My and I made a special trip here to try out this hidden gem in Vegas. Jose, our waiter was gracious and professional. The boneless buffalo chicken app is hand cut on site, amazingly fresh, tender and the best I have had. The potato cakes were true to Irish heritage. The vibe was energetic but not frenetic. Genuinely felt like an Irish pub, albeit lit like any western joint of this sort. Great selection of spirits and beers, both domestic and European. We will make this a regular stop on our future visits to Vegas especially when we want to avoid the noise and crowds on the strip.
Great Irish pub on the strip in Mandalay Bay. Went in for happy hour - had some amazing deviled scotch eggs. I like they give you four of them and not three like some places. Add some of their spic mustard- so delicious! They service Guinness in proper glasses and do a proper pour, letting it settle. Lots of throwback pics around by place. Great decor and it feels like a true Irish spot. Service was great. So friendly and helpful.
In Las Vegas this in one of my favorites to visit on the strip! Go during happy hour that starts at 3pm. Our cost for 2 beers and 2 appetizers was under $30.00. The food was on par. A must try their Scottish Deviled Eggs!
I was looking for something different for dinner and was able to snag a spot at the bar. The bartender was friendly and was able to keep up with everyone as it was packed! I had the mac and cheese with blackened chicken on top for my main course and then the corned beef wontons as an appetizer. Both were very tasty and came out quickly. Prices were reasonable for Vegas and the atmosphere was fun!
This was one of our favorite spots in Vegas! We stayed at the Luxor and stopped in for dinner, and the fish and chips really hit the spot. The staff was super friendly, and what really sealed the deal was the band, Diddley Idols! They were SO fun and incredibly talented - we even came back the next night to watch them perform. We’d absolutely come back next time we’re in town.
Excellent food. I had the veal burger one day and the Christmas Dinner another. Did not dissappoint. Also, the bread pudding is worth the wait, but if you're in a hurry, the Snickerdoodle Cookie is fantastic too. Will definitely visit this place again next time I'm in Vegas!
Strolled by here and originally planned to pop in for a quick Guinness, and we ended up staying all afternoon. The staff was an absolute pleasure and made our afternoon. We learned a bit about Ireland! They have an large whiskey selection and we tried one I had never seen or tasted before, Guinness was on special during the Sunday NFL games, and we got half off appetizers after 3pm. We tried the potato cakes, Scotch deviled eggs, brussel sprouts with bacon, and the potato leek soup. Everything was delicious! Would definitely visit again.
Amazing pub and restaurant and will certainly be returning. It’s absolutely huge inside with loads of options available for large groups too. From the greeting staff through to the waiting staff throughout the meal, the service was exceptional. Recommendations were given which were perfect and even proactive comments on the happy hour deals were greatly appreciated. The decor throughout is traditional and the tables clean and spacious. There’s screens showing sport but they don’t take over from the atmosphere already present. There’s a good choice on the menu for both food and drinks. The scotch egg appetiser was really delicious and a huge portion. I opted for a shrimp dish from the specials menu which was equally as tasty, with good vegetables, sauce which wasn’t over powering and decent sized shrimp. The previous positive reviews are well justified and I’d recommend.
Came here for a late dinner it was 4 of us and we sat at the bar. The drinks were great. I got a burger and it was delicious the Guinness BBQ sauce they put on it was amazing. By brother in-law also got a burger with the Guinness bbq and we loved i even went to the Guinness merch store next door to ask if they have bottles of it. The food was great and so was the service. Can't wait to come back and ask for a gallon of that Guinness bbq sauce.
My wife and I stopped in for dinner a few nights ago. The feel of the Irish Pub was great. Our waiter Thomas was extremely friendly and excellent. So many choices. Went with the lamb burger and my wife had a steak. The lamb burger was so incredibly delicious that I devoured it before ever putting it back on the plate. Ordered a Whiskey Carmel Bread Pudding for dessert. It was large, hot, and soooooo yummy. Thank you Thomas for making our dinner extra special.
We were surprisingly pleased with the fabulous fish and chips. They even baked my fish, rather than deep fry it, and happily allowed me to substitute a garden salad for the French fries. On another occasion, I ordered salmon and was impressed by the style of preparation and the flavor. When in Vegas, visit Rí Rá Irish Pub.
I’m a little wary of a strip mall Irish pub, but this really surprised me. The deviled scotch eggs are great - make sure you try them with the mustard. And the house leak soup had a really nice depth of flavor.
Great Irish bar in the Mandalay Bay shops area. Looks like traditional Irish bar with lovely decor. Had corned beef and cabbage and Shepards pie. Both very hearty and delicious.
We always stop in at ri ra Irish pub when we are in vegas. The food is phenomenal, the service is excellent and the whole ambiance of the restaurant ties it all together. Great place if you love good Irish cooking.
Solid food and a great discount for locals on Friday! The scotch eggs and Corned beef and cabbage is very good and the fish n chips was good and a large portion. Additional photos located on my profile page and videos on my YouTube page ( VivaLasVegasX )
We were visiting from WA. I am originally from UK. This place did not disappoint. My husband had the shepherds pie, which was authentic and delicious. I had the haddock and chips with a side of mushy peas. Having grown up in the Grimsby/Cleethorpes area of the UK, known for some of the best fish and chips in the country. I can honestly say these were an equal match. The food was so fresh, generous quantities and reasonable price for Las Vegas. Our server Tom, was the icing on the cake. The two large meals and a beer came to about $70 plus tip. Highly recommend this fine establishment
Wonderful dinner and bar spot with amazingly friendly and attentive service. The interior and atmosphere were super nice for essentially a spot inside a food court. I’d absolutely come back just for the vibe alone Decent food with huge portions at reasonable prices (for Vegas). Potato and leek soup was good. The fish and chips were decent—good batter and the fish was ginormous, but the fish was a bit too dry for my liking.
Yes, Guinness is behind that Guinness Book of World Records. Why mention Guinness in a Rí Rá review? Because you gotta get the Guiness here. It just hits different and in a good way too. I've been coming here for almost a decade. You can't really go wrong here. The Fish & Chips and Shepherd's Pie are especially good but if you're not too famished, a bowl of Potato & Leek Soup with the addition of smoked bacon is solid. Come here for the beer and stay for the food.
I've seen a lot about this place for some time, and I can say we enjoyed our breakfast here. The place itself is nicely decorated with all sorts of Irish themed stuff on the walls. Our server was very friendly and explained things well. I am/was a little skeptical about the Irish cuisine, and picked a normalish breakfast scramble with ingredients I was familiar with. As is, this is a nice place for an affordable breakfast nearby Mandalay Bay. For me a drawback of The W, which we stayed at on this trip, and Mandalay Bay, is a lack of quality breakfast spots. This one was good and will likely be our go to in the future for breakfast.
I'm giving this 4.4 stars only because it was a little on the on the too loud side, even for an Irish Pub. The bars, decor, woodwork all looked authentic. Our server was pleasant and fun, and appropriately sarcastic, which I loved. Partner had the Shepherd's pie, which she loved and I thought it was delicious as well. I played it safe with a burger, which had a wonderful smell and great beef flavor. I got the Caesar Side salad instead of fries for a $2 upcharge. The salad was great. I'm always cautious and try not to order fries these days because so many places batter their fries, which I do not enjoy, not even a little. I know it keeps them crispy and they have a longer shelf life and helps the restaurants bottom line, but you lose a lot in flavor and texture, in my opinion.
