We had an amazing dinner here last night. One of my friends has dietary restrictions and the wait staff was very attentive to her needs and guided the kitchen on her menu selection. It was so nice to see that type of wonderful service. Ruan was our waiter and he was excellent! I’ve already recommended your restaurant to a friend who will be visiting Vegas next month.
After stopping at the forum shop area, we decided to get a couple drinks and a quick snack. I ordered the Palm Mule and my wife ordered a non-alcoholic Pink Berry Sangria. We also ordered the calamari Fritto Misto. When we got it and started eating it, we noticed it was very, very salty, we got through a quarter of it and decided we better let our waitress know. She brought it back to the chef ; I guess he tasted it because he agreed and they sent us out a new one. It was much better and I highly recommend it. Will probably go back and try other items as we are local but the lady at the counter said that they’re doing away with three hours free parking for locals at the end of the year. Bummer, so it might be a while before we come back. Also, I love the illustrations and murals inside the restaurant.
I haven't been here in years but it was 100% as amazing as I remembered! The food is as good as you can get and the service is top shelf. Our server tonight was "John" tall French man that was really on top of it and did an outstanding job. This is a bit loud and can be a fast paced steak house but very comfortable. You'll have white table clothes and nice cloth napkins as expected at a top notch restaurant. I had their whole Lobster which I shared and a Tomahawk steak., shared. The lobster was cooked perfectly and was completely taken out of the shell at our table which I love. No one wants to fight with their food! The steak was amazing and carved at the table. Cocktails of course were wonderful. I started with my normal Hendricks extra dry Martini with Blue Cheese olives and it was mixed perfectly. Their wine list has about all you could want. I have seen larger ones but this is about perfect. Will be back for sure!
I had an incredible dining experience at the Palms restaurant in Caesars Palace! The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the night unforgettable was the exceptional service from Jean and Sunrise. They went above and beyond with their attention to detail, warm attitudes, and genuine care. Their professionalism and friendly personalities made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Thank you, Jean and Sunrise, for making our experience outstanding. Highly recommend! 🌟🍽️✨
My first visit to this Las Vegas location was quite impressive. I was reminded of my old office, which was located just a corner away from their original location in 837 Second Avenue in New York City.
We chose our wedding reception here and it was such a great experience ! Everyone was so kind and helpful specially Jennifer and Angelique, who helped us planned everything from abroad. The food was fantastic - we got so many complements from our guest, every single dish was delicious, and the tiramisu was AMAZING! They let us come in early to decorate and also helped us organize a beautiful cake from a bakery which made everything feel even more personal and special. The service all night was excellent. They kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, and made the whole evening feel perfect. We’re so grateful for a lovely evening. Highly recommended for events!!!
Super enjoyable meal. Crab cake appetizer was sensational! My wife had lobster gnocchi and she loved it. I had the bone in ribeye and it was fantastic! We split the tiramasu! Everything was great, service was perfect!
Fancy restaurant, Great experience. The menu is short and it is expensive, but the food is delicious.
David was the best waiter I have ever had. I came here to dine alone while on a business trip and he was incredibly kind and accommodating. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable. FiFi was also incredible, and went above and beyond for me. Both gentlemen made my dining experience so wonderful. Thank you both for a wonderful meal - Savannah.
Every once in a while you get an experience you talk about for days. Eating at The Palm in Ceasars Palace was one of those times. From the moment we met our water Ruin (a 17 yr employee there) to when he brought out a live 5 lb lobster "just because,'" to every single bite of pur food, this was a 5-star, special experience. You expect a high $$$$$ steak house to have great food and service. What I didnt expect was that the waiter, support staff, and even the GM who came to the table, made it an "experience" for me and my buddies! In a city like Las Vegas, this is hard to do. My hats off to the GM and his team. Simply awesome. Thanks for one of the highlights of my trip!
Jean is amazing, he has been serving me for the last 7 years at the Palms for my brokerage’s Top Producers luncheon (monthly). If you haven’t been to the Palms, you’re missing out. When you arrive ask for Jean (pronounced John) and tell him Jamela Christian sent you.
When we visit Las Vegas we always book a dinner at the Palms. Been going there for at least 15 years. Its always an exceptional experience from Food to Service. Staff are always professional, and fun. We ate there Friday night (22.8.25) served by Barry (Philadelphia)! He made us feel very welcome and looked after. The steaks are to die for and my better half can never resist the 3 Cheeses potatoes. The portions are perfect and stay hot as you serve and share from serving dishes. Perfect! Thank you.
Classic Italian/steakhouse power lunch suggestion from the bread to the salads to the steak to the special seasonal items and Italian chicken Parmesan. My favorite includes martini sauces always a good suggestion in any major city the Palm very consistent but Las Vegas Caesars forum shops have a special location, classic setting old world, Las Vegas, Vegas, New World, Las Vegas meet
The Palm was outstanding today. We ordered the 5lb lobster summer special and added a New York steak. The lobster and steak were cooked perfectly and both were really good. We will be back soon.
Food was amazing. Would recommend 100% if you’re in Vegas. Check out The Palm!
Amazing food, desserts and drinks! Staff is wonderful, thank you to Barry for the amazing service! So refreshing here!
We recently celebrated our mother’s 65th birthday at The Palm Las Vegas, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Michael, Monica, Michelle, and the entire team went above and beyond to make the evening truly special. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully handled. The delicious cuisine and elegant atmosphere provided the perfect setting for our celebration. Our family is deeply grateful for the unforgettable memories created that night. Thank you to everyone at The Palm Las Vegas for making our mother’s milestone birthday so remarkable.
The Palm Restaurant is one of the best in Las Vegas! If you are in the Forum Shops or going to a show at the Colosseum it is a great choice. It has always been consistent. Last night I had the Wygu filet and it was better that most steak places. Drinks are good and our waiter was the best. Good food and good managment. Will go back soon.
Each and every time we come to Vegas, we will dine at the palm at least two or three times. Barry and Toni are amazing servers and we really enjoy the way they make us feel so welcome and appreciated. Michael the general manager is amazing and very accommodating the steaks seafood drinks. Everything is just amazing
I just love the Palm restaurant the service the food quality the atmosphere. I just top notch they make you feel like you’re at home. There’s always a smile on everybody’s working hard. I just love the place and I highly recommend it to everyone.
John is the ABSOLUTE BEST BARTENDER!!! We requested a handcrafted chocolate martini that wasn’t on the menu and he used all of his genius to create one from scratch. It was the best thing that I’ve ever had! Epic! Earth Shattering!
Excellent place to visit and enjoy the dining experience. The filet and lobster was outstanding. I definitely recommend this place for business entertainment. Service was good and staff was friendly and accommodating.
The Palm is fantastic. We love getting 4 pound lobsters. It’s always such a treat. Perfectly cooked and de-shelled right at your table. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent
My wife and I have been going to The Palm in the Forum Shops for over 25 years. The Food is great! The People Watching is over the top! The best Bartenders! It's like a restaurant we would love to be around the corner from us so we could go all the time! The folks that we take there end up going back time after time as well! This trip was no different.....great service, great people watching and Kelly the bartender was a Gem! Going back to Vegas in May and you will find us at The Palm!
Christmas Dinner Takeout Review Spent approximately $185. The sirloin steak was excellent—generous portion, cooked impeccably, and clearly the standout of the meal. The potatoes au gratin were divine. Rich, well-seasoned, and perfectly executed. The asparagus was the only weak point. It appeared simply steamed and lacked flavor. A touch of butter and lemon juice would have elevated it significantly. The carrot cake was very well done—moist, balanced, and frosted to perfection. One note on takeout packaging: while the food arrived warm (credit to Uber Eats), the clear plastic containers were not ideal for steak service. Cutting into them was impractical, and replating was necessary. Higher-quality packaging would better match the caliber of the food. Overall, strong execution on the core dishes with minor but fixable issues.
We need to be able to add more stars. We had a large party 10+, for my wife's Birthday. The Palms definitely made it a special day from the moment we walked in. What a fabulous time. Can not thank you all enough. Awesome food only eclipsed by incredible service.
Living in LA and not having a Palm restaurant near us, we always come when we are in Las Vegas. This visit was wonderful and it was made even better by our servers Tony and Barry. Our plane came in late and we barely made it to our reservation at 9:45pm. But once we got there, we were not rushed and Tony and Barry were so friendly and made our experience so wonderful! We will definitely be back and we can't speak more highly of the staff. The food was of course as delicious as always!!
Gotta tell you these guys did backflips for us last night. First off we had to call and push our reservation back an hour, they were very nice and accommodating considering I called right when we were supposed to arrive. Later when we arrived we were greeted like family, our request for a high chair was already done and we were seated immediately. Nick our server set the entire night on fire by doing an extraordinary job making this a very special experience for the six of us. As we were in valet the restaurant called to let us know our granddaughter had left her Woodie doll behind, huge catch for us! Thanks to everyone involved on Xmas evening, we really appreciated it! The Lekar family.
The best service and outstanding food! Barry took care of us and we will definitely be back!!! The wine list was excellent. The lobster bisque amazing and our steaks were perfectly cooked. We loved all of the sides especially the lobster Mac n cheese just yummy.
Ate here on Valentines, this is one of our favortie spots in town, steak was made incorrectly and had to be sent back. Management made the situation right so much appreciated. This is first time in our many visits that there was an issue with the food. Will definitely be back soon
The Palm in Las Vegas is simply the best! The food is always great. I always order Chicken Parmesan, and it is always the same delicious taste and flavors no matter when I go. The staff are terrific, and friendly and the ambience is lively and just understated old school class. The other trendy restaurants may come and go, but The Palm is forever.
I was in Las Vegas for nearly a week, this was the best meal I had. The service was great, the food was amazing. We had a group of about 10, and were able to share a number of the appetizers. The New York Strip temperature was perfect. Our server was knowledgeable with the menu and suggested a wine pairing that was wonderful. Our server also prevented us from over ordering on our sides and appetizers. Everyone in the group left happy with the Palm. Highly Recommend.
We wanted to take our in-laws out for a nice steak dinner and this was a great choice, especially since it was inside the shops at Caesar’s. The food was great. I had the salmon (pescatarian) and my party had the bolognese and steak for their entrees and everyone seemed happy. Our server went beyond with his service and had a very pleasant sense of humor. (Lopez, I think?) Would recommend for a classic steak dinner with exceptional service.
My wife and I were there Friday night for dinner. Very pleased with the experience. Our server Jean was awesome: Very informative and knowledgeable, friendly guy too. We got the calamari app and it was very good. Both of us ordered the rib-eye’s, I asked for mine Pittsburgh style, and it was perfect. Great dinner experience.
I had a craving for fries and obviously that’s the day my husband chose to not order fries so I talked to our server Daniel and he brought me a small plate with 5-6 fries. Just enough for the craving but that small gesture meant the world. He was fast and efficient and had great recommendations when asked. Would come back just because of him.
Excellent place overall and one of my favorites on every visit. Our server, Barry was outstanding. I’ll request him again when I come back on my next trip. Keep up the great food and service!
We were in Vegas for our daughter's wedding at Ceasars. It was a busy week and we didn't have the time to sit down, relax and have a great meal. We decided The Palm because we were already in the area and we coherenced the newly weds to join us. The restaurant did not disappoint! The food was exceptional as well as the service. It has been awhile since I've eaten here last but my wife and I will definitely be back.
I’ve been coming to this place for years and have always loved it, but I have to admit the food quality has gone down recently. My meal was unfortunately over-salted and not quite up to the standard I’ve come to expect. That said, the service was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The ambiance is still beautiful and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a nice evening. I really hope the kitchen gets back to the level of quality they once had, because the staff and atmosphere are still top-notch as well as the drinks. Oysters are always fresh and great quality.
Servers were nice as well as the atmosphere. Fillets were tender but not much taste. Mashed potatoes were were good but the asparagus dolid not have much taste. The serlion appetizers tasted good.
We got here just as the restaurant opened and chose to sit "outside". We all ordered the power lunch, and my niece ordered the chicken strips.
Solid 3 course lunch specials. Delicious lobster bisque and branzino. The Caesar salad was a little on the bitter side and felt it needed a slightly heavier coating of dressing. They provided a good selection of bread. Enjoyed the dessert, though I was too stuffed to finish it.
The food and location were great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The bread, in particular, was delicious. That said, two things stood out: toward the end of our meal, staff checked to clear our plates almost every 30 seconds, which felt a bit intrusive. Also, the $5.25 (plus tax and tip) for a tiny Diet Coke was unlike anything we’ve ever seen.
We reserved a table for February 14 and the service was great — our waiter was very attentive. The food was okay: pasta and lobster mac and cheese were fine, and the New York steak was good but not worth $70. The chocolate raspberry dessert was disappointing and tasted like a basic store-bought cake, so overall the evening was decent but didn’t meet our expectations.
Restaurant was very busy on Valentine's Day so the food took a bit longer to come out, but our server kept us informed and our glasses full. Our dinners were delicious! My filet was extremely tender and perfectly medium. My partners NY strip was also very good. We both enjoyed the broccolini and the wedge salad we shared. All of the food we saw passing by looked very good.
Room was decorated nicely. The phone and lights weren't working but maintenance came right away. There's a mini kitchen, but amenities, like coffee cups, pots, dishes, utensils, etc. you have to call for. Most housekeepers do not speak English, so have your Google translator ready. Only 2 elevators(had 4 for our floor) were working for our 4 day stay. Front desk were nice but, Staff need to smile, and be more welcoming & approachable.
It’s got great history and hype in name, no substance. Ok, I should not have ordered pasta at a steak house, but even the steak was not high quality and way over cooked that had to be sent back. Seared Tuna was tasteless. Carpaccio was dry. Oyster on the half shell tasted ok, but it may have been the cause that both of us had the runs. Had to send back the NY Strip. Had to send back linguini with clam, it was so salty and dry, no sauce or garlic was detected. boxed pasta cooked al dente would have tasted better. Made a mistake ordered another Italian dish of chicken Parm… chicken was so thin, drenched in sauce, tasted plastic. If you desired steak, go to a real steak house.
Great service but terrible food. We ordered a Caesar salad and received a mustard salad. Then we reordered a house salad with vinaigrette and got a vinegar salad. I never complain about food but this place made me complain. Won’t come here ever again. Would have had a better experience at longhorn steakhouse. The servers were good but the food was atrocious… below average steakhouse experience. Don’t waste your money here, there are way better places to drop $100 on a steak
I used to love coming to this place, sadly it is not good anymore. Beef carpaccio portion was not only small but not fresh! Anyone can see all the brown throughout it. The taste was horrible. I asked about ordering the lobster ravioli and was told by staff not to, It is not made fresh and not recommended. The bread was hard as a croutons, literally crumbled even after dipping it into the oil. Do not waste your time here, keep walking .
Came to The Palm before a show at Ceasar's, choose this restaurant because I have celiac and cannot have gluten and have found steakhouses as good options for gluten free dining. When I asked our server about gluten free options, he first said 90% of the menu would be, but then treated my questions as a joke when I started asking about specific dishes or asked if he could check with the kitchen. He was giving me inaccurate information, being very unclear and treating it as a joke. I have never had this type of treatment at a restaurant since I have started having to eat gluten free. It made me so uncomfortable and disrespected. I immediately escalated to someone at the reception desks and askes for someone who was knowledgeable to help with my questions. I was helped immediately, with apologies and they checked on my preferred dish with the kitchen to be certain. They also offered to have my table switched to another server, which we did - the new server was wonderful and I appreciated that action by the restaurant. In 2025 it is a widely know fact that many people have health issues related to food allergens. For a server to give unclear/inconsistent answers, joke about allergies and be dismissive about someone's concerns is unacceptable. Particularly for a place advertising itself as "a premiere dining experience" - premier dining means premier service too.
Maybe this place used to be good back in the day or something since it has a lot of positive reviews but I’ve gone twice recently and the food was awful. If you’re seated near the middle of the restaurant anytime between 5:30-8:30 it’s also extremely loud and you can’t hear anyone around you. Vegas has so many good food places I would stay far away from this one.
