable for some of our kids. The restaurant is fairly swanky and trendy and we honestly didn't quite fit in with that vibe, but Lisa treated us no differently. She helped us find some items that were hits with our kids. She was very hospitable, warm, and friendly. We felt like we were being taken care of by family! Thank you so much, Lisa!
IVE written probably 2 reviews in my whole life before this one. My mom and I have been coming to sushi Roku twice a year on work trips for the past 3-4 years. Service and food and prices are EXCEPTIONAL. Absolutely amazing. We are consistently blown away. Love sushi Roku forever !!
10/10 but the best part is the sushi. The fish is enhanced with subtle complements like lemon zest or wasabi so you don’t have to dip the sushi in soy sauce. You are actually able to enjoy the fish. The service was perfect with all the servers and support staff helping one another. Value is great too as sushi is priced for 2 pieces versus other high-end sushi restaurants.
Our server (Sam) was excellent – attentive and energetic. The sushi is sublime. Top-quality stuff. Great food all around. And the atmosphere, although pretty cool, faces the strip, making the room feel like it's in the middle of Times Square, neon streaming in through huge windows. This place is a bit of a gem, hidden in an upstairs corner as far away from the Casino as you can get at Caesers.
We were craving sushi so decided to give this place a try. There weren't many specialty sushi rolls. We tried the Katana roll. It was good, but not great. I've had better sushi in more land locked places. I was also hoping for more of a sushi selection. My boyfriend ordered the chicken "Ji Dori" chicken. It was good. I ordered the filet mignon. It was decent. Again, I've had better filet mignon elsewhere. The service was great. The view was good as well. Everything was good, but not great. I doubt I'd return, as there are so many great restaurants nearby.
Great spot, cool vibes, excellent views, solid sushi. Did the omakase. Would return.if looking for sushi on the strip.
Went in on a Saturday night for a quick meal. Seated for 2 at the bar so we didn’t have to wait we ordered a sushi plate, spicy salmon crispy rice, spicy tuna tempura and 2 cocktails. Was beautifully presented and the cocktails were tasty. Would recommend for sushi in the Forum Shops. $150 for 2 people seemed reasonable for Vegas.
Good restaurant in the Caesar’s Forum area. Fantastic service. Good sushi. Desserts were awesome! Better option for sushi from my experience. Donut holes were the table of 6 favorite dessert followed by the other options. Pictures to share - worth a try. $40-$50 a person.
The quality of the fish was pretty good and I think the food was delicious and creative in general. The price is definitely high, considering their location. Our server was nice and attentive.
I didn’t take any pictures. Overall, the experience was okay. Compared to other sushi restaurants I’ve visited, everything here was just average. The seaweed salad was a bit dry, and the gyoza were broken, which made them difficult to pick up. The rolls were fairly standard in taste—nothing special. I did really enjoy the popcorn shrimp tempura; it was delicious. Overall, it was fine, but I think there are better spots for lunch in Las Vegas.
We requested a table on the patio and were seated out front, among people waiting for their tables. Then moved to another table while enjoying our drinks and conversing. They moved us to an empty table, cleared our original table and moved that one inside, while the crowd just stared. It was mind boggling and embarrassing. The food was rough and the final insult to injury is paying a $2 fee for the privilege of paying for the check using their software system.
